本发明公开了一种防雾液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:十二烷基硫酸钠4%~6%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐3%~5%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠1%~3%,丙二醇10%~20%,异丙醇5%~15%,三氯单氟甲烷3%~8%,月桂酸0.5%~1.5%,椰子油衍生物0.5%~1.5%,水55%~62%。本发明通过椰子油衍生物增强清洁效果,去除表面油脂,另外配合其余成分实现镜片表面的除雾效果。

技术领域
本申请属于眼镜防雾液技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种防雾液。
背景技术
戴眼镜的人们都会有这样的体会,当从一个温度低的环境中进入一个温度高的环境时,眼镜上都会凝结一层雾气,从而导致看不清东西,必须要擦拭眼镜才可以;冬天如果戴着口罩把鼻子捂上之后,鼻子喷出的热气遇到冰凉的眼镜,也会凝结,致使看不清路,对驾驶交通工具的人来说非常危险。后来有人发明了眼镜防雾液,均匀涂抹到镜片上后,可以在一定程度上防止雾气的产生,但很多效果不是很理想。特别是离眼睛这个敏感部位比较近,在原材料的选取上就更加要谨慎。目前使用的眼镜防雾剂,一般是由表面活性剂、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂等组成,其防雾效果较差,特别冬天时,达不到很好的防雾效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种防雾液,用于解决以往眼镜容易产生雾气的麻烦。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明公开了一种防雾液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠4%~6%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐3%~5%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠1%~3%,丙二醇10%~20%,异丙醇5%~15%,三氯单氟甲烷3%~8%,月桂酸0.5%~1.5%,椰子油衍生物0.5%~1.5%,水55%~62%。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠5%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐4%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠2%,丙二醇14%,异丙醇10%,三氯单氟甲烷5%,月桂酸1%,椰子油衍生物1%,水58%。
根据本发明一实施方式,其中上述椰子油衍生物为椰油基硫酸钠、椰油酰胺基单乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
与现有技术相比,本申请可以获得包括以下技术效果:
通过椰子油衍生物增强清洁效果,去除表面油脂,另外配合其余成分实现镜片表面的除雾效果。
当然,实施本申请的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。
具体实施方式
以下将配合实施例来详细说明本申请的实施方式,借此对本申请如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
本发明公开了一种防雾液,由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠4%~6%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐3%~5%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠1%~3%,丙二醇10%~20%,异丙醇5%~15%,三氯单氟甲烷3%~8%,月桂酸0.5%~1.5%,椰子油衍生物0.5%~1.5%,水55%~62%。
在本发明一实施方式中,分别提取上述重量份的十二烷基硫酸钠,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐,进行充分混合,然后滴加丙二醇,异丙醇,三氯单氟甲烷,月桂酸,椰子油衍生物,并与水混合,最终再添加烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠进行酸碱度平衡,得到眼镜除雾液。其中,椰子油衍生物能够增强镜片表面的清洁度,去除油污,提高清洁效果,从而提高镜片表面的防雾效果。
其中优选地,上述由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠5%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐4%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠2%,丙二醇14%,异丙醇10%,三氯单氟甲烷5%,月桂酸1%,椰子油衍生物1%,水58%。
其中上述椰子油衍生物为椰油基硫酸钠、椰油酰胺基单乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
综上所述,本发明通过椰子油衍生物增强清洁效果,去除表面油脂,另外配合其余成分实现镜片表面的除雾效果。

1.一种防雾液,其特征在于,由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠4%~6%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐3%~5%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠1%~3%,丙二醇10%~20%,异丙醇5%~15%,三氯单氟甲烷3%~8%,月桂酸0.5%~1.5%,椰子油衍生物0.5%~1.5%,水55%~62%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防雾液,其特征在于,由下列重量百分比的成分混合制成:
十二烷基硫酸钠5%,复合聚醚硫酸酯三乙醇胺盐4%,烷磺基琥珀酸酯钠2%,丙二醇14%,异丙醇10%,三氯单氟甲烷5%,月桂酸1%,椰子油衍生物1%,水58%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防雾液,其特征在于,其中所述椰子油衍生物为椰油基硫酸钠、椰油酰胺基单乙醇胺中的一种或两种。
