Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of herbicides, and particularly relates to a weeding composition containing oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen and application thereof.
Background
The oxadiargyl is a selective pre-emergence soil treatment herbicide which mainly inhibits protoporphyrinogen IX oxidase, and after application, the active ingredients of the oxadiargyl can form a drug film on the surface layer of soil, so that target weeds are eliminated in a germination state, and the oxadiargyl is a high-efficiency broad-spectrum rice field selective herbicide. Has obvious effect on annual grassy indigenous weeds, cyperaceae weeds, broad-leaved weeds and certain perennial weeds, and has better control effect on malignant weeds, namely the spirodela polyrhiza. Anilofos is a systemic organophosphorus herbicide. Absorbed by root system and transmitted to bud or leaf to kill weed. Is used for preventing and killing sedge and barnyard grass transplanted in paddy fields. Has strong systemic property and better effect of killing barnyard grass. The oxyfluorfen is a herbicide for rice transplanting fields, after application, the active ingredients of the oxyfluorfen are quickly diffused on the water surface and then sink into the surface layer of soil to form a closed pesticide film, so that target weeds are eliminated in a sprouting state, and meanwhile, the oxyfluorfen has a good contact killing effect on the emerged weeds. Can be used for preventing and treating various annual gramineous and broadleaf weeds in rice fields such as rice barnyard grass, moleplant seed, monochoria vaginalis, herba Equiseti Arvinsis, short arrowhead, felt cow, and shaped Cyperus rotundus.
Patent application CN201210479445 discloses a composition for preventing and removing weeds in paddy fields, wherein the content of anilofos is 1% -30%, the content of oxadiazon is 1% -20%, and the content of oxyfluorfen is 1% -20%. Patent application CN201410692403 discloses a compound suspension concentrate containing oxadiargyl and oxyfluorfen: 5-30% of oxadiargyl, 5-30% of oxyfluorfen, 2-20% of surfactant, 0-6% of suspending aid, 0-1% of thickening agent, 0-1% of defoaming agent, 0-1% of preservative, 0.5-5% of antifreezing agent and water which are complemented to 100%. Patent application CN201610795595 discloses a dispersible oil suspension containing oxadiargyl and oxyfluorfen: 1-10% of oxadiargyl, 5-15% of oxyfluorfen, 10-20% of emulsifying agent, 1-3% of dispersing agent, 1-3% of thickening agent, 1-3% of white carbon black, 3-10% of stabilizing agent and the balance of oil solvent. Pesticide registry PD20181084 discloses a 22% oxa-ethoxy-fluorine suspension; wherein the clofenpyr-methyl is 12 percent, and the oxadiargyl is 10 percent. Pesticide registry PD20172028 discloses a 41% cypermethrin microemulsion; wherein the content of oxyfluorfen is 9 percent, the content of oxadiazon is 12 percent and the content of anilofos is 20 percent. In the prior art, no report is provided about the compound use of oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen.
The long-term single use of the synergistic composition easily causes the drug resistance of weeds, pollutes the environment, and finds the synergistic composition which can improve the weeding effect and reduce the application dosage of active ingredients, thereby being the research and development key point of a plurality of pesticide companies in China.
Disclosure of Invention
The weeding composition containing oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen and the application thereof have an obvious synergistic effect. The specific technical scheme is as follows:
a weeding composition containing oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen comprises the active ingredients of oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen, and the mass ratio of the oxadiargyl, the anilofos and the oxyfluorfen is 1-50: 1-100: 1-70. Preferably, the mass ratio of the oxadiargyl, the anilofos and the oxyfluorfen is 5-20: 30-60.
The weeding composition comprises 5-80% of active ingredients in percentage by mass. Preferably, the mass percentage of the active ingredients is 15-60%.
The weeding composition is mixed with common auxiliary materials on pesticides to prepare any preparation suitable for agriculture. Preferably, the preparation is missible oil, water dispersible granules, wettable powder, suspending agent and microemulsion. More preferably, the preparation is missible oil and suspending agent.
The weeding composition is used for preventing and removing weeds in paddy fields. The weeds are annual gramineae and broadleaf weeds. Preferred barnyard grass, moleplant seed, green bristlegrass herb, monochoria vaginalis, dayflower, cocklebur, rhizoma alismatis, eyeweed, monochamus ramosissimus, herba arthrodii, edible tulip, felt cow, and isotype sedge.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen compound composition has a synergistic effect on the anilofos; and the anilofos can effectively improve the control effect of the oxadiargyl and oxyfluorfen compound combination. The oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen compound composition has different combined effects on the monochoria vaginalis. When the mass ratio of the oxadiargyl to the anilofos to the oxyfluorfen is 0.5-2: 3-6, the synergistic effect is achieved; the other proportion is additive effect. The oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen compound composition has a good prevention and removal effect on weeds in rice fields.
Detailed Description

Example 1: indoor determination of oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen compound pair anilofos
The tested weeds: and (4) collecting barnyard grass, collecting mature seeds in the field, carrying out laboratory culture, and preserving after desensitization treatment.
Reagent to be tested: oxadiargyl technical, anilofos technical and oxyfluorfen technical; is commercially available.
The test method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing the test medicament, and dissolving a small amount of acetone to prepare high-concentration mother liquor. When in application, Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% is respectively diluted into the required dosage for test, and Tween-80 aqueous solution with mass fraction of 0.1% without medicament is used as blank control.
A greenhouse potting method is adopted. The soil for the test is special soil for the test collected from the land without medicine. Filling soil special for the test into a flowerpot; the flowerpot is placed in a basin for containing water, and soil is kept moist by adopting an infiltrating irrigation mode at the bottom of the basin. Sowing a certain amount of barnyard grass seeds in a flowerpot, and covering soil for 1cm after sowing. And (5) carrying out soil spraying treatment 24h after sowing according to the experimental design dosage (a spraying system adopts a TEEJET-9503EVS fan-shaped spray head, the spraying pressure is 275kPa, the liquid spraying amount is 450L/hm2, and the distance between the spray head and the plant is 50 cm). The experiment was repeated 3 times. After the test material is treated, the test material is placed in a greenhouse and managed according to a conventional method, fresh weight of the overground part of each treated weed is weighed 21 days after the treatment, and the fresh weight inhibition percentage is calculated. The combination of herbicidal compositions was evaluated using the Gowing method. The actually measured fresh weight inhibition rate after compounding is represented by E. When E-E0 is more than 10%, it is synergistic action, when E-E0 < -10% is antagonistic action, and when E-E0 is between-10% and 10%, it is additive action.
And (4) analyzing results: the oxadiargyl, anilofos and oxyfluorfen compound composition has a synergistic effect on the anilofos. And the anilofos can effectively improve the control effect of the oxadiargyl and oxyfluorfen compound combination.
