一种输液泵及其控制方法,输液泵具有超声检测组件(184、185),在泵门(200)与泵主体(100)闭合时,泵门(200)封闭超声检测组件(184、185)的检测口。当输液管(300)安装到超声检测组件(184、185)上时,其被限制在该检测口内。因此,输液管(300)很难被拉出到超声检测组件(184、185)之外。保证超声检测组件(184、185)始终能够在输液过程中检测到输液管(300)的液体情况,甚至当泵门(200)刚被打开时,输液管(300)依然设置在超声检测组件(184、185)的检测口内,超声检测组件(184、185)依然可以检测到输液管(300)的液体情况,处理器根据此时的超声检测信号控制止液组件(181)做出相应的操作,可以避免泵门(200)被打开的瞬间引起自由流,更为准确。
