In order to avoid the moving of the X-axis moving frame 105 on the X-axis exceeding the limit, the seal card grabbing and conveying device in this embodiment further includes a limiting mechanism 6 disposed at two ends of the base 102, the limiting mechanism 6 is used to limit the moving path of the longitudinal support 1051 on the X-axis, and the limiting mechanism 6 may be a mechanical limiting block or a photoelectric sensor.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the Y-axis linear motion mechanism 2 includes a Y-axis carriage 204, a Y-axis motor 202, a Y-axis gear 203, and a Y-axis rack 201;
the Y-axis support 204 is arranged at the lower end of the transverse support 1052 in a sliding way, and the clamping mechanism 3 is arranged at the lower end of the Y-axis support 204;

Specifically, the Y-axis frame 204 is mounted at the lower end of the transverse frame 1052, so that the Y-axis frame 204 and the transverse frame 1052 are connected by a rail for facilitating the linear movement of the Y-axis frame 204, and the Y-axis frame 204 may have a horizontal plate-shaped structure. The Y-axis motor 202 is fixed on the transversal support 1052, and the Y-axis rack 201 is fixed on the Y-axis support 204, so that when the Y-axis motor 202 drives the Y-axis gear 203 to rotate, the Y-axis support 204 can be driven to move horizontally.
In this embodiment, the gripping mechanism 3 is mounted on the lower end of the Y-axis frame 204 and can move linearly and horizontally along with the Y-axis frame 204. The gripping mechanism 3 has a function of individually realizing the gripping action.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the gripping mechanism 3 includes a clip assembly 302 and a clip driving assembly 301;
the clip assembly 302 is disposed at the lower end of the Y-axis bracket 204, the clip assembly 302 includes two clips capable of moving relative to each other, and the clip driving assembly 301 is configured to drive the two clips to move toward or away from each other to clamp the signature cartridge 7.
Specifically, it should be noted that the clamping mechanism 3 mainly includes two parts, namely a clamping piece assembly 302 and a clamping piece driving assembly 301, wherein the clamping piece assembly 302 includes two clamping pieces capable of moving relatively, the two clamping pieces are installed at the lower end of the Y-axis bracket 204, and the two clamping pieces can also be connected through a rail, so as to facilitate the relative movement of the two clamping pieces. The clip driving assembly 301 may drive the two clips toward each other for clamping or away from each other to cancel the clamping.
When the position of the clip on the X-axis and the Z-axis matches the position of the to-be-taken signature cartridge 7, the Y-axis motor 202 drives the Y-axis bracket 204 to move toward the to-be-taken signature cartridge 7, and the two clips are inserted into the two sides of the to-be-taken signature cartridge 7, and at this time, the clip driving assembly 301 acts to drive the two clips to approach each other and clamp the to-be-taken signature cartridge 7. At this time, the Y-axis motor 202 operates to drive the Y-axis bracket 204 to move in the opposite direction, so that the clamping piece can clamp the signature cartridge 7 to separate from the storage rack in the card cabinet. At this time, the Y-axis motor 202 continues to operate to move the seal cartridge 7 to the conveying platform 5, and finally the seal cartridge 7 is conveyed out by the conveying mechanism 4.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the conveying platform 5 is transversely fixed on the inner side of the longitudinal support 1051, the conveying platform 5 is located below the clamping mechanism 3, and a space for placing the seal cartridge 7 is formed between the upper end surface of the conveying platform 5 and the clip assembly 302;
the conveying mechanism 4 is arranged on the conveying platform 5 and is used for horizontally conveying the seal cartridge 7 positioned on the conveying platform 5 out of the output hole on the longitudinal support 1051.
Specifically, it should be noted that the conveying platform 5 is a plate-shaped structure fixed inside the longitudinal support 1051, and after the stamp cartridge 7 is retracted by the clip, the stamp cartridge 7 can be placed on the conveying platform 5. To facilitate placement of the seal cartridge 7 on the transport platform 5, the upper end surface of the transport platform 5 is spaced from the clip member 302. The conveying mechanism 4 is mounted on the conveying platform 5 and can output the seal cartridge 7 positioned on the conveying platform 5.
For the convenience of outputting the stamp cartridge 7, the structure of the conveying mechanism 4 will be described in detail in this embodiment:
in the present embodiment, the output of the seal cartridge 7 is realized by the belt conveyance, and since the seal cartridge 7 is placed on the conveying platform 5 before being output, an output force needs to be applied to both sides of the seal cartridge 7.
Therefore, the conveying mechanisms 4 of the present embodiment are arranged in two sets and distributed along the X-axis direction, and a conveying space matched with the signature cartridge 7 is provided between the two sets of conveying mechanisms 4, and the conveying space is located right below the clip assembly 302.
When the seal card box 7 is positioned on the conveying platform 5, the two conveying mechanisms 4 are respectively positioned at two sides of the seal card box 7, and the output of the seal card box 7 is realized through the action of the conveying mechanisms 4.
Specifically, the conveying mechanism 4 includes a top plate 402, a bottom plate 404, a conveying belt 403, a conveying roller 401, and a conveying motor;
the conveying rollers 401 are vertically arranged, the upper ends and the lower ends of the conveying rollers 401 are respectively rotatably connected with a top plate 402 and a bottom plate 404, the two conveying rollers 401 are distributed along the Y axis, and conveying belts 403 are sleeved on the conveying rollers 401;
the conveying motor is in driving connection with one of the conveying rollers 401.
In this embodiment, the conveying roller 401 is rotated by the conveying motor, so that the conveying belt 403 is moved, and the signature cartridge 7 between the two conveying belts 403 is output. Since the transport roller 401 and the transport belt 403 are used, the guided transport of the stamp cartridge 7 can be realized.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the conveying mechanism 4 includes a top plate 402, a bottom plate 404, a conveying belt 403, a conveying roller 401, and a conveying motor;
the conveying rollers 401 are vertically arranged, the upper end and the lower end of each conveying roller 401 are respectively rotatably connected with the top plate 402 and the bottom plate 404, the two conveying rollers 401 are arranged and distributed along the conveying direction of the seal card, and the conveying belts 403 are sleeved on the conveying rollers 401;
the conveying motor is in transmission connection with one of the conveying rollers 401;
the RFID radio frequency antenna 12 is located between two conveyor rollers 401, and is located inside the conveyor belt 403.
In this embodiment, the conveying roller 401 is driven to rotate by the conveying motor, so as to drive the conveying belt 403 to move, and then the seal cartridge 7 between the two conveying belts 403 is driven. Since the transport roller 401 and the transport belt 403 are used, the guided transport of the stamp cartridge 7 can be realized. The RFID radio frequency antenna 12 is located between two conveyor rollers 401, and is located inside the conveyor belt 403. When the seal cartridge 7 moves to the position corresponding to the RFID radio frequency antenna 12 under the action of the conveying belt 403, the RFID radio frequency antenna 12 can establish connection with the RFID electronic tag on the seal cartridge to transmit information. The RFID radio frequency antenna 12 is located on the inside of the conveyor belt 403 and does not move with the conveyor belt 403.
As shown in fig. 6, in order to further improve the efficiency of identifying the RFID electronic tags on the seal cards, the RFID radio frequency antennas 12 in each conveying mechanism are arranged in two groups and distributed up and down. The reader-writer is set as an 8-channel high-frequency reader-writer.
The seal card box 7 is conveyed to the position of the RFID radio frequency antenna 12 by the conveying mechanism, the reader-writer reads the RFID electronic tag on the seal card in the seal card box 7 through the RFID radio frequency antenna 12 and acquires the checking information, the seal card box 7 after checking can be conveyed out of the seal card cabinet 10 by the conveying mechanism 4 or put back into the seal card cabinet 10 by the grabbing mechanism, and therefore the technical effects of checking the seal card in a single seal card box 7 and checking all the seal cards in the seal card cabinet 10 can be achieved by adopting fewer radio frequency antennas, and the problems that the seal card cabinet device in the related technology has too many antennas, the occupied area of the antennas in the seal card cabinet 10 is large, and the checking is not accurate enough are solved.
As shown in fig. 4, the Z-axis linear motion mechanism 9 includes an upper roller body 902, a lower roller body 901, a Z-axis motor 903, and a lifting belt;
the Z-axis motor 903 is in transmission connection with the upper roller body 902 and is used for driving the upper roller body 902 to rotate;
the two groups of lifting belts are arranged, and the upper end and the lower end of each group of lifting belts are respectively sleeved on the end part of the upper roller body 902 and the end part of the lower roller body 901;

Specifically, in the present embodiment, the Z-axis linear motion mechanism 9 is described in detail, and mainly includes an upper roller 902, a lower roller 901, a Z-axis motor 903, and a lifting belt. The upper roller body 902 and the lower roller body 901 are distributed up and down and are connected through a lifting belt, when the upper roller body 902 rotates, the lower roller body 901 can be driven by the lifting belt to rotate, and the two sides of the lifting belt are driven to move up and down. In this embodiment, the upper roller 902 is driven by a Z-axis motor 903 to select, and the base 102 is fixed on a lifting belt and can be lifted synchronously with the lifting belt to adjust the position on the Z-axis.
As shown in fig. 5, 7 and 8, according to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a signature card cabinet comprising the above-mentioned signature card gripping and conveying apparatus, and a cabinet body 10 and a signature card storage rack 11; the signature card storage rack 11 is arranged in the cabinet body 10.
The cabinet body 10 comprises a cabinet door 29, the Z-axis linear motion mechanism 9 is installed on the cabinet door 29, specifically, the upper roller body 902 and the lower roller body 901 are both rotatably arranged on the inner side of the cabinet door 29, and the Z-axis motor 903 is fixed above the cabinet door 29. The cabinet door 29 is provided with a retractable card taking opening 31, and the captured seal cartridge 7 can be output through the card taking opening 31, or the seal cartridge 7 to be stored can be put in from the card taking opening 31. As shown in fig. 9 to 12, the signature card storage rack 11 in the embodiment of the present application includes:
the rack body comprises two oppositely arranged support frames 22, and the support frames 22 are vertically arranged;
the transverse partition plates 23 are arranged in a plurality of numbers and are sequentially arranged along the vertical direction, and two ends of each transverse partition plate 23 are detachably and fixedly connected with the corresponding support frame 22, so that the vertical distance between every two adjacent transverse partition plates 23 is adjustable;
the transverse clapboard 23 is provided with a positioning groove 24, and the width of the positioning groove 24 is matched with that of the seal card box 7 and is used for placing the seal card box 7; the positioning grooves 24 are provided in plural and distributed along the length direction of the diaphragm 23.
In this embodiment, the signature card storage rack mainly comprises a rack body and a diaphragm plate 23, wherein the rack body comprises two support frames 22, and the two support frames 22 are vertical and arranged oppositely. The diaphragm plate 23 is located between the two support frames 22, and a first end of the diaphragm plate 23 is connected with one of the support frames 22, and a second end is connected with the other support frame 22. In order to adjust the height position of the diaphragm plate 23, two ends of the diaphragm plate 23 are detachably connected with the support frame 22. For example, a sliding groove may be formed in the supporting frame 22, two ends of the diaphragm plate 23 are slidably disposed in the sliding groove and fixed by a locking member (e.g., a bolt), or a plurality of positioning holes are formed in the supporting frame 22, the positioning holes are uniformly distributed along the vertical direction, and the diaphragm plate 23 and the positioning holes are fixedly connected by bolts. The position of the diaphragm plate 23 on the support frame 22 can be adjusted by the structure, so that the seal cartridge 7 with different heights can be accommodated. Each positioning slot 24 forms a storage compartment.
According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a signature card cabinet comprising the above-mentioned signature card gripping and conveying apparatus, and a cabinet body 10, a cabinet door 29 and a signature card storage rack;
the seal card storage rack is arranged in the cabinet body 10 and can be driven to rotate around a vertical shaft;
the cabinet door 29 is provided with a retractable card taking opening 31, and the captured seal cartridge 7 can be output through the card taking opening 31, or the seal cartridge 7 to be stored can be put in from the card taking opening 31.

The operation of the deposit and withdrawal modules is integrated on a display screen 30 outside the cabinet door 29.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in order to stably and orderly place the seal cartridges 7 on the transverse partition plates 23, the transverse partition plates 23 are further provided with positioning grooves 24, and the positioning grooves 24 may be located on the upper end surface or the lower end surface of each transverse partition plate 23 or on both the upper end surface and the lower end surface. In order to make the seal card box 7 can be stably placed in the positioning groove 24, the width of the positioning groove 24 is matched with the width of the seal card box 7, the positioning groove 24 is arranged to be a plurality and distributed along the length of the diaphragm plate 23, each positioning groove 24 corresponds to one seal card box 7, so that a plurality of seal card boxes 7 can be stably and orderly placed on each diaphragm plate 23. The seal cartridge 7 can be easily accessed by separating the adjacent diaphragms 23 by the positioning grooves 24.
For further improving the space utilization to the support body, constant head tank 24 sets up to two sets of and distributes in the front end and the rear end of diaphragm plate 23 in this embodiment, and every group constant head tank 24 sets up to a plurality of and distributes along the length direction of diaphragm plate 23. Through setting up constant head tank 24 to two sets of and being located the front and back both ends of cross slab 23 for seal card box 7 can all be placed to the front and back both ends of cross slab 23. When the frame body is connected to the rotary mechanism, the seal card boxes 7 at the front end and the rear end of the diaphragm plate 23 can rotate back and forth.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in order to facilitate better placement of the seal cartridge 7, positioning grooves 24 are formed at the upper and lower ends of the diaphragms 23 so that the upper and lower ends of the seal cartridge 7 are placed in the positioning grooves 24 of the adjacent diaphragms 23, thereby reducing the shaking of the seal cartridge 7.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in order to further improve the stability of the seal cartridge 7 placed behind the positioning groove 24, a ball mounting groove is formed in the positioning groove 24, a positioning ball 27 is disposed in the ball mounting groove, the positioning ball 27 is rotatably connected with the ball mounting groove, and the upper end of the positioning ball 27 extends out of the ball mounting groove.
Specifically, it should be noted that the seal cartridge 7 is provided with a positioning hole matching with the positioning ball 27, when the seal cartridge 7 is pushed into the positioning groove 24, the end of the seal cartridge 7 presses the positioning ball 27, and the positioning ball 27 is clamped into the positioning hole on the seal cartridge 7, so that the seal cartridge 7 is prevented from being easily separated from the positioning groove 24.
As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in order to improve the structural stability of the entire storage mechanism and to facilitate the installation of the diaphragm 23, the support frame 22 in this embodiment includes two upright columns 221, a first cross beam 26 is disposed between the two upright columns 221, and two ends of the first cross beam 26 are detachably and fixedly connected to the corresponding upright columns 221; both ends of the bulkhead 23 are fixed to the first cross member 26. A first cross member 26 between the two support frames 22 is fixedly connected by a second cross member 25.
Most of the existing storage modes stack the seal card box 7 in the seal card cabinet, and place the seal card box in the front and the rear of the seal card cabinet respectively, and the seal card box 7 at the rear of the seal card cabinet is needed to be taken or the seal card box 7 is placed at the rear of the seal card cabinet, so that the seal card can be stored and taken inconveniently.
In order to solve the above problem, as shown in fig. 9 to 12, the signature card storage rack in the present embodiment further includes a base 113, an external rotary disk gear 14, a gear cover plate 20, a rotary disk servo motor 18, a rotary disk servo motor gear 17; wherein, the external rotary disk gear 14 is rotatably arranged on the base 113, and the external rotary disk gear 14 can rotate around the axis thereof on the base 113; the rotary disk servo motor 18 is fixedly arranged on the base 113, and the rotary disk servo motor gear 17 is connected to the rotary disk servo motor 18 in a transmission manner and meshed with the rotary disk outer gear 14; the gear cover plate 20 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the external gear 14 of the rotary disk, and the upright column 221 is fixedly arranged on the gear cover plate 20.
In this embodiment, the rotating mechanism serves as a base for mounting the support frame 22, and the rotating mechanism rotates the support frame 22 and the traverse 23 as a whole to change the access position of the stamp cartridge 7. Specifically, the rotary mechanism mainly comprises five parts, namely a base 113, a rotary disk outer gear 14, a gear cover plate 20, a rotary disk servo motor 18 and a rotary disk servo motor gear 17. The base 113 is used as a base for mounting the above components, the external rotary disk gear 14 is rotatably connected to the base 113, the external ring of the external rotary disk gear 14 is provided with a tooth socket which can rotate around the axis thereof, and the gear cover plate 20 is fixed on the upper end of the external rotary disk gear 14 so that the gear cover plate 20 can rotate synchronously with the external rotary disk gear 14. The rotation of the rotary disk external gear 14 is driven by a rotary disk servo motor 18 and a rotary disk servo motor gear 17. The rotary disk servo motor 18 is fixed on the base 113, the rotary disk servo motor gear 17 is in transmission connection with the rotary disk servo motor 18 and is meshed with the rotary disk outer gear 14, the rotary disk servo motor 18 drives the rotary disk outer gear 14 to rotate, and therefore the supporting frame 22 and the transverse partition plate 23 are driven to synchronously rotate.
In one embodiment, the outer rotary disk gear 14 can be rotated about a vertical axis by the rotary disk servo motor 18 at any angle so that the support frame 22 and the diaphragm 23 can be rotated to any position. In another embodiment, only the front and back positions of the supporting frame 22 and the diaphragm plate 23 need to be adjusted, so that the rotary disk outer gear 14 is driven to rotate by 180 degrees by the rotary disk servo motor 18.

As shown in fig. 9 to 12, in order to reduce the friction between the external rotary disk gear 14 and the base 113, the external rotary disk gear 14 of the present embodiment is rotatably connected to the base 113 through the gear bearing 21, and the friction and noise can be reduced by this structure.

Because the storage mechanism further comprises the diaphragm plate 23, the fixing assembly 19 not only needs to fix the upright column 221, but also needs to fix the diaphragm plate 23, and therefore the fixing assembly 19 in this embodiment further comprises four positioning strips 15 fixedly arranged on the gear cover plate 20, the four positioning strips 15 are arranged and fixed in four directions of the gear cover plate 20, and the positioning strips 15 are used for fixing the diaphragm plate 23.
Specifically, it should be noted that the positioning strips 15 are used to fix the structure of the diaphragm plate 23, and when the diaphragm plate 23 is of a square structure, the positioning strips 15 are correspondingly arranged in four and distributed in four directions of the gear cover plate 20, so as to fix all four directions of the diaphragm plate 23.
In the embodiment where the signature card storage assembly only needs to be rotated 180 ° to adjust the fore-aft position, the rotary disk servo motor 18 only needs to drive the outer rotary disk gear 14 to rotate between two positions, so that the position of the signature card storage device can be located by detecting the two positions of the outer rotary disk gear 14. In order to reduce the overall weight of the gear cover plate 20, a plurality of lightening holes are formed in the upper end of the gear cover plate 20; the positioning bars 15 are positioned around the lightening holes.
In order to install the rotary disk servo motor 18 on the base 113, the base 113 is fixed with the motor base 16, the rotary servo motor gear is arranged on the motor base 16 through a rotating shaft, and the rotary disk servo motor 18 is fixedly arranged on the motor base 16 and is in transmission connection with the rotary servo motor gear.
