Abstract
本发明公开一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂与工艺,主要由如下工艺加入药剂完成,先向废水中添加A类药剂如碱性物质调整酸碱性,B类药剂去除金属,过滤后上清液通臭氧0.5‑24小时,再导入装有紫外光和催化剂C的容器中,出水再加入聚合铁等D药剂。过滤后,清液即为处理好的中水,检测达标后可以直接排放或回用。该复合工艺可以处理有机物含量高的、或含油、及难以降解的无机、有机物的复杂废水,如印染废水、医药废水、城市污水、农药废水、食品废水、垃圾渗滤液、养殖废水、石油、石化、焦化废水等。

技术领域
发明涉及一种有机废水处理的药剂和工艺,属于环境保护领域。
背景技术
在湿法冶金、化工、制药、印染、农药、食品、养殖、石化生产加工过程中会产生无机、有机废水,它们既含有金属、重金属成分,又含有小分子有机溶剂、有机添加剂、螯合剂、高分子化合物,废水常含金属、重金属离子、氨氮、磷、碳-氢化合物,致使COD很高,在排放之前,必须进行环保处理,如物理方法、化学方法、物理-化学方法、生物方法等,但由于它们方法上的限制,往往过程冗长,流程复杂,设备多,致使处理成本高,企业难以承受。
例如制药行业某制药厂,废水情况如下,甲醚车间废水:盐18%左右,含有甲醇1%左右,少量硝基氯苯、硝基甲醚、硝基苯酚钠等,水量90-100m³/天。
苯胺车间废水:盐10%左右,含有甲醇3.5%左右,少量硝基氯苯、硝基甲醚、硝基苯酚钠、季胺盐1%左右等,实际水量为80-90m³/天。
某化工企业其水质水量:水量300 m³/d,COD:≤15000mg/L,pH:8左右,色度150倍,氨氮:200 mg/L。废水水温约45℃,温度降低有不明黑色物质析出,对废水处理造成很大的困难。
处理后希望将废水处理至COD: ≤ 100 mg/L,氨氮≤ 15 mg/L,水无色。
从上面的例子,看出它们成分复杂,废水处理难度大,产生废渣成为废盐混合物、废有机混合物,作为固废、危废,带来管理、转运、处理麻烦,存在二次污染风险。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种处理化工、制药、印染等生产过程中产生的无机、有机复杂废水的处理药剂和工艺。
本发明的技术方案为:本发明公开了一种处理方法工艺,解决无机、有机废水的出路问题。实现经济、环境、社会价值合理化。其药剂和工艺流程如下:先向废水中添加A类物质,调整酸碱性至pH 12以上,再加入B类金属沉降剂,过滤后再向混合液第一罐中通入臭氧,第二罐装有紫外光和C类光催化剂。流速为0.01-100m³/小时,出水再加入聚合物助沉剂D,过滤,清水达标外排或回用,滤渣收集另行处理。
A类物质为氧化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、电石渣、氧化镁、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中的一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.1%-10%。
加沉降重金属药剂B如4-甲基-二巯基丁二钠、二巯基丙醇、5,8-二乙基-7-羟基-6-十二烷酮肟、5-十二烷基水杨醛肟、二丁基二硫代磷酸钠、二戊基二硫代磷酸钾中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.01%-5%。
紫外光催化剂C为纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化铁-二氧化钛(Fe2O3-TiO2)、银-二氧化钛(Ag2O-TiO2)、氧化锰-二氧化钛(MnO2-TiO2)、氧化锌-二氧化钛(ZnO-TiO2)、氧化锌-氧化铜-二氧化钛(ZnO-CuO-TiO2)、活性炭-二氧化钛(AC-TiO2)、环状糊精-TiO2,中的一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.01%-20%。
D助沉剂为聚合硫酸铁、聚合硫酸铁铝硅、聚合氧化铝、无机高分子中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,加上羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、甲壳素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、环状糊精有机高分子中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.001%-3%。
其复合处理工艺为:废水先用A药剂调整至强碱性,加B类药剂去除金属-重金属,再通过臭氧处理塔,然后进入串联的紫外光-催化剂C处理塔。出来的废水通过助沉池,进行无机-有机高分子D类药剂二级沉降,分离沉淀,其中A:B:C:D用量相对废水为:0.1%-10%:0.01%-5%:0.01%-20%:0.001%-3%。清水达标外排或回用,渣进行资源化回收利用。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1、研究的药剂-臭氧-光催化-催化剂联合处理工艺,利用其强大的氧化能力,使有机小分子、有机中大分子物降解,最终形成二氧化碳、水等小分子,从而大幅度降低废水COD,且固渣量大幅度减少。
2、利用纳米级光催化剂,可以使光的利用范围增大,废水在自然光-催化剂的作用下,可以使大分子、有机物成分分解,变成小分子物质,从而降低COD含量。
3、利用高分子助沉剂,使氨氮、含磷、有机-金属螯合物变成沉淀,分离出来,使其富含氨氮-磷物质,进行分离、熟化、无害化处理,变成可利用的资源,从而降低废水处理成本,实现了废渣综合利用和价值化。

除非另有定义,下文中所使用的所有专业术语与本领域技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中所使用的专业术语只是为了描述具体实施例的目的,并不是旨在限制本发明的保护范围。
除非特别说明,本发明中用到的各种试剂、原料均为可以从市场上购买的商品或者可以通过公知的方法制得的产品。
实施例1
针对某制药厂废水,原水COD75000mg/L,废水有机物TOC18000mg/L,取废水100升,加入氧化钙5公斤,搅拌20分钟,加入二巯基丙甲醇0.5公斤,搅拌30分钟,机械过滤,滤渣另行处理,滤液导入第一臭氧反应塔,臭氧浓度为10g/m³,流速为0.01m³/小时,再引入装有MnO2-TiO2催化剂的紫外光照射塔,流出后,向废水中加入0.1公斤聚合硫酸铁,0.01公斤聚丙烯酸,搅拌停留10分钟,出水过滤,再进入生化系统,清水检测,其中COD为98mg/L,NH3-N为15mg/L。重金属Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cr检测均低于污水综合排放标准GB8978-2017,达到了排放标准要求。
实施例2
针对某化工厂废水,原水COD15000mg/L,色度150倍,氨氮200mg/L,pH值为8。取废水100升,加入氧化钙3公斤,氢氧化钠2公斤,搅拌20分钟,加入4-甲基-二巯基丁二钠0.1公斤,搅拌30分钟,机械过滤,滤渣另行处理,滤液导入第一臭氧反应塔,臭氧浓度为8g/m³,流速为0.2m³/小时,再引入装有Zn-CuO-TiO2催化剂1公斤的紫外光照射塔,流出后,向废水中加入0.1公斤聚合硫酸铁硅铝,0.01公斤B-环状糊精,搅拌停留15分钟,出水过滤,再进入生化系统,清水检测,其中COD为87mg/L,NH3-N为13mg/L,重金属Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cr检测均低于污水综合排放标准GB8978-2017,调整pH至7-9,达到了排放标准要求。
实施例3
针对某厂酸洗-镀锌废水,原水pH 6.1,COD4470mg/L,悬浮物64mg/L,总锌490mg/L,总铁580mg/L,取废水100升,加入氢氧化钙4公斤,搅拌20分钟,加入5-十二烷基水杨醛肟0.3公斤,搅拌30分钟,机械过滤,滤渣另行处理,滤液导入第一臭氧反应塔,臭氧浓度为9g/m³,流速为0.5m³/小时,再引入装有B-环状糊精-TiO2催化剂2公斤的紫外光照射塔,流出后,向废水中加入0.05公斤聚合硫酸铁铝,0.02公斤聚丙烯酸,搅拌停留10分钟,出水过滤,清水检测,其中COD为92mg/L,重金属Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cr检测均低于污水综合排放标准GB8978-2017,总锌3mg/L,总铁5mg/L,达到了排放标准要求。
实施例4
针对某印染厂废水,原水COD为14500mg/L,色度60倍,取废水100升,加入氢氧化镁1公斤,搅拌20分钟,加入二巯基丙醇0.5公斤,搅拌30分钟,机械过滤,滤渣另行处理,滤液导入第一臭氧反应塔,臭氧浓度为10g/m³,流速为0.1m³/小时,再引入装有Ag2O-TiO2催化剂的紫外光照射塔,流出后,向废水中加入0.1公斤聚合硫酸铁,0.01公斤聚丙烯酸,搅拌停留10分钟,出水过滤,再进入生化处理系统,清水检测,其中COD为98mg/L,pH为7,色度变清亮,无悬浮物,达到了排放标准要求。
实施例5
针对垃圾渗漏液废水,原水COD为85000mg/L,BOD5为37000mg/L,氨氮为1600mg/L,铁2000mg/L,锌130mg/L,铅12.5mg/L,取废水100升,加入氧化镁1公斤,搅拌20分钟,加入二戊基二硫代磷酸钾0.1公斤,搅拌30分钟,机械过滤,滤渣另行处理,滤液导入第一臭氧反应塔,臭氧浓度为10g/m³,流速为0.01m³/小时,连续经过三级臭氧处理塔,再引入装有AC-TiO2催化剂3公斤的紫外光照射塔,连续经过四级光催化塔,流出后,向废水中加入0.1公斤聚合氯化铝,0.01公斤聚丙烯酸,搅拌停留10分钟,出水过滤,清水检测,其中COD为95mg/L,NH3-N为15mg/L。重金属Pb、Cd、Hg、As、Cr检测均低于污水综合排放标准GB8978-2017,Zn为5mg/L,Fe为8mg/L,达到了排放标准要求。
Claims (6)
1.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,其药剂和工艺流程如下:先向废水中添加A类物质,调整酸碱性至pH 12以上,再加入B类金属沉降剂,过滤后再向混合液第一罐中通入臭氧,第二罐装有紫外光和C类光催化剂,流速为0.01-100m³/小时,出水再加入聚合物助沉剂D,过滤,清水达标外排或回用,滤渣收集另行处理。
2.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,权利要求1中的A类物质为氧化钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、电石渣、氧化镁、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾中的一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.1%-10%。
3.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,加沉降金属及重金属药剂B如4-甲基-二巯基丁二钠、二巯基丙醇、5,8-二乙基-7-羟基-6-十二烷酮肟、5-十二烷基水杨醛肟、二丁基二硫代磷酸钠、二戊基二硫代磷酸钾中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.01%-5%。
4.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,紫外光催化剂C为纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)、氧化铁-二氧化钛(Fe2O3-TiO2)、银-二氧化钛(Ag2O-TiO2)、氧化锰-二氧化钛(MnO2-TiO2)、氧化锌-二氧化钛(ZnO-TiO2)、氧化锌-氧化铜-二氧化钛(ZnO-CuO-TiO2)、活性炭-二氧化钛(AC-TiO2)、环状糊精-TiO2中的一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.01%-20%。
5.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,D助沉剂为聚合硫酸铁、聚合硫酸铁铝硅、聚合氧化铝、无机高分子中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,加上羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、甲壳素、聚丙烯酰胺、聚丙烯酸、环状糊精有机高分子中的至少一种或任意二种的混合物,用量为废水的0.001%-3%。
6.一种处理无机、有机复杂废水的臭氧、光催化处理药剂和工艺,其特征在于,其复合处理工艺为:废水先用A药剂调整至强碱性,加B类药剂去除金属-重金属,再通过1-4级臭氧处理塔,然后进入串联的1-5级紫外光-催化剂C处理塔,来的废水通过助沉池,进行无机-有机高分子D类药剂二级沉降,分离沉淀,其中A:B:C:D药剂用量相对废水为:0.1%-10%:0.01%-5%:0.01%-20%:0.001%-3%,清水达标外排或回用,渣进行资源化回收利用。
