Abstract

Preferably, the organic/inorganic composite material is one or a combination of more of polyphenyl particle heat-insulating slurry, graphite polyphenyl particle heat-insulating slurry, rubber particle heat-insulating slurry or regenerated organic light particle heat-insulating slurry.
The inorganic gelled slurry is one or a combination of more of cement-based materials, fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume, mineral micro powder and regenerated micro powder; the light particles are one or a combination of more of polyphenyl particles, graphite polyphenyl particles, perlite particles, rubber particles, crop straws, forestry wood chips, ceramsite, glass beads and regenerated light particles; the additive a is one or a combination of a plurality of fibers, an early strength agent, a thickening agent, an accelerating agent, a retarder, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent and a water-retaining agent.
Preferably, the fine aggregate is one or a combination of more of natural sand, quartz sand, machine-made sand and recycled fine aggregate; the additive b is one or a combination of more of fiber, an accelerator, an early strength agent, a thickening agent, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent, a tackifier and an anti-cracking agent.
Preferably, the composite external wall tile further comprises a reinforced net layer, wherein the reinforced net layer is arranged between the heat-insulating layer and the heat-insulating protective layer; the reinforced net layer is one or a combination of more of a medium alkali glass fiber layer, a polyester fiber layer, a basalt fiber layer and a steel wire mesh layer. The reinforced net layer can be compositely bonded through cement-based bonding slurry, and the anti-bending effect of the composite external wall panel is enhanced.
Preferably, the composite outer panel further comprises a metal mesh located inside the structural mortar layer. The metal mesh plays a role in increasing the strength of the structural mortar layer, so that the layer is more stable and is prevented from cracking and falling off. The reinforced net layer is subjected to composite bonding through cement-based bonding slurry, and the anti-bending effect of the composite external wall panel is enhanced.
The composite external wall tile further comprises a metal mesh 5, wherein the metal mesh 5 is positioned inside the structural mortar layer 3. The metal mesh plays a role in increasing the strength of the structural mortar layer, so that the layer is more stable and is prevented from cracking and falling off.
Preferably, the metal mesh 5 is a combination of a steel wire mesh, a steel bar mesh and a twisted steel bar mesh, and meshes of the metal mesh are square.
The composite external wall board further comprises a metal wire inserting rod 6, one end of the metal wire inserting rod 6 is fixedly connected to the metal mesh 5, and the other end of the metal wire inserting rod penetrates through the heat-insulating protective layer 2 and the reinforcing mesh layer 4 and extends to the inside of the heat-insulating layer 1.
Example 6
The invention further provides a fireproof, sound-insulation, energy-saving and anti-cracking wall body, which is formed by symmetrically combining two composite externally-attached wallboards; wherein the combination mode is as follows: the heat-insulating layer 1 is used as a symmetrical surface for bonding and is connected through a metal pull rod 7; one end of the metal pull rod 7 is fixedly connected to the metal mesh 5 in the structural mortar layer 3, and the other end of the metal pull rod penetrates through the metal mesh 5 fixedly connected to the other side.
In order to show the performance of the composite external wall panel, the composite external wall panel is subjected to fire resistance detection according to GB/T9978.8-2008 and GB/T9978.1-2008, and is judged according to GB/T9978.8-2008, GB/T9978.1-2008 and GB/T23451-2009. The results are shown in Table 1.

The results show that the fire resistance of the composite external wall panel reaches a higher level.

Claims (10)
1. A fireproof, sound-insulation, energy-saving and anti-cracking composite external wall board is characterized by comprising a heat-insulation layer (1), a heat-insulation protective layer (2) and a structural mortar layer (3) which are sequentially arranged in a layered manner; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the heat-insulating layer (1) comprises the following raw materials: one of an organic thermal insulation material, an inorganic thermal insulation material or an organic/inorganic composite material;
the heat-insulating protective layer (2) comprises the following raw materials: inorganic gelled slurry, lightweight particles and additives a;
the construction mortar layer (3) comprises the following raw materials: inorganic gelling slurry, fine aggregate and additive b.
2. The fire-proof, sound-proof, energy-saving and crack-resistant composite exterior wallboard as claimed in claim 1, wherein the organic thermal insulation material is one or a combination of a plurality of polystyrene boards, phenolic boards or polyurethane boards.
3. The fire-proof, sound-proof, energy-saving and crack-resistant composite externally-attached wallboard according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic thermal insulation material is one or a combination of rock wool board, perlite board, aerogel thermal insulation board, foam glass board, foam concrete thermal insulation board or foam ceramic thermal insulation board.

The fire-proof, sound-proof, energy-saving and crack-resistant composite externally-applied wallboard of claim 1, wherein the organic/inorganic composite material is one or a combination of more of polyphenyl particle thermal insulation slurry, rubber particle thermal insulation slurry or regenerated organic light particle thermal insulation slurry.

The fire-proof, sound-proof, energy-saving and crack-resistant composite externally-applied wallboard according to claim 1, wherein the inorganic gelling slurry is one or a combination of several of cement-based materials, fly ash, mineral powder, silica fume, regenerated micro powder and stone powder; the light particles are one or a combination of more of polyphenyl particles, perlite particles, rubber particles, crop straws, forestry wood chips, ceramsite and glass beads; the additive a is one or a combination of a plurality of fibers, an early strength agent, a thickening agent, an accelerating agent, a retarder, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent and a water-retaining agent.

The fire-proof, sound-proof, energy-saving and crack-resistant composite external wall panel according to claim 1, wherein the fine aggregate is one or a combination of natural sand, quartz sand, machine-made sand and recycled fine aggregate; the additive b is one or a combination of more of fiber, an accelerator, an early strength agent, a thickening agent, a water repellent, a defoaming agent, a water reducing agent, an expanding agent, a tackifier and an anti-cracking agent.

The composite external wall panel with fire prevention, sound insulation, energy conservation and crack resistance according to claim 1, characterized in that the composite external wall panel further comprises a reinforced mesh layer (4), wherein the reinforced mesh layer (4) is arranged between the heat-insulating layer (1) and the heat-insulating protective layer (2); the reinforced net layer (4) is one or a combination of more of a medium alkali glass fiber layer, a polyester fiber layer, a basalt fiber layer and a steel wire mesh layer.
8. The fire, sound, energy and crack resistant composite exterior panel according to claim 7, characterized in that it further comprises a metal mesh (5), said metal mesh (5) being located inside said construction mortar layer (3); the metal mesh (5) is a steel mesh.

The composite external wall panel with fire resistance, sound insulation, energy conservation and crack resistance as claimed in claim 8, further comprising a metal wire insert rod (6), wherein one end of the metal wire insert rod (6) is fixedly connected to the metal mesh (5), and the other end of the metal wire insert rod penetrates through the heat-insulating protective layer (2) and the reinforcing mesh layer (4) and extends into the heat-insulating layer (1).

The wall body with the characteristics of fire resistance, sound insulation, energy conservation and cracking resistance is characterized in that the wall body is formed by symmetrically combining two composite externally-attached wallboards; wherein the combination mode is as follows: the heat-insulating layer (1) is taken as a symmetrical surface for bonding and is connected through a metal pull rod (7); one end of the metal pull rod (7) is fixedly connected to the metal mesh (5) in the structural mortar layer (3), and the other end of the metal pull rod penetrates through the metal mesh (5) fixedly connected to the other side.
