本发明公开了一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液及其制备方法,包括:溶质、溶剂、分散剂、消泡剂、附着力促进剂;溶质选自氧化石墨烯、氟化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯、巯基化石墨烯、羧基化石墨烯中的至少一种;分散液中各组分的重量百分比为:溶质0.05wt%~2wt%、分散剂0.5wt%~5wt%、消泡剂0.1wt%~5wt%、附着力促进剂0.1wt%~5wt%、余量为溶剂。本发明的石墨烯分散液用于固态电容器,不仅可以有效降低电容器等效串联电阻,提高频率特性和导热性,而且可提高其耐电压、疏水性、耐高温、耐高温高湿,降低电容器芯子的整体厚度,在有限的空间内增加叠层数量等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于石墨烯技术领域,具体涉及一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液及其制备方法。
背景技术
电容器是一种能够储存电荷的元件,电容器、电阻、电感是电路中的三大基础元件,是电子线路中不可缺少的基础元件,约占全部电子元器件用量的45%左右。铝电解电容器凭借其优异的性能、低廉的价格,占据了电容器30%以上的市场份额。从短期来看,铝电解电容器不存在被完全替代的可能,未来将继续在汽车电子、通讯领域、物联网、人工智能、安防监控、消费电子、新能源及国防军工等领域发挥重要作用。
近年来,随着5G智能手机、物联网、新通讯技术及新能源汽车的快速发展,主动芯片得到了前所未有的快速发展,作为被动元件的铝电解电容器相应朝着薄型化、小型化、大容量、低等效串联电阻(ESR)、、良好频率特性、低漏电流及高可靠性等方向发展。传统的液态铝电解电容器尤其无法满足薄型化和小型化的要求,因此,固态铝电解电容器、固态钽电容器等作为薄型化和小型化的解决方案近年来也得到了快速的发展。如何进一步薄型化、降低等效串联电阻、提高散热性,以提高电容器的频率特性、降低损耗、提高比容量、提高可靠性等,已成为一个迫切解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于固态电容器的制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中所述的问题。
本发明一个目的是提供一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,包括:溶质0.05wt%~2wt%、分散剂0.5wt%~5wt%、消泡剂0.1wt%~5wt%、附着力促进剂0.1wt%~5wt%、余量为溶剂;所述溶质选自石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物,所述石墨烯衍生物选自还原态石墨烯、氧化石墨烯、氟化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯、巯基化石墨烯、羧基化石墨烯中的至少一种。所述溶质优选地至少包含还原态石墨烯,均值厚度为1nm~100nm,如果厚度过大,分散液所制备的涂层太厚,不利于固态电容器的薄型化;厚度太小不易分散,材料成本高。
本发明所述溶剂包括主溶剂和辅助溶剂;所述辅助溶剂与主溶剂质量比为1:10~3:10;所述主溶剂为水;所述辅助溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、正丁醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异丙醇、丙酮、甲醇中的至少一种;优选地为异丙醇。
本发明分散剂选自硬脂酸单甘油酯,三硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯蜡中的至少一种;所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油;所述附着力促进剂选自有机硅、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种;所述分散液含有添加剂,添加剂至少包含氨水,优选地添加剂包含氨水和含氟烷烃,或者氨水和含氟硅烷,所述添加剂的质量分数为0.1wt%~5wt%;以提高分散液所制备的涂层的疏水性能。优选地溶质0.1wt%~0.5wt%、分散剂1wt%~3wt%、消泡剂0.1wt%~2wt%、附着力促进剂0.1wt%~2wt%、添加剂0.1wt%~2wt%、余量为溶剂。
本发明另一个目的是提供一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
S1:将溶质加入30℃~80℃的溶剂中,搅拌或超声混合1h~12h,配制混合液A;
S2:将消泡剂、附着力促进剂、添加剂加入30℃~80℃的溶剂,搅拌或超声混合1h~12h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合1h~4h,配制石墨烯分散液。
本发明还提供一种固态电容器,包含石墨烯分散液制备的石墨烯层,所述固态电容器的内部元件从内到外依次包含金属基体、金属氧化物、固态电解质、石墨烯分散液制备的石墨烯涂层、银层。金属基体可选自铝、钽、一氧化铌等,相应的金属氧化物可选自三氧化二铝、五氧化二钽、五氧化二铌等,固态电解质可选自导电聚合物或二氧化锰,导电聚合物可选自聚噻吩、聚吡咯、聚苯胺及其它们的衍生物中的至少一种,如聚吡咯、聚3,4-乙烯二氧噻吩、聚苯胺中的至少一种。
本发明制备的石墨烯分散液应用于固态电容器,不仅可以有效降低电容器等效串联电阻,提高频率特性和导热性,而且可提高其耐电压、疏水性、耐高温、耐高温高湿,降低电容器芯子的整体厚度,在有限的空间内增加叠层数量等优点。

实施例一
S1:将平均厚度为2nm的0.5g石墨烯溶质加入到900g 40℃的水中,搅拌或超声混合8h,配制混合液A;
S2:将0.5g消泡剂聚醚改性硅油、0.5g附着力促进剂有机硅、5g分散剂三硬脂酸甘油酯、添加剂0.1g氨水加入到93g 30℃乙醇中,搅拌或超声混合6h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合3h,配制石墨烯分散液。

一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,除溶质替换为氢化石墨烯,辅助溶剂替换为乙二醇,分散剂替换为硬脂酸单甘油酯,附着力促进剂替换为环氧树脂,添加剂替换为含氟磺酸盐外,其余同实施例一。
实施例三
一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,除溶质替换为氟化石墨烯,辅助溶剂替换为丙三醇,分散剂替换为聚乙烯蜡,附着力促进剂替换为丙烯酸树脂,添加剂替换为含氟磷酸盐外,其余同实施例一。
实施例四
S1:将平均厚度为2nm的1g石墨烯溶质加入到820g 50℃水中,搅拌或超声混合12h,配制混合液A;
S2:将166g乙醇加热至40℃,加入1g消泡剂聚醚改性硅油、1g附着力促进剂有机硅、10g分散剂三硬脂酸甘油酯、1g添加剂氨水,搅拌或超声混合10h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合4h,配制石墨烯分散液。
S1:将800g水和100g乙醇加热至40℃,将溶质平均厚度为2nm的5g石墨烯加入水和乙醇混合溶剂中,搅拌或超声混合8h,配制混合液A;
S2:将100g乙醇加热至40℃,加入10g消泡剂聚醚改性硅油、20g附着力促进剂有机硅、50g分散剂三硬脂酸甘油酯、添加剂15g氨水,搅拌或超声混合6h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合3h,配制石墨烯分散液。
实施例五
S1:将水和乙醇加热至80℃,将溶质平均厚度为2nm的氧化石墨烯加入水和乙醇混合溶剂中,搅拌或超声混合1h,配制混合液A;
S2:将乙醇加热至80℃,加入消泡剂聚醚改性硅油、附着力促进剂有机硅、分散剂三硬脂酸甘油酯、添加剂氨水,搅拌或超声混合1h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合4h,配制石墨烯分散液,其中各组分的质量占比为:溶质羧基化石墨烯20%(选自100nm)、主溶剂水58.7%、辅助溶剂丙三醇20%、分散剂三硬脂酸甘油酯1%、消泡剂聚醚改性硅油0.1%、附着力促进剂有机硅0.1%、添加剂氨水0.1%。
实施例六
固态电容器的制备:将腐蚀铝箔分切成规定尺寸,在己二酸铵溶液中再化成,在其表面制备聚吡咯层,在聚吡咯层表面浸渍实施例一的石墨烯分散液并固化,制备石墨烯涂层,在石墨烯涂层表面制备银层,再按照固态电容器的常规方法进行组装、封装,制备固态电容器。
实施例七
除了在聚吡咯层表面浸渍实施例二的石墨烯分散液并固化外,其余同实施例六。
实施例八
除了在聚吡咯层表面浸渍实施例三的石墨烯分散液并固化外,其余同实施例六。
实施例九
除了在聚吡咯层表面浸渍实施例四的石墨烯分散液并固化外,其余同实施例六。
实施例十
除了在聚吡咯层表面浸渍实施例五的石墨烯分散液并固化外,其余同实施例六。
对比例一
除了将石墨烯分散液替换成石墨浆,将石墨烯涂层替换成石墨涂层外,其余同实施例六。
电容器性能的测试
按照国标GB/T2693、GB/T6346.25、GB/T 6346.2501测试高压高能混合电容器的电容量、漏电流、等效串联电阻(ESR)、耐电压、105℃高温储存性能。以数字电桥LCR在120Hz频率下测试电容量。以漏电流测试仪测试漏电流和耐电压。10kHz容量保持率是10kHz下测试的电容量/120Hz的电容量比值。
实施例六~十和比例一制备的固态电容器的性能如表1所示:

从表1可以明显看出,实施例六~十采用实施例一~五的石墨烯分散液制备的固态电容器与对比例一石墨浆制备的固态电容器性能相比,容量更高、ESR更低、频率特性更佳。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的石墨烯分散液用于固态电容器,不仅可以有效降低电容器等效串联电阻,提高频率特性和导热性,而且可提高其耐电压、疏水性、耐高温、耐高温高湿,降低电容器芯子的整体厚度,在有限的空间内增加叠层数量等优点。
显然,上述的实施例仅仅是为了更清楚地描述所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限制。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其他不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以举例。由此所引申出来的显而易见的变化或变动,仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于包括:溶质0.05wt%~2wt%、分散剂0.5wt%~5wt%、消泡剂0.1wt%~5wt%、附着力促进剂0.1wt%~5wt%、余量为溶剂;
所述溶质选自石墨烯或石墨烯衍生物,所述石墨烯衍生物选自还原态石墨烯、氧化石墨烯、氟化石墨烯、氢化石墨烯、巯基化石墨烯、羧基化石墨烯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述溶剂包括主溶剂和辅助溶剂;
所述辅助溶剂与主溶剂质量比为1:10~3:10;
所述主溶剂为水;
所述辅助溶剂选自乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、正丁醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、异丙醇、丙酮、甲醇中的至少一种;优选地为异丙醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述分散剂选自硬脂酸单甘油酯,三硬脂酸甘油酯、聚乙烯蜡中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性硅油。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂选自有机硅、环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述分散液含有添加剂,添加剂至少包含氨水,优选地添加剂包含氨水和含氟烷烃,或者氨水和含氟硅烷;所述添加剂的质量分数为0.05wt%~5wt%、余量为溶剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述溶质优选地至少包含还原态石墨烯,均值厚度为1nm~100nm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液,其特征在于,所述各组分的重量百分比优选为:溶质0.1wt%~0.5wt%、分散剂1wt%~3wt%、消泡剂0.1wt%~2wt%、附着力促进剂0.1wt%~2wt%、添加剂0.1wt%~2wt%、余量为溶剂。
9.权利要求1~8所述的一种用于固态电容器的石墨烯分散液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:将溶质加入30℃~80℃的溶剂中,搅拌或超声混合1h~12h,配制混合液A;
S2:将消泡剂、附着力促进剂、添加剂加入30℃~80℃的溶剂,搅拌或超声混合1h~12h,配制混合液B;
S3:将混合液B加入混合液A中,搅拌或超声混合1h~4h,配制石墨烯分散液。
10.一种固态电容器,包含使用权利1-8的石墨烯分散液制备的石墨烯层,所述固态电容器的内部元件从内到外依次包括金属基体、金属氧化物、固态电解质、石墨烯层、银层。
