Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pet foods, in particular to a high-protein low-fat pet food and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of the global human living standard, pets become indispensable partners in human life, and the proportion of dogs among the pets is the largest, because people overend the dogs and feed the dogs without abstinence, and people are working in the daytime and do not have time to strengthen the movement of the dogs, the originally well-known body of the dogs is changed greatly, and the dogs are overweight and obese.
Obesity is susceptible to a number of pathological disorders, the most common of which are asthma, diabetes and cardiovascular disorders. At present, in order to control the body weight of pets, low-calorie food is mostly adopted to reduce the fat amount, but the fat amount is seriously reduced, and particularly essential amino acid is easy to cause skin lesion or cardiovascular disease; low calorie products with higher protein content have also been used to increase the ratio of protein to calories, but pet food is consumed spontaneously by the pet, requiring the pet owner to perform strict dosing measures, which are often difficult to impose, and hunger tends to stress the pet and cause discomfort, aggressive behavior.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the weight of obese pets and prevent complications caused by obesity, the application provides a high-protein low-fat pet food and a preparation method thereof.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a high protein low fat pet food, which adopts the following technical scheme:
a high-protein low-fat pet food comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of high-protein component, 5-15 parts of fruit, 5-15 parts of vegetable, 0.8-3.2 parts of starch and 0.1-1 part of grease;
the high-protein component comprises silkworm chrysalis and yellow mealworms in a mass ratio of 1: 0.7-1.3.
By adopting the technical scheme, the silkworm pupae are high-protein insects, the protein content is higher than that of beef, pork, chicken and fish, the protein is rich in various amino acids necessary for pets, particularly lysine, methionine and the like which cannot be synthesized in vivo, the protein is high-quality insect protein, the protein in the silkworm pupae is easy to hydrolyze, the absorption rate of the pet is about 90%, and the absorption of the pet on the protein in pet food can be ensured; the protein content of the yellow mealworm is more than 48%, the nutritional value is high, the yellow mealworm is easy to digest and absorb by animals, and the silkworm pupa and the yellow mealworm with the mass ratio of 1:0.7-1.3 can ensure that pet food can supplement protein and simultaneously can not cause pet fat accumulation; in addition, the pet food is added with fruits and vegetables with rich dietary fiber content, so that the pet food has satiety after eating, and cannot generate aggressive behavior due to control of eating amount, and the fruits and vegetables can delay sugar absorption, promote gastrointestinal peristalsis, and improve the transport and transformation capacity of the spleen and stomach, thereby achieving the effects of losing weight and reducing weight.
Preferably, the pet food further comprises 5-10 parts of quality modifier and 5-10 parts of nutritional additive, wherein the quality modifier comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of plantain seed powder, 0.1-0.4 part of navy bean powder, 0.3-0.5 part of isomaltulose, 0.3-0.7 part of baicalin and 0.1-0.3 part of mung bean hull.
By adopting the technical scheme, the plantain seed powder is rich in alpha-amylase inhibitor and dietary fiber, can effectively block the decomposition of starch, block the intake of most starch heat, reduce the maximum fat source in a pet body, has the effect of suppressing appetite, can reduce the food consumption of the pet, does not take quantitative feeding of the pet owner as a weight-reducing measure, and reduces the weight by taking the spontaneous reduction of the food consumption of the pet; the isomaltulose can improve the oxidation resistance of the pet food, further improve the storage stability and the oxidation stability of the pet food, the mung bean hull has the characteristics of high fiber and low fat, can promote cholesterol in vivo to be decomposed into cholic acid in the liver, accelerate the secretion of bile salt in bile, reduce the absorption of the cholesterol by small intestines, and has the lipid-lowering effect, the mung bean hull has the antibacterial and antibacterial effects, the baicalin can prevent strong oxidation of free radicals, prevent the lipid peroxidation reaction from generating the lipid peroxidation reaction, damage tissues and cells of an organism, cause chronic diseases and aging, and the baicalin has the antioxidant effect, so the prepared quality modifier can control the pet food intake rate, can also increase the antioxidant effect of the pet food, and prolong the storage period.
Preferably, the preparation method of the quality modifier comprises the following steps:
(1) drying baicalin and testa Phaseoli Radiati, pulverizing, ultrasonic extracting for 2-3 times, mixing extractive solutions, adding isomaltulose, and extruding to obtain core;
(2) dissolving 1-2 parts by weight of ethyl cellulose by using ethanol, adding 0.3-0.6 part by weight of diethyl phthalate and 0.2-0.5 part by weight of polyvinylpyrrolidone, uniformly mixing, adding plantain seed powder and navy bean powder, and uniformly stirring to prepare coating liquid;
(3) spraying the coating liquid onto the core while stirring the core at a rotation speed of 50-80r/min and a spraying pressure of 0.1-0.2MPa, and drying to obtain the quality modifier, wherein the mass ratio of the core liquid to the core is 0.5-0.7: 1.
By adopting the technical scheme, ethyl cellulose forms coating liquid under the action of diethyl phthalate serving as a plasticizer, the coating liquid contains plantain seed powder and navy bean powder, and after the coating liquid is coated on a core, the quality modifier is formed under the action of polyvinylpyrrolidone serving as a pore-forming agent. When the pet food is not eaten, the coated core, namely the extract of baicalin and mung bean hull and the isomaltulose, are released from pores formed by polyvinylpyrrolidone, so that long-acting antibacterial and antioxidant effects are exerted, and the storage period is prolonged; after the quality modifier enters the pet body, the plantain seed powder and the navy bean powder loaded on the coating liquid have the effect of inhibiting food, reduce the food intake rate of obese pets and reduce the weight; when the coating is not dissolved, the core can be released from the pores formed by the polyvinylpyrrolidone, so as to achieve the effects of reducing blood fat and resisting aging.
Preferably, the nutritional additive comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-0.6 part of fat inhibitor and 1-2 parts of traditional Chinese medicine insect repellent.
By adopting the technical scheme, the pets have endoparasites and ectoparasites, the endoparasites can capture nutrient substances in the pets, and the pets can seriously show symptoms such as belly pain, belly pulling and the like, so the traditional Chinese medicine insect repellant is used and enters the pets along with pet food to expel the parasites in the pets; in addition, fat is more in the fat pet body, and in order to prevent the pet from eating the pet food, the pet has less exercise amount and causes the fat to accumulate again, the fat inhibitor is added to prevent the fat from accumulating and causing the obesity.
Preferably, the preparation method of the nutritional additive is as follows:
(1) dissolving 1-2 parts by weight of chitosan in 3-5 parts by weight of acetic acid with mass concentration of 1-3%, adding 0.1-0.5 part by weight of tween, and uniformly mixing to form a mixed solution;
(2) adding a fat inhibitor into the mixed solution, and uniformly mixing to form a coating solution, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed solution to the fatty acid inhibitor is 1: 0.3-0.6;
(3) spraying the prepared coating solution on the Chinese medicinal insect repellent, heating to 80-100 deg.C, and drying.
