Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine gargle which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 10 to 20 portions of raw liquorice, 15 to 20 portions of mint, 15 to 20 portions of rabdosia rubescens, 15 to 20 portions of centella, 15 to 20 portions of angelica dahurica and 15 to 20 portions of eupatorium. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle provided by the invention can be applied to preparation of medicines for treating oral ulcer, has a very remarkable improvement effect on oral ulcer, and is favored by patients because the duration of single oral ulcer of the patients is shortened, the recurrence interval time is prolonged, the pain degree of ulcer is reduced, the quantity is reduced, and the ulcer range is also reduced after the gargle is used for treatment. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle disclosed by the invention is mild in prescription and wide in application range, can be adjusted according to specific diseases, and has wide application prospect.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine gargle, a preparation method and application thereof in preparing a medicine for treating dental ulcer.
Background
Behcet's disease (Behcet's disease)disease, BD), which is a disease mainly manifested by recurrent oral ulcer, genital ulcer, and ophthalmia, alsoThe systemic treatment medicine mainly comprises glucocorticoid (side effects are more, withdrawal is difficult), immunosuppressant (thalidomide has definite curative effect and wide application, but has serious teratogenesis and is forbidden by patients in the childbearing period with fertility requirements), and biological preparation (high price, super-adaptive use cannot be brought into the scope of medical insurance payment, opportunistic infection after long-term use and tumor occurrence risk increase).
Recurrent Oral Ulcer (ROU) is a common clinical oral mucosa disease with unknown etiology, has self-limiting, periodicity and recurrence, has pathogenesis related to immunologic dysfunction, is influenced by multiple factors such as heredity, diet, emotion, infection, endocrine and the like, cannot be radically cured at present, can improve symptoms to a certain extent by medicines, and lacks of ideal treatment means.
For oral mucosa symptoms, whether BD or ROU, modern clinical use chlorhexidine, povidone iodine and other anti-inflammatory preparations for gargling, and ulcer paste, iodine glycerol, lidocaine gel and other analgesic preparations for local external use for symptomatic treatment, but the effect is not good, severe patients need to use glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants systemically, have more adverse drug reactions, and are easy to relapse after stopping taking the medicine. The traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of treatment based on syndrome differentiation, oral administration of decoction or patent medicine, external application of tin powder, watermelon frost, external ulcer powder and the like, but because of the characteristics of disease symptoms, bitter and cold products such as heat clearing and detoxifying are added for prescription administration, a patient is difficult to persist for a long time, the patient is frequently used for a long time and enters the body through damaged mucous membranes to cause poisoning, the two medicines have the problem of relapse after stopping administration, and the disease is better than that of the patient in the middle and light years of 16-40 years old, so that the working pressure is high, the life rhythm is fast, and timely administration and re-diagnosis are difficult.
The gargle is taken as an oral mucosa administration treatment means, is convenient to administer, is beneficial to the absorption of the medicine through mucosa to avoid the first pass effect, avoids the degradation of gastrointestinal tracts, effectively improves the bioavailability, achieves local and systemic treatment, has received extensive clinical attention, is considered to be a promising treatment means, but is currently applied to clinical gargle preparations, such as chlorhexidine, cetylpyridinium chloride, povidone iodine and the like, mainly takes the anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, has no functions of promoting mucosa healing and reducing ulcer recurrence, has strong irritation, and is not suitable for patients with Behcet's disease with obvious local wound pain and recurrent oral ulcer. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle has the advantages of flexible adjustment of functional indications, proper taste, good freshness preservation degree and the like, and related researches prove that the curative effect of treating recurrent oral ulcer is higher than that of iodine-glycerol inunction, but the prescription medicines are all used in thousands of autumn.
