A herbicide containing benzobicyclon and MCPA is a suspending agent and is prepared from 45% of active ingredients, 15% of an auxiliary agent and 40% of deionized water, wherein the 15% of the auxiliary agent is 4.5% of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, 3.5% of a stabilizer, 3% of a regulator, 2.5% of an organic silicon defoaming agent and 1.5% of ethylene glycol, the stabilizer is prepared by mixing epoxidized soybean oil and epoxidized linseed oil according to a mass ratio of 1:1, and the regulator is prepared by mixing bentonite and xanthan gum according to a mass ratio of 1: 1.
The preparation method of the herbicide containing the bicyclohepatrione and the methoxone isooctyl ester comprises the following steps:
step one, uniformly mixing benzobicyclon, methoxone isooctyl ester, fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, a stabilizer, an organic silicon defoamer, glycol and deionized water in a stirrer, and transferring to a shearing kettle for shearing to obtain a sheared mixed material;
step two: and D, transferring the mixed material obtained in the step I to a sand mill for sanding until the particle size of the material is smaller than 5 micrometers, adding a conditioning agent, continuing sanding until the particle size of the material is 2 micrometers, and thus obtaining the herbicide containing the dicylon-cotrione and the methoxone isooctyl ester.
The results of the experiments of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were conducted on 5 wheat test plots, and the gas control means and the wheat varieties used in the 5 wheat test plots were the same, and the herbicidal effects after 30 days were observed to obtain the following data.

From the above data, it can be seen that the herbicide containing the two components of the benzobicylon and the methoxone isooctyl ester has better herbicidal effect than the herbicide containing the single component of the benzobicylon or the methoxone isooctyl ester.
The herbicides obtained in example 3 and comparative example 3 were placed in a ventilated environment at 18 ℃ and the stability of the herbicide was observed after 180 days, and the results showed that the herbicide obtained in example 3 did not have significant caking and delamination, and that the herbicide obtained in comparative example 3 showed weak delamination, indicating that the suspending agent herbicide obtained by adding polyoxyethylene ether sulfate was more stable than the suspending agent herbicide obtained by adding fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.

Claims (8)

1. The herbicide containing the bicyclohepatrione and the methoxone isooctyl ester is characterized in that the active ingredients of the herbicide are the bicyclohepatrione and the methoxone isooctyl ester, and the mass ratio of the bicyclohepatrione to the methoxone isooctyl ester is 1-10: 0.1-1.5.
2. The herbicide containing the bicyclosulfuron and the methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the herbicide containing the bicyclosulfuron and the methoxone isooctyl ester is a suspending agent, and is prepared from 5-85% of active ingredients, 5-15% of auxiliary agents and 10-80% of deionized water.
3. The herbicide containing the benzobicyclon and the methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 2, wherein the adjuvant is a mixture of polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, a stabilizer, a regulator, a silicone defoamer and glycol in any ratio.
4. The herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 1, wherein the herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
step one, uniformly mixing the benzobicyclon, the methoxone isooctyl ester, the polyoxyethylene ether sulfate, the stabilizer, the organic silicon defoamer, the glycol and the deionized water in a stirrer, and transferring the mixture to a shearing kettle for shearing to obtain a sheared mixed material;
step two: and D, transferring the mixed material obtained in the step I to a sand mill for sanding until the particle size of the material is smaller than 5 micrometers, adding a conditioning agent, continuing sanding until the particle size of the material is 2-3 micrometers, and thus obtaining the herbicide containing the bicyclosulfuron and the MCPA.
5. The herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 3, wherein the stabilizer is one or more of epoxidized soybean oil and epoxidized linseed oil; the modifier is one or a mixture of several of organic bentonite, xanthan gum, polyvinyl alcohol and magnesium aluminum silicate in any ratio.
6. The herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 3, wherein said polyoxyethylene ether sulfate is prepared by the steps of:
grinding sulfamic acid and urea, drying in a vacuum drying oven at 50-70 ℃ for 20-30h, and cooling to room temperature for later use;
and B: b, putting the sulfamic acid, the urea and the polyoxyethylene ether treated in the step A into a reaction kettle, stirring and reacting for 5-15min at 40-55 ℃, heating to 100-120 ℃, continuing to react for 2-4h, cooling to 90 ℃, and adding deionized water for hydrolysis to obtain a crude product;
and C: and D, dissolving the crude product obtained in the step B in absolute ethyl alcohol, stirring and ultrasonically treating, removing the absolute ethyl alcohol from the filtrate through a rotary evaporator, and repeating the operation for 3 times to obtain the polyoxyethylene ether sulfate.
7. The herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 6, wherein the polyoxyethylene ether is one or a mixture of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, stearic acid polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether in any ratio.
8. The herbicide containing benzobicyclon and methoxone isooctyl ester as claimed in claim 6, wherein the ratio of polyoxyethylene ether: sulfamic acid: the mass ratio of the deionized water is 80-100:25-30: 2.5-4.
