Abstract

本发明涉及汽车玻璃清洗领域,尤其是一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~15份、二氧基乙酸合铜5~10份、季铵盐阳离子3~5份、皂素3~8份、聚乙烯醇10~20份、葡萄糖酸钠4~8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~5份和去离子水60~80份。其制取工艺包括以下步骤:S1:配液、S2:混合。本发明,十二烷基苯磺酸纳对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效果,对天然纤维上颗粒污垢的洗涤作用尤佳。但是耐硬水较差,去污性能可随水的硬度而降低,在该发明中通过添加二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子和葡萄糖酸钠,克服了十二烷基苯磺酸纳的缺点,使其去污能力更好更强。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车玻璃清洗技术领域,具体为一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制取工艺。
背景技术
汽车挡风玻璃时间长了容易脏,影响司机视线,发生危险事故,所以一般都会通过喷玻璃清洗剂进行清洗,但是,市场很多玻璃清洗剂质量不够好,对玻璃有腐蚀,或者去污效果不好,为此,我们发明一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制取工艺。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂及其制取工艺。所述环保汽车玻璃清洗剂具有对玻璃无腐蚀和去污效果等特点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~15份、二氧基乙酸合铜5~10份、季铵盐阳离子3~5份、皂素3~8份、聚乙烯醇10~20份、葡萄糖酸钠4~8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~5份和去离子水60~80份。
优选的,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠7~12份、二氧基乙酸合铜7~9份、季铵盐阳离子3.5~4.5份、皂素5~7份、聚乙烯醇12~18份、葡萄糖酸钠5~7份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5~4.5份和去离子水65~75份。
优选的,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、二氧基乙酸合铜8份、季铵盐阳离子4份、皂素6份、聚乙烯醇15份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份和去离子水70份。
一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂的制取工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:配液:将聚乙烯醇和去离子水放入反应釜内,在400~800r/min下搅拌15~25min,温度为20℃~50℃;
S2:混合:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子、葡萄糖酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入到步骤S1中的配液中,在400~600r/min下搅拌30~50min,温度为25℃~40℃,至完全溶解;
S3:待步骤S2中的混合液冷却至常温,包装即得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明,十二烷基苯磺酸纳对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效果,对天然纤维上颗粒污垢的洗涤作用尤佳,去污力随洗涤温度的升高而增强,对蛋白污垢的作用高于非离子表面活性剂,且泡沫丰富,而且不具有腐蚀性,更环保。但烷基苯磺酸钠存在两个缺点,一是耐硬水较差,去污性能可随水的硬度而降低,在该发明中通过添加二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子和葡萄糖酸钠,克服了十二烷基苯磺酸纳的缺点,使其去污能力更好更强。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:
实施例1
一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、二氧基乙酸合铜5份、季铵盐阳离子3份、皂素3份、聚乙烯醇10份、葡萄糖酸钠4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3份和去离子水60份。
其制取工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:配液:将聚乙烯醇和去离子水放入反应釜内,在400r/min下搅拌15min,温度为20℃;
S2:混合:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子、葡萄糖酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入到步骤S1中的配液中,在400r/min下搅拌30min,温度为25℃,至完全溶解;
S3:待步骤S2中的混合液冷却至常温,包装即得成品。
实施例2
一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠15份、二氧基乙酸合铜10份、季铵盐阳离子5份、皂素8份、聚乙烯醇20份、葡萄糖酸钠8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5份和去离子水80份。
其制取工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:配液:将聚乙烯醇和去离子水放入反应釜内,在800r/min下搅拌25min,温度为50℃;
S2:混合:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子、葡萄糖酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入到步骤S1中的配液中,在600r/min下搅拌50min,温度为40℃,至完全溶解;
S3:待步骤S2中的混合液冷却至常温,包装即得成品。
一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、二氧基乙酸合铜8份、季铵盐阳离子4份、皂素6份、聚乙烯醇15份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份和去离子水70份。
其制取工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1:配液:将聚乙烯醇和去离子水放入反应釜内,在600r/min下搅拌20min,温度为35℃;
S2:混合:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子、葡萄糖酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入到步骤S1中的配液中,在500r/min下搅拌40min,温度为32℃,至完全溶解;
S3:待步骤S2中的混合液冷却至常温,包装即得成品。
本发明,十二烷基苯磺酸纳对颗粒污垢,蛋白污垢和油性污垢有显著的去污效果,对天然纤维上颗粒污垢的洗涤作用尤佳,去污力随洗涤温度的升高而增强,对蛋白污垢的作用高于非离子表面活性剂,且泡沫丰富,而且不具有腐蚀性,更环保。但烷基苯磺酸钠存在两个缺点,一是耐硬水较差,去污性能可随水的硬度而降低,在该发明中通过添加二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子和葡萄糖酸钠,克服了十二烷基苯磺酸纳的缺点,使其去污能力更好更强。

1.一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠5~15份、二氧基乙酸合铜5~10份、季铵盐阳离子3~5份、皂素3~8份、聚乙烯醇10~20份、葡萄糖酸钠4~8份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3~5份和去离子水60~80份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠7~12份、二氧基乙酸合铜7~9份、季铵盐阳离子3.5~4.5份、皂素5~7份、聚乙烯醇12~18份、葡萄糖酸钠5~7份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3.5~4.5份和去离子水65~75份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保汽车玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:重量份数组成为:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、二氧基乙酸合铜8份、季铵盐阳离子4份、皂素6份、聚乙烯醇15份、葡萄糖酸钠6份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱4份和去离子水70份。
4.一种如权利要求1所述的环保汽车玻璃清洗剂的制取工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:配液:将聚乙烯醇和去离子水放入反应釜内,在400~800r/min下搅拌15~25min,温度为20℃~50℃;
S2:混合:将十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二氧基乙酸合铜、季铵盐阳离子、葡萄糖酸钠和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入到步骤S1中的配液中,在400~600r/min下搅拌30~50min,温度为25℃~40℃,至完全溶解;
S3:待步骤S2中的混合液冷却至常温,包装即得成品。
