Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a pesticide composition containing glyphosate, in particular to a ternary compound pesticide composition containing glyphosate, rimsulfuron, bromoxynil octanoate or methyl oxazinate, and belongs to the technical field of pesticides.
Background
Glyphosate (glyphosate) is a non-selective, residue-free and biocidal herbicide, is very effective in preventing and controlling perennial deep-rooted malignant weeds, and has wide application in agriculture, forestry, gardening and other fields. Mainly inhibit enolpyruvylshikimin phosphate synthase in plants, thereby inhibiting the conversion of shikimin to phenylalanine, tyrosine and tryptophan, and interfering protein synthesis, resulting in death of plants. Because of the continuous expansion of the planting area of the transgenic crops, the demand of the glyphosate is rapidly increased, and the glyphosate becomes the pesticide variety with the largest global sales.
Rimsulfuron (rimsulfuron), a sulfonylurea herbicide variety, is absorbed by roots, stems, and leaves, and transmitted to meristems, and causes the plant to stop growing by inhibiting the biosynthesis of essential valine and isoleucine, thereby differentiating cells. Has the advantages of high selectivity, high efficiency, low toxicity and the like, is an important corn field herbicide and is used for preventing and killing annual or perennial grassy and broadleaf weeds.
Bromoxynil octanoate (bromoxynil octanoate), a benzonitrile contact herbicide with certain systemic activity, is mainly absorbed by leaves, conducts extremely limited conduction in plants, rapidly necroses plant tissues by inhibiting various processes of photosynthesis, and can be used for preventing and killing annual and perennial broadleaf weeds.
Methyl oxazinate (filthiacet-methyl), a selective post-emergence herbicide, is mainly used for preventing and killing annual broadleaf weeds in soybean and corn fields by inhibiting primordium Bo Linyuan oxidase in chloroplast synthesis of sensitive plants to cause accumulation of primordium and cell membrane necrosis and death of plants.
Along with the continuous popularization of glyphosate-resistant transgenic corn, the planting scale is larger and larger, a plurality of problems are found when the transgenic corn field weed is prevented and removed, malignant weed is difficult to prevent and remove, broadleaf weed preventing and controlling effect is poor, and the like, wherein the most serious is the excessive use of glyphosate herbicide, and the generation of phytotoxicity is easy to cause.
Some researches show that the herbicide can overcome or reduce phytotoxicity when mixed, and different herbicides can make up for the respective defects after mixed use due to different chemical components, action mechanisms and weed control spectrums. Moreover, field experiments show that the single herbicide is easy to generate drug resistance after long-term use, and can cause great influence on soil environment. The applicant aims at developing herbicide compound preparation, researches a series of herbicide mixture products, aims at preventing and controlling glyphosate-tolerant transgenic corn weeds, and aims at developing compound herbicide products which have wide herbicide control spectrum, small dosage, safety to crops and good market prospect. In the prior art, no report is reported on ternary combination of glyphosate, rimsulfuron and bromoxynil octanoate or methyl oxazin.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects existing in the prior art, the invention provides the ternary compound pesticide composition containing the glyphosate, which is a ternary compound preparation of the glyphosate, the rimsulfuron and the bromoxynil octanoate or the methyl oxazinate, and can be used for preventing and killing weeds in glyphosate-resistant transgenic corn fields, the weeding efficiency is obviously improved, and the survival rate of corn is not influenced. The pesticide composition has the advantages of high weed control efficiency, wide control target coverage, difficult generation of drug resistance, high efficiency, economy, safety and the like.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Application example one: evaluation of Combined action
In order to verify that the ternary combination of glyphosate, rimsulfuron and bromoxynil octanoate or the ternary combination of glyphosate, rimsulfuron and methyl zincate has a good synergistic effect, the inventor uses a room-temperature pot to perform a weeding effect test and evaluate the combined effect.
Test target: grass family heterograss crabgrass and broadleaf weed amaranth;
test agent: the same auxiliary agent and oil phase medium are used for respectively preparing glyphosate, rimsulfuron, bromoxynil octanoate and methyl oxazin into oil suspending agent single agents with the active ingredient content of 20 percent, and the 20 percent glyphosate oil suspending agent is diluted into 75g ai/ha, 150g ai/ha and 300g ai/ha by adding water; diluting 20% rimsulfuron oil suspension with water into 2.5g ai/ha, 5g ai/ha, 10g ai/ha; diluting 20% bromoxynil octanoate oil suspension into 20g ai/ha, 40g ai/ha and 80g ai/ha; diluting 20% methyl oxazin oil suspension into 0.625g ai/ha, 1.25g ai/ha and 2.5g ai/ha by adding water; blank control solution: the same auxiliary agent and oil phase medium are used for supplementing and preparing a sample without active ingredients, and then water is added for dilution according to 300 times of the minimum dilution multiple in the concentration.
The test method comprises the following steps: the activity of the mixed medicament on crabgrass and amaranthus retroflexus is checked by adopting a Colby method, a plastic pot with the height of 6cm and the diameter of 9cm is filled with quantitative soil, 20 seeds of weeds to be tested are uniformly sown in the plastic pot, 0.5-1cm of fine soil is covered, the seeds are placed at room temperature (about 20 ℃) for culture, the prepared raw medicament solution is compounded and diluted into a medicinal liquid with a certain concentration gradient, when the weeds grow to 2-4 leaf stages, the stem and leaf spraying treatment is carried out, each pot sprays 1ml of medicinal liquid, each treatment is repeated for 4 times, and a blank solution is used as a contrast. The treated test material is placed in room temperature for culture, the growth condition of weeds is observed regularly, the victim symptoms and the growth inhibition condition of target weeds are visually detected after 15 days, the fresh weight of the plant is weighed, and the fresh weight inhibition rate (%) is calculated.
Control effect (%) = (control fresh weight-treated fresh weight)/control fresh weight×100
The action evaluation method evaluates the combined action mode (NY/T1155.7-2006) of the herbicide according to the Colby method, and the formula is as follows: e (E) 0 =X+Y+Z 1 Or Z is 2 。
Wherein X is the fresh weight inhibition rate of glyphosate to target weeds in a certain dosage unit and is the percentage of control; y is the fresh weight inhibition rate of rimsulfuron to target weeds in a certain dosage unit, and the fresh weight inhibition rate is the percentage of control; z is Z 1 Fresh weight inhibition rate of bromoxynil octanoate to target weeds in a certain dosage unit is the percentage of control; z is Z 2 The fresh weight inhibition rate of the oxazin methyl ester to target weeds in a certain dosage unit is the percentage of the control; e (E) 0 Is the theoretical value of three effective components for inhibiting weeds; e is the actual measurement value of weed inhibition by three effective components, when E 0 E > 10%, is synergistic; e (E) 0 -E < -10% is antagonism; e (E) 0 E is an addition between.+ -. 10%.
