In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a high-efficiency biological enzyme cleaning agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-20 parts of biological enzyme, 3-25 parts of surfactant, 0.1-3 parts of biological enzyme stabilizer, 0.5-3 parts of anti-deposition agent and 30-100 parts of deionized water.
Biological enzymes
As a preferred technical solution, the biological enzyme is selected from one or more of lipase, protease, amylase, cellulase, pectin lyase and oxidoreductase.
As a preferable technical scheme, the biological enzyme is a mixture of lipase, protease and cellulase, and the mass ratio of the lipase, the protease and the cellulase is (10-15): (3-8): (1-5).
The biological enzyme is a nontoxic, environment-friendly and degradable biological catalyst, and the chemical essence of the biological enzyme is protein. Biological enzymes are specific, i.e., one enzyme can catalyze only one class of substances. The lipase can hydrolyze fat into glycerol and fatty acid, and the fatty acid is further subjected to B oxidation, one C is removed each time2The product generates acetyl COA (N-cyclohexyl octyl amine), enters a TCA (tricarboxylic acid) ring for complete oxidation or enters a glyoxylate ring for synthesizing saccharides. The lipase can effectively and rapidly decompose the grease, and has better cleaning property and environmental protection property when being used in a cleaning agent. The protease can decompose protein into polypeptide, so that protein stains are quickly decomposed, and the protease is green, safe and pollution-free. The cellulase can act on cellulose and cellulose derivatives thereof, so that insoluble cellulose is converted into soluble micromolecules such as glucose and the like, the rapid cleaning of stains by the cleaning agent is facilitated to be improved, and the cellulase has better degradability and environmental protection performance. Because the biological enzyme has stronger specificity on catalyzing and cleaning different stains, in order to ensure that the cleaning agent has better removal capability on the stains formed in different places, the inventor discovers through screening and compounding that the lipase, the protease and the cellulase have better synergistic decontamination effect under a certain proportion. And grow The biological enzyme can be completely degraded without causing any harm to the environment. The technical scheme is mainly used for removing oil stains on various base materials, so that lipase is a biological enzyme main body, and ester bonds of triglyceride, diglyceride and monoglyceride are naturally catalyzed by the lipase and are hydrolyzed into fatty acid and glycerol, and the fatty acid and the glycerol also have activity on a wide range of base materials.
Surface active agent
As a preferred technical solution, the surfactant is a nonionic surfactant and/or an anionic surfactant.
As a preferable technical scheme, the surfactant is a mixture of a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, wherein the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the anionic surfactant is (10-15): 1.
as a preferred embodiment, the anionic area is a sulfonate.
As a preferable embodiment, the sulfonate is one or more selected from alkyl benzene sulfonate, α -olefin sulfonate, alkyl sulfonate, α -sulfo monocarboxylic acid ester, fatty acid sulfoalkyl ester, succinate sulfonate, alkyl naphthalene sulfonate, petroleum sulfonate, lignosulfonate, and alkyl glyceryl ether sulfonate.
As a preferable technical scheme, the alkylbenzene sulfonate is sodium heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate.
As a preferred technical scheme, the nonionic surfactant is carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate.
The inventor finds that when the nonionic surfactant is selected, particularly the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate is selected, the cleaning agent has a good cleaning effect on stains, and the physical properties of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate are mild, non-toxic, harmless, green and environment-friendly, so that the activity of the biological enzyme is not influenced. The molecular structure of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate has amphipathy, one end of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate is a hydrophilic group, the other end of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate is an oleophilic group, and the surface tension of the cleaning agent and the greasy dirt can be well reduced by the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate. The alkyl chain segment in the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate is used as lipophilic group and can be dissolved in oil but can not be dissolved in water, and the polar group hydroxyl connected with the lipophilic chain segment is used as hydrophilic group and can be dissolved in water but can not be dissolved in oil. Due to the two-phase characteristics of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate, the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate generates oriented arrangement on an oil-water phase interface to form an adsorption film, so that the surface tension or the interfacial tension is reduced. In aqueous solution, the molecules of the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate are aggregated and regularly and directionally arranged to form micelles, wherein the hydrophilic groups are arranged outside and the lipophilic groups are arranged inside. When the cleaning agent is used for washing, hydrophilic groups of micelles formed by the carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate adsorb and permeate into the surface of a cleaned substrate, so that the attraction between oil stains and the cleaned substrate is reduced and eliminated, and the interaction force between oil stain molecules is also destroyed. Because the interaction force between the oleophilic group and the oil stain is larger, the oleophilic group can attract and dissolve the oil stain in the micelle, thereby achieving the effect of stripping and removing the oil stain on the surface of the base material. The inventor surprisingly finds that when a certain amount of anionic surfactant is added, particularly a certain amount of sodium heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate is added, the dissolubility of oil stains can be improved well, the decontamination efficiency of the cleaning agent is improved, and the phenomenon of rusting after the metal base material is cleaned can be prevented. The carbon 9-11 primary alcohol 8 ethoxylate and the heavy alkyl benzene sulfonate are green, non-toxic and degradable substances, and are added into the cleaning agent, so that the cleaning agent has high environmental protection performance. However, the inventors found that the addition of sodium heavy alkylbenzene sulfonate has a certain effect on the activity of the biological enzyme.
Biological enzyme stabilizer
As a preferred technical scheme, the biological enzyme stabilizer at least contains one hydroxyl group.
As a preferred technical scheme, the biological enzyme stabilizer is alpha-cyclodextrin.
The inventor finds that the activity of the biological enzyme can be effectively maintained by adding a certain amount of alpha-cyclodextrin into the cleaning agent, so that the biological enzyme has long-term decontamination capability and stability. The alpha-cyclodextrin is a slightly conical hollow cylinder three-dimensional annular structure, the upper end and the lower end of the hollow cylinder three-dimensional annular structure are provided with hydroxyl groups, the alpha-cyclodextrin is hydrophilic, when the alpha-cyclodextrin is added into the cleaning agent, the hydroxyl groups and amino acid chain segments in the biological enzyme can form hydrogen bonds to be adsorbed on the biological enzyme, so that a three-dimensional space barrier is formed, the biological enzyme is protected, the influence of an anionic surfactant on the biological enzyme is shielded, the activity of the biological enzyme is prolonged, the long-term stable decontamination capability of the cleaning agent is improved, and the irritation of the cleaning agent to a base material can be reduced. However, the inventors found that the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning agent is reduced when beta-cyclodextrin and gamma-cyclodextrin are selected, and the inventors believe that the possible reason is that the molecular weight of the beta-cyclodextrin and the gamma-cyclodextrin is large, and when the beta-cyclodextrin and the gamma-cyclodextrin are adsorbed on the surface of the biological enzyme, the beta-cyclodextrin and the gamma-cyclodextrin bring large resistance to the catalytic activity of the biological enzyme, and the catalytic effect of the biological enzyme is influenced. And the alpha-cyclodextrin has better water solubility, environmental protection, no toxicity and high degradability. The inventors have found that during cleaning with a cleaning agent, a small amount of deposits may form on the surface of the substrate being cleaned. The inventor believes that the probable reason is that the substrate is washed by partial geological water in the decontamination process, metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and the like are contained in addresses, and insoluble impurities are generated by the metal ions in the geological water and substances in the cleaning agent and are deposited on the surface of the substrate.
Anti-deposition agent
As a preferable technical scheme, the anti-deposition agent is selected from one or more of carbonates, phosphates, amino acids, carboxylic acids and alcohols.
As a preferred embodiment, the alcohol is sorbitol.
Although the acidic or alkaline anti-deposition agent can well complex metal ions in hard water, the peracid or over-alkaline environment of the cleaning agent can affect the activity of the biological enzyme. The inventor finds that the sorbitol is used as the anti-deposition agent, not only has better anti-deposition effect, but also can improve the high-temperature resistance stability of the cleaning agent. The sorbitol has good water solubility, non-toxicity and biodegradability, can form a stable chelate with metal ions, and prevents the metal ions in hard water from reacting with the remainder to generate deposits which are deposited on the surface of a cleaned substrate. And as sorbitol is a polyhydroxy compound, the cleaning agent can be adsorbed on the surface of the biological enzyme when not used, so that the spatial structure of the biological enzyme is stabilized, aggregation of the biological enzyme caused by change of external conditions is reduced, the stability and heat resistance of the biological enzyme are improved, and the biological enzyme in the cleaning agent cannot be coagulated into blocks and precipitated in the cleaning agent at a slightly high temperature.
Preparation method of biological enzyme cleaning agent
