Abstract
本发明公开了一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,涉及钢铁生产技术领域,轧制过程:提前两块钢关闭辊道冷却水、关闭烟雾抑制、关闭轧机侧喷,五冶关闭轧辊护板清洗水手阀,间隔30min打开转钢辊道冷却水冷却1~2min;生产6mm钢板粗除鳞1道次,轧机不除鳞;其余厚度钢板,轧机除鳞第一道次;出钢温度PDI设定为1250℃;转钢代码为3,10+1轧制道次,2个成型道次,轧制速度设定5.5~5.6m/s;PPO调整为头尾小圆弧形状,根据现场板型情况,手动设定精轧末尾三道次CVC限制值。提高生产效率、降低成本具有良好的效果,减少轧制异常,减少宽薄板浪型瓢曲,提高一次轧成率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢铁生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种薄规格钢板的生产方法。
背景技术
5米宽板轧机在轧制宽薄板过程中受轧制计划、弯辊力、辊型、 窜辊动作等多种因素的叠加影响,往往板型一次合格率不是十分理想。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,包括排产→加热→轧制→ACC和矫直,轧制过程具体为:
①提前两块钢关闭辊道冷却水、关闭烟雾抑制、关闭轧机侧喷,五冶关闭轧辊护板清洗水手阀,间隔30min打开转钢辊道冷却水冷却1~2min;
②生产6mm钢板粗除鳞1道次,轧机不除鳞;其余厚度钢板,轧机除鳞第一道次;
③出钢温度PDI设定为1250℃;
④转钢代码为3,10+1轧制道次,2个成型道次,规程特别要求:压下限制分配,成型阶段压下量限制60mm,展宽阶段压下量限制25mm,精轧阶段压下量限制22~30mm;道次限制: 精轧阶段道次:9,其余为0;负荷分配:精轧末道次载荷分配:130,其余为100,轧制速度设定5.5~5.6m/s;
⑤楔形轧制调整为头尾小圆弧形状,根据现场板型情况,手动设定精轧末尾三道次窜辊限制值。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,除邮轮船板外,PDI厚度设定为上限减0.4mm。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,FIN Phase参数设定以最后道次轧制力40000kN为目标。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,对于模台钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-20;
对于高强钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去25;
对于薄规格6-9mm,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-30。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,排产具体为:
辊期安排在800-2500吨以内,使用1160mm以上大辊径轧辊,安排10~30块相近宽度、薄规格板作为过渡;
冷床预留位置,提前安排行车吊运2个小时的钢板下线;冷床不排板,钢板快速通过冷床,防止冷却不均匀的二次瓢曲。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,6mm钢板使用150mm最小坯料设计即150*1600*2500mm。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,加热具体为:
核对每块坯料尺寸,发现实际尺寸与计划尺寸不一致,通知轧机修改PDI,坯料有明显割伤、头尾断面参差不齐的情况,吊下处理;
实际出钢温度1250~1270℃,上下表温差20~30℃。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,ACC和矫直具体为:
①ACC框架抬高至检修位,关闭ACC辊道冷却水、V3V4阀,泄压阀设定50%,检查漏水,如果漏水严重,通知五冶关闭手阀;
②预矫直机往复返矫3~7遍,末道次平整矫直;
③钢板上料间距放大800~1000mm。
前所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,观察钢板头尾形状,出现有扣头现象,及时切换手动接送钢板。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本方法,6mm极限薄规格、模台(MT)轧制成功率提高,一次合格率由90.17%提高到97.2%。本发明对于提高生产效率、降低成本具有良好的效果,减少轧制异常,减少宽薄板浪型瓢曲,提高一次轧成率。
具体实施方式
本实施例提供的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,包括排产→加热→轧制→ACC和矫直,
(一)排产
6mm钢板使用150mm最小坯料设计即150*1600*2500mm;
辊期安排在800-2500吨以内,使用1160mm以上大辊径轧辊,安排10~30块相近宽度、薄规格板作为过渡;
冷床预留位置,提前安排行车吊运2个小时的钢板下线;冷床不排板,钢板快速通过冷床,防止冷却不均匀的二次瓢曲;
(二)加热
核对每块坯料尺寸,发现实际尺寸与计划尺寸不一致,通知轧机修改PDI,坯料有明显割伤、头尾断面参差不齐的情况,吊下处理;
实际出钢温度1250~1270℃,上下表温差20~30℃;
(三)轧制
提前两块钢关闭辊道冷却水、关闭烟雾抑制、关闭轧机侧喷,五冶关闭轧辊护板清洗水手阀,间隔30min打开转钢辊道冷却水冷却1~2min;

楔形轧制调整为头尾小圆弧形状,根据现场板型情况,手动设定精轧末尾三道次窜辊限制值:
对于模台钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-20;
对于高强钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去25;
对于薄规格6-9mm,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-30;
其中对于6mm而言,要强温轧制,因而限制末尾三道次CVC的跨度要小一点,避免长时间摆窜辊影响轧制;
更换规格第一块,机长在轧机操作台协助调整弯辊控制;
机长配合一级压板形,保证钢板原始板形不能太差;
(四)ACC和矫直
ACC框架抬高至检修位,关闭ACC辊道冷却水、V3V4阀,泄压阀设定50%,检查漏水,如果漏水严重,通知五冶关闭手阀;
预矫直机往复返矫3~7遍,末道次平整矫直;
观察钢板头尾形状,出现有扣头现象,及时切换手动接送钢板;
夏天时打开冷床两侧百叶窗,钢板尽快降温;
钢板上料间距放大800~1000mm,防止钢板距离靠太近,钢板交叉散热不均匀导致二次瓢曲。
采用本方法,6mm极限薄规格、模台(MT)轧制成功率提高,一次合格率由90.17%提高到97.2%,如下表:

Claims (6)
1.一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,包括排产→加热→轧制→ACC和矫直,其特征在于:轧制过程具体为:
①提前两块钢关闭辊道冷却水、关闭烟雾抑制功能、关闭轧机侧喷,关闭轧辊护板清洗水手阀,间隔30min打开转钢辊道冷却水冷却1~2min;
②生产6mm钢板粗除鳞1道次,轧机不除鳞;其余厚度钢板,轧机进行第一道次除鳞;
③出钢温度PDI设定为1250℃;
④转钢代码为3,10+1轧制道次,2个成型道次,规程特别要求:压下限制分配,成型阶段压下量限制60mm,展宽阶段压下量限制25mm,精轧阶段压下量限制22~30mm;道次限制: 精轧阶段道次:9,其余为0;负荷分配:精轧末道次载荷分配:130,其余为100,轧制速度设定5.5~5.6m/s;
⑤楔形轧制调整为头尾小圆弧形状,根据现场板型情况,手动设定精轧末尾三道次窜辊限制值;
FIN Phase参数设定以最后道次轧制力40000kN为目标;
对于模台钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-20;
对于高强钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去25;
对于6-9mm薄规格钢,规程计算末尾三道次CVC值直接减去15-30;
辊期安排在800-2500吨以内,使用1160mm以上大辊径轧辊,安排10~30块相近宽度、薄规格板作为过渡;
冷床预留位置,提前安排行车吊运钢板下线;冷床不排板,钢板快速通过冷床。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,其特征在于:除邮轮船板外,PDI厚度设定为上限减0.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,其特征在于:6mm钢板使用150mm最小坯料设计即150*1600*2500mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄规格钢板的生产方法,其特征在于:加热具体为:
