Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention is a single head filling machine including: a filling head 1 for filling, a conveyor belt 2 for conveying the material bottles, and a bottle clamping device for clamping the material bottles in the filling process. The bottle clamping belt mechanism 3 further comprises a lifting adjusting mechanism 34 for adjusting the height of the belt 32. According to the present embodiment, the driving mechanism of the pulley 31 is a servomotor 36. The servo motor 36 drives the belt 32 to clamp the bottle 4 to be filled and move the bottle forwards. The bottle 4 to be filled is conveyed forward while being detected by a detection photo-electric (not shown). When the material bottle 4 to be filled runs to a designated position, the bottle mouth is accurately positioned, the servo motor 36 stops the belt 32 from rotating, and the filling head descends to start the filling process. After filling, the filling head rises and leaves the bottle mouth, (if the bottle is lacked in the middle, the corresponding filling head and the filling drive can not act, the function of no-bottle and no-filling is realized), the servo motor 36 drives the belt 32 to resume rotating, the filled material bottle is conveyed out of the filling machine, and the whole filling body enters the next movement period.
The high-speed start and the location are realized by adopting the servo motor in the embodiment, the filling speed can be greatly improved, and the filling speed is improved by at least one time compared with the existing structure.
In another embodiment, the drive mechanism may employ a common motor in conjunction with an encoder to achieve the same effect.

9. Single-head filling machine according to claim 2, characterized in that said belt (32) is a rubber belt.
