Description

Pet hair dryer
The present application is a divisional application of patent application of the invention with the name of "pet blower", the application of which is the year 2020, month 4 and 26, and the application number is 2020103371367.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pet blower, and more particularly, to a pet blower having improved convenience in use and drying efficiency.
Background
In general, in order to keep the Pet clean, a Pet store (Pet Shop) is entrusted to bath the Pet or directly bath the Pet by itself, but if the hair is not sufficiently dried after bath, cold or skin disease may be caused.
In addition, if a general hair dryer or a pet dryer placed on a placement table is used for drying, the detached hair cannot be collected during the drying process, and a long drying time is required. In order to solve such problems, a pet blower has been developed which can receive and release a pet and blow-dry the hair.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a conventional pet blower.
As shown in fig. 1, a conventional pet blower includes a main body 1 having a housing space 6 for a pet therein, and a motor fan 2 provided at an upper portion of the main body 1 to transfer air in the housing space 6.
Here, a heater 3 for heating air is provided on the air passage on one side of the motor fan 2, and a dredging port 5 communicating with the air inflow passage is formed in the lower portion of the motor fan 2. Further, the pet food container is provided with a blower guide plate 4, and the blower guide plate 4 moves the air discharged from the motor fan 2 downward along the inner wall surface of the housing space 6 and then upward toward the dredging opening 5 through the periphery of the pet.
Further, a vent hole 8 is formed in a side surface portion of the main body 1, and the vent hole 8 communicates the housing space 6 with the outside, so that the housed pet breathes smoothly during the operation of the blower, and high-temperature and high-humidity air inside the housing is discharged, thereby sucking dry air outside.
That is, when the operation state is set by the operation panel 7 and started in a state where the pet is placed in the accommodating space 6, the air in the accommodating space 6 is transferred by the motor fan 2, and the pet hair is dried by the hot air as the pet hair is heated by the heater.
However, in the case of the conventional pet blower, only the water collecting table 9 for collecting water dropped from the housed pet body is separated when the inside of the main body 1 is washed. Therefore, there is a possibility that moisture is absorbed into the motor fan 2 when the wall surface or the ceiling is washed, and there is a risk of malfunction and safety accident, and it is difficult to wash the wall surface or the ceiling with water, and thus it is difficult to wash the ceiling with water.
The air discharged from the motor fan 2 moves downward along the inner wall surface of the housing space 6, and is discharged into the housing space 6 through the integrally formed air guide plate 4. Therefore, there is a problem in that the discharge amount and discharge position of the air corresponding to the size of the pet cannot be adjusted.
Meanwhile, in the case of the conventional pet drying chamber, since the air discharged from the motor fan 2 is moved downward along the inner wall surface of the housing space 6, unidirectional flow of the air occurs, and thus it is difficult to uniformly dry the hairs of the pet.
In addition, the vent hole 8 for removing the humidity in the main body 1 is formed at a lower portion, and thus heated air is retained at an upper side, so that the discharge of the internal air is not smooth enough, resulting in maintaining high humidity. Thereby, the condenser and the water supply tub are provided for further removing the humidity, thereby causing the apparatus structure to become complicated.

Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pet hair dryer with improved convenience and drying efficiency.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a pet blower including: a housing part, which forms a housing space separately from the outside, and houses the pet therein; a driving part connected to the rear of the housing part for supplying air into the accommodating space; and a windshield provided in the housing portion, the windshield forming a flow path communicating with the discharge port of the driving portion and guiding the air flow to the inside separately from the housing portion, and forming a ventilation hole in the inner side surface for the air flow to the housing portion.
Effects of the invention
By the above-described means of solving, the present invention provides the following effects.
First, the door part, the discharge window, the support part and the windshield, which are provided in a detachable manner to the housing part, can be selectively separated to be cleaned, so that clean cleaning can be performed, and moisture is prevented from flowing into the driving part during cleaning, thereby preventing faults, being easy to manage, and further improving the use convenience of the product.
Second, since the door, the discharge window, the support and the windshield are separable from the housing, the separate member is inserted into the housing to be used for various purposes such as a pet house or a defecation space, and thus flexibility and convenience of use of the product can be remarkably improved.
Third, since the various windshields having different numbers and shapes of the air-sending holes can be detachably replaced, the size of the pet can be changed in a replaceable manner, and thus the interchangeability and the convenience of use of the pet can be remarkably improved.
Fourth, when the rotary locking portion of the coupling unit provided to the driving portion and the housing portion is not coupled, the rear end of the supporting portion is interfered by the rotary locking portion, and thus the supporting portion is not mounted to the housing portion, so that the driving portion and the housing portion can be prevented from being started in a state of not being coupled to each other, and the safety of the product can be further improved.
Fifth, the wind shield gradually reduces the sectional area of the flow path along with approaching the front, thereby forming higher pressure and increasing the discharge amount, thus preventing air from stagnating in front of the accommodating space, improving the whole circulation structure and remarkably improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Sixth, the number, arrangement and size of the air-blowing holes are optimized according to the shape of the pet, so that the air is uniformly discharged from the side surface and the lower part of the accommodating space, thereby further improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Seventh, the inside air having high humidity and temperature flows upward by forced convection, and is discharged in large quantity through the discharge window provided at the upper portion of the housing portion, so that the humidity of the circulated air is lowered, and thus the drying efficiency of the product can be remarkably improved.

Detailed Description
Hereinafter, a pet blower according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2a and 2b are exploded perspective views of a pet blower according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 3a and 3b are perspective views showing a coupled state of a door part in the pet blower according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view showing a state of coupling of the door in the pet hair dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 5 is a sectional view of the housing part showing a state in which the door is removed in the pet hair dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention. Also, fig. 6 is a side sectional view of a pet blower according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 7 is a sectional view of the pet blower according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 8 is a front sectional view showing a housing portion of the pet blower according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2a and 8, the pet blower 100 of the present invention includes a housing portion 10, a driving portion 60, and a windshield 20.
Here, the housing 10 is preferably formed in a hexahedral shape, and a housing space 10c for housing the pet therein is formed separately from the outside. In this case, the above-described separation is preferably understood to be that the boundary of each surface is separated from the outside by a partition wall.
An exhaust window 30 for exhausting the internal air is detachably provided on the upper surface of the housing 10, thereby exhausting the internal air upward. In this case, the discharge window 30 preferably includes a discharge filter 30b and a discharge filter cover 30a, and is disposed so as to be inserted into a cover groove 10a formed through the upper surface portion of the housing 10.
The exhaust filter 30b is preferably configured to filter foreign matters in the inside air that is exhausted. Specifically, the discharge filter 30b is preferably a dust collecting filter having a mesh shape formed of a mesh smaller than the diameter of the fine dust, so as to filter all the large foreign matters adhering to the body of the pet up to the fine dust.
Accordingly, when the pet is blow-dried, foreign substances such as dust cannot pass through the discharge filter 30b and only clean air is discharged to the outside, so that an external space with high cleanliness can be maintained.
The discharge filter cover 30a is provided on the upper portion of the discharge filter 30b and is selectively attached to and detached from the upper surface portion of the housing 10. In addition, a plurality of mesh holes are preferably formed so that the air passing through the exhaust filter 30b is exhausted to the outside. In this case, the mesh holes may be formed in various arrangements and shapes.
That is, the pet blower 100 is attached and detached to prevent foreign matters such as dust from being deposited on the discharge filter 30b, and the separated discharge filter 30b can be easily cleaned, and can be re-coupled to the housing 10 when the pet blower 100 is used.
In addition, when the pet blower is used, the discharge filter is removed to give pet snacks and the like, and when the hair shaft is to a certain degree, the drying and the carding can be simultaneously carried out, so that a fluffier hair state can be realized.
In addition, the inside air having a high humidity flows upward by forced convection and is discharged upward through the discharge window 30, so that the humidity of the circulated air is lowered, and thus the drying efficiency of the product can be improved.
On the other hand, it is preferable that the support portion 50 is detachably inserted from the front in a shape fitted between both inner peripheral surfaces of the housing portion 10 in the lower portion of the housing space 10c.
Specifically, the support portion 50 includes a step portion 50a that is formed so as to be spaced apart from the water collecting portion 50b, and the step portion 50a is formed so as to be fitted between inner peripheral surfaces of the water collecting portion 50b, and a plurality of drain holes are formed. In this case, the water collecting portion 50b is preferably understood as a device for collecting water including pet hair or sewage discharged through the water discharge hole.
Further, a discharge hole 51 is formed in a side surface portion of the water collecting portion 50b to discharge air from the bottom surface in association with the air flow path. In this case, the drain hole 51 is preferably formed to be spaced apart from the bottom by a predetermined height in order to prevent the outflow of moisture and foreign matter flowing into the water collecting portion 50b. Accordingly, the air flowing into the exhaust hole 51 is exhausted upward by the pedal portion 50a, and thus the abdomen side portion of the pet can be dried more easily.
The front and rear surfaces of the outer contour of the water collecting portion 50b are in surface contact with the front and rear surfaces of the housing portion, and both side surfaces are in surface contact with the windshield surfaces disposed on both sides of the housing portion. Specifically, the front surface of the outer contour of the water collecting portion 50b is disposed at the inner edge of the door frame 17 described later, and the rear surface is disposed in contact with the hanging portion 11 described later.
The both side surfaces of the outer shell are in contact with the windshield covers disposed on both sides of the housing portion. At this time, the air discharge hole 51 is interlocked with a part of the air feed hole 21 described later, and the air received from the air feed hole 21 flows into the water collecting portion 50b and is discharged upward.
Here, the step portion 50a is attached to an inner edge of the water collecting portion 50b in a stepped shape, and is separated from a bottom surface of the water collecting portion 50b to form a water collecting space. Thus, moisture, foreign matter, etc. generated when the pet is dried are flowed to the water collecting portion 50b through the drain hole.
The outer peripheral contour of the support portion 50 is formed in correspondence with the inner peripheral contour of the windshield 20, whereby the support portion 50 is stably fixed to the inside of the accommodating space 10c.
Further, the leg portion protruding from the lower surface of the support portion 50 is fitted between the dust cover support portion 26 protruding toward the inside of the bottom surface of the housing portion 10 and the wheel mounting portion 27 recessed toward the inside of the bottom surface, and the left-right flow is restricted. Here, the dust cover support 26 is preferably understood as a projection that guides the space in which the wind shield 20 is disposed in the housing 10.
Accordingly, the support part 50 is attached to and detached from the housing part 10 in a selectively detachable structure, so that the sewage and foreign matter discharged to the water collecting part 50b can be easily washed, thereby improving the cleanliness of the product.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 3a to 4, the front surface of the housing 10 is preferably opened to selectively house the pet. Specifically, it is preferable that a door 40 formed in a detachable manner is provided on the front surface of the opening of the housing 10, and the door 40 includes a projection window 41 made of a transparent material, which is capable of projecting the outside inside.
Therefore, the state of the pet during blow-drying can be checked in time through the projection window 41, and thus the convenience and safety of the product can be improved. In addition, the pet's view is prevented from being blocked, so that the pet's sense of uneasiness can be reduced.
Further, the door 40 is preferably connected to the front of the housing 10, and the side of the door 40 and the side of the housing 10 are preferably detachably coupled to each other by a hinge coupling portion 18 and a hinge frame 42.
Specifically, it is preferable that a door frame 17 is formed on the front surface of the housing 10, the door frame 17 includes the hinge joint 18, and the door 40 includes the hinge frame 42 joined to the hinge joint 18.
Here, the hinge joint 18 is formed in a shape having a hollow hole in the interior of a cylindrical shape or the like. At this time, the hinge coupling portion 18 is formed in a stepped shape with an insertion end portion 18b coupled to the hinge frame 42, and an edge of the insertion end portion 18b is formed to be bent in a circular shape to prevent interference at the time of coupling.
Further, it is preferable that a penetrating portion 19 is provided at a lower portion of the hinge joint portion 18, and a vent hole 19b through which the hinge joint portion 18 penetrates is formed in the penetrating portion 19 on the upper surface portion. At this time, the vent hole 19b is preferably formed to be smaller than the width of the hinge joint 18 so as to extend only to the insertion end 18 b. Accordingly, the insertion end 18b of the hinge joint 18 penetrates the vent hole 19b, and the edge of the hinge joint 18 is stopped by the vent hole 19b to support the hinge joint 18.
A hinge groove 19a recessed forward and penetrating the inner surface is formed in the rear surface of the penetrating portion 19. In this case, the hinge groove 19a is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to the width of the hinge frame 42.
Here, the hinge frame 42 includes a protrusion 43 protruding outward from a side portion of the door 40, and an insertion groove 44 formed in a circular outline on an upper surface portion of the protrusion 43 and recessed downward. Accordingly, as the protrusion 43 is inserted into the hinge groove 19a, the door 40 and the door frame 17 are coupled to each other.
Further, the upper surface portion of the insertion groove 44 is preferably formed in the same shape as the insertion end portion 18b, and is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to the width of the insertion end portion 18 b. That is, the hinge coupling portion 18 is formed to fit into the insertion groove 44 through the vent hole 19b, and is elastically supported by an elastic member 18a provided inside, so that the door portion 40 is rotated in a state of being coupled to the housing portion 10. At this time, the upper portion of the elastic member 18a is elastically supported by a shutter formed to face the upper side of the hinge frame 18 in the door frame 17.
Further, since the insertion groove 44 and the insertion end 18b are formed in a circular shape, when a predetermined external force is applied to the door 40, the hinge frame 42 and the hinge joint 18 are smoothly released from each other.
Accordingly, the insertion end 18b is coupled to and separated from the hinge frame 42 as the hinge coupling portion 18 formed by bending is lifted, so that the door 40 can be easily attached to and detached from the housing 10.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2a and 5, the driving unit 60 connected to the housing 10 to supply air is provided at the rear of the housing 10. Specifically, the driving unit 60 is preferably understood as a device that sucks air and heats the air to flow the air to the housing 10.
At this time, the front portion of the driving unit 60 and the rear portion of the case unit 10 are coupled to each other by a coupling means provided between spaces in which the windshields 20 are formed.
Specifically, the coupling means preferably includes the hooking portion 11 provided at the rear of the housing portion 10 and a rotation lock portion 61 provided at the front of the driving portion 60, and a spring is provided in the rotation lock portion 61, so that the rotation lock portion 61 is elastically supported to the inside of the driving portion 60.
Further, the hooking portion 11 is preferably provided to protrude integrally from at least one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the rear portion side of the housing portion 10, and is provided at a position corresponding to the width of the support portion 50 in the front-rear direction. Accordingly, the rear surface of the support portion 50 is closely disposed so as to face the inner surface of the hooking portion 11 protruding from the lower surface of the housing portion 10.
Here, the hooking hole 12 is preferably formed to penetrate the hooking portion 11 in the front-rear direction, and is preferably formed to extend along the edge of the hooking hole 12 by inserting the long hole 13 in the longitudinal direction. Here, the above-mentioned longitudinal direction is preferably understood to include not only the vertical direction but also the longitudinal direction inclined from the vertical direction.
Further, the rotation lock portion 61 is preferably integrally provided with a rotation body portion 61b having a spring therein and a rotation protrusion 61a protruding forward from an end portion of the rotation body portion 61 b.
Specifically, the rotation body portion 61b includes a spring therein, and is elastically supported by the spring toward the driving portion 60 side when the locking portion 61 rotates. Further, the rotation protrusion 61a is preferably formed to protrude forward, extend in the radial direction so as to correspond to the longitudinal length of the insertion long hole 13, and have a width limited to the edge of the hooking hole 12 when rotating.
Accordingly, the rotation protrusion 61a is rotated in the lateral direction by the insertion long hole 13, thereby being received and coupled to the edge of the hooking hole 12. At this time, the lock portion 61 is elastically supported toward the driving portion 60 by a spring of the rotating body portion 61 b. Thereby, the hooking portion 11 is fixed by being closely adhered between the rotation protrusion 61a which rotates in the lateral direction and the driving portion 60, and the housing portion 10 and the driving portion 60 are stably coupled.
Thus, when the rotation lock portion 61 rotates, the rotation protrusion 61a is fixed by the rotation body portion 61b in a state of being restricted to the edge of the hooking hole 12, and thus the coupled state of the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 can be maintained. In addition, the driving part 60 and the housing part 10 are coupled to each other in a detachable manner by the rotary locking part 61, so that the convenience of use of the product can be improved.
Further, referring to fig. 5, it is preferable that the rotation protrusion 61a is attached to the attachment hole 12, and the upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50 is prevented from being inserted from the front side by the rotation protrusion 61a in a state where the rotation protrusion 61a is rotated in the longitudinal direction to release the coupling between the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10.
Specifically, the rotation protrusion 61a is preferably formed to extend higher than the upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50, whereby the upper end of the rear end portion of the support portion 50 is preferably stopped at the end portion of the rotation protrusion 61a in the uncoupled state.
Therefore, the supporting portion 50 is not attached to the accommodating space 10c by the rotation protrusion 61a. That is, when the rotation protrusion 61a is inserted into the hooking hole 12 and rotated by 90 degrees, the rotation protrusion 61a is lower than the upper end of the rear end portion of the support part 50, so that the support part 50 can be mounted to the lower side of the accommodating space 10c.
Accordingly, the supporting portion 50 and the rotation protrusion 61a are configured to interfere with each other, and thus the supporting portion 50 is not mounted when the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 are not coupled, and thus a user can confirm the uncombined state. Accordingly, the driving unit 60 and the housing unit 10 can be prevented from being operated in a state of not being coupled to each other, and thus the safety of the product can be improved.
On the other hand, it is preferable that a protruding coupling partition 14 is formed at an edge of the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 on the opposite side, and a short step 62 is formed at the opposite side so as to be recessed stepwise and contact with the inner peripheral surface of the coupling partition 14. In this case, in one embodiment of the present invention, the short stage 62 is formed in the driving portion 60, and the coupling bulkhead 14 is formed in the housing portion 10.
Here, it is preferable that the short stage 62 and the coupling partition 14 are provided with sealing portions such as synthetic rubber at the connection portions between the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 so as to be sealed, and are formed so as to correspond to the lengths of the respective sides.
Further, the coupling partition 14 is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to the width of the short stage 62, and protrudes toward the driving unit 60. Therefore, the inner periphery of the coupling partition 14 and the outer periphery of the short stage 62 are bonded to each other in a shape-fitting manner.
The edge of the coupling partition 14 is formed in correspondence with the width of the edge of the driving portion 60, and is coupled by surface contact with each other, so that the driving portion 60 and the housing portion 10 are coupled in a sealed state.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 2a and 6, the driving unit 60 preferably includes an exhaust fan 70 for mixing the inside air and the outside air of the storage space 10c and supplying the mixture to the housing 10 side, and a heater 80 for heating the air.
The front surface of the driving unit 60 is provided with a 1 st intake filter 90a for filtering foreign matters in the inside air, and the rear surface of the driving unit 60 is provided with a 2 nd intake filter (90 b in fig. 2 b) for filtering foreign matters in the outside air.
Here, the exhaust fan 70 is preferably configured as a two-way suction fan in which both sides of a suction port are respectively communicated with the accommodating space 10c and the outside, and the inside air and the outside air of the accommodating space 10c are directly mixed. In this case, the direct connection is preferably understood to be a direct connection between the inside air and the outside air in the storage space 10c without an additional flow path.
Further, it is preferable that a pair of exhaust ports 72 for exhausting air from the exhaust fan 70 is provided in a front portion of the driving unit 60, and the exhaust ports 72 are disposed on both side surfaces of the front portion of the driving unit 60.
Accordingly, the exhaust fan 70 is configured as a two-way suction fan, and sucks in the inside air and the outside air of the accommodating space 10c at the same time, so that the blow-drying efficiency of the product can be significantly improved as the discharge amount of the air discharged to the discharge port 72 increases.
On the other hand, the drive unit 60 preferably includes a 1 st temperature sensor 69a and a control unit 82. At this time, the 1 st temperature sensor 69a is provided on one side of the driving unit 60 to detect the internal temperature.
Here, the control unit 82 continuously heats the heater 80 until the internal temperature detected by the 1 st temperature sensor 69a reaches a preset temperature, and cuts off the power supply to the heater 80 when the preset temperature is reached.
When the temperature detected by the 1 st temperature sensor 69a falls below a predetermined temperature, the control unit 82 restarts the heater 80. That is, the heater 80 is repeatedly operated by the control unit 82.
Accordingly, as the internal temperature of the housing space 10c is kept within a certain range, the hairs of the housed pet can be prevented from being damaged by excessive heat. In addition, when the heater 80 is overheated, the control unit 82 cuts off the heater, so that the safety of the product can be improved.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2a and 2b, a flow path communicating with the outlet 72 and guiding the air flow therein is formed in the housing space 10c, and a windshield 20 having the air-sending hole 21 formed therein is detachably provided on the inner surface 22. Here, the air-sending hole 21 is preferably formed to penetrate so as to discharge air from the flow path to the housing space 10c.
In this case, the windshield 20 is preferably formed so as to separate the flow path from the housing space 10c, and the inflow port 23 is preferably formed at the rear portion so as to be connected to the discharge port 72. Specifically, the windshield 20 is preferably formed such that an outer peripheral edge thereof is connected to an inner surface of the housing portion to surround the flow path.
Here, a protruding seal partition wall 23a is formed at one edge of the inlet port 23 and the outlet port 72, and a seal groove 63 is formed at the other edge thereof so as to be in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the seal partition wall 23 a. In this case, in the present embodiment, the sealing partition wall 23a is formed in the inflow port 23, and the sealing groove 63 is provided in the discharge port 72, as an example.
Specifically, the outer periphery of the seal partition wall 23a is preferably formed of an encapsulation material such as synthetic rubber or silicone rubber, and is preferably formed to have a contour corresponding to the inner periphery of the seal groove 63.
The seal groove 63 is preferably formed to be recessed stepwise toward the other side, and the inner periphery thereof is preferably bonded to the outer periphery of the seal partition wall 23 a. At this time, the seal groove 63 is formed to have a width corresponding to the axial width of the seal partition wall 23 a.
Accordingly, the outer periphery of the seal partition wall 23a is coupled to seal the inner periphery of the seal groove 63, and the air discharged through the discharge port 72 is discharged to the inflow port 23 without leakage.
On the other hand, referring to fig. 5 and 8, the windshields 20 are preferably formed in a pair so as to be inserted from the rear of the housing 10 to separate the flow paths.
Coupling protrusions 24 are provided to protrude from one of the front side of the windshield 20 and the front side inner surface of the case 10, and coupling grooves 15 into which the coupling protrusions 24 are inserted and engaged are provided at positions corresponding to each other on the other side. In this case, in the present embodiment, the coupling protrusion 24 is formed in the windshield 20, and the case where the coupling groove 15 is provided in the housing 10 is illustrated and described as an example.
Specifically, the coupling protrusion 24 is preferably provided in front of the windshield 20 and is formed in a shape corresponding to the inner circumference of the coupling groove 15, and is preferably inserted into the coupling groove 15 so as to be fitted to the shape.
That is, the coupling protrusion 24 is preferably protruded from the front of the windshield 20, and is formed with an inner surface inclined and a narrowed end portion so as to prevent interference when coupled with the coupling groove 15. In addition, the edge of the coupling protrusion 24 is formed to be bent, and is easily assembled when being inserted into the coupling groove 15. Therefore, when the windshield 20 is inserted from the rear, the coupling protrusion 24 is stopped and supported by the coupling groove 15, thereby fixing the windshield 20.
At this time, the coupling protrusion 24 and the coupling groove 15 are provided at 2 at a predetermined interval on one of the left side and the right side, and at one position on the other side opposite thereto. Of course, 1 or more of the coupling protrusions 24 and the coupling grooves 15 may be provided. Thus, the hinge coupling portion 18 is provided on one side of the coupling groove 15, and the door 40 and the windshield 20 are coupled to the housing 10.
Further, it is preferable that a hook 25 is projected on one side of the outer side of the windshield 20 and the inner periphery of the case 10, and a hook receiving base 16 for engaging with the hook 25 is provided on the other side. In this case, in one embodiment of the present invention, the hooking hook 25 is provided to protrude from the windshield 20, and the hooking base 16 is provided to the housing 10.
Specifically, the end of the hook 25 is preferably provided so as to protrude toward the hooking base 16, and the inner surface is preferably supported by a stopper. The hooking base 16 protrudes inward of the housing portion and is provided in an upwardly inclined state, and a hole for attaching the hooking hook 25 is formed in the inclined surface. In this case, the hole is preferably formed to have a width corresponding to an end of the hook 25.
Therefore, the hook 25 slides along the inclined surface of the hooking base 16, and the inner surface of the end is fitted to the hole to be pressed outward, thereby restricting movement and supporting the stopper.
When an external force is applied to the outside of the hook 25 supported by the stopper, the support state between the holes facing the inner side surface of the end of the hook 25 is released, and the hook 25 is separated from the hook table 16. Accordingly, the windshield 20 is detachably coupled to the case 10 as the end of the hook 25 is coupled to and released from the hook mount 16.
Accordingly, the various types of the windshields 20 having different numbers and shapes of the air-sending holes 21 can be detachably replaced, and the sizes of the pets can be changed in an interchangeable manner, thereby improving the interchangeability and the usability of the product.
The housing 10, the door 40, the windshield 20, the discharge window 30, and the support 50 may be separately cleaned. This allows the drive unit 60 to be separated from the cleaning device, thereby preventing the inflow of moisture and failure, and further improving the cleanliness of the product.
Further, by separating the door 40, the windshield 20, the discharge window 30, and the support 50 and inserting another member into the housing 10, the pet dryer can be used for various purposes other than the pet blower function such as a house for pets and a defecation space, and thus flexibility and convenience of use of the product can be remarkably improved.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 2a,2b and 7, the windshields 20 are preferably formed in a pair so as to separate the flow paths on both sides of the housing space 10c.
Specifically, the outer peripheral edge of the fan housing 20 is connected to the inner surface of the housing 10 so as to surround the flow path, and the flow path is separated from the housing space 10c and includes an inner surface portion 22 through which the air-sending hole 21 is formed.
Accordingly, the air discharged through the outlet 72 flows into the inlet 23, and the air is discharged from the inlet 23 into the windshield 20, so that the discharged air does not leak to the outside of the housing 10.
The windshield 20 is bent so that the inner surface 22 is recessed outward as approaching the front from the inflow port 23. That is, it is preferable that the flow path has a curved structure when the windshield 20 is coupled to the inside of the housing 10.
Thus, the air flowing in the flow path is formed with a pressure difference higher as approaching the front. That is, since the windshield 20 has a curved structure, a predetermined pressure difference is generated in the inside air according to the position in the axial direction.
The windshield 20 is formed so as to be gradually narrowed toward the front regardless of the shape, and thereby the cross-sectional area of the flow path is gradually narrowed. Therefore, the pressure is preferably gradually increased as approaching the front from the inside of the windshield 20.
On the other hand, the air-sending hole 21 is preferably formed to penetrate the inner surface 22, and air is preferably discharged from the flow path. Thus, the discharge amount varies depending on the position of the air-sending hole 21.
That is, it is preferable to form a plurality of the air-sending holes 21. Further, it is preferable that the number of the air blowing holes 21 is gradually reduced as approaching the rear, and the number of the air blowing holes 21 is optimized according to the size and shape of the pet.
Further, the plurality of air-sending holes 21 are preferably arranged so as to correspond to the position of the head of the pet toward the front and to correspond to the position of the buttocks of the pet toward the rear.
For example, the air-sending hole 21 is formed at 4 in the vertical direction in front of the windshield 20, and is sequentially divided into 3 and 2 as it approaches the rear, and is formed at 2 at the rear.
Accordingly, the air-blowing holes 21 are arranged in accordance with the size and shape of the pet, so that the drying time is reduced, and the air-blowing holes 21 are arranged at an optimal position, thereby reducing unnecessary air-blowing amount, and thus improving the drying efficiency.
The size of the air-sending hole 21 is gradually reduced as approaching the rear, so that the discharge amount can be adjusted. That is, the amount of air discharged into the storage space 10c is adjusted according to the size of the air-sending hole 21.
Accordingly, the number, arrangement and size of the air-blowing holes 21 are optimized according to the size and shape of the pet, so that the air is uniformly discharged from the side and lower portion of the accommodating space 10c, thereby further improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Further, it is preferable that the air-sending hole 21 is formed in a nozzle shape having a concave outer periphery and then protruding again to the storage space 10c side by a height corresponding to the depth of the concave, so as to concentrate the air discharge direction. This can prevent the pet from being injured by the nozzle.
Accordingly, the internal air of the windshield 20 is gradually formed with a higher pressure as approaching the front, and is discharged through the air blowing hole 21, and the discharge amount discharged into the storage space 10c gradually increases as approaching the front.
Accordingly, since the air in the storage space 10c gradually increases as it approaches the front, the air in the storage space 10c flows from the front to the rear and is sucked by the exhaust fan 70 provided at the rear side of the storage space 10c.
Specifically, it is preferable that the suction port side of the exhaust fan 70 communicates with the housing space 10c to suck in the internal air, and the 1 st suction filter 90a provided on the front surface of the driving unit 60 filters the foreign matter in the internal air and then sucks the foreign matter.
The other side of the suction port of the exhaust fan 70 communicates with the outside to suck in the outside air, and the foreign matter of the outside air is filtered by the 2 nd suction filter 90b provided on the rear surface portion of the driving unit 60 and then sucked in.
Therefore, the phenomenon that air stays in front of the accommodating space 10c is prevented, and the circulation structure of the entire inside of the accommodating space 10c is improved as the air is continuously circulated, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the product.
Further, the air blowing hole 21 is preferably provided at a lower portion of the inner surface 22 so as to be positioned in correspondence with the position of the discharge hole 51. In this case, the shape of the air-sending hole 21 at the lowermost end side is preferably configured to have a shape and number corresponding to those of the discharge holes 51.
At this time, the air discharge hole 51 is closely attached to the air feed hole 21 on the lowermost side in a circular shape, and the air discharged from the air feed hole 21 on the lowermost side flows into the air discharge hole 51 without leakage.
Thereby, the air supplied from the windshield 20 is supplied to the discharge hole 51 communicating with the air blowing hole 21 on the lowermost end side, and is discharged upward to the housing space 10c through the discharge hole.
Accordingly, the air is discharged from the bottom of the housing 10 to the upper part, and the lower part of the pet outside the blow-drying range of the air can be blow-dried when the side air is blown, so that the blow-drying efficiency can be improved.
On the other hand, in fig. 2a and 2b, the side wall 10b of the housing 10 is illustrated in a divided shape to show the inside of the housing space, but the housing 10 and the side wall 10b may be integrally formed.
