Description
The application is a divisional application of an invention patent application with the application date of 2020, 26.4.2020, the application number of 2020103371367, and the name of the invention being "pet hair dryer".
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pet hair dryer, and more particularly, to a pet hair dryer which improves convenience of use and drying efficiency.
Background
In general, a Pet store (Pet Shop) is entrusted to take a bath of a Pet or to take a bath of a Pet directly by itself in order to keep the Pet clean, but if hair is not sufficiently dried after the bath, cold or skin disease may be caused.
In addition, if a general hair dryer or a pet dryer placed on a placing table is used for drying, fallen hairs cannot be collected during the drying process, and a long drying time is required. In order to solve such problems, pet hair dryers have been developed which can store pets and dry hair.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional pet hair dryer.
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional pet hair dryer includes a main body 1 having a pet storage space 6 therein, and a motor fan 2 provided above the main body 1 to transfer air in the storage space 6.
Here, a heater 3 for heating air is provided on one side of the motor fan 2 on an air transfer path, and a dredging port 5 communicating with an air inflow path is formed at a lower portion of the motor fan 2. Further, the pet air cleaner is provided with an air supply guide panel 4, and the air supply guide panel 4 moves the air discharged from the motor fan 2 downward along the inner wall surface of the housing space 6 and then upward toward the ventilation opening 5 through the periphery of the pet.
Further, a vent hole 8 is formed in a side surface portion of the main body 1, and the vent hole 8 communicates the housing space 6 with the outside, so that the housed pet can smoothly breathe during the operation of the blower, and high-temperature and humid air inside can be discharged and dry air outside can be sucked.
That is, when the operation state is set by the operation panel 7 and the pet is started in a state where the pet is put in the housing space 6, the air in the housing space 6 is transferred by the motor fan 2 and the pet hair is hot-air dried by heating by the heater.
However, in the case of the conventional pet hair dryer, only the water collecting table 9 for collecting water falling from the stored pet is separated when the inside of the main body 1 is cleaned. Therefore, when the wall surface or the ceiling is cleaned, moisture may be absorbed into the motor fan 2, which may cause a trouble or a safety accident, and it is difficult to clean the wall surface or the ceiling by washing with water.
The air discharged from the motor fan 2 moves downward along the inner wall surface of the accommodating space 6, and is discharged into the accommodating space 6 through the integrally formed air blow guide 4. Therefore, there is a problem that the discharge amount and discharge position of the air according to the size of the pet cannot be adjusted.
Meanwhile, in the case of the conventional pet drying room, since the air discharged from the motor fan 2 is configured to move downward along the inner wall surface of the accommodating space 6, a unidirectional flow of air occurs, and thus it is difficult to uniformly dry pet hair.
In addition, the vent hole 8 for removing the humidity inside the main body 1 is formed at a lower portion, and thus heated air is accumulated at an upper side, and thus the discharge of the internal air is not smooth enough, resulting in maintaining high humidity. Thus, a condenser and a water supply tub are provided for further removing humidity, resulting in a complicated device structure.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pet hair dryer which improves convenience of use and drying efficiency.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a pet hair dryer including: a housing part which forms a housing space separately from the outside, the housing space housing a pet therein; a driving part which is connected with the rear of the shell part and supplies air to the accommodating space; and a wind shield provided in the housing, forming a flow path communicating with the discharge port of the driving unit to guide the flow of air to the inside, separately from the housing space, and forming an air supply hole on an inner surface thereof to allow the flow of air to the housing space.
Effects of the invention
The present invention provides the following effects by the above-described solution.
First, the door, the discharge window, the support part, and the windshield provided to be detachable from the housing part can be selectively separated and cleaned, so that clean cleaning can be performed, and moisture is prevented from flowing into the driving part during cleaning, so that malfunction is prevented, management is easy, and convenience in use of the product can be further improved.
Second, since the door, the discharge window, the support part, and the wind shield can be separated from the housing part, a separate member is inserted into the housing part and used for various purposes such as a pet house and a defecation space, and thus, flexibility and convenience of use of the product can be remarkably improved.
Thirdly, since the various wind shields having different numbers and shapes of the blowing holes can be detachably replaced, the wind shields can be interchangeably changed according to the size of the pet, thereby remarkably improving the interchangeability and convenience of the product.
Fourth, when the rotary locking portion of the coupling unit provided to the driving portion and the housing portion is not coupled, the rear end of the supporting portion is stopped by the rotary locking portion to be interfered, and the supporting portion is not mounted to the housing portion, so that the driving portion and the housing portion can be activated in a state where they are not coupled to each other, thereby further improving the safety of the product.
Fifthly, the sectional area of the flow path of the wind shield gradually decreases as the wind shield approaches the front, so that the wind shield forms higher pressure and increases the discharge amount as the wind shield approaches the front, thereby preventing air from staying in front of the accommodating space, improving the overall circulation structure, and remarkably improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Sixthly, the number, the configuration and the size of the air supply holes are optimized according to the shape of the pet, so that the air is uniformly discharged from the side surface and the lower part of the accommodating space, and the drying efficiency of the product can be further improved.
Seventh, the inside air having high humidity and temperature flows upward by forced convection and is discharged in a large amount through the discharge window provided at the upper portion of the case, so that the humidity of the circulating air is reduced, thereby remarkably improving the drying efficiency of the product.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a pet hair dryer according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2a and 2b are exploded perspective views of a pet hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3a and 3b are perspective views showing a coupling state of a door part in the pet hair dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view showing a coupling state of a door portion in a pet hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a housing portion with the door portion removed in the pet hair dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 6 is a side sectional view of a pet hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a sectional view of a pet hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a front sectional view showing a housing portion of a pet hair dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2a and 8, the pet hair dryer 100 of the present invention includes a housing 10, a driving part 60, and a windshield 20.
Here, the housing portion 10 is preferably formed in a hexahedral shape, and a housing space 10c for housing a pet therein is formed separately from the outside. In this case, the division is preferably understood as a separation in which the boundary of each surface is separated from the outside by a partition wall.
In addition, a discharge window 30 for discharging the internal air is detachably provided on the upper surface of the case portion 10, and the internal air is discharged upward. In this case, the discharge window 30 preferably includes a discharge filter 30b and a discharge filter cover 30a, and is inserted into a cover groove 10a formed through the upper surface portion of the housing 10.
The discharge filter 30b is preferably disposed to filter foreign matters in the interior air discharged upward. Specifically, the discharge filter 30b is preferably a dust collecting filter in a mesh form formed of a mesh having a diameter smaller than that of the fine dust, so as to filter all of large foreign matters adhering to the body of the pet up to the fine dust.
Accordingly, when the pet is dried, the foreign matter such as dust cannot pass through the discharge filter 30b and only clean air is discharged to the outside, so that the external space having high cleanliness can be maintained.
The discharge filter cover 30a is provided at an upper portion of the discharge filter 30b and selectively attached to and detached from an upper surface portion of the housing portion 10. It is preferable that a plurality of mesh holes are formed to discharge the air passing through the discharge filter 30b to the outside. In this case, the mesh holes may be formed in various arrangement structures and shapes.
That is, the pet hair dryer 100 is attached and detached when not in use, so that foreign substances such as dust are prevented from being deposited on the discharge filter 30b, the separated discharge filter 30b can be easily cleaned, and the pet hair dryer 100 can be re-coupled to the housing 10 when in use.
In addition, when the pet hair dryer is used, the discharge filter is removed to give pet snacks and the like, and when the hair shaft reaches a certain degree, the drying and combing can be simultaneously performed, so that a more fluffy hair state can be realized.
In addition, since the inside air having a high humidity flows upward by the forced convection and is discharged upward through the discharge window 30, the humidity of the circulated air is lowered, and thus, the drying efficiency of the product can be improved.
On the other hand, it is preferable that the support portion 50 is detachably inserted from the front so as to be fitted between the inner circumferential surfaces of both sides of the housing portion 10 at the lower portion of the housing space 10c.
Specifically, the support portion 50 includes a step portion 50a that is separable from the water collecting portion 50b, and the step portion 50a is formed so as to be fitted between inner circumferential surfaces of the water collecting portion 50b in shape, and has a plurality of water discharge holes. In this case, the water collecting portion 50b is preferably understood as a device for collecting moisture including fur of pets or sewage discharged through the drain hole.
Further, a discharge hole 51 is formed in a side surface of the water collecting portion 50b to discharge air from a bottom surface in cooperation with the air flow path. In this case, the drain hole 51 is preferably formed at a predetermined height from the bottom in order to prevent the water and foreign matters flowing into the water collecting portion 50b from flowing out. Accordingly, the air flowing into the discharge hole 51 is discharged upward through the step portion 50a, and thus the abdomen side portion of the pet can be more easily dried.
The front and back surfaces of the outer shell of the water collecting portion 50b are in surface contact with the front and back surfaces of the housing portion, and both side surfaces are in contact with the windshield surfaces disposed on both sides of the housing portion. Specifically, the front surface of the outer shell of the water collection portion 50b is disposed on the inner edge of the door frame 17 described later, and the rear surface thereof is disposed in contact with the hanging portion 11 described later.
In addition, both side surfaces of the outer frame are in contact with the windshield surfaces disposed on both sides of the housing portion. At this time, the discharge hole 51 is interlocked with a part of the air blowing hole 21 described later, so that the air received from the air blowing hole 21 flows into the water collecting part 50b and is discharged upward.
Here, the step portion 50a is attached to an inner side edge of the water collecting portion 50b in a stepped shape, and forms a water collecting space apart from a bottom surface of the water collecting portion 50b. Accordingly, moisture, foreign substances, etc. generated when the pet is dried are flowed to the water collecting part 50b through the drain hole.
The outer circumferential contour of the support portion 50 is formed to correspond to the inner circumferential contour of the windshield cover 20, so that the support portion 50 is stably fixed to the inside of the accommodating space 10c.
The leg portion protruding from the lower surface of the support portion 50 is attached between the dust cover support portion 26 protruding inward from the bottom surface of the housing portion 10 and the wheel attachment portion 27 recessed inward from the bottom surface, thereby restricting the right and left flow. Here, the dust cover support 26 is preferably understood to be a protruding portion that guides the space in which the windshield cover 20 is disposed in the housing portion 10.
Accordingly, the support portion 50 is selectively detachable from the housing portion 10, and thus, the contaminated water and foreign substances discharged to the water collecting portion 50b are easily washed, thereby improving the cleanliness of the product.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 3a to 4, the front surface of the housing 10 is preferably opened to selectively receive a pet. Specifically, it is preferable that a door 40 is detachably formed in a front surface of the opening of the housing 10, and the door 40 includes a projection window 41 formed of a transparent material so that an exterior can be projected therein.
Therefore, the state of the pet being dried can be confirmed in time through the projection window 41, and thus the convenience and safety of the product can be improved. In addition, the visual field of the pet is prevented from being blocked, so that the uneasy feeling of the pet can be reduced.
Preferably, the door 40 is connected to the front of the housing 10, and a side of the door 40 and a side of the housing 10 are detachably coupled by a hinge coupling portion 18 and a hinge frame 42.
Specifically, it is preferable that a door frame 17 is formed on the front surface of the housing portion 10, the door frame 17 is provided with the hinge coupling portion 18, and the door portion 40 is provided with the hinge frame 42 to which the hinge coupling portion 18 is coupled.
Here, the hinge joint 18 is formed in a shape having a hollow hole in a cylindrical shape or the like. At this time, the hinge coupling portion 18 is formed with an insertion end portion 18b coupled to the hinge frame 42 in a stepped shape, and an edge of the insertion end portion 18b is formed to be bent in a circular shape so as to prevent interference at the time of coupling.
Preferably, a penetrating portion 19 is provided at a lower portion of the hinge coupling portion 18, and a vent hole 19b through which the hinge coupling portion 18 penetrates is formed in an upper surface portion of the penetrating portion 19. In this case, the vent hole 19b is preferably formed to be smaller than the width of the hinge joint 18 so as to penetrate only up to the insertion end 18 b. Therefore, the insertion end 18b of the hinge coupling portion 18 penetrates the ventilation hole 19b, and the edge of the hinge coupling portion 18 is stopped by the ventilation hole 19b to support the hinge coupling portion 18.
A hinge groove 19a recessed forward and penetrating the inner surface is formed in the rear surface of the penetrating portion 19. In this case, the hinge groove 19a is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to the width of the hinge frame 42.
Here, the hinge frame 42 includes a protrusion 43 protruding outward from a side portion of the door 40, and an insertion groove 44 formed by forming a circular contour in an upper surface portion of the protrusion 43 and recessing downward. Accordingly, as the protrusion 43 is inserted into the hinge groove 19a, the door portion 40 and the door frame 17 are coupled to each other.
Preferably, the upper surface portion of the insertion groove 44 is formed in the same shape as the insertion end portion 18b, and is formed in a width corresponding to the width of the insertion end portion 18 b. That is, the hinge coupling portion 18 is fitted to the insertion groove 44 through the vent hole 19b and elastically supported by the elastic member 18a provided inside, so that the door portion 40 rotates in a state of being coupled to the housing portion 10. At this time, the upper portion of the elastic member 18a is elastically supported by a baffle plate formed inside the door frame 17 to face the upper side of the hinge frame 18.
Further, since the insertion groove 44 and the insertion end 18b are formed in a circular shape, when a predetermined external force is applied to the door 40, the hinge frame 42 and the hinge coupling portion 18 are smoothly released from each other.
Accordingly, as the hinge coupling portion 18 formed by bending is lifted, the insertion end portion 18b is coupled to and separated from the hinge frame 42, and thus the door portion 40 can be easily attached to and detached from the housing portion 10.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2a and 5, the driving unit 60 connected to the housing portion 10 to supply air is provided at the rear of the housing portion 10. Specifically, the driving unit 60 is preferably understood as a device that sucks in air and heats the air to flow to the housing 10.
At this time, the front portion of the driving part 60 and the rear portion of the case part 10 are coupled to each other by coupling means provided between spaces where the wind-guard cover 20 is formed.
Specifically, it is preferable that the coupling unit includes the hooking portion 11 provided at the rear of the housing portion 10 and a rotation locking portion 61 provided at the front of the driving portion 60, and a spring is provided inside the rotation locking portion 61 so that the rotation locking portion 61 is elastically supported to the inside of the driving portion 60.
Preferably, the hanging portion 11 is integrally extended and protruded from at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the housing portion 10 on the rear side, and is provided at a position corresponding to the width of the support portion 50 in the front-rear direction. Accordingly, the rear surface of the support portion 50 is closely attached to the inner surface of the hanging portion 11 protruding from the lower surface of the housing portion 10.
Here, it is preferable that the hooking hole 12 is formed to penetrate the hooking portion 11 in the front-rear direction, and the long insertion hole 13 is formed to extend in the longitudinal direction at the edge of the hooking hole 12. Here, the above-mentioned vertical direction is preferably understood to include not only the vertical direction but also a vertical direction inclined from the vertical direction.
Preferably, the rotary lock portion 61 is integrally provided with a rotary body portion 61b having a spring therein and a rotary protrusion 61a protruding forward from an end of the rotary body portion 61 b.
Specifically, the rotating body 61b is provided with a spring therein, and when the lock 61 rotates, the spring elastically supports the driving unit 60. Preferably, the rotation projection 61a is formed to protrude forward so as to extend in the radial direction in accordance with the longitudinal length of the long insertion hole 13, and has a width that is restricted by the edge of the hanging hole 12 when rotating.
Therefore, the rotation protrusion 61a is rotated in the lateral direction by the insertion long hole 13, and is received and coupled to the edge of the hanging hole 12. At this time, the lock portion 61 is elastically supported toward the driving portion 60 by the spring of the rotating body portion 61 b. Accordingly, the mounting portion 11 is closely attached and fixed between the rotation protrusion 61a which rotates in the lateral direction and the driving portion 60, thereby stably coupling the housing portion 10 and the driving portion 60.
Accordingly, when the rotary lock portion 61 is rotated, the rotary protrusion 61a is fixed by the rotary body portion 61b in a state of being restricted to the edge of the mounting hole 12, and thus the coupling state of the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 can be maintained. In addition, since the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 are detachably coupled by the rotary locking portion 61, the convenience of use of the product can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, it is preferable that the rotation protrusion 61a is shaped to fit the mounting hole 12, and in a state where the rotation protrusion 61a is rotated in the longitudinal direction to release the coupling of the driving part 60 and the housing part 10, the upper end of the rear end of the support part 50 is interfered by the rotation protrusion 61a to restrict the insertion from the front.
Specifically, it is preferable that the rotation protrusion 61a is formed to extend higher than an upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50, so that the upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50 is stopped by the end portion of the rotation protrusion 61a in a state where the coupling is released.
Therefore, the support portion 50 is not mounted in the accommodating space 10c by the rotation protrusion 61a. That is, when the rotation protrusion 61a is inserted into the mounting hole 12 and rotated by 90 degrees, the rotation protrusion 61a is lower than the upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50, and thus the support portion 50 can be mounted to the lower side of the accommodating space 10c.
Accordingly, the support portion 50 and the rotation protrusion 61a are configured to interfere with each other, so that the support portion 50 is not attached when the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 are not coupled, and thus a user can confirm the non-coupled state. This prevents the drive unit 60 and the housing unit 10 from operating in an uncoupled state, thereby improving product safety.
On the other hand, it is preferable that a protruding coupling partition wall 14 is formed on an edge of one of the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10, which is opposite to the driving portion, and a short step portion 62 which is recessed stepwise and comes into contact with an inner circumferential surface of the coupling partition wall 14 is formed on the other opposite side. In this case, in one embodiment of the present invention, a case where the short portion 62 is formed in the driving portion 60 and the coupling partition 14 is formed in the housing portion 10 is illustrated and described as an example.
Here, it is preferable that the short table portion 62 and the coupling partition 14 have a sealing portion such as an elastomer at a connection portion between the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 to achieve sealing, and are formed to correspond to each side length.
Further, it is preferable that the coupling partition wall 14 is formed to protrude toward the driving portion 60 and to have a width corresponding to the width of the short table portion 62. Therefore, the inner periphery of the coupling partition wall 14 and the outer periphery of the short table portion 62 are joined to each other in a form fitting manner.
Further, the edge of the coupling partition wall 14 is formed corresponding to the width of the edge of the driving part 60, and is coupled by surface contact therebetween, so that the driving part 60 and the housing part 10 are coupled in a sealed state.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2a and 6, the driving unit 60 preferably includes a fan 70 for mixing the inside air and the outside air in the accommodating space 10c and blowing the air toward the housing portion 10, and a heater 80 for heating the air.
The driving unit 60 is provided with a 1 st suction filter 90a for filtering foreign substances in the inside air at a front surface thereof, and a 2 nd suction filter (90 b of fig. 2 b) for filtering foreign substances in the outside air at a rear surface thereof.
Here, it is preferable that the exhaust fan 70 is configured as a bidirectional exhaust fan in which both sides of the suction port communicate with the accommodating space 10c and the outside, respectively, and the inside air and the outside air of the accommodating space 10c are directly mixed. In this case, the direct connection type is preferably understood to mean that the inside air and the outside air of the accommodating space 10c are directly connected without an additional flow path.
Further, it is preferable that a discharge port 72 for discharging air from the exhaust fan 70 is provided in a front portion of the driving unit 60, and the discharge ports 72 are preferably formed in a pair and disposed on both side surfaces of the front portion of the driving unit 60.
Accordingly, the exhaust fan 70 is configured as a bidirectional suction fan to simultaneously suck the inside air and the outside air of the accommodating space 10c, and thus, as the discharge amount of the air discharged to the discharge port 72 increases, the drying efficiency of the product can be remarkably improved.
On the other hand, the driving unit 60 preferably includes a 1 st temperature sensor 69a and a control unit 82. At this time, the 1 st temperature sensor 69a is provided on one side of the driving unit 60 to detect the internal temperature.
Here, the control unit 82 continuously generates heat in the heater 80 until the internal temperature detected by the 1 st temperature sensor 69a reaches a preset temperature, and cuts off the power supply to the heater 80 when the internal temperature reaches the preset temperature.
When the temperature detected by the 1 st temperature sensor 69a is lower than or equal to a predetermined temperature, the control unit 82 restarts the heater 80. That is, the heater 80 is repeatedly operated by the control unit 82.
Accordingly, as the internal temperature of the housing space 10c is maintained within a predetermined range, the fur of the housed pet can be prevented from being damaged by excessive heat. In addition, since the control unit 82 performs the cutoff operation when the heater 80 is overheated, the safety of the product can be improved.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, a flow path communicating with the discharge port 72 and guiding the flow of air therein is formed in the housing space 10c, and the wind-guard cover 20 having the air-blowing hole 21 formed therein is detachably provided on the inner surface portion 22. Here, it is preferable that the air blowing hole 21 is formed to penetrate so as to discharge air from the flow path to the housing space 10c.
In this case, it is preferable that the wind shield cover 20 is formed to separate the flow path from the housing space 10c, and an inlet 23 connected to the outlet 72 is formed at a rear portion. Specifically, the windshield cover 20 is preferably formed in such a manner that the outer edge thereof is connected to the inner surface of the housing portion to surround the flow path.
Here, a protruding seal partition wall 23a is formed on one edge of the inflow port 23 and the discharge port 72, and a seal groove 63 that contacts the outer peripheral surface of the seal partition wall 23a is formed on the other edge. In this case, in the present embodiment, the case where the seal partition wall 23a is formed in the inlet 23 and the seal groove 63 is provided in the outlet 72 is illustrated and described as an example.
Specifically, the outer periphery of the seal partition wall 23a is preferably formed of a sealing material such as synthetic rubber or silicone rubber, and is preferably formed to have a contour corresponding to the inner periphery of the seal groove 63.
Preferably, the seal groove 63 is formed in a size that is recessed in a stepped manner toward the other side and has an inner periphery conforming to the outer peripheral shape of the seal partition wall 23 a. At this time, the seal groove 63 is formed to have a width corresponding to the axial width of the seal partition wall 23 a.
Therefore, the outer circumference of the seal partition wall 23a is coupled to seal the inner circumference of the seal groove 63, and the air discharged through the discharge port 72 is discharged to the inflow port 23 without leakage.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the wind-guard covers 20 are preferably formed as a pair to be inserted from the rear of the housing 10 to divide the flow path.
Further, a coupling protrusion 24 is protruded from one of the front side of the windshield 20 and the inner side surface of the front side of the housing 10, and a coupling groove 15 into which the coupling protrusion 24 is inserted and hung is provided at a position corresponding to the other side. In this case, in the present embodiment, the case where the coupling protrusion 24 is formed on the wind-guard cover 20 and the coupling groove 15 is provided on the case portion 10 is illustrated and described as an example.
Specifically, it is preferable that the coupling protrusion 24 is provided in front of the windshield cover 20, is formed in a shape corresponding to the inner circumference of the coupling groove 15, and is inserted into the coupling groove 15 so as to fit the shape.
That is, it is preferable that the coupling protrusion 24 is formed to protrude from the front of the windshield cover 20, to have an inner surface inclined, and to have a narrowed end portion, so as to prevent interference when coupling with the coupling groove 15. In addition, the edge of the coupling protrusion 24 is formed to be curved, so that it can be easily assembled when being inserted into the coupling groove 15. Therefore, when the wind guard 20 is inserted from the rear, the coupling protrusion 24 is supported by the coupling groove 15, thereby fixing the wind guard 20.
In this case, the coupling protrusion 24 and the coupling groove 15 are provided at one position 2 on one side of the left side or the right side with a constant interval therebetween, and at the other position opposite thereto. Of course, 1 or more of the coupling protrusions 24 and the coupling grooves 15 may be provided. Accordingly, the hinge coupling part 18 is provided at one side where the coupling groove 15 is provided, and the door part 40 and the windshield cover 20 are coupled to the housing part 10 together.
Preferably, a hook 25 is provided to protrude from one of the outer side of the windshield 20 and the inner periphery of the housing 10, and a hook platform 16 that engages with the hook 25 is provided on the other side. In this case, in one embodiment of the present invention, the hook 25 is provided to protrude from the windshield cover 20, and the hook platform 16 is provided to the housing 10.
Specifically, it is preferable that an end portion of the hook 25 is provided to protrude toward the hook platform 16 side so as to support an inner surface stopper. The hook platform 16 is provided in an upwardly inclined manner so as to project inward of the case, and a hole for attaching the hook 25 is formed in the inclined surface. In this case, the hole is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to an end of the hook 25.
Therefore, the hook 25 slides along the inclined surface of the hook platform 16, and the inner surface of the end portion is fitted into the hole to be pressed outward, thereby restricting the movement and supporting the stopper.
When an external force is applied to the outside of the hook 25 supported by the stopper, the support between the holes facing the inner surface of the end of the hook 25 is released, and the hook 25 is separated from the hook platform 16. Therefore, the wind guard 20 is detachably coupled to the housing 10 as the end of the hook 25 is coupled to and released from the hook mounting base 16.
Accordingly, the windshield cover 20 of various types having different numbers and shapes of the air blowing holes 21 can be replaced in a detachable manner, and can be changed and exchanged according to the size of the pet, thereby improving the product compatibility and the convenience of use.
Further, the housing portion 10, the door portion 40, the windshield 20, the discharge window 30, and the support portion 50 may be separated from each other and cleaned. Accordingly, since the driving unit 60 can be separated from the washing apparatus, the inflow of moisture is prevented to prevent malfunction, the management is easy, and the cleanliness of the product can be further improved.
Further, the door 40, the wind guard 20, the discharge window 30, and the support 50 are separated from each other, and a separate member is inserted into the housing 10, so that the air blower can be used for various purposes other than the function of a pet hair dryer such as a house for a pet or a defecation space, and thus, the flexibility and the convenience of use of the product can be remarkably improved.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2a,2b and 7, the wind-guard covers 20 are preferably formed in a pair so as to divide the flow path to both sides of the housing space 10c.
Specifically, the outer edge of the hood 20 is connected to the inner surface of the housing 10 so as to surround the flow path, and has an inner surface 22 through which the air hole 21 is formed so as to separate the flow path from the housing space 10c.
Therefore, the air discharged through the discharge port 72 flows into the inlet 23, and the air is discharged from the inlet 23 into the windshield cover 20, and the discharged air flows without leaking to the outside of the case 10.
The windshield cover 20 is bent so that the inner side surface 22 is curved so as to be recessed outward as it approaches the front from the inlet 23. That is, it is preferable that the flow path has a curved structure when the wind-guard cover 20 is coupled to the inside of the housing 10.
Thus, the air flowing through the flow path is divided into sections with higher pressures as the air approaches the front. That is, since the wind screen 20 has a curved structure, a predetermined pressure difference is generated in the internal air depending on the position in the axial direction.
The windshield 20 is configured to be gradually narrowed toward the front regardless of the shape, thereby gradually narrowing the cross-sectional area of the flow path. Therefore, it is preferable that the pressure gradually increases as the wind screen 20 moves forward.
On the other hand, the air blowing hole 21 is preferably formed to penetrate the inner surface 22 and to discharge air from the flow path. Accordingly, the discharge amount varies depending on the position of the air blowing hole 21.
That is, it is preferable to form a plurality of the air blowing holes 21. Further, it is preferable that the number of the air blowing holes 21 is gradually reduced toward the rear, and the number of the air blowing holes 21 is optimized according to the size and shape of the pet.
Preferably, the plurality of air blowing holes 21 are arranged so as to correspond to the head of the pet as it approaches the front, and so as to correspond to the hip of the pet as it approaches the rear.
For example, the air hole 21 is formed at 4 in the vertical direction in front of the windshield cover 20, is arranged at 3 and 2 in order as it approaches the rear, and is formed at 2 in the rear.
Accordingly, the blow holes 21 are arranged corresponding to the size and shape of the pet, so that the drying time is reduced, and the blow holes 21 are arranged at the optimized position, so that the unnecessary amount of air is reduced, and thus the drying efficiency can be improved.
Further, the size of the air blowing hole 21 is gradually reduced toward the rear, and thus the discharge amount can be adjusted. That is, the discharge amount of the air discharged into the accommodating space 10c is adjusted according to the size of the air blowing hole 21.
Accordingly, the number, arrangement and size of the blowing holes 21 are optimized according to the size and shape of the pet, so that the air is uniformly discharged from the side and lower portions of the accommodating space 10c, thereby further improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Further, it is preferable that the air blowing holes 21 are formed in a nozzle shape in which the outer circumference is recessed and then the height corresponding to the depth of the recess is newly protruded toward the housing space 10c, so as to concentrate the discharge direction of the air. Thereby, the pet can be prevented from being injured by the nozzle.
Therefore, the air inside the wind guard 20 is divided into sections with higher pressure as it approaches the front, and is discharged through the air hole 21, and the discharge amount to the inside of the housing space 10c increases as it approaches the front.
Accordingly, as the air in the housing space 10c gradually increases toward the front, the air in the housing space 10c flows from the front to the rear, and is sucked by the exhaust fan 70 provided at the rear side of the housing space 10c.
Specifically, it is preferable that the suction port side of the exhaust fan 70 communicates with the housing space 10c to suck the interior air, and the 1 st suction filter 90a provided on the front surface of the driving unit 60 filters the foreign substances in the interior air and then sucks the foreign substances.
The other side of the suction port of the exhaust fan 70 is communicated with the outside to suck in the outside air, and the 2 nd suction filter 90b provided at the rear side of the driving unit 60 filters foreign matters in the outside air and then sucks in the foreign matters.
Therefore, the phenomenon that the air is retained in front of the accommodating space 10c is prevented, and the overall circulation structure in the accommodating space 10c is improved along with the continuous circulation of the air, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Further, it is preferable that the lower portion of the inner side surface portion 22 further include the blowing holes 21 arranged corresponding to the positions of the discharge holes 51. In this case, it is preferable that the shape of the air blowing hole 21 on the lowermost end side is configured to correspond to the shape and the number of the discharge holes 51.
At this time, the discharge hole 51 is in close contact with the air blowing hole 21 on the lowermost end side in a circular shape, and the air discharged from the air blowing hole 21 on the lowermost end side flows into the discharge hole 51 without leakage.
Accordingly, the air supplied from the wind guard 20 is supplied to the discharge hole 51 communicating with the blowing hole 21 at the lowermost end side, and is discharged upward to the housing space 10c through the discharge hole.
Accordingly, air is discharged to the upper portion at the bottom of the case 10, and the lower portion of the pet outside the air drying range can be dried by blowing air from the side, thereby improving the drying efficiency.
On the other hand, in fig. 2a and 2b, the side wall 10b of the housing portion 10 is illustrated in a divided shape to show the inside of the housing space, but the housing portion 10 and the side wall 10b may be formed integrally.
