Abstract
本发明涉及具有弹簧支撑件的空气制动器和具有空气制动器的商用车辆。空气制动器(100)具有制动钳(41)、至少一个片簧(44、45)和弹簧支撑件(30a),其中,弹簧支撑件在装配时在与制动钳螺接之前被推入制动钳的凹处(42)中。在此,弹簧支撑件(30a)具有用于调准弹簧支撑件(30a)的标识部(38a),或者制动钳具有用于调准弹簧支撑件的凹口。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有制动钳和用于固定制动衬片的弹簧支撑件的空气制动器,该空气制动器例如用于载重车辆或挂车车辆中。
背景技术
这种类型的弹簧支撑件10在图1中示出。弹簧支撑件10具有端部12,在装配时以该端部被推入制动钳的凹处中,以及具有相对置的具有孔16的端部14,弹簧支撑件利用该孔与制动钳螺接。
将弹簧支撑件10装配到制动钳20中在图2中示出。弹簧支撑件10首先以端部12被推入制动钳20的凹处22中,并随后按压到制动钳20上,直到它靠置在制动钳20上。在此,两个片簧24、25被向下压,由此使得片簧向两个制动衬片26、27施加压力以用于固定制动衬片26、27。随后用螺钉28将弹簧支撑件10与制动钳20螺接,如图3中所示那样。
凹处22比所需的要更深,以便补偿公差。由此在装配时会发生弹簧支撑件10被过深地推入凹处22中。由此,使得弹簧支撑件10的端部14与制动钳20的边界29碰撞并且由此无法与制动钳20螺接,如图4中所示那样。在这种情况下,需要附加的装配步骤来校正弹簧支撑件10,这导致制造成本提高。
因此存在具有较低装配成本的带有制动钳和弹簧支撑件的空气制动器的需求。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务是,提供一种具有制动钳和弹簧支撑件的空气制动器,其具有简化的装配并且由此具有较低的成本。
该任务通过根据权利要求1的空气制动器和根据权利要求10的商用车辆来解决。
根据这些措施的以下描述,从属权利要求包含本发明的有利的改进方案和改善方案。
本发明涉及一种空气制动器,其具有制动钳、至少一个片簧和弹簧支撑件。在装配弹簧支撑件时,在弹簧支撑件与制动钳螺接之前,该弹簧支撑件被推入制动钳的凹处中,并且弹簧支撑件具有标识部用来调准弹簧支撑件,或者制动钳具有凹口用来调准弹簧支撑件。
在一个有利的实施方式中,弹簧支撑件的标识部或制动钳的凹口指明了在装配弹簧支撑件时要将弹簧支撑件推入制动钳的凹处多深。
在一个优选的实施方式中,标识部具有刻痕的形式或凹处的形式。
在另外优选的实施方式中,标识部具有贴纸的形式或彩色标识部的形式。
在另外优选的实施方式中,标识部具有孔的形式。
在另外优选的实施方式中,标识部具有凹口的形式。
在另外有利的实施方式中,标识部与弹簧支撑件的端部具有如下距离:在装配时弹簧支撑件要以该距离被推入制动钳的凹处中,该距离等于弹簧支撑件要被推入制动钳的凹处中的长度。
在另外有利的实施方式中,弹簧支撑件在一个端部处具有用于螺接的孔并且在相对置的端部处具有标识部。
在另外有利的实施方式中,制动钳的凹口具有与在装配时弹簧支撑件要被推入制动钳的凹处中的深度相等的深度。
空气制动器有利地能被用于商用车辆,尤其是用于载重车辆,以及用于挂车车辆。

在一个优选的实施例中,根据本发明的空气制动器包括制动钳和弹簧支撑件30a,弹簧支撑件为了正确装配在一个端部32处而具有标识部38a,如图5中所示,弹簧支撑件以该端部被推入制动钳的凹处中。在该实施例中,标识部38a具有刻痕的形式或凹处的形式。标识部38a指明了在装配时应将弹簧支撑件30a推入制动钳的凹处中多深。在与该端部相对置的端部34处,弹簧支撑件30a具有孔36,在装配空气制动器时,弹簧支撑件利用该孔螺接在制动钳上。
在另一优选的实施例中,弹簧支撑件30b具有标识部38b,该标识部具有贴纸的形式或彩色标识部的形式,如图6中所示。
在另一优选的实施例中,弹簧支撑件30c具有形式为孔的标识部38c,如图7中所示。
在另一优选的实施例中,弹簧支撑件30d具有标识部38d,该标识部具有在端部32处的凹口的形式,该端部与具有螺接部的端部34相对置,如图8中所示。
标识部38a~d尤其给定了距弹簧支撑件30a~d的端部32的距离,在装配时弹簧支撑件30a~d将以该距离被推入凹处42中,该距离等于弹簧支撑件30a~d要被推入凹处42中的长度。弹簧支撑件30a~d例如装配在与图2的制动钳20相应的制动钳40中。
在另一优选的实施例中,空气制动器100的制动钳41在凹处42上方具有标识部,在装配空气制动器100时,弹簧支撑件30e被推入该凹处中,该标识部具有凹口50的形式,如图9中所示。弹簧支撑件30e在此没有标识部。凹口50的深度在此等于弹簧支撑件30e在正确装配时被推入凹处42中的深度。因此,在正确装配弹簧支撑件30e的情况下,弹簧支撑件30e的使得弹簧支撑件30e被推入凹处42中的棱边52恰好处于凹口50的棱边54上方。
弹簧支撑件30a~d的标识部38a~d尤其以如下方式来选择,即,使得标识部38a~d在正确装配时位于制动钳41的凹处42的上边缘56处,如图11所示。图11中所示的弹簧支撑件在此与具有凹口38a的弹簧支撑件30a相应。由此确保了弹簧支撑件30a的另一端部34不与制动钳41的边界58碰撞,如图12中所示。因此,在装配空气制动器100时,不需要另外的装配步骤来调准弹簧支撑件30a,这是因为弹簧支撑件30a能够在第一装配步骤中就马上被正确定位。通过弹簧支撑件30a,使得两个片簧44、45被按压到空气制动器100的制动衬片46、47上,由此使之定位。

Claims (10)
1.空气制动器(100),所述空气制动器具有制动钳(40、41)、至少一个片簧(44、45)和弹簧支撑件(30a~e),其中,所述弹簧支撑件在装配时在与所述制动钳螺接之前被推入所述制动钳的凹处(42)中,其特征在于,所述弹簧支撑件(30a~d)具有用于调准所述弹簧支撑件(30a~d)的标识部(38a~d),或者所述制动钳(40)具有用于调准所述弹簧支撑件(30e)的凹口(50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38a~d)或所述凹口(50)指明了在装配所述弹簧支撑件(30a~e)时要将所述弹簧支撑件(30a~e)推入所述制动钳(42)的凹处中多深。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38a)具有刻痕的形式或凹处的形式。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38b)具有贴纸的形式或彩色标识部的形式。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38c)具有孔的形式。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38d)具有凹口的形式。
7.根据前述权利要求3至6中任一项所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述标识部(38a~d)与所述弹簧支撑件(30a~d)的端部(32)具有如下距离:在装配时所述弹簧支撑件要以所述距离被推入所述制动钳(41)的凹处(42)中,所述距离等于所述弹簧支撑件(30a~d)要被推入所述制动钳(41)的凹处(42)中的长度。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述弹簧支撑件(30a~d)在一个端部(34)处具有用于螺接的孔(36)并且在相对置的端部(32)处具有所述标识部(38a~d)。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气制动器(100),其中,所述制动钳(40)的凹口(50)具有与所述弹簧支撑件(30e)在装配时要被推入所述制动钳(40)的凹处(42)中的深度相等的深度。
