The invention provides an SOD biological enzyme activity nutrient, a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of agricultural research and development. The SOD biological enzyme activity nutrient provided by the invention is prepared from the following reaction raw materials in parts by mass: 10-50 parts of SOD biological enzyme, 3-8 parts of calcium, 3-8 parts of zinc, 0.5-4 parts of magnesium, 1-5 parts of monopotassium phosphate and 0-50 parts of glucose. The invention combines several important nutrient elements necessary for plants with SOD biological enzyme, not only can increase the yield and income of crops, but also can decompose pesticide residue in the production process of the crops and reduce heavy metal residue through scientific and reasonable compatibility.

Example 1:
30kg of SOD biological enzyme, 5kg of calcium, 5kg of zinc, 2kg of magnesium, 3kg of monopotassium phosphate and 20kg of edible glucose are weighed. Example 2:

Example 3:
