Description

Weeding composition containing halauxifen-methyl and pyribenzoxim and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide compounding, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing halauxifen-methyl and pyribenzoxim, which is extended to the application of the weeding composition to the growing places and/or leaves and/or stems of unwanted plants, in particular to the application to the prevention and control of weeds in paddy fields.
Background
The chlorofluoropyridine (florpyrauxifen-benzyl) is a novel aryl picolinic acid herbicide developed by the American Riveronzen company, and can be applied to direct seeding fields, transplanting fields and other crop fields of rice. The product has a wide herbicidal spectrum, and can effectively prevent and kill main gramineous weeds, broadleaf weeds and cyperaceae weeds in the paddy field. CAS registry number 1390661-72-9.
Pyribenzoxim (pyribenzoxim) is a broad spectrum selective post-emergent herbicide of the pyrimidine salicylic acids. The action mechanism is similar to sulfonylurea and imidazolylketonic herbicides, and both belong to acetolactate synthase (ALS) inhibitors. Can be used for preventing and removing gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds in fields of rice, wheat and the like. The pyribenzoxim is an optically active herbicide and can only play a role in light. After being absorbed by plant stems and leaves, the active ingredients are transmitted to tender tissues and roots in vivo to influence the activity of ALS, inhibit the synthesis of branched chain amino acid of plants, stop the growth of buds and roots, lead the tender tissues such as new leaves to yellow, and then lead the whole weed to die. CAS number 168088-61-7.
The weeds in the rice field are one of the main factors for restricting the high, stable and excellent yield of the rice. When the same kind of pesticide is applied to the paddy field for a long time, the crops are easy to generate drug resistance. Once the drug resistance is generated, the recommended dosage can not effectively prevent and control the target, and the application dosage is continuously increased, so that the drug resistance of the weeds can be enhanced and fall into the vicious circle of the drug resistance. And the herbicide with a single active ingredient has a limited weed control spectrum and cannot effectively control the occurrence of weeds.
The reasonable compounding of the herbicide is an effective method for improving the preventing and killing effect, expanding the weed control spectrum, delaying the drug resistance of weeds, reducing the environmental pollution, reducing the use cost and reducing the herbicide residue. The applicant unexpectedly finds that the blending of the fluroxypyr-meptyl and the pyribenzoxim with different action mechanisms has obvious synergistic control effect on various broad-leaved weeds such as snakehead intestines, monochoria vaginalis and edible tulip, gramineous weeds such as barnyard grass and Leersia graminifolia, and cyperaceae weeds such as special-shaped cyperus and cyperus, the dosage is reduced, the control cost is reduced, and the safety of crops is improved.

The test results in tables 5 to 7 show that the test agents of the fluroxypyr meptyl and the pyribenzoxim have good control effects on barnyard grass, Leersia graminis, Arrowia indica, monochoria vaginalis and cyperus heterotropoides. 14d after the pesticide is applied, the investigation shows that the 25% of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim dispersible oil suspending agent (1:4) has the best control effect, the total weed control effect is 84.35%, the 13% of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim emulsifiable concentrate (3:10), the 16% of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim suspending agent (3:5) and the 4% of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim-meptyl-pyrim-meptyl-ether water dispersible granule (1:1) respectively have 78.52%, 79.64% and 80.29% of the total weed control effect, the three treatment control effects have no significant difference, and the treatment control effects of the compound pesticide are significantly higher than those of the control pesticide 10% of the pyribenzoxim-meptyl-ether suspending agent.
The control effect is improved after 30 days of application along with the increase of time, wherein the total weed control effect of 25 percent of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim dispersible oil suspending agent (1:4) and 30 percent of the fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim wettable powder (1:2) is 85.98 percent and 83.91 percent respectively, and the better control effect is shown.
According to the investigation of the fresh weight control effect of weeds 30 days after application, the control effect of each medicament is 93.24-96.17%, wherein the control effect of 25% of fluroxypyr-meptyl-pyribenzoxim dispersible oil suspending agent (1:4) is the best, the control effect is 96.43%, the control effect of 10% of pyribenzoxim suspending agent and the control effect of 3% of fluroxypyr-meptyl-emulsifiable concentrate are 88.38% and 85.29% respectively.
Safety investigation: and (4) observing during the test period, wherein all the test agents are safe to the growth of rice and have no phytotoxicity phenomenon.
In conclusion, the composition adopts a combined compounding scheme of the fluroxypyr-meptyl and the pyribenzoxim, the activity and the weeding effect are not simple superposition of the activities of all components, and compared with the existing single preparation, the composition has obvious control effect and obvious synergistic effect on plots where various gramineous weeds and broadleaf weeds are mixed, can delay resistance, has little pesticide residue and good safety, and meets the safety requirement of pesticide preparations.
