Abstract
本发明公开了一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,本发明饲养方法中水质改善剂能有效内的除去水中会影响水质的寄生虫,抑制了水体中致病寄生虫的滋生,同时配合自制饲料,提升长吻鮠的免疫力,促进长吻鮠健康养殖;保温处理液增加了水体的比热容,减少了水体昼夜温差,能有效的保证长吻鮠在越冬期间的具有较高的存活率,并且其生长不受影响;同时,本发明对长吻鮠幼鱼实施适度的间歇性饥饿胁迫,激发其偿生长潜能,使幼鱼的成活率和饵料利用效率都得到提高,鱼体的生长速度加快。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及长吻鮠养殖技术领域,具体涉及到一种长吻鮠的饲养方法。
背景技术
长吻鮠因其肉质细嫩鲜美、营养丰富,鱼鳔肥厚,长期作为滋补的水产品,深受人类喜爱,已成为餐桌上的美味佳肴。长吻鮠生长速度较快,自然环境中最大个体可达10公斤,长吻鮠对生态环境的适应性也较强,经过人工驯化可在湖泊、池塘中饲养。
由于长吻鮠的养殖疾病较多,使得长吻鮠的成活率和健康率较低,在传统人工养殖模式下,通常采用投喂抗生素、药物等对长吻鮠进行抗病管理,但也增加了长吻鮠的抗药率,同时增大了药物残留风险,进而影响了人类的食用安全。另一方面,传统人工养殖模式下,人工投喂的饲料会很大一部分得不到充分利用而造成水体污染,很多水产养殖业者在鱼池内水质变坏之后,总是直接排放掉这部分污水、再引入新鲜水,通过这种方式来维持养殖系统内的平衡,这种传统的鱼类养殖方法对水域生态环境造成了一定的压力。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种长吻鮠的饲养方法。
为达上述目的,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘管理:鱼苗投放前,向池塘中投放水体积0.03~0.05%的水质调节剂;其中,水质调节剂由以下质量份的原料组成:金银花20~25份、鱼腥草10~15份、车前草2~5份、铁线草4~6份、食盐3~8份、EM菌液0.2~0.5份和活性炭2~5份;
(2)饵料投放管理:长吻鮠体长6cm以下,投喂比例为鱼体重的8%~12%,投喂频率为1~2次/天,饵料以水蚯蚓为主;长吻鮠体长6~10cm,投喂比例为鱼体重的5%~6%,投喂频率为2~3次/天,连续投喂5~6天后饥饿1.5天,饵料以饲料为主;长吻鮠体长10cm以上,投喂比例为鱼体重的10%~14%,投喂频率为1~2次/天,饵料以饲料为主;
(3)日常管理:每月加注1~2次新水,注水时间为14:00~15:00,注水时间为20~40min;晴天或阴天,每半月增氧1~2次;连绵阴雨天,每半月增氧3次;10月下旬至次年2月期间,晚上水池内加入保温处理液调节水温,保温处理液的温度为70~75℃,边加边搅拌,直至水池内的水温为22~25℃时停止加入;其中,保温处理液由以下质量份的组分制成:海藻25~35份、海金沙15~20份和水120~140份。
进一步地,水质调节剂由以下质量份的原料组成:金银花24份、鱼腥草12份、车前草4份、铁线草4份、食盐5份、EM菌液0.4份和活性炭4份。
进一步地,水质调节剂通过以下方法制得:将干燥的金银花、鱼腥草、车前草和铁线草磨粉,过筛,得混合粉末;再将混合粉末经微波加热后与食盐、EM菌液、活性炭混合均匀,经造粒处理,得颗粒,加入花椒油,获得水质调节剂。
进一步地,花椒油的用量为颗粒重量的6~8%。
进一步地,微波加热的温度为80~90℃,时间为30~50s。
进一步地,保温处理液由以下质量份的组分制成:海藻30份、海金沙18份和水130份。
进一步地,保温处理液通过以下方法制成:将海藻、海金沙放入沸水中,大火熬制2~3小时后,过滤得滤液,等到滤液降温至70~75℃时,立即使用。
进一步地,鱼苗选择体质健壮,无病无伤的鱼苗,投放量为800~950尾/亩。
进一步地,饲料由以下质量份的原料组成:农林副产品混合粉29~37份、豆粕21~26份、玉米粉33~36份、植物油3~6份、维生素添加剂0.5~2份、矿物质添加剂0.5~5份和中草药添加剂0.2~3份;其中,农林副产品混合粉为由质量比为4~10:2~5:1的蚕蛹、蜗牛肉和蚯蚓制得的混合粉;中草药添加剂包括以下质量份的组分:15~25份枸杞叶、10~15份金银花、15~25份荷叶和3~7份黄芪茎叶。
进一步地,植物油为花生油、豆油、菜籽油和葵花籽油中的至少一种。
进一步地,矿物质添加剂包括氯化钠、氯化钴、硫酸镁、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、硫酸铁、磷酸钠、磷酸钾、磷酸钙和碘酸钾中的至少一种。
进一步地,维生素添加剂包括维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素D、维生素E、维生素H、维生素K、叶酸、烟酸、泛酸钙、肌醇和胆碱中的至少一种。
进一步地,农林副产品混合粉通过以下方法制得:
步骤(1):将蚕蛹、蜗牛肉和蚯蚓混合粉碎并研磨0.5~1.5小时,得混合物;然后加入中性蛋白酶,发酵酶解后得到发酵液;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)所得的发酵液进行真空冷冻干燥,制得农林副产品混合粉。
进一步地,农林副产品混合粉制备过程中混合物与中性蛋白酶的重量比为100~120:1~3;优选为105:2。
进一步地,中草药添加剂通过以下方法制得:将枸杞叶、金银花、荷叶和黄芪茎叶混合,并向混合物中加入6~8倍混合物总重量的70~80vt%乙醇,浸泡30~60分钟,加热至75~80℃回流提取2~4小时,过滤,滤液旋蒸至无醇味,浓缩滤液,真空冷冻干燥,制粉,即得。
上述饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将农林副产品混合粉、豆粕、玉米粉均匀混合后,再加入维生素添加剂、矿物质添加剂和中草药添加剂进行均匀混合,最后加入植物油进行均匀混合成全料混合物;
步骤(2):将步骤(1)所得的全料混合物加工成粒,即可。

综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明饲养方法中水质改善剂能有效内的除去水中会影响水质的寄生虫,抑制了水体中致病寄生虫的滋生,同时配合自制饲料,提升长吻鮠的免疫力,促进长吻鮠健康养殖;保温处理液增加了水体的比热容,减少了水体昼夜温差,能有效的保证长吻鮠在越冬期间的具有较高的存活率,并且其生长不受影响;
2、本发明对长吻鮠幼鱼实施适度的间歇性饥饿胁迫,激发其偿生长潜能,使幼鱼的成活率和饵料利用效率都得到提高,鱼体的生长速度加快。

实施例1
本例提供一种长吻鮠饲料,由以下质量份的原料组成:农林副产品混合粉35kg、豆粕24kg、玉米粉36kg、豆油4kg、维生素添加剂(具体由质量比1:1:2:1的维生素A、维生素B2、胆碱和叶酸组成)1.5kg、矿物质添加剂(具体由质量比为1:1:2:1:0.5的硫酸铁、磷酸钠、磷酸钾、磷酸钙和硫酸镁组成)2.5kg和中草药添加剂1kg;其中,农林副产品混合粉是由质量比为8:3:1的蚕蛹、蜗牛肉和蚯蚓制得的混合粉;中草药添加剂包括以下质量份的组分:20份枸杞叶、12份金银花、20份荷叶和5份黄芪茎叶。
上述长吻鮠饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1)、农林副产品混合粉的制备:将蚕蛹、蜗牛肉和蚯蚓混合粉碎并研磨1小时,得混合物;然后加入中性蛋白酶,发酵酶解后得到发酵液;发酵液进行真空冷冻干燥,制得农林副产品混合粉;其中,混合物与中性蛋白酶的重量比为105:2;
步骤(2)、中草药添加剂的制备:将枸杞叶、金银花、荷叶和黄芪茎叶混合,并向混合物中加入7倍混合物总重量的75vt%乙醇,浸泡45分钟,加热至78℃回流提取3小时,过滤,滤液旋蒸至无醇味,浓缩滤液,真空冷冻干燥,制粉,即得;
步骤(3)、长吻鮠饲料的制备:将农林副产品混合粉、豆粕、玉米粉均匀混合后,再加入维生素添加剂、矿物质添加剂和中草药添加剂进行均匀混合,最后加入植物油进行均匀混合成全料混合物,加工成粒,即可。
需要说明的是,本例中所使用的原料,若无特殊限定或具体说明的,可采用本领域常规技术手段制得或直接采用市售产品,如中性蛋白酶;本发明中所涉及的操作步骤,若无特殊限定或具体说明的,可采用本领域常规技术手段,如长吻鮠饲料的制备方法中的加工成粒,可采取常规的水产饲料加工设备和方法进行;又如以及真空冷冻干燥可采用常规的冻干机进行。
实施例2
本例提供一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)池塘管理:鱼苗投放前,向池塘中投放水体积0.04%的水质调节剂;其中,水质调节剂由以下质量份的原料组成:金银花24kg、鱼腥草12kg、车前草4kg、铁线草4kg、食盐5kg、EM菌液0.4kg和活性炭4kg;水质调节剂通过以下方法制得:将干燥的金银花、鱼腥草、车前草和铁线草磨粉,过筛,得混合粉末;再将混合粉末经微波加热(微波加热的温度为85℃,时间为40s)后与食盐、EM菌液、活性炭混合均匀,经造粒处理,得颗粒,加入花椒油(花椒油的用量为颗粒重量的7%),获得水质调节剂;鱼苗选择体质健壮,无病无伤的鱼苗,投放量为900尾/亩;
(2)饵料投放管理:长吻鮠体长6cm以下,投喂比例为鱼体重的10%,投喂频率为2次/天,饵料以水蚯蚓为主;长吻鮠体长6~10cm,投喂比例为鱼体重的6%,投喂频率为2次/天,连续投喂5天后饥饿1.5天,饵料以实施例1所得饲料为主;长吻鮠体长10cm以上,投喂比例为鱼体重的12%,投喂频率为1次/天,饵料以实施例1所得饲料为主;
(3)日常管理:每月加注1~2次新水,注水时间为14:00~15:00,注水时间为30min;晴天或阴天,每半月增氧1~2次;连绵阴雨天,每半月增氧3次;10月下旬至次年2月期间,晚上水池内加入保温处理液调节水温,保温处理液的温度为70℃,边加边搅拌,直至水池内的水温为24℃时停止加入;其中,保温处理液由以下质量份的组分制成:海藻30kg、海金沙18kg和水130kg;保温处理液通过以下方法制成:将海藻、海金沙放入沸水中,大火熬制2~3小时后,过滤得滤液,等到滤液降温至70~75℃时,立即使用。

实施例3
本例提供一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,与实施例2的区别仅在于:水质调节剂由以下方法制得:将金银花2kg、车前草12kg、柚子皮12kg、姜黄13kg、鱼腥草5kg分别日晒2d,置于粉磨机中磨粉,过筛,将粉末置于温度为85℃的微波炉中加热30s,然后将粉末、食盐3kg、EM菌液0.2kg、活性炭4kg混合均匀,经造粒处理,得颗粒,按颗粒重量的5%的量加入花椒油,即得水质调节剂;其余步骤及参数均相同。
本实施例中,越冬期间(11月至次年2月期间)后长吻鮠平均死亡数为13条;第二年长吻鮠平均体重达1.1公斤。
实施例4
本例提供一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,与实施例2的区别仅在于:(2)饵料投放管理:长吻鮠体长6cm以下,投喂比例为鱼体重的10%,投喂频率为2次/天,饵料以水蚯蚓为主;长吻鮠体长6~10cm,投喂比例为鱼体重的6%,投喂频率为2次/天,饵料以实施例1所得饲料为主;长吻鮠体长10cm以上,投喂比例为鱼体重的12%,投喂频率为1次/天,饵料以实施例1所得饲料为主;其余步骤及参数均相同。
本实施例中,越冬期间(11月至次年2月期间)后长吻鮠平均死亡数为9条;第二年长吻鮠平均体重达0.7公斤。
实施例5
本例提供一种长吻鮠的饲养方法,与实施例2的区别仅在于:保温处理液采用以下方法制成:将海藻12kg、鹧鸪菜7kg和海金沙10kg加入沸水110kg中,大火熬制2.5小时后,过滤得滤液,等到滤液降温至73℃时,立即使用。
本实施例中,越冬期间(11月至次年2月期间)后长吻鮠平均死亡数为16条;第二年长吻鮠平均体重达1.4公斤。

(1)池塘管理:鱼苗投放前,向池塘中投放水体积0.03~0.05%的水质调节剂;其中,水质调节剂由以下质量份的原料组成:金银花20~25份、鱼腥草10~15份、车前草2~5份、铁线草4~6份、食盐3~8份、EM菌液0.2~0.5份和活性炭2~5份;
(2)饵料投放管理:长吻鮠体长6cm以下,投喂比例为鱼体重的8%~12%,投喂频率为1~2次/天,饵料以水蚯蚓为主;长吻鮠体长6~10cm,投喂比例为鱼体重的5%~6%,投喂频率为2~3次/天,连续投喂5~6天后饥饿1.5天,饵料以饲料为主;长吻鮠体长10cm以上,投喂比例为鱼体重的10%~14%,投喂频率为1~2次/天,饵料以饲料为主;
(3)日常管理:每月加注1~2次新水,注水时间为14:00~15:00,注水时间为20~40min;晴天或阴天,每半月增氧1~2次;连绵阴雨天,每半月增氧3次;10月下旬至次年2月期间,晚上水池内加入保温处理液调节水温,保温处理液的温度为70~75℃,边加边搅拌,直至水池内的水温为22~25℃时停止加入;其中,保温处理液由以下质量份的组分制成:海藻25~35份、海金沙15~20份和水120~140份。
2.如权利要求1所述的长吻鮠的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述水质调节剂由以下质量份的原料组成:金银花24份、鱼腥草12份、车前草4份、铁线草4份、食盐5份、EM菌液0.4份和活性炭4份。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的长吻鮠的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述水质调节剂通过以下方法制得:将干燥的金银花、鱼腥草、车前草和铁线草磨粉,过筛,得混合粉末;再将混合粉末经微波加热后与食盐、EM菌液、活性炭混合均匀,经造粒处理,得颗粒,加入花椒油,获得水质调节剂。
4.如权利要求1所述的长吻鮠的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述保温处理液由以下质量份的组分制成:海藻30份、海金沙18份和水130份。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的长吻鮠的饲养方法,其特征在于,所述保温处理液通过以下方法制成:将海藻、海金沙放入沸水中,大火熬制2~3小时后,过滤得滤液,等到滤液降温至70~75℃时,立即使用。
6.如权利要求1~5任一项所述的长吻鮠的饲养方法,其特征在于,鱼苗选择体质健壮,无病无伤的鱼苗,投放量为800~950尾/亩。
