Description

Ternary herbicidal composition containing HPPD inhibitor herbicide and application thereof
The application is a divisional application of a Chinese invention patent application with the application date of 2018, 07, 21 and the application number of 201810806889.0 (divisional application number of 202110408478.8), and the invention name of the invention is 'ternary herbicidal composition containing HPPD inhibitor herbicide and application thereof'.
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a ternary weeding composition containing HPPD inhibitor herbicides and application thereof.
Background
Chemical weeding is the most economic and effective means in preventing and removing weeds in farmlands, but the problems of drug resistance and resistance evolution of weeds and the like are easily caused by using a single variety or a single action mode of chemical herbicide continuously at a high dose for a long time.
The chemical structural formula of the diazole
Figure BDA0003553290630000011
The HPPD inhibitor herbicide is a newly developed HPPD inhibitor herbicide for treating stems and leaves after seedling emergence in a wheat field, has excellent biological activity, and can effectively prevent and kill various malignant weeds in the wheat field.
The chemical structural formula of the bicyclopyrone is shown as
Figure BDA0003553290630000012
The compound belongs to an HPPD inhibitor, and the activity of HPPD enzyme is inhibited, so that the process of converting hydroxy pyruvic acid into homogentisate is hindered, thus leading to the abnormal synthesis of tocopherol and plastoquinone, influencing the synthesis of carotenoid in a target body, leading to the whitening of leaves, influencing the normal operation of photosynthesis in a plant body, and finally completely dying.
The reasonable compounding or mixing of the herbicide compound has the advantages of expanding the weed spectrum, improving the control effect, delaying the occurrence and development of drug resistance and drug resistance of weeds and the like, and is one of the most effective methods for solving the problems. Therefore, the development of a weeding composition variety which has high safety and wide weed control spectrum, can produce synergistic effect and solve the problem of resistant weeds is urgently needed in production.

The formulation can be prepared by conventional processing methods, i.e., mixing the active substance with a liquid solvent or solid carrier, and adding one or more surfactants such as dispersants, stabilizers, wetting agents, binders, defoamers, etc.
The specific preparation of the weeding composition is dispersible oil suspending agent, water suspending agent, suspending emulsion, wettable powder, missible oil, water dispersible granule (dry suspending agent), emulsion in water and microemulsion.
In short, the compositions of the present invention may be mixed with solid and liquid additives conventionally used in prior art formulations.
The invention also provides application of the ternary weeding composition in controlling weeds in crops; and to provide a method of controlling unwanted plant growth comprising applying the ternary herbicidal composition to plants, parts of plants, plant seeds or areas where plants grow, preferably for the selective control of weeds in crops.
In addition, the compositions according to the invention can be applied by spraying to the foliage of the plants to be treated, i.e. to the weeds, in particular to surfaces which are harmful or susceptible to infestation by weeds which are harmful to the growth of the crop.
When the herbicidal compositions of the present invention are applied, unexpected synergistic effects are obtained and the herbicidal activity is more pronounced than the expected sum of the activities using the individual herbicides and the activity of either individually or in combination of any two of the herbicides. The synergistic effect is manifested by reduced application rates, a broader spectrum of weed control, and a faster and longer lasting herbicidal action, which are desirable in the practice of weed control. These new compositions are clearly superior to existing herbicides in terms of the properties described, achieving reduced use and being more environmentally friendly.
The synergistic herbicidal composition of the invention also has the following advantages:
(1) the composition is environment-friendly, is easy to degrade in the environment, and is suitable for various crop fields.
(2) The weeding composition has low cost and convenient use, and has great economic and social benefits when being popularized and applied.

B) Test of drug efficacy
Soil sealing treatment:
1) test conditions
1.1) test target
Cardamine hirsuta L, chickweed (Stellaria media) were collected from Jiangsu Xinghua.
1.2) culture conditions
The weeds are cultivated by a pot culture method. Placing a 180 х 140mm plastic nutrition pot in an enamel tray, collecting air-dried and sieved surface soil (4/5) from farmland, controlling soil humidity at 20% in the initial stage, selecting weed seeds with full and uniform seeds, soaking in 25 deg.C warm water for 6 hr, accelerating germination in 28 deg.C biochemical incubator (dark), placing the weed seeds just exposed to the white on the surface of the soil, and covering with soil of 0.7 cm. The treated medicament is placed in a controllable sunlight greenhouse for culture, and a certain amount of water is periodically added into an enamel tray to keep the soil moist.
The method is carried out in a controllable sunlight greenhouse at the temperature of 18-30 ℃ under natural illumination and with the relative humidity of 57-72%. The soil type is loam, the organic matter content is 1.63%, the pH value is 7.1, the alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen is 84.3mg/kg, the quick-acting phosphorus is 38.5mg/kg, and the quick-acting potassium is 82.1 mg/kg.
1.3), instrumentation

Ten thousandth electronic balance of GA110 type (germany); ZDR2000 intelligent data recorder (hangzhou ze large instruments ltd); SPX type intelligent biochemical incubator (Ningbo Jiangnan Instrument factory).
2) Design of experiments
2.1), reagents
The required active ingredients of bicyclopyrone, topramezone, triazophone and topramezone are produced by the company, and others are purchased from the reagent company. The raw medicines are all diluted by using an emulsifier T-80 aqueous solution with the content of 0.1 percent by using acetone as a solvent.
2.2) test treatment
2.2.1), dose setting
When determining the ratio or content of each component, the main purpose of the formula should be considered in consideration of the action characteristics of the three agents and the toxicity thereof. The study is based on preliminary examination in the early stage and sets single use and mixed use amount. Water without drug, containing the same solvent and emulsifier was used as a blank.
2.2.2) test repetition
Each treatment was repeated 4 times, 3 pots each time, and 20 weed seeds were sown per pot for a total of 60 plants per treatment.
2.3) treatment method
2.3.1), treatment time and number of times
The test was co-administered 1 time, 24 hours after sowing.
2.3.2), instruments and methods of use
Uniformly placing the cultured test materials on a 0.5m area2The soil surface layer is sprayed by a 3WP-2000 model walking type spraying tower, and the liquid spraying amount is 450 kg/hectare. The spraying pressure is 0.3 MPa. And after all the liquid medicine is sprayed, closing the air valve, opening the spraying tower door after 30 seconds, and taking out the nutrition pot. Then the air valve is opened, 50mL of clean water is sprayed, and the liquid spraying pipe is cleaned.
3) Test method
The potting method is adopted. The weed cultivation is carried out according to 1.2 and the standard herbicide for indoor bioassay of pesticides. The application method is shown in 2.3.2, and a soil treatment method is adopted.
4) Data investigation and statistical analysis
4.1) investigation method
The living weed seedlings were cut off by absolute number survey along the soil surface with a blade, and the fresh weight of the weeds was weighed with an analytical balance. For the weeds that have died, the fresh weight is zero.
4.2), investigation time and number of surveys
The investigation was carried out 15 days after the treatment, and was carried out 1 time in total.
4.3), statistical analysis of data
The combination action type of any two or the mixture of the two and the three on the weeds is evaluated by a Colby method.
And (5) cutting green tissues on each treatment ground in 15 days, weighing by adopting an electronic balance, and calculating the actual survival rate: e (%) × 100 (fresh weight of weeds in treatment area/fresh weight of weeds in control area) × 100
The theoretical weed survival rate calculation formula is as follows: e0 (%) ═ X Y/100 (binary mixed use)
Wherein X represents the survival rate of weeds A at a dose of P, Y represents the survival rate of weeds B at a dose of Q, E0 represents the theoretical survival rate of weeds A + B at a dose of (P + Q), and E represents the actual survival rate of weeds for each treatment.
E0(%)=X×Y×Z×…×N/100(n-1)(use of three or more elements)
X, Y, Z, N in the formula respectively represents the actual survival rates of n single agents, and n is the number of varieties of the compound herbicide.
When E0-E is more than 10%, the synergistic effect is generated; when E0-E < -10%, antagonism is indicated; when E0-E is within. + -. 10%, it is indicated that an additive effect is produced.
The statistical results of the actual control effect and combined action evaluation (soil treatment) of the mixed components on weeds are shown in tables 1-224, and when A is the carfentrazone-ethyl, the test material is cardamine hirsute; when A is the bicyclopyrone, the test material is chickweed.

The herbicidal compositions prepared in examples 1) to 224) were used for field weed effect tests.
An exemplary popularization test was performed in 2017 at the Anhui Tianchang test point. The weeds in the field are mainly: capsella bursa-pastoris, Stellaria arvensis, cleavers, Aleurites communis, Aleurites japonica, beckmannia syzigachne and the like.
Test methods (soil treatment): before weed germination, a manual sprayer is used for adding water with the amount of 45 kg/667 m2The soil surface is uniformly sprayed. The specific test agents and dosages are detailed in table 225, with a cell area of 50 square meters, repeated 4 times per treatment. The control effect was examined 45 days after application of the composition shown in Table 225.
