In some alternative embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the clasp 41 is generally U-shaped, and at least a portion of opposite sides of the U-shaped clasp may be spaced apart. So configured, when pressed by a user, the two sides of the U-shaped buckle can be made to approach each other so that the buckle 41 and the clamping groove 42 are separated, and the buckle 41 can be disengaged from the clamping groove 42. Of course, the cross section of the catch 41 may be other shapes, which are not limited herein.
One end of the catch 41 is connected to the inner wall of the groove portion 32, the other end of the catch 41 has a catch portion 411, one side of the catch 41 facing the extension portion 15 is provided with a limit projection 412, and the limit projection 412 and the catch portion 411 are located on both sides in the thickness direction (for example, up-down direction as shown in fig. 17) of the extension portion 15, respectively. Therefore, in the actual installation process, the extension part 15 can be clamped between the limiting protrusion 412 and the clamping part 411, so that the second partition plate 3 is prevented from moving, and the installation stability of the second partition plate 3 and the box body 1 can be enhanced.
Further, as shown in fig. 15, the surface of the side of the limit projection 412 facing the side wall of the case 1 extends obliquely from bottom to top in a direction toward the side wall of the case 1, and the thickness of the limit projection 412 gradually increases from one end near the bottom of the case 1 to one end far from the bottom of the case 1, so that the surface of the side of the limit projection 412 facing the side wall of the case 1 is formed as an inclined surface. Thus, on one hand, the area of the extension portion 15 and the limiting protrusion 412 that are abutted against each other can be increased, and on the other hand, the occupied space of the limiting protrusion 412 can be reduced, so that the buckle 41 and the limiting protrusion 412 can be separated from the clamping groove 42 conveniently. Further, the end surface of the end of the limit protrusion 412 away from the bottom of the case 1 is adapted to the bottom of the extension portion 15, so as to facilitate ensuring the installation reliability of the extension portion 15 and the limit protrusion 412. Optionally, the limiting protrusion 412 may be integrally formed with the buckle 41, so as to improve structural reliability.
Further, a portion of the upper surface of the extension 15 is formed as a first concave surface 151 recessed downward. When the buckle 41 and the clamping groove 42 are installed or separated, a user can press his or her hand against the first concave surface 151, so as to improve the comfort of the user in installation or removal. For example, the first concave surface 151 may be an arc surface, and comfort may be further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, the fastening portion 411 is formed with a through hole 413, so as to reduce the weight of the fastening portion 411, and achieve a lightweight design of the fastening assembly 4, and meanwhile, when the fastening portion 411 is pressed by a user to separate the fastening portion 411 from the fastening slot 42, the fastening portion 411 is convenient to deform toward the hole 413, so that the force of the user pressing the fastening portion 411 can be reduced through the hole 413, and the user can quickly assemble and disassemble the second partition 3.
Referring to fig. 16, at least a portion of a side surface of the fastening portion 411 facing the side wall of the case 1 is formed into a second concave surface 414 recessed toward a direction away from the side wall of the case 1, wherein the second concave surface 414 may be designed into other shapes according to a user requirement, for example, the second concave surface 414 may be an arc surface, so that a hand can be attached to the second concave surface 414 when the user holds the fastening portion, and a contact area between the fastening portion and the second concave surface is increased.
Optionally, the buckle 41 may be an elastic buckle, and the buckle 41 thus configured may be elastically deformed when a user applies a force to the buckle 41, so as to facilitate the user to press the buckle 41 to separate the buckle 41 from the slot 42, so as to achieve detachment or installation of the buckle 41 and the slot 42. Meanwhile, the elastic piece has good recovery performance, when a user stops applying force to the buckle 41, the buckle 41 can recover the shape before pressing by means of the self recovery capability, so that the installation cooperation of the buckle 41 and the clamping groove 42 is facilitated, and the installation reliability is good.
In some alternative embodiments, the snap-in assembly 4 is located at the front of the case 1. For example, when the user opens the case 1, the buckle 41 and the clamping groove 42 can be assembled or disassembled to complete the assembly or disassembly of the second partition plate 3 and the case 1, so that the assembly and disassembly device can play a role in improving the convenience of disassembly, and improve the disassembly and assembly efficiency.
Alternatively, the number of the clamping assemblies 4 may be plural, and the plurality of clamping assemblies 4 are disposed at intervals. For example, two clamping assemblies 4 may be provided, two clamping assemblies 4 may be respectively provided on two sides of the width direction (for example, left-right direction as shown in fig. 1) of the case 1, and when the two clamping assemblies 4 are installed or detached, a user's left hand and right hand may respectively hold the two clamping assemblies 4, so that the second partition 3 may be installed or detached from two sides of the second partition 3 at the same time, the loading and unloading difficulty of the second partition 3 is reduced, and the detachable connection between the second partition 3 and the case 1 may be more firmly realized.
Optionally, a protruding part for increasing friction force can be added on the second partition board 3, and the protruding part can enable the pet to be more stable on the second partition board 3 and dried. The shape of the protruding portion may be an elongated shape or a square shape, which is not limited herein.
In some alternative embodiments, the distance between the second partition 3 and the bottom wall of the tank 1 is 1-2 cm (inclusive). Here, the "pitch" refers to the distance between the bottom surface of the second separator 3 and the top of the bottom wall of the case 1. The distance between the second separator 3 and the bottom wall of the case 1 may be 1 cm, or the distance between the second separator 3 and the bottom wall of the case 1 may be 2 cm. According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 15-17, the bottom wall inside the tank 1 is provided with at least one support 5, the support 5 being able to support the second partition 3. For example, the number of the supporting members 5 may be plural, and the plural supporting members 5 may be provided at the edge and the center of the second partition plate 3, respectively, wherein the supporting members 5 provided at the edge of the second partition plate 3 may be symmetrically provided so as to ensure the supporting effect on the second partition plate 3 and the mounting smoothness of the second partition plate 3. Because there is certain distance between the diapire of second baffle 3 and box 1, second baffle 3 is equivalent to unsettled in box 1 promptly, and second baffle 3 itself has certain weight, and in addition the pet can lie prone on second baffle 3, can support the pet on second baffle 3 and the second baffle 3 well through support piece 5 to guarantee good stoving effect.
For example, the number of the supporting members 5 may be four, the four supporting members 5 are distributed at intervals, one end of the supporting member 5 is connected with the bottom wall of the case 1, the other end of the supporting member 5 may be supported by the second partition board 3, so that the second accommodating cavity 14 is connected with the first accommodating cavity 12, and thus, air flow may flow into the second accommodating cavity 14 through the first accommodating cavity 12 and enter the drying cavity 11 through the air outlet 31, so as to dry the pet, and the supporting members 5 disposed in a dispersed manner do not interfere with the flow of the air flow and do not obstruct the flow of the air. When the pet lies prone on the second baffle 3, the abdomen etc. position of pet can be dried through the air outlet 31 on the second baffle 3 to gas, improves drying efficiency. Alternatively, the support 5 may be a support stand or a support column.
In addition, the second partition plate 3 may be detachably connected to the support member 5 through the clamping assembly 4. The buckle 41 of the clamping assembly 4 is arranged on the second partition plate 3, and the clamping groove 42 of the clamping assembly 4 is arranged on the supporting piece 5. During installation, the buckle 41 of the second partition plate 3 can be clamped in the clamping groove 42 on the supporting piece 5, so that the second partition plate 3 and the box body 1 can be detachably connected.
Further, referring to fig. 16, the second separator 3 may have a mounting hole 33 formed thereon, and an end of the support 5 is fitted into the mounting hole 33. Thus, on the one hand, the mounting holes 33 can play a role in positioning so as to facilitate the mounting of the supporting piece 5 and the second partition plate 3, thereby improving the mounting efficiency; on the other hand, the plugging fit of the mounting hole 33 and the supporting member 5 can improve the stability of the supporting member 5, so as to ensure the comfort of the pet during drying.
Alternatively, the mounting holes 33 may be plural, the plural mounting holes 33 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plural supporters 5, and the plural mounting holes 33 are spaced apart from each other. For example, the number of the mounting holes 33 may be four, and the four mounting holes 33 are in one-to-one correspondence with the four supporting pieces 5. Therefore, when the second partition plate 3 is installed, the installation holes 33 can be directly aligned with the upper ends of the supporting members 5, so that at least part of the upper ends of the supporting members 5 extend into the installation holes 33, the second partition plate 3 and the supporting members 5 are prevented from being separated, and the connection stability of the second partition plate 3 and the supporting members 5 can be enhanced. Further, the second partition plate 3 is supported by the supporting member 5, so that the second partition plate 3 does not fall off when the pet is in the drying chamber 11, and the overall structural strength of the drying box 100 can be enhanced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 17, a mounting assembly 6 for mounting the second partition 3 is provided in the case 1, so that the second partition 3 can be prevented from being separated from the case 1, and thus structural stability of the second partition 3 can be enhanced. Further, as shown in fig. 19, the mounting assembly 6 may include a slide-in port 61 and a first mounting groove 62, and the second separator 3 may slide into the first mounting groove 62 along the slide-in port 61 within the case 1. This reduces the difficulty in attaching and detaching the second separator 3 to and from the case 1, and enhances the structural stability of the second separator 3. For example, slide-in port 61 may be a port. The first mounting groove 62 may be an elongated groove. The number of the sliding inlets 61 may be two, and the two sliding inlets 61 may be symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the inside of the case 1, and the first mounting groove 62 is provided on the bottom of the inside of the case 1 at a position corresponding to the sliding inlets 61. When the first mounting groove 62 is provided on one side of the inner bottom of the case 1, the clamping groove 42 in the clamping assembly 4 may be provided on the other side opposite to the first mounting groove 62.
Specifically, when installing second baffle 3 to box 1, can slide into box 1 along slide inlet 61 with second baffle 3 until first mounting groove 62, rethread joint subassembly 4 will second baffle 3 joint to box 1, and installation component 6 is more convenient for second baffle 3 get into box 1 to can improve the assembly efficiency of second baffle 3 and box 1.
Further, referring to fig. 19, a first rib 621 and a second rib 622 are provided on the rear wall 13 in the case 1, the rear end of the first rib 621 and the rear end of the second rib 622 are connected to the rear wall 13 of the case 1, and the second rib 622 is located below the first rib 621, whereby the first installation groove 62 is defined by the lower side surface of the first rib 621, the upper side surface of the second rib 622, and the rear wall 13 in the case 1, and the sliding port 61 is formed between the front end of the first rib 621 and the front end of the second rib 622.
Therefore, when in actual installation, the second partition plate 3 can conveniently slide into the box body 1 along the sliding inlet 61 until one end of the second partition plate 3 extends into the first installation groove 62, and the second partition plate 3 can be limited through the first installation groove 62, so that the second partition plate 3 is prevented from shaking or displacing, and the structural stability of the second partition plate 3 is enhanced.
Further, the width of the second ribs 622 in the front-rear direction (e.g., the dimension in the front-rear direction as shown in fig. 17) is larger than the width of the first ribs 621 in the front-rear direction. Therefore, when the second partition plate 3 is installed in the first installation groove 62, the contact area between the second protruding ribs 622 and the second partition plate 3 is increased, so that the stability of the support of the second partition plate 3 is guaranteed, meanwhile, the second partition plate 3 can be conveniently detached and installed, a user can conveniently and rapidly assemble and disassemble the second partition plate 3, the first protruding ribs 621 are prevented from affecting the assembly and disassembly of the second partition plate 3, the assembly and disassembly difficulty of the second partition plate 3 is easily reduced, and the assembly efficiency of the drying box 100 is improved.
In some alternative embodiments, a limiting member for limiting the movement of the second partition 3 is provided in the case 1. From this, can fix the second baffle 3 better through setting up the locating part, avoid the second baffle 3 to take place to shift, guarantee that the pet on the second baffle 3 is effectively dried, improve drying efficiency, can guarantee simultaneously that the pet also can not produce the drunkenness or remove between second baffle 3 and the box 1 when moving on the second baffle 3.
Further, the limiting piece can be a limiting hole, the second partition plate 3 is provided with a first limiting block 7 which can be clamped on the limiting hole, and the limiting hole and the first limiting block 7 can be clamped or spliced to be matched, so that the installation stability of the second partition plate 3 and the box body 1 is guaranteed. For example, the limiting hole may be a rectangular hole, and the first limiting block 7 may be a fastener capable of being snapped into a small rectangular hole. In the embodiment of the present invention, the number of the limiting holes may be four, and the four limiting holes are symmetrically disposed on two opposite sides of the inside of the case 1, and the number of the first limiting blocks 7 on the second partition 3 is also four, and the four first limiting blocks 7 are symmetrically disposed on two opposite sides of the second partition 3. From this, with the spacing hole in box 1 of first stopper 7 joint on the second baffle 3, can fix the second baffle 3 better, avoid the second baffle 3 to take place to shift, guarantee that the pet on the second baffle 3 is effectively dried, improve drying efficiency.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the air outlet 31 comprises a plurality of air outlet holes. The second separator 3 includes a separator body 34 and two separator segments 35, the two separator segments 35 are respectively disposed on the left side and the right side of the separator body 34, the two separator segments 35 extend obliquely upward from bottom to top toward a direction away from the center of the separator body 34, and a plurality of air outlets are formed in the two separator segments 35 and the separator body 34. Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 11, the second separator 3 may be a U-shaped separator, each separator section 35 may be an arc-shaped separator protruding away from the separator body 34, a plurality of air outlet holes may be fully distributed on the U-shaped separator, a pet may be placed on the separator body 34 of the U-shaped separator, and air flow may be ejected from bottom to top through the plurality of air outlet holes on the separator body 34, so as to facilitate drying the abdomen of the pet. The plurality of air outlet holes of each partition plate section 35 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the partition plate section 35, and the plurality of air outlet holes on the two partition plate sections 35 are used for obliquely spraying out air flow upwards, so that the back or other parts of the pet can be dried conveniently, the hair of the pet can be dried without dead angles, the wind energy utilization rate of the drying box 100 can be improved, the drying speed is high, and the drying effect is good. Wherein, through setting up two baffle sections 35 to extend upwards from bottom to top towards the direction slope that keeps away from baffle body 34 center, can play the guide effect to the air current in the second holds chamber 14, reduce the windage of the air current in the second holds chamber 14 to make the air current blow to drying chamber 11 in can be quick. It should be noted that, the shape of the second partition 3 may be set as close to the bottom wall of the case 1 as possible according to the shape of the bottom wall of the case 1, so that the second partition 3 is better matched with the case 1.
Optionally, the shape of the plurality of air outlet holes on the partition body 34 may be square, so as to increase the area of air flow ejected, and the shape of the plurality of air outlet holes of each partition section 35 may be circular, so as to be used as air injection assistance, and the combined action may achieve a better drying effect.
In some alternative embodiments, the partition body 34 is provided with a plurality of bosses 341, the plurality of bosses 341 are disposed on an upper surface of the partition body 34 at a distance from each other, the plurality of air outlet holes on the partition body 34 include a plurality of first air outlet holes 311 and a plurality of second air outlet holes 312, the plurality of first air outlet holes 311 are formed on the partition body 34, and the plurality of second air outlet holes 312 are formed on the plurality of bosses 341. Thereby, the air flow may be blown from the second receiving chamber 14 toward the drying chamber 11 through the plurality of first air outlet holes 311 and the plurality of second air outlet holes 312. In addition, through setting up boss 341, and second air outlet 312 forms on boss 341, can make the upper end of first air outlet 311 and the upper end of second air outlet 312 be located different height to can make the air-out height difference of first air outlet 311 and second air outlet 312, in order to prevent when the pet is placed on the second baffle 3 with all air outlets shelter from making the air current unable abundant entering stoving intracavity 11 completely, and then can guarantee the stoving effect of pet effectively.
In some embodiments, a drain hole (not shown) is formed on the bottom wall of the case 1, and by providing the drain hole, water inside the case 1 can be conveniently discharged to the outside of the case 1, so as to facilitate ensuring the drying of the environment inside the case 1.
The drying box 100 may further include a stopper (not shown) detachably provided at the drain hole to open and close the drain hole. When the plug is installed at the drain hole, the plug can close the drain hole, and at this time, water in the tank 1 cannot be discharged from the drain hole. For example, when the pet is placed inside the case 1 to dry, the plug may be installed at the drain hole to close the drain hole, so as to prevent the air flow from being dispersed from the drain hole to the outside of the case 1, thereby ensuring the drying efficiency and effect.
When the plug is taken out from the drain hole, the drain hole is in an open state, and water in the tank 1 can flow out of the tank 1 through the drain hole. The plug is detachably connected with the drain hole, so that the plug can be conveniently installed or detached, the user can conveniently select the closing or opening state of the drain hole according to actual demands, and the use experience of the user is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a heating element 80 is provided at the air duct outlet 2311 of the air duct 231. Referring to fig. 4, the heating assembly 80 may extend along the length direction of the air outlet of the air duct 231, and the heating assembly 80 may accelerate the flow rate of the air flow, thereby improving the wind energy utilization rate, and also improving the temperature of the air flow in the second accommodating chamber 14 to realize the heating and drying function, so that the pets in the drying box 100 feel comfortable, and the pets cannot be ill due to the fact that the drying box 100 blows only cold air, and meanwhile, the drying efficiency is improved. In addition, when the drying box 100 is used as a cat litter, the wind wheel 21 and the heating assembly 80 can be matched for use, so that the drying box 100 can blow warm air in winter and cool air in summer, and the pet can feel more comfortable in the drying box 100. Alternatively, the heating assembly 80 may be a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient ) heater.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first partition 232 is provided with a negative ion generator, and an output end of the negative ion generator extends into the first accommodating chamber 12. Therefore, when the negative ion generator works, negative ions generated by the negative ion generator can flow into the drying cavity 11 through the output end so as to sterilize and disinfect the air flow in the drying cavity 11.
The heating assembly 80 is provided with an ozone sterilizing device. For example, the ozone disinfection device can be an ozone sterilizer or an ozone generator, and pet clothes or pet toys and the like can be placed in the box body 1 for ozone disinfection, so that the functionality of the drying box 100 is added, and the practicability and the utilization rate of the drying box 100 are further improved.
Further, the air duct 231 is a spiral air duct. Referring to fig. 13, the projection of the spiral duct on the first partition 232 is in a spiral shape. Thus, by providing the air duct 231 as a spiral air duct, the air output of the air duct air outlet 2311 can be increased.
Still further, the projection of at least a portion of the rotor housing 23 onto the first partition 232 is spiral-shaped. For example, in the example of fig. 13, the projection of the above-described at least a portion of the rotor housing 23 on the first partition 232 is in the shape of an archimedean spiral. Therefore, by utilizing the Archimedes spiral principle, the length of the air duct 231 can be shortened, the wind energy loss is less, and the air flow blown out from the air duct 231 can be ensured to have a certain impact force, so that the drying function of the drying box 100 can be better realized.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 13, the wind tunnel 231 has a wind tunnel outlet 2311, and a cross-sectional area of at least a portion of the wind tunnel 231 is gradually increased in a direction toward the wind tunnel outlet 2311 along a circumferential direction of the wind wheel 21. Therefore, the air flow can be pressed out from the narrow part to the wide part along the extending direction of the air duct 231 and finally blown out from the air duct air outlet 2311 with reduced pressure, so that the air flow blown out from the air duct air outlet 2311 can be ensured to have a certain impact force, and the drying efficiency of the drying box 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the rotor housing 23 is provided on at least one of the first partition 232 and the side wall. Wherein the wind wheel housing 23 may be provided on one of the first partition 232 and the rear wall 13; alternatively, the rotor case 23 may be provided on both the first partition 232 and the rear wall 13. Thereby, the structure of the drying box 100 can be made more compact.
Further, the drying box 100 further includes a motor bracket 233. The wind wheel housing 23 includes a first wind wheel housing 2322 and a second wind wheel housing 2331, the first wind wheel housing 2322 is disposed on the first partition 232, the second wind wheel housing 2331 is disposed on the motor support 233, and the second wind wheel housing 2331 and the first wind wheel housing 2322 together define a wind wheel accommodating chamber for accommodating the wind wheel 21. Referring to fig. 4, a motor bracket 233 is provided between the wind wheel 21 and the rear wall 13, a motor 22 is provided in the wind wheel accommodating chamber, an output shaft of the motor 22 is fixed to the wind wheel 21, the motor 22 is mounted on a second wind wheel housing 2331, and the second wind wheel housing 2331 can support the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is more stable and reliable in operation, thereby improving the drying effect. The motor support 233 may be an annular motor support adapted to the first wind wheel housing 2322, and the motor 22 may be located at an inner ring of the annular motor support, where a vent hole parallel to a rotation axis of the wind wheel 21 is provided on the annular motor support, so that an air flow outside the drying oven 100 may flow to the wind wheel 21 through the second air inlet 131 and the vent hole.
Further, an air inlet hole penetrating along the axial direction of the wind wheel 21 is formed in the motor support 233, the motor support 233 is connected with the rear wall 13 in a sealing manner at the outer peripheral side of the air inlet hole, and external air sucked by the wind wheel 21 sequentially enters the wind wheel accommodating cavity through the second air inlet 131 and the air inlet hole. Therefore, the external air can directly enter the wind wheel accommodating cavity through the second air inlet 131 and the air inlet holes on the motor bracket 233, and the drying efficiency can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the motor support 233 is removably coupled to the first partition 232. Thereby, the mounting and dismounting of the motor bracket 233 are facilitated.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the rear surface of the first bulkhead 232 extends rearward out of the first rotor housing 2322. So set up, first wind wheel housing 2322 and first baffle 232 can integrated into one piece to can reduce the installation step of stoving case 100, and then can improve the assembly efficiency of stoving case 100.
Alternatively, the wind wheel 21 may be a forward-inclined wind wheel, and the forward-inclined wind wheel may apply work by using centrifugal force, so that the pressure of the air flow may be increased, and the air flow is compressed in the air duct 231, so that the air flow ejected from the air duct air outlet 2311 has a certain impact force, so as to better implement the drying function.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the rotor 21 is axially perforated back and forth. For example, a plurality of ventilation holes may be formed in the hub of the wind wheel 21, and the plurality of ventilation holes may be provided at intervals along the circumferential direction of the wind wheel 21. When the wind wheel 21 works, the air flow inside and outside the box body 1 can enter the wind wheel 21 along the axial direction of the wind wheel 21, and then the air flow is thrown out radially by the blades of the wind wheel 21, so that the air flow is accumulated and compressed in the air duct 231 and flows to the drying cavity 11 of the box body 1 through the air duct air outlet 2311. The ventilation holes can enable external air flow to enter the wind wheel 21 more directly, and can increase the air flow entering the wind wheel 21, so that the internal and external air circulation of the drying box 100 is more thorough, and a more comfortable drying environment is provided.
In some alternative embodiments, the first air inlet 2321 is provided with a filter Mao Wang, and the second air inlet 131 is provided with a dust filter screen 16. As shown in fig. 4, the dust filter net 16 is provided on a side of the wind wheel 21 away from the inside of the casing 1, and the wool filter net is provided on a side of the wind wheel 21 near the inside of the casing 1. The dust filter 16 may be directly disposed at the second air inlet 131 of the rear wall 13 of the case 1. When the pet is dried in the drying box 100, the pet is easy to fall off hair, and the hair filter net can filter the hair in the air flow entering the wind wheel 21 in the box body 1, so that the wind wheel 21 can work normally. Optionally, in the drying box 100, the transition area between the position of the air duct air outlet 2311 of the air duct 231 and the bottom wall of the box body 1 is shaped as an arc chamfer, specifically may be a quarter circle, which can effectively and smoothly transition the air guiding, and effectively reduce noise.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, at least one cat-mouth 171 is formed on the case 1, and a cat-door 172 is provided at the cat-mouth 171 to open and close the cat-mouth 171. Referring to fig. 1 and 3, when the pet is located inside the case 1 and dried, the user can push open the cat door 172 towards the inside of the case 1 or pull the cat door 172 towards the outside of the case 1 to open the cat mouth 171 and stretch the hand into the cat mouth 171, thereby soothing the pet in the case 1, making the emotion of the pet stable, facilitating the smooth progress of the drying process, improving the drying effect, and improving the comfort of the pet during drying. Meanwhile, the hands can be stretched into the cat-mouth-stripping 171 to smooth the hair of the pet so as to judge the drying degree, thereby judging whether the drying is finished or judging the time length for drying, and improving the drying efficiency; the cat door 172 covers the cat mouth 171, can avoid the hands and feet of the pet to stretch out from the cat mouth 171, ensures that the whole pet is dried, has smaller opening area of the cat mouth 171, can be designed to only allow hands to go in and out, and can prevent the pet from escaping from the box body 1.

It can be understood that the torsion spring 94 is a mechanical power-accumulating structure, and has a self-resetting function, the torsion spring 94 has a certain force to fasten the cat rolling door 172 thereon, a certain force is required to open the cat rolling door 172, and the pet is difficult to open itself, so that the whole pet is dried in the box 1, and the drying effect is improved; when the hand leaves the cat-mouth-stripping 171, the cat-mouth-stripping door 172 can be automatically reset through the torsion spring 94 to continuously cover the cat-mouth-stripping 171, so that the pet is prevented from escaping or other sundries enter the box body 1, and the drying effect is affected.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, one side of the case 1 is opened, and a door 8 is provided at the one side of the case 1 to open and close the one side of the case 1. For example, the front side of the case 1 is opened, and the door 8 may be provided at the front side of the case 1 to open and close the front side of the case 1, so that a user can put the pet in the case 1 or take the pet out of the case 1. Through setting up viewing window 10, can be convenient for the user observe the internal environment in the box 1, the user need not to roll up cat door 172 and can observe the condition of pet to in time look after the mood of pet, can make the process of drying more smooth, also can make the mood of pet more pleasant, thereby improved the practicality of stoving case 100. For example, the observation window 10 may be made of transparent material, so as to further facilitate the observation of the pet inside the case 1. The viewing window 10 may be adapted to the shape of the cat door 172, for example, the viewing window 10 may be annular.
Further, referring to fig. 20, one end (e.g., the upper end as shown in fig. 1) of the cat-rolling door 172 is pivotally connected to the observation window 10 through the pivot assembly 9, a locking assembly 20 is disposed between the other end (e.g., the lower end as shown in fig. 1) of the cat-rolling door 172 and the observation window 10, the cat-rolling door 172 is adapted to open the cat-rolling opening 171 when the locking assembly 20 is unlocked, and the cat-rolling door 172 is fixed to the observation window 10 when the locking assembly 20 locks the other end of the cat-rolling door 172. Thus, by providing the lock assembly 20, the cat door 172 can be locked to the observation window 10, and when the cat door 172 is to be opened, the lock assembly 20 needs to be unlocked first, so that the cat door 172 can be prevented from being opened by mistake. The locking assembly 20 may be a locking buckle.
Further, referring to fig. 25, the locking assembly 20 includes a locking groove 201 and a locking member 202, the locking groove 201 is formed on the cat rolling door 172, the locking member 202 is movably disposed on the observation window 10, a locking protrusion 203 is disposed on the locking member 202, and the locking protrusion 203 and the locking groove 201 cooperate to facilitate the locking assembly 20 to adjust both locking and unlocking states, and at the same time, the contact area can be increased, and the reliability of installation can be improved. The cat door 172 is fixed on the observation window 10 when the locking protrusion 203 is fitted in the locking groove 201, and the cat door 172 is adapted to open the cat door 171 when the locking protrusion 203 is separated from the locking groove 201, so as to adjust both the locking and unlocking states of the locking assembly 20, and simultaneously, the stability of the fixation of the locking protrusion 203 and the locking groove 201 is high when the locking assembly is in the locking state. In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 27, a dodge port 1711 is formed on the modem door 172, the dodge port 1711 being disposed adjacent to the locking groove 201, the locking protrusion 203 being opposite the dodge port 1711 when the locking protrusion 203 is separated from the locking groove 201. Therefore, when the locking assembly 20 is in the unlocking state, the locking protrusion 203 can penetrate out from the avoiding port 1711, so that the cat door 172 can rotate inwards or outwards to open the cat rolling port 171, and the structure is reliable.
Further, as shown in fig. 27, the locking groove 201 and the escape opening 1711 may be arranged along the circumferential direction of the cat-door 172, and the locking piece 202 may be movable along the circumferential direction of the cat-door 172. Thus, the locking member 202 may move along the circumferential direction of the cat door 172, for example, the locking member 202 slidably cooperates with the observation window 10 to improve smoothness of movement and use experience of the user.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 25, the viewing window 10 is provided with a baffle 30 extending toward the center of the case 1, and the baffle 30 and the viewing window 10 together define a second mounting groove 301 therebetween, and the locking member 202 is movably disposed in the second mounting groove 301. By providing the baffle 30, the pet can be prevented from erroneously touching the locking member 202 to change the locked or unlocked state of the locking member 202, and the use safety of the drying box 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 23, one side of the edge of the opening 17 in the thickness direction is provided with a plurality of clamping sections 173 spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the cat-door 172, each clamping section 173 being spaced apart from the edge of the opening 17 to define a clamping groove 174, and a mounting opening 175 being defined between two adjacent clamping sections 173. The outer periphery of the observation window 10 is provided with a plurality of convex edge sections 101 which are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the cat-door 172, and the convex edge sections 101 pass through the corresponding mounting openings 175 and rotate relative to the openings 17 to be matched in the corresponding clamping grooves 174. In some examples, referring to fig. 2, 21 and fig. 9 and 23 in combination, the case 1 is formed with a limit groove 18, and the observation window 10 is provided with a second limit block 103, and when the flange section 101 is fitted in the clamping groove 174, the second limit block 103 is fitted in the limit groove 18 to limit the rotation of the cat door 172 relative to the opening 17. The second limiting block 103 disposed on the observation window 10 can be clamped to the limiting groove 18 and inserted into the limiting groove 18 when the observation window 10 rotates. Through the cooperation of second stopper 103 and spacing groove 18, the location of being convenient for simultaneously can make the fixed more stable of observation window 10 on box 1 simultaneously, is difficult for being destroyed by the pet in the box 1. For example, the limiting groove 18 and the second limiting block 103 may be located at the upper end of the drying box 100 to further reduce the possibility of being damaged by the pet. For example, the notch of the limiting groove 18 may be opened toward the second limiting block 103, and when a user applies a larger force, the second limiting block 103 may squeeze into the limiting groove 18 along the circumferential direction of the observation window 10, so as to realize the limiting fixation of the second limiting block 103 and the limiting groove 18.
For example, in the installation, the direction of the inner side surface of the case 1 toward the outer side surface of the case 1 is taken as an example, and when the installation of the observation window 10 is started, the plurality of flange segments 101 are located at the corresponding installation openings 175, and the plurality of flange segments 101 can be engaged in the corresponding engaging grooves 174 by rotating the observation window 10 counterclockwise, so that the first stopper 7 can deform to extend into the limiting groove 18, and then the initial state is restored, and the movement is not continued under the limitation of the side wall of the limiting groove 18, so that the relative fixation of the two is realized. According to some embodiments of the present invention, at least one ventilation hole 1712 is formed through a wall forming the drying chamber 11. For example, as shown in fig. 4, 20, 22 and 23, a plurality of ventilation holes 1712 may be formed in the cat-rolling door 172 so that the ventilation holes 1712 can facilitate ventilation and ventilation of the inside of the case 1 of the drying case 100, and thus the pet in the case 1 can breathe fresh air and feel comfortable. Thus, it is possible to further facilitate the user's observation of the pet, and the user can observe or feel the pet from a plurality of angles, to improve the feeling of experience.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5-8, a placement groove 19 is formed in the case 1, and the aromatherapy box 40 is detachably disposed in the placement groove 19 through a magnetic component, so that the connection mode between the aromatherapy box 40 and the placement groove 19 is relatively simple, and the installation and the removal of the aromatherapy box 40 are convenient. The aromatherapy box 40 has a first installation mode and a second installation mode in the placing groove 19, at least one through hole 4015 is formed in the aromatherapy box 40, the inside of the aromatherapy box 40 is not communicated with the inside of the box body 1 when the aromatherapy box 40 adopts the first installation mode, and the inside of the aromatherapy box 40 is communicated with the inside of the box body 1 through the through hole 4015 when the aromatherapy box 40 adopts the second installation mode.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when it is required to remove the bad smell in the drying box 100, for example, a pet drying box, the aromatherapy box 40 may be installed in the placement groove 19 of the box body 1, and at this time, the aromatherapy box 40 adopts the second installation mode, and the aromatherapy box 40 may effectively emit the fragrance through the through holes 215, so as to remove the bad smell in the drying box 100, and at the same time, the aromatherapy box 40 may be firmly fixed on the box body 1. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the drying box 100 does not need to remove the odor, the fragrance box 40 can be placed at the first installation mode of the placement groove 19, at this time, the fragrance in the fragrance box 40 cannot be emitted into the box body 1, and the fragrance box 40 is stably installed in the placement groove 19, so that the fragrance box 40 can be prevented from being shifted or lost. In addition, when the fragrance of the fragrance cartridge 40 is not obvious, the fragrance cartridge 40 may be directly taken out from the placement groove 19 and replaced with a new fragrance cartridge 40.
According to some embodiments of the present utility model, the through-hole 4015 is formed on one side surface of the fragrance box 40. The inner wall of the placement groove 19 closes the through-hole 4015 when the fragrance box 40 is in the first mounting mode, and the through-hole 4015 is located at the open side of the placement groove 19 when the fragrance box 40 is in the second mounting mode. In some alternative embodiments, a seal 60 is provided on the inner wall of the housing 19, the seal 60 closing the through hole 4015 when the fragrance cartridge 40 is in the first mounting mode. Referring to fig. 6 and 8, a sealing member 60 is provided on the top wall in the placement groove 19, and the sealing member 60 closes the through-hole 4015 when the fragrance cartridge 40 adopts the first mounting manner. When the fragrance cartridge 40 is not required to emit fragrance, the through-hole 4015 may be closed by the sealing member 60, so that the emission of fragrance from the fragrance cartridge 40 may be stopped.
Optionally, the seal 60 is a silicone pad. But is not limited thereto. Because the silica gel pad has softer texture and a certain deformation amount, the silica gel pad can be clung to the inner wall of the placing groove 19 to seal the through hole 4015, and the tightness between the sealing element 60 and the through hole 4015 is ensured.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the magnetic assembly 50 includes a screw 501 and a magnetic member 502, the magnetic member 502 being provided on the fragrance cartridge 40, the magnetic member 502 magnetically engaging the screw 501 to removably provide the fragrance cartridge 40 within the placement slot 19. Referring to fig. 5 to 8, the magnetic member 502 is disposed at a position corresponding to the screw 501 of the fragrance box 40 in the placement groove 19 of the case 1. From this, the aromatherapy box 40 and the box 1 realize dismantling the connection through screw 501 and magnetic part 502 to make aromatherapy box 40 and box 1 directly inhale the effect through magnetism and connect, need not to use external tool to dismantle, thereby change aromatherapy box 40 convenient and fast more. For example, there may be two screws 501, two screws 501 may be spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the upper case 70, and the two screws 501 correspond to the two magnetic members 502 one by one, respectively, each screw 501 may be screwed with the inner wall of the case 1 through the upper case 70, so that the screws 501 may also firmly fix the upper case 70 on the inner wall of the case 1 while the screws 501 magnetically engage with the magnetic members 502. In addition, when the drying box 100 is moved, the aromatherapy box 40 may be easily dropped from the box 1 due to the detachable connection between the aromatherapy box 40 and the box 1, and the upper case 70 may be provided to protect the aromatherapy box 40, so that the aromatherapy box 40 may not be easily dropped from the box 1.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the aromatherapy case 40 includes a housing 401 and a cover 402, one side of the housing 401 is opened, the cover 402 is disposed at the one side of the housing 401, the cover 402 and the housing 401 together define an accommodating space, the magnetic member 502 is disposed in the accommodating space, and the through-hole 4015 is formed at the cover 402 and/or the housing 401. Here, the through-hole 4015 may be formed on one of the cover 402 and the housing 401, or the through-hole 4015 may be formed on both of the cover 402 and the housing 401. Referring to fig. 29, one side of the case 401 in the thickness direction is opened, and the cover 402 is opposite to the opened side of the case 401, and fragrance may be placed in the receiving space to emit fragrance to the inside of the drying box 100.
Further, as shown in fig. 29, the through holes 4015 are plural. A plurality of through holes 4015 are formed on a bottom wall surface of the housing 401 at intervals, the bottom wall surface of the housing 401 being a lower surface of the fragrance box 40. When the housing 401 of the fragrance box 40 in the placement groove 19 faces the inside of the case 1 of the drying case 100, the fragrance of the fragrance material in the fragrance box 40 can be emitted into the case 1 through the plurality of through holes 4015, so that the air inside the case 1 is more suitable.
Further, the inner wall of the case 1 and the upper case 70 define a first installation cavity 701 and a second installation cavity 702 which are communicated with each other, the second installation cavity 702 is located at one side of the first installation cavity 701 adjacent to the rear wall 13 of the case 1, an electric control element 90 and an electric wire are provided in the first installation cavity 701, one end of the electric wire is connected to the electric control element 90, and the other end of the electric wire extends into the second installation cavity 702. As shown in fig. 5 and 7, the wind wheel 21 of the drying box 100 is provided on the rear wall 13 of the box body 1, the electric control element 90 may be provided in an electric control box, the electric control box is located in the first mounting cavity 701, one end of the electric wire passes through the electric control box to be connected with the electric control element 90, and the other end of the electric wire may pass through the second mounting cavity 702 to be connected with the motor 22 to control the opening and closing of the wind wheel 21. Thereby, the wire routing is facilitated, and the space between the inner wall of the cabinet 1 and the upper case 70 is fully utilized, so that the structure of the drying cabinet 100 is more compact.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5 and 7, the placement groove 19 is formed by upwardly recessing a portion of the upper case 70. So arranged, the placement groove 19 can be integrally formed with the upper case 70, so that the assembling steps of the drying box 100 can be reduced, and the assembling efficiency of the drying box 100 can be further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the housing 401 has a third mounting slot 4011 formed therein, and the magnetic member 502 is disposed in the third mounting slot 4011, and the magnetic member 502 may be a magnet. For example, in the example of fig. 29, two third mounting grooves 4011 may be formed on the housing 401, the two third mounting grooves 4011 may be respectively located at both ends in the aromatherapy case 40, two magnets are provided, and the two magnets are respectively mounted in the two third mounting grooves 4011. Wherein, the shape of the third installation groove 4011 can be set to be matched with the shape of the magnet, thereby facilitating the installation of the magnet. Thereby, the magnet can be firmly fixed to the housing 401.
Further, two protrusions 4012 spaced apart from each other are provided on a side wall of the housing 401, and a third mounting groove 4011 is defined between the two protrusions 4012. With reference to fig. 29, two protrusions 4012 are respectively disposed on two sidewalls of the housing 401 in the length direction, the two protrusions 4012 disposed on the same sidewall are spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the housing 401, and each protrusion 4012 may extend in a direction toward the cover 402, so that the two protrusions 4012 on the same sidewall may limit the movement of the magnetic member 502 in the width direction of the housing 401, and further, the position stability of the magnetic member 502 is ensured.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 29 and 30, two third ribs 4016 are provided at intervals on both side surfaces of the two side walls of the housing 401 opposite to each other in the length direction, each third rib 4016 extending in a direction toward the center of the third mounting groove 4011. Thus, the third ribs 4016 can limit movement of the magnetic member 502 along the length of the housing 401 to more stably secure the magnetic member 502 within the third mounting groove 4011.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 29, the housing 401 has a housing sidewall 4013, and an edge of the cover 402 is provided with a cover sidewall 4021 extending toward the housing 401, the cover sidewall 4021 being opposite to the housing sidewall 4013. One of the cover sidewall 4021 and the housing sidewall 4013 is provided with a plurality of fitting projections 4022. A plurality of fitting grooves 4014 are formed on the other of the cover side wall 4021 and the housing side wall 4013, and each fitting projection 4022 is fitted in the corresponding fitting groove 4014. Further, two cover side walls 4021 are provided, the two cover side walls 4021 are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the cover 402, the two cover side walls 4021 are located in the accommodating space, two matching protrusions 4022 are arranged on each cover side wall 4021 at intervals along the length direction of the cover side wall 4021, and the plurality of matching grooves 4014 are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of matching protrusions 4022. In some alternative embodiments, the slot 19 has an arcuate slot formed in each of two opposing sidewalls. 1. A drying box, comprising:
the box body is internally provided with a first baffle plate, the first baffle plate is positioned at the inner side of the side wall of the box body, two sides of the first baffle plate are respectively a drying cavity and a first accommodating cavity, the first accommodating cavity is defined between the first baffle plate and the side wall, a wind wheel is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the rotation axis of the wind wheel is perpendicular to the first baffle plate and the side wall, a first air inlet is formed on the first baffle plate, a second air inlet is formed on the side wall, the first air inlet and the second air inlet are respectively opposite to the axial direction of the wind wheel,
when the wind wheel rotates, the air flow in the drying cavity is suitable for entering the wind wheel axially through the first air inlet under the action of the wind wheel, the air flow entering the wind wheel flows to the first accommodating cavity along the radial direction of the wind wheel and is compressed in the first accommodating cavity and flows into the drying cavity, and the air flow outside the drying box is suitable for entering the first accommodating cavity through the second air inlet under the action of the wind wheel and flows into the drying cavity again, so that the internal circulation and the external circulation of air are realized through one wind wheel.
2. The drying box according to claim 1, wherein a wind wheel housing is provided between the first partition plate and the side wall, the wind wheel is provided in the wind wheel housing, an air channel is defined between the wind wheel and the wind wheel housing,
when the wind wheel rotates, the air flow in the drying cavity sequentially flows through the first air inlet and the air channel and then flows into the drying cavity, and the air flow outside the drying box sequentially flows through the second air inlet and the air channel and then flows into the drying cavity.
3. The drying box according to claim 2, wherein a ventilation passage is formed between the first partition and the bottom wall of the box body.
4. A drying box according to claim 3, wherein the first partition and the bottom wall of the box body have a certain distance to form the ventilation passage.

The drying box according to claim 2, wherein a second partition plate is arranged in the box body, a second accommodating cavity which is directly communicated with the air outlet of the air channel is defined between the position of the second partition plate, corresponding to the air wheel shell, of the air outlet of the air channel and the inner wall of the box body, an air outlet is formed on the second partition plate, and the drying cavity is arranged above the second partition plate;
When the wind wheel rotates to work, the air flow in the drying cavity is suitable for flowing through the first air inlet, the air duct, the second accommodating cavity and flows into the drying cavity through the air outlet on the second partition board, and the air flow outside the drying box is suitable for flowing through the second air inlet, the air duct, the second accommodating cavity and flows into the drying cavity through the air outlet on the second partition board.
6. The drying box of claim 5, wherein said second partition is detachably provided at a lower portion inside said box.
7. The drying oven of claim 5, wherein said air outlet in said second partition includes a plurality of air outlet openings;
the second separator includes:
a separator body;
the two baffle sections are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the baffle body, the two baffle sections extend upwards from bottom to top towards the direction inclined away from the center of the baffle body, and the two baffle sections and the baffle body are respectively provided with a plurality of air outlet holes.
8. The drying box of claim 7, wherein each baffle segment is an arcuate baffle projecting away from the baffle body.
9. The drying box according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein a heating assembly is provided at an air outlet of the air duct.
10. The drying oven of claim 9, wherein a negative ion generator is disposed on the first partition plate, and an output end of the negative ion generator extends into the first accommodating cavity;
the heating component is provided with ozone disinfection equipment.
11. The drying box of claim 2, wherein the air duct is a spiral air duct.
12. The drying box of claim 11, wherein a projection of at least a portion of the rotor housing onto the first baffle is in the shape of a spiral.
13. The drying box of claim 12, wherein a projection of said at least a portion of said rotor housing onto said first partition is archimedean spiral.
14. The drying box according to claim 2, wherein the duct has a duct outlet, and a cross-sectional area of at least a portion of the duct increases gradually in a direction toward the duct outlet along a circumferential direction of the wind wheel.
15. The drying box according to any one of claims 2 to 7, wherein the wind wheel housing is provided on at least one of the first partition and the side wall.
16. The drying oven of claim 15, further comprising a motor mount;
the wind wheel housing comprises:
the first wind wheel shell is arranged on the first partition plate;
the second wind wheel shell is arranged on the motor support, and the second wind wheel shell and the first wind wheel shell jointly define a wind wheel accommodating cavity for accommodating the wind wheel.
17. The drying box according to claim 16, wherein an air inlet hole penetrating along the axial direction of the wind wheel is formed in the motor support, the motor support is connected with the side wall in a sealing manner at the outer peripheral side of the air inlet hole, and external air sucked by the wind wheel sequentially passes through the second air inlet hole and the air inlet hole to enter the wind wheel accommodating cavity.
18. The drying oven of claim 16, wherein said motor mount is removably attached to said first partition.
19. The drying box according to claim 16, wherein a motor is provided in the wind wheel accommodating chamber, an output shaft of the motor is fixed to the wind wheel, and the motor is mounted on the second wind wheel housing.
20. The drying box of claim 16, wherein a rear surface of said first partition extends rearwardly beyond said first rotor housing.
21. The drying box of claim 1, wherein the wind wheel is a forward-leaning wind wheel.
22. The drying box according to claim 21, wherein the wind wheel is penetrated in the front-rear direction in the axial direction.
23. The drying oven of claim 22, wherein at least one ventilation hole is formed through a wall forming the drying chamber.
24. The drying box according to claim 1, wherein at least one cat-mouth is formed on the box body, and a cat-mouth door is provided at the cat-mouth to open and close the cat-mouth.
25. The drying box according to claim 24, wherein an opening is formed in the box body, a detachable viewing window is provided at the opening, and the cat-rolling opening is formed in the viewing window.
26. The drying oven of claim 25, wherein one end of said cat door is pivotally connected to said viewing window by a pivot assembly;
the cat-rolling door is characterized in that a locking component is arranged between the other end of the cat-rolling door and the observation window, the cat-rolling door is suitable for opening the cat-rolling mouth when the locking component is unlocked, and the cat-rolling door is fixed on the observation window when the locking component locks the other end of the cat-rolling door.
