Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a composition containing halauxifen-methyl and triazophone and application thereof.
Background
Chlorofluoropyridine (florpyrauxifen-benzyl) is a novel aryl picolinic acid herbicide developed by the united states of america, leonurus; can effectively prevent and kill gramineous weeds such as barnyard grass, rice straw, moleplant seed and the like in a paddy field, cyperaceae weeds such as cyperus heterophyllus, cyperus esculentus, cyperus rotundus and solar-day fimbriatus, broad-leaved weeds such as piemarker, rhizoma alismatis, amaranthus, ragweed, chenopodium quinoa, erigeron breviscapus, mother grass, water clove, monochoria japonica, arrowhead, xanthium sibiricum and the like. After the herbicide is applied, the herbicide is absorbed by the leaves and root systems of the weeds, has systemic property, can be conducted through xylem and phloem, and is accumulated in meristems of the weeds, so that the herbicidal activity is exerted. Due to the novel action mechanism, the weed herbicide can solve the known weed resistance problem, is environment-friendly and is safe to other organisms. Triazasulcotrione (Tripyrasulfone) is a typical HPPD inhibitor. The HPPD inhibitor has the characteristics of broad-spectrum herbicidal activity, can be used before and after germination, and is dead after albinism of weeds. With HPPD inhibitor herbicides, the risk of weed resistance is much lower than with ALS inhibitors, and there is no cross-resistance caused by target resistance with other mechanisms of action such as the commonly used ALS inhibitors. It can effectively prevent and kill the main gramineous weeds, partial annual nutgrass flatsedge and broadleaf weeds in the paddy field, and has obvious control effect on the ALS inhibitor, the ACCase inhibitor, the hormone barnyard grass and the moleplant seed.
CN201710763723 discloses a weeding composition containing triazophos, wherein an active ingredient A is triazophos, and an active ingredient B is amicarbazone or fluroxypyridine ester. The mass ratio of A to B is 1; the composition can effectively prevent and kill barnyard grass, rice barnyard grass and other weeds in crops, and has the characteristics of expanding a weed control spectrum, reducing application amount, being safe to crops, being capable of generating a synergistic effect and solving resistant weeds and the like. Although the weeding effect is improved after the two are mixed as described in CN201710763723, the weeding effect is still low in actual field application, and the dosage of the active ingredients needs to be increased. Therefore, the weeding effect of the two mixed herbicides is still to be further improved, and the herbicide application reduction needs to be further optimized.
The method for improving the drug effect of the herbicide comprises various methods, such as improving application instruments, improving the formulation and processing quality of the herbicide, mixing the herbicide and the like. Generally, when the application mode and the application scene are fixed, the most effective means for realizing the 'reduced application synergy' of the herbicide and reducing the environmental pollution is to add the spray auxiliary agent. The addition of the spraying auxiliary agent can improve the stability of the liquid medicine, improve the biological activity of the liquid medicine to a certain extent and slow down the generation process of weed resistance. More importantly, the addition of the auxiliary agent can effectively regulate and control the dosage transmission process of spraying the liquid medicine, including increasing the deposition amount, spreading capacity, rain erosion resistance, evaporation resistance, wax layer permeability, absorption and conduction capacity and the like of the herbicide on the leaf surface, and finally the control effect of the liquid medicine on the target is improved.

the emulsifier is selected from: one or more of agricultural milk series and tween series;
the dispersing agent is selected from: one or more of polycarboxylate, alkylbenzene sulfonate, lignosulfonate;

The preparation method comprises the following steps: according to the proportion of the formula, a wet grinding technology is used, a certain amount of dispersing medium, a synergistic auxiliary agent, an emulsifier, a dispersant, a thickening agent and a raw pesticide are put in sequence and then pre-dispersed, then grinding is carried out, the mixture is poured into a sand mill to be ground for 2-3h, a laser particle size analyzer is used for detecting until D90 is less than or equal to 5 mu m, grinding is stopped, and filtering is carried out, thus obtaining the nano-particle material.
Example 2 Effect of synergist selection on herbicidal Activity
Test crops and weeds thereof: weeds in direct-seeding paddy fields: barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis and cyperus rotundus;
reagent to be tested:
the 10% chlorofluoro-triazole dispersible oil suspending agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
2% of fluroxypyr-meptyl, 8% of triazophos-sulcotrione, 3% of a synergistic assistant, 15% of an emulsifier, 3% of a dispersant, 2% of a thickener and 100% of a dispersion medium.
The emulsifier is composed of agricultural emulsion 500#: tween 80= 2; dispersant tersperse2700; the thickening agent is organic bentonite; the dispersion medium is soybean oil.
According to the difference of the synergistic auxiliary agents, the following medicaments are prepared
Remarking: the organic silicon is silicone oil; the medicament 11 does not contain a synergistic agent; potassium sulfate is used in the agent 9 to replace ammonium sulfate.
The test method comprises the following steps: the test was treated with chemicals and with a blank control. Each treatment was repeated 4 times, each cell area 50m2; arranging the blocks randomly; the small areas are ridged and separated to prevent the mutual interference of water between the treatment rooms. The rice is 3-4 leaf age, and the weeds are 1-3 leaf age. Spraying stems and leaves to the plants in each cell, randomly selecting 4 points in each test cell 21 days after the application, investigating each point by 0.25m2, investigating the number of the survival weed plants, weighing the fresh weight, and calculating the control effect of the total fresh weight of the weeds.
Control effect (%) = [ fresh weight of weeds in control area-fresh weight of weeds in treatment area ]/fresh weight of weeds in control area x 100.
And (3) testing results: methyl oleate belongs to an oil auxiliary agent, can promote spreading of liquid medicine on plant leaves, can dissolve a wax layer on the surface of weeds, and enhances permeation and absorption of the liquid medicine. The organic silicon assistant can improve the wettability of the liquid medicine on the surface of the weeds, increase the contact area of the liquid medicine and the surface of the blades and promote the penetration and movement of active ingredients in the whole blades. The polyvinyl alcohol belongs to a polymer auxiliary agent, and can increase the adhesive property of the liquid medicine and plants and increase the deposition amount of the liquid medicine. Ammonium sulfate belongs to an inorganic salt auxiliary agent, and can also improve the penetrability of the agent to weed cells.
Compared with the polyvinyl alcohol, methyl oleate, organic silicon and ammonium sulfate can obviously improve the weeding effect by comparing the agents 1-4; however, the addition of polyvinyl alcohol did not significantly improve the efficacy of the herbicide, probably because the herbicide did not sufficiently wet the weed leaves, although the deposition of the herbicide on the leaf surfaces was indicated.
Comparing agents 5-9, it can be seen that, compared with other synergistic combinations, after combining methyl oleate, organosilicon and ammonium sulfate at the same dosage, the synergistic effect is significant, the herbicidal effect is significantly enhanced, and the synergistic combination has significant differences from other treatments. Can realize the technical effects of reducing the application and the efficiency of the herbicide and reducing the environmental pollution.
