Description

Dispersible oil suspending agent containing topramezone and pyraclonil and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a dispersible oil suspending agent containing topramezone and pyraclonil, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The dispersible oil suspending agent uses vegetable oil as a dispersion medium, has the advantages of good dispersibility, good adhesiveness, stable performance, good permeability and the like, and is resistant to rain wash, so that the utilization rate of pesticides is improved, the using amount of effective components can be reduced, the environment-friendly effect is realized, and the cost is saved.
Topramezone (Topramezon) is the first benzyl ester pyrazolone herbicide developed by basf, belongs to an inhibitor of p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD), has good control effect on weeds resistant to glyphosate, triazine, acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitor and acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase) inhibitor, and can control main gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds on corn crops worldwide.
Pyraclonil (Pyraclonil) is a herbicide for paddy fields, a novel structural compound with pyrazolopyridine ring found by Bayer in Germany. It has high activity to barnyard grass and the annual broad-range weeds such as Iris lactuca pall, boea virginiana, broad-leaved weed plantago asiatica, field lettuce and wild arrowhead and water chestnut for many years. The agent belongs to protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO) inhibitor, and is mainly absorbed through the root and leaf base of weeds. The herbicide also has good effect on some weeds with resistance to sulfonylurea herbicides.
The single herbicide is easy to generate drug resistance or has a limited control spectrum when used, and the harm of the weeds in the farmland in the actual production cannot be well solved.

2. the weeding composition has obvious synergistic effect, the weeding action mechanisms of the topramezone and the pyraclonil are different, experiments show that the reasonable combination of the topramezone and the pyraclonil can expand the weeding spectrum and delay the drug resistance of weeds, and the weeding composition also has obvious synergistic effect, especially when the combination ratio is 1:8, the synergistic effect is most obvious.
3. The effective components are prepared into a dispersible oil suspending agent, the capability of the liquid medicine for penetrating a wax layer and a cuticle of a leaf surface can be improved by using an oil dispersing medium and adding an auxiliary agent suitable for an oil-based system, so that the liquid medicine can enter tissues in the leaf more smoothly, and the oil-based system is favorable for improving the deposition capability, the rain wash resistance and the transpiration resistance of the liquid medicine.
4. The conventional topramezone preparation is influenced by various factors to be decomposed, so that the activity is reduced, and the drug effect is finally influenced. By adding a proper stabilizer, the problems that topramezone is extremely easy to decompose and the color becomes dark in an oily dispersion medium system can be effectively solved. The relative decomposition rate of the topramezone can be ensured to be below 5 percent in a heat storage stability test.

TABLE 1 field efficacy of topramezone and pyraclonil combinations
Figure BDA0002255669990000051
The field pesticide effect test result shows that the single use of the pyraclonil has good control effect on the gramineous weeds such as barnyard grass and the like, slightly poor control effect on part of broadleaf weeds, and the topramezone has better control effect on the broadleaf weeds and part of the gramineous weeds. The preparations in examples 1 to 4 are all dispersible oil suspending agents, vegetable oil is used as a dispersing medium, raw materials are widely available and are renewable resources, so that the preparations are more environment-friendly, and have excellent spreading permeability and excellent rain erosion resistance, and the synergistic effect is obvious. The field effect shows that the control effect of the dispersible oil suspending agent in the examples 1-4 on the grassy weeds and the broadleaf weeds is obviously better than that of the control agents 1 and 2. Visual inspection shows that the treated crops grow normally, and obvious phytotoxicity is not generated in rice plants, which indicates that the treated crops are safe for the tested rice varieties.
When the compounding ratio of the topramezone to the pyraclonil is 1:8 (example 2), the dispersible oil suspending agent shows unexpected excellent control effect on the weeds in the paddy field, wherein the control efficiency on the grassy weeds reaches 97.80%, and the control efficiency on the broadleaf weeds reaches 96.28%. The topramezone is a p-hydroxyphenylpyruvate dioxygenase (HPPD) inhibitor, is absorbed by leaves, roots and seedlings, is transported to meristems, and inhibits the generation of HPPD, so that the synthesis of plastoquinone is interfered, the synthesis of carotenoid is inhibited, and finally, the synthesis of chlorophyll is inhibited, which is represented by albino death of germinated weeds; pyraclonil is an inhibitor of protoporphyrinogen oxidase (PPO), which can catalyze oxidation of protoporphyrinogen IX to protoporphyrin IX, which further generates chlorophyll under the action of magnesium chelatase, and when PPO activity is inhibited, synthesis of chlorophyll in weeds is hindered, resulting in death of weeds. After the topramezone and the pyraclonil are compounded according to a certain proportion, particularly 1:8, the topramezone and the pyraclonil can jointly inhibit the synthesis of chlorophyll of weeds in different ways, so that the synergistic effect on weed control is shown. The composition has obviously improved weed control effect compared with a single dose, thereby reducing the using dose of the pesticide, reducing the application times, reducing the application cost and reducing the adverse effect of the pesticide on the ecological environment.
Table 218% topramezone-pyraclonil dispersible oil suspending agent stability test result
Figure BDA0002255669990000061
The test results show that the addition of epoxidized soybean oil, triphenyl phosphite and butyl hydroxy anisole as stabilizers into the 18% topramezone-pyraclonil (2+16) dispersible oil suspending agent can improve the stability of topramezone in the thermal storage process. When these three types of stabilizers are added at 1%, the stabilizing effect is optimal.
In conclusion, the dispersible oil suspension containing topramezone and pyraclonil is mainly used for preventing and removing broadleaf weeds and gramineae weeds in paddy fields, is safe to target crops, and has the obvious advantages of wide weed control spectrum, strong rain erosion resistance, obvious synergistic effect, small using amount of effective components, longer lasting period, delay of the generation of drug resistance of weeds and the like compared with a single agent. The addition of the stabilizer can obviously improve the heat storage stability of the topramezone. The research, development and popularization of the invention have great social significance and environmental protection significance.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
