Description

Herbicidal composition containing dithiopyr and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, and particularly relates to a dithiopyr-containing weeding composition and application thereof.
Background
Dithiopyr (Dithiopyr) is a pyridine carboxylic acid herbicide. The herbicide is mainly absorbed by stems, leaves and roots, prevents the formation of spindle microtubules, causes microtubules to be short, cannot form normal spindle threads, prevents cells from mitosis, stops the growth of weeds and dies, and is a mitosis inhibitor. The dithiopyr has low use dose, high efficiency and long lasting period, is widely used for weeding paddy rice and can prevent and kill barnyard grass, monochoria vaginalis, cyperus rotundus, Equisetum arvense and other annual weeds. Dithiopyr chemical name: s, S' -dimethyl-2 difluoromethyl-4 isobutyl-6 trifluoromethylpyridine-3, 5-dithioformate, CAS accession No.: 997886-45-8, chemical structural formula:

cyhalofop-butyl is an acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase) inhibitor herbicide and is widely used for preventing and killing various weeds such as moleplant seed, digitaria sanguinalis, green bristlegrass, goosegrass herb and the like in paddy fields. Cyhalofop-butyl is registered in China in 2006, and is safe to rice and has a special effect on moleplant seed, so that cyhalofop-butyl becomes one of important herbicide varieties for preventing and controlling annual gramineous weeds such as moleplant seed, barnyard grass and the like in China. CAS accession number: 122008-85-9, chemical structural formula:

bentazone belongs to a contact type selective herbicide, is mainly absorbed by leaf surfaces, conducts a small amount of bentazone, is also absorbed by roots, conducts the bentazone through the top of xylem, influences the water metabolism and photosynthesis of weeds, and finally causes the physiological functions of the weeds to be disordered. The herbicide is mainly used for crops such as rice, soybean, peanut, wheat and the like, can prevent and kill broadleaf weeds and cyperaceae weeds, and is ineffective for gramineous weeds. CAS accession number: 25057-89-0, chemical structural formula:

the paddy field is one of important grain crops in the world and meets the grain demand of nearly 50% of the population in the world. With the increase of the rice planting area, the harm of weeds to the rice yield is more and more serious. In the agricultural production process, the rice loss caused by weeds is about 15% every year, and improper control of fields can even be absolutely harvested. Weeds not only cause the reduction of the yield of rice, but also affect the quality of rice. The weeds in paddy fields are mainly gramineae, monochoriaceae, alismatis, cyperaceae, compositae and the like. At present, chemical weeding is mainly adopted for preventing and controlling weeds in paddy fields, but due to single and excessive use and unreasonable abuse of chemical herbicides, serious environmental and health problems are caused, and serious drug resistance of the weeds is caused. Therefore, how to reasonably screen and compound different pesticide varieties, improve the control effect of weeds in the paddy field, reduce the dosage, reduce the cost and delay the generation of drug resistance of the weeds is the key point of the research in the production field of the paddy field. The applicant mixes the dithiopyr with any one of cyhalofop-butyl, bentazone or bispyribac-sodium, finds that the compound has a synergistic effect on preventing and removing weeds in the paddy field in a certain mixing proportion range, has good quick action and long duration, effectively reduces the generation of drug resistance of the weeds, reduces the drug cost and the drug frequency, and is safer and more efficient.

The application method and times are as follows: spraying stems and leaves according to the dilution times required by the test; the application is started at the 2-3 leaf stage of the weeds, and the application is carried out once in total.
The weed control effect investigation method comprises the following steps: pharmacodynamic investigations were performed 15d and 30d after the administration, respectively. Randomly selecting 4 points per cell, wherein the area of each point is 0.25m2. Investigating the plant number, the species and the fresh weight of the weeds, recording according to the actual investigation condition, and calculating the plant number control effect and the fresh weight control effect. And (3) applying DPS software to perform difference analysis on the data by adopting a Duncan new repolarization method.
Calculating and displaying the plant control effect and fresh weight control effect:
plant release rate (%) (number of weed plants in blank control area-number of weed plants in treated area)/number of weed plants in blank control area x 100
Fresh weight control effect (%) - (fresh weight of weeds in blank control area-fresh weight of weeds in treated area)/fresh weight of weeds in blank control area x 100
The safety of rice is investigated: visual inspection, while investigating the pesticide effect, selecting 1 point per cell, continuously investigating 10 plants, recording the plant height, leaf color, growth condition and existence of pesticide damage of the rice, if the rice is damaged, recording the damaged symptoms in detail, and finally observing whether the rice is normal or not in the mature period.
Results and analysis:
