Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of agricultural plant protection, and particularly relates to a pesticide composition with improved performance, in particular to a composition containing alternaria tenuissima activator protein and phosphite.
Background
The alternaria tenuissima activator protein (plant activator protein) is a novel protein screened, separated and purified from alternaria alternata, and the plant autoimmunity is improved mainly by activating a molecular immune system in a plant body; by exciting a series of metabolism regulation and control in the plant body, the growth of plant roots, stems and leaves is promoted, the chlorophyll content is increased, the crop yield is increased, and the plant growth regulator has a high prevention effect on various plant diseases.
The phosphite is proved to have the effects of increasing the yield and resisting diseases for crops, and is a novel environment-friendly chemical preparation. Phosphite is widely applied to the field of plant disease and insect pest control and plant nutrition at home and abroad at present. The phosphite has good effect on inhibiting oomycete germs of solanum, brassica and other leafy vegetables and the like when being used as a bactericide, and has good fertilizer effect on increasing flowering, yield, fruit size, soluble substance content and the like of crops such as strawberries, potatoes and the like. The action mechanism is that phosphorous acid phosphorus can be transported in the xylem and phloem of crops in double channels, so that the absorption and utilization of nutrients are accelerated; in the aspect of disease resistance, researchers generally believe that phosphorous acid phosphorus can induce crops to generate defense toxin and disease course related protein (PR protein), possibly rely on Salicylic Acid (SA) to open a defense mechanism, and enable the crops to generate continuous immunity to pathogenic bacteria. The potassium phosphite is a novel product which is prepared by scientifically proportioning phosphite and organic active potassium which are special raw materials through high-temperature reaction, the potassium phosphite is not only a phosphorus-potassium fertilizer with 3-valent phosphorus, but also a systemic bactericide, the potassium phosphite can not generate resistance after repeated use, and the utilization rate and the absorption rate of the potassium phosphite are more than 2 times of those of similar products.
The plant growth regulator sold on the market at present mainly takes a single agent as a main agent, has a single action effect, has great risk on safety of compounding common plant growth regulators, and is easy to cause crop growth deformity, seedling runt, fruit drop, yield reduction and quality reduction.

Its next superfine alternaria activator protein: phosphite 1:2, alternaria tenuissima activator protein: phosphite 1:15, alternaria tenuissima activator protein: phosphite 1:35, alternaria tenuissima activator protein: phosphite is also preferred as 1:45, with setting percentages of 98.47%, 99.04%, 99.12%, 98.41%, respectively; the preventive effects on rice blast are 79.54%, 82.97%, 83.44% and 80.25%, respectively; the yield increase rate is 14.64%, 15.98%, 16.16% and 14.22% respectively. And the alternaria tenuissima activator protein: phosphite 1:1 and 1: in the mixture ratio interval of 50, the main growth indexes of the rice show additive effect and no obvious effect.
Alternaria tenuissima activator protein: 1 part of phosphite: preferably 2 to 45. The pesticide is continuously applied for 2-3 times, has good effects on setting percentage, rice blast blight prevention effect and yield increase rate, has no adverse effect on growth and development of rice, and has good safety.
The application is suitable for the period: and (4) continuously applying the pesticide for 2-3 times at the tillering stage and the heading stage of the rice.
The application method comprises the following steps: spraying stem and leaf.
Safety: the compounding of the alternaria tenuissima activator protein and the phosphite is safe for rice, the growth and development of the rice are normal after the application, and no adverse reaction is seen.
