Description

Herbicide composition and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a weeding composition containing glufosinate-ammonium, methoxone and haloxyfop-methyl and application thereof.
Background
Glufosinate-ammonium: the glufosinate-ammonium is a broad-spectrum contact-type biocidal herbicide, has the characteristics of wide herbicidal spectrum, low toxicity, high activity, good environmental compatibility and the like, and has wide application prospect. The glufosinate-ammonium has a wide weed control spectrum, almost has a good control effect on annual or perennial weeds in most farmlands, and can be used for controlling annual and perennial dicotyledonous and gramineous weeds in orchards, vineyards, potato fields, uncultivated areas and the like, such as: alopecurus, digitaria sanguinalis, barnyard grass, wild barley, lolium multiflorum, green bristlegrass, wild wheat and the like. Can also prevent and kill off broad-leaved weeds such as quinoa, amaranth, polygonum, shepherd's purse, black nightshade, chickweed, purslane, cleavers, dandelion and the like, and also has certain effect on nutgrass flatsedge and fern.
The glufosinate-ammonium has the characteristics of wide weeding spectrum, high activity, small dosage and small environmental pressure, can quickly kill over 100 grassy and broad-leaved weeds. It can use water as base agent, and is safe and convenient for use. However, glufosinate also has the following disadvantages: it has poor control effect on some perennial tolerant plants (such as tall plants and lignified malignant weeds); the control of the old weeds is incomplete, and the old weeds are easy to death and reburning after glufosinate is used. Meanwhile, due to the long-term and large-scale use of glufosinate, many weeds already have obvious resistance to the glufosinate, so that the weeding effect is reduced. And the production and use cost of the glufosinate-ammonium single agent is high, so that the application of the glufosinate-ammonium single agent is limited.
Dimethyl tetrachloro: the methoxone is a phenoxy acetic acid selective herbicide, has strong systemic conductivity, is mainly used for post-emergence stem and leaf treatment, the medicament penetrates through a cuticle and a cytoplasmic membrane and is finally transmitted to each part, different influences are generated on nucleic acid and protein synthesis at different parts, different influences are generated by inhibiting the nucleic acid and protein synthesis at the top of a plant, the nucleic acid and protein synthesis is inhibited at the top of the plant, a growth point stops growing, young leaves cannot stretch until photosynthesis cannot normally occur; can destroy the conduction tissue of dicotyledon, and lead the growth and development to be interfered, the stem leaves to be twisted, the stem base to be enlarged and thickened or cracked, and the dicotyledon dies by losing the capability of absorbing water and nutrients. Can prevent and kill most of Cyperaceae weeds and broad-leaved weeds.
The high-efficiency haloxyfop-methyl, also known as high-efficiency canceroton, belongs to phenoxy carboxylic acid herbicides, and can be quickly absorbed by leaves of gramineous weeds after being applied to the herbicide, and the herbicide is conducted to the whole plant to inhibit the growth of plant meristems, so that the weeds are killed. The herbicide composition has long lasting period and good control effect on annual and perennial grassy weeds from the seedling stage to the tillering stage and the heading stage. The efficient haloxyfop-methyl has an action mechanism that the efficient haloxyfop-methyl is absorbed by weed stems and leaves, is conducted upwards and downwards in a plant body in a two-way manner, is accumulated on the top and an intermediate meristem, inhibits the synthesis of cell fatty acid and leads weeds to necrosis. The haloxyfop-R-methyl is a novel high-selectivity stem leaf treating agent for dry farmland. The herbicide has high selectivity between gramineous weeds and dicotyledonous crops, is used for preventing and killing annual gramineous weeds such as crabgrass, alopecurus, goosegrass, barnyard grass, green bristlegrass and moleplant seeds and perennial gramineous weeds such as bermuda grass and cogongrass rhizome, but is ineffective for the broadleaf weeds and nutgrass flatsedge.
Aiming at the limitation of the glufosinate-ammonium and the haloxyfop-R-methyl on the use of weeds, a composition which has complementary advantages and disadvantages, can enhance the control effect on the weeds and the grass, expands the weed control spectrum and simultaneously reduces the dosage and the application frequency is urgently needed to be developed.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects, the invention aims to provide the compound herbicide composition which has reasonable components, good weeding effect, obvious synergy and wide weed control spectrum, is not easy to generate resistance and is used for killing the biotic weeding, preventing and removing the orchard weeds and directionally spraying the crops. Through a large number of tests, the invention selects glufosinate, methoxone and efficient haloxyfop-methyl with different types, different action mechanisms, different weed control spectrums and complementary advantages and disadvantages as effective components and reasonably matches the effective components, thereby enhancing the control effect on grass and broad weeds, expanding the weed control spectrum, reducing the dosage and the times of dosage, reducing the cost and saving the labor force.
