Description

Ternary weeding composition containing halosulfuron-methyl and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticide compositions, and particularly relates to a halosulfuron-methyl-containing ternary weeding composition and application thereof.
Background
Corn is a grain and feed crop with the weight in China, the planting area is slightly inferior to that of wheat and rice, with the expansion of the planting area of corn, farmland weeds are an important link for restricting the corn yield, and compound weeding becomes a key for solving the problem.
Halosulfuron-methyl is a novel sulfonylurea herbicide, is discovered and developed by a chemical industry co-company and a Monsanto company in 1987, is registered in the United states in 1994 firstly, and is registered in more than ten countries such as Japan, European Union, China and the like, is mainly used for preventing and killing broadleaf weeds and sedge weeds in gramineous crop fields such as corn, rice, wheat, sugarcane and the like, and is high in pesticide effect, low in toxicity, good in selectivity and safe for gramineous crops.
The triazophorbine is a newly developed HPPD inhibitor herbicide for treating postemergence stems and leaves of the paddy field, has excellent biological activity, can effectively prevent and kill various malignant weeds in the paddy field, and is particularly used for preventing and treating gramineous weeds and part of broadleaf weeds in the paddy field.
Diflufenican belongs to substituted pyridylanilide herbicides, and is mainly used for preventing and killing various annual gramineous weeds and certain broad-leaved weeds in corn, soybean and wheat fields. The variety is selectively contacted with and has residual herbicide, and has the action mode of inhibiting carotenoid biosynthesis through inhibiting phytoene dehydrogenase. When the weeds germinate and pass through the buds or roots of the drug soil layer, the drug can be absorbed, the content of carotenoid in the weed plants absorbing the drug is reduced, chlorophyll is damaged, cell membranes are broken, the action speed is high, the weeds are whitened after the weeds are used, and finally the whole plants are wilted and die.
The mixed use of different types of herbicides can not only improve the herbicidal activity and expand the herbicidal spectrum to a certain extent, but also delay the resistance of weeds to the herbicides, so the compounding of pesticides with different action mechanisms is a research hotspot in the current pesticide field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a herbicide composition which has reasonable components, low application cost and difficult drug resistance, has better control effect on grassy weeds, broadleaf weeds and nutgrass flatsedge, and has positive effects on the aspects of retarding the resistance of the weeds, reducing the dosage of the drugs and the like.
The present invention provides the following technical solutions
A ternary weeding composition containing halosulfuron-methyl comprises active ingredients of halosulfuron-methyl, mesotrione and diflufenican; the weight ratio of the halosulfuron-methyl, the triazophone and the diflufenican is 1-5:1-10: 1-7.
The ternary weeding composition is characterized in that: the weight ratio of the halosulfuron-methyl, the triazophone and the diflufenican is 1: 2-10: 5; preferably, the weight ratio of the halosulfuron-methyl, the triazophone and the diflufenican is 1:6: 5.
The ternary weeding composition comprises 1-85% of halosulfuron-methyl, 1-85% of mesotrione and diflufenican in percentage by total weight.
The ternary weeding composition comprises 15-70% of halosulfuron-methyl, mesotrione and diflufenican in percentage by total weight.
The ternary weeding composition is used for preventing and removing weeds in corn fields; preferably said weeds are grasses and broadleaf weeds and sedges. The weeds comprise black nightshade, descurainia sophia, chickweed, elsholtzia, xanthium sibiricum, barnyard grass, goosegrass herb, cyperus rotundus, erigeron breviscapus, cyperus rotundus and the like.
The composition can be combined with agriculturally acceptable auxiliaries to prepare an adaptive dosage form, and preferably wettable powder, suspending agent, oil suspending agent, microemulsion, suspending emulsion, water dispersible granules and the like. The auxiliary agent comprises an emulsifier, a dispersant, a wetting agent, a binder, a disintegrating agent, a thickening agent, a stabilizer, an antifreezing agent, a defoaming agent filler and the like.
The invention has the following beneficial technical effects:
the composition can effectively reduce the generation of drug resistance of weeds and expand the weed control spectrum; can be used for preventing and treating gramineous weed, broad leaf and sedge weed. The weeding composition has obvious synergistic effect, can effectively reduce the application dosage of active ingredients, reduces environmental pollution, and is safe to crops.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with examples, but it should be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiments.
Example 1: indoor toxicity of the weeding composition to the black nightshade is measured.
The weeds with full seeds and uniform sizes are selected, soaked in warm water, shaded by dark gauze, placed in a culture dish paved with sponge, moistened by water for accelerating germination, and sowed after the seeds are exposed to the white. The test adopts air-dried loam with 12.5g/kg of organic matter content, 7.5 of pH value, good permeability and sieving. The test soil was quantitatively filled in the flowerpot at 4/5 and then poured from the bottom of the pot to completely wet the soil to saturation. Uniformly and quantitatively scattering the pretreated weed to be tested on the soil surface, covering soil according to the size of the seed, and culturing in a controllable sunlight greenhouse with the sunlight temperature of 24-27 ℃, the night temperature of 15-18 ℃ and the relative humidity of 65-75%. Thinning and fixing the seedlings after the weeds emerge, reserving the tested weeds with consistent growth vigor and ensuring consistent density, and carrying out stem and leaf spraying treatment by using a growth measuring spraying tower when the broad-leaved weeds grow to 3 true leaves.
Weed pot bioassay was used, with no drug application blank control. Each treatment was repeated 4 times. The stem and leaf are evenly sprayed, the required liquid medicine is accurately calculated and prepared according to the spraying area of the precise spraying tower, the spraying pressure is 2kg/m2, and the flow rate of the conical spray head is 100 mL/min. Weed damage symptoms were recorded in detail after application. Weighing the fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed 30 days after the application of the herbicide, and calculating the fresh weight control effect. And (4) carrying out regression analysis on the logarithm value of the dosage of the herbicide and the probability value of the control effect by using DPS statistical software to obtain the dosage of the herbicide for inhibiting 50 percent of the growth of the weeds (LC 50). Evaluating the combined action type and the proper proportion after mixed use by adopting a co-toxicity coefficient method, and judging the standard: CTC & lt 80 is antagonistic, between 80-120 is additive, and CTC & gt 120 is synergistic. Fresh weight control (%) - (control fresh grass weight-treatment zone fresh grass weight)/control fresh grass weight × 100.
