技术领域
本申请涉及造纸技术领域,特别是涉及一种AKD型表面施胶剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
施胶剂亦称上胶剂,是一种造纸添加剂,能赋予纸和纸板抗墨、抗水、抗乳液、抗腐蚀等性能,并能提高平滑度、强度。施胶剂可分为浆内施胶剂和表面施胶剂。表面施胶是指湿纸幅经干燥部脱除水分至定值后,在纸的表面均匀地涂施胶料。
随着造纸技术的发展,浆内施胶剂用量逐渐减少,表面施胶剂的积极应用已成为主流。从抗水性能来讲,AKD表面施胶剂的施胶效果最优。但AKD表面施胶剂通常与表面施胶淀粉混合添加,在此过程中容易产生絮聚,影响产品的使用。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的第一个目的为提供一种AKD型表面施胶剂;本发明的第二个目的为提供一种AKD型表面施胶剂的制备方法;本申请提供的AKD型表面施胶剂,属于弱阳离子型表面施胶剂,具有较好的上机性能,施胶效果好,抗干扰能力强,同阴离子增白剂或涂料可同时使用,可帮助纸厂降低施胶成本,提升产品品质。
本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种AKD型表面施胶剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
木薯氧化淀粉 2-3重量份;
液碱 0.6-0.9重量份;
阳离子醚化剂 0.8-1.3重量份;
冰醋酸 0.1-0.2重量份;
木质素磺酸钠 0.2-0.3重量份;
AKD蜡粉 10-14重量份;
改性剂 0.01-0.05重量份;
氧氯化锆 0.1-0.3重量份;
去离子水 70-82重量份;
无铁硫酸铝 2-7重量份;
熟化促进剂 0.2-0.6重量份;
杀菌剂 0.01-0.02重量份。
优选地,液碱具体为质量分数为30-32%液体氢氧化钠或氢氧化钾。
优选地,阳离子醚化剂具体为3-氯-2羟丙基-三甲基氯化胺、2,3环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵中的任意一种或多种。

一种AKD型表面施胶剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
在容器中加入去离子水,在搅拌状态下加入2-3重量份木薯氧化淀粉,混匀,升温至43-48℃,加入0.6-0.9重量份液碱,保温30-40min后升温至58-62℃,加入0.8-1.3重量份阳离子醚化剂,保温30-40min后升温至73-76℃,保温3-4h,停止搅拌,静止3-4h后加入去离子水、0.1-0.2重量份冰醋酸调节pH值至3.5-5.5,降温至55-66℃后加入0.2-0.3重量份木质素磺酸钠,搅拌20-30min后升温至92-95℃,保温60-70min,再降温至60℃,制得淀粉乳化剂,淀粉乳化剂的固含量为25%;
将10-14重量份AKD蜡粉加热至蜡粉完全融化,得到AKD蜡液;
将27-30重量份去离子水、0.01-0.05重量份改性剂、0.1-0.3重量份氧氯化锆混合,升温至70-75℃后加入上述制备好的淀粉乳化剂,再加入AKD蜡液,均质乳化,冷却,加入40-45重量份去离子水、2-7重量份无铁硫酸铝和0.2-0.6重量份熟化促进剂、0.01-0.02重量份杀菌剂,混匀,即得。
优选地,所述均质乳化具体为:在3000-6000r/min转速下均质乳化30-40min,或者在1450-1550r/min转速下剪切乳化30-40min,再在20-25MPa压力下均质2-3次。
优选地,将AKD蜡粉加热至80-85℃,使蜡粉完全融化,得到AKD蜡液。
优选地,均质2-3次后,冷却至25℃以下,再加入水、无铁硫酸铝、熟化促进剂和杀菌剂。
申请人发现AKD型表面施胶剂,在与表面施胶淀粉混合时,容易与表面淀粉中加入的涂料或增白剂等阴离子物质反应,产生絮聚,影响产品的使用。针对这一问题,本申请提供的AKD型表面施胶剂,增加木质素磺酸钠与阳离子淀粉形成双电层结构,同时和阴离子改性剂配合使用,降低AKD型表面施胶剂中的阳电荷密度,从而减少絮聚的发生。本申请提供的AKD型表面施胶剂,属于弱阳离子型表面施胶剂,具有较好的上机性能,施胶效果好,抗干扰能力强,同阴离子增白剂或涂料可同时使用,可帮助纸厂降低施胶成本,提升产品品质。
本申请制备的AKD型表面施胶剂,产品质量指标如下:
1、外观:白色乳状液;
2、固含量:15±1%;
3、PH值:2-4;
4、粘度≤20mpa.s(25℃);
5、粒径(D50)≤1um;
6、保质期:60天(5-30℃)。
本申请提供的AKD型表面施胶剂及其制备方法,液碱的用量以碱性物质溶液的总量计算。
其中,去离子水的量,是:使用的淀粉乳化剂中所含水量(固含量25%则含水量75%),加上与改性剂、氧氯化锆混合的去离子水的量,再加上均质乳化冷却后加入的去离子水的量三者之和;制备淀粉乳化剂所加入的去离子水量不计入本申请要求的去离子水用量范围内。
具体实施方式
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本申请中的技术方案,下面将对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例1
在容器中加入1000mL去离子水,在搅拌状态下加入575g木薯氧化淀粉,搅拌20min混匀,升温至45℃,加入160g液碱(质量分数30%的氢氧化钠),保温30min后升温至60℃,加入245g阳离子醚化剂3-氯-2羟丙基-三甲基氯化胺,保温30min后升温至73-76℃,保温3.5h,停止搅拌,静止3h后加入1000ml去离子水、25g冰醋酸调节pH值至3.5-5.5,降温至60℃后加入50g木质素磺酸钠,搅拌20min后升温至92-95℃,保温60min,再降温至60℃,制得淀粉乳化剂,淀粉乳化剂固含量为25%;
在烧杯中加入500g AKD蜡粉,放入水浴锅中加热至80-85℃至蜡粉完全融化,保温备用;
带搅拌器的四口瓶中加1200mL去离子水,按顺序依次加入1.5g改性剂羧甲基纤维素钠、5g氧氯化锆、20%步骤1制备的淀粉乳化剂,使用上海沪析FJ300-SH数显高速分散均质机3000-6000r/min转速下均质乳化30min后,关闭分散均质机。降温至25℃以下,加入1800ml水、150g无铁硫酸铝、20g熟化促进剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、0.5g杀菌剂卡松混合均匀后得到供造纸用的表面施胶剂。
实施例2
在反应釜中加入1000kg去离子水,在搅拌状态下加入600kg木薯氧化淀粉,搅拌20min混匀,升温至45℃,加入160kg液碱(质量分数32%的氢氧化钠),保温30min后升温至60℃,加入230kg阳离子醚化剂2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵,保温30min后升温至73-76℃,保温3.5h,停止搅拌,静止3h后加入1050kg去离子水、30kg冰醋酸调节pH值至3.5-5.5,降温至60℃后加入75kg木质素磺酸钠,搅拌20min后升温至92-95℃,保温60min,再降温至60℃,制得淀粉乳化剂,淀粉乳化剂固含量为25%;
在反应釜中加入1000kg AKD蜡粉,打开蒸汽加热至80-85℃至蜡粉完全融化,保温备用;
剪切釜加2200kg去离子水,按顺序依次加入1kg改性剂羟丙基甲基纤维素、8kg氧氯化锆、30%步骤1所制备的淀粉乳化剂,1450r/min转速下剪切乳化30min;20-25MPa均质两次,第二次均质时通过10℃以下冷冻水将乳化的AKD液体快速降温至25℃以下后进入调配釜,调配釜中加入3600kg去离子水、38%质量百分浓度无铁硫酸铝500kg、熟化促进剂聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷树脂20kg,调节固含量至15-16%浓度,再加入1kg杀菌剂异噻唑林酮后得到供造纸用的表面施胶剂。
对实施例2所制得的AKD表面施胶剂,与岳纸YZ-A01牌号的AKD表面施胶剂一同使用,分别加入到7%浓度的表面施胶淀粉中,淀粉温度为65-70℃,通过计量棒进行混合,对纸张进行施胶,并对成纸Cobb值进行检测,检测结果如下:

成纸Cobb值越低,说明成纸的抗水性能越好,则施胶效果越好。

木质素磺酸钠 0.2-0.3重量份;
AKD蜡粉 10-14重量份;
改性剂 0.01-0.05重量份;
氧氯化锆 0.1-0.3重量份;
去离子水 70-82重量份;
无铁硫酸铝 2-7重量份;
熟化促进剂 0.2-0.6重量份;
杀菌剂 0.01-0.02重量份。
