In alternative embodiments, the latch assembly 4 is located at the front of the cassette 1. Alternatively, the heating assembly 80 may be a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, an anion generator is disposed on the first partition 232, and an output end of the anion generator extends into the first accommodating cavity 12. Therefore, when the negative ion generator works, negative ions generated by the negative ion generator can flow into the drying cavity 11 through the output end so as to sterilize and disinfect air flow in the drying cavity 11.
An ozone disinfection device is arranged on the heating component 80. For example, the ozone sterilization device may be an ozone sterilizer or an ozone generator, and pet clothes, pet toys, or the like may be placed in the case 1 to perform ozone sterilization, thereby adding functionality to the dryer 100 and further improving practicality and utilization rate of the dryer 100.
Further, the air duct 231 is a spiral air duct. Referring to fig. 13, the projection of the spiral duct on the first partition 232 is in the shape of a spiral. Therefore, the airflow can be extruded out from the narrow part to the wide part along the extending direction of the air duct 231, and finally blown out from the air duct air outlet 2311 with reduced pressure, so that the airflow blown out from the air duct air outlet 2311 can be ensured to have certain impact force, and the drying efficiency of the dryer 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4, the wind turbine shell 23 is provided on at least one of the first bulkhead 232 and the rear wall 13. Wherein the wind turbine housing 23 may be provided on one of the first bulkhead 232 and the rear wall 13; alternatively, the wind turbine housing 23 may be provided on both the first partition 232 and the rear wall 13. Thereby, the structure of the dryer 100 can be made more compact.
Further, the dryer 100 further includes a motor supporter 233. Referring to fig. 4, the motor bracket 233 is disposed between the wind wheel 21 and the rear wall 13, the motor 22 is disposed in the wind wheel accommodating chamber, an output shaft of the motor 22 is fixed to the wind wheel 21, the motor 22 is mounted on the second wind wheel housing 2331, and the second wind wheel housing 2331 can support the motor 22, so that the motor 22 is more stable and reliable in operation, and the drying effect can be improved. The motor bracket 233 may be an annular motor bracket adapted to the first wind wheel housing 2322, the motor 22 may be located at an inner ring of the annular motor bracket, and the annular motor bracket is provided with a vent parallel to the rotation axis of the wind wheel 21, so that the airflow outside the dryer 100 may flow to the wind wheel 21 through the second air inlet 131 and the vent.
Furthermore, an air inlet hole penetrating along the axial direction of the wind wheel 21 is formed on the motor support 233, the motor support 233 is hermetically connected with the rear wall 13 at the outer peripheral side of the air inlet hole, and external air sucked by the wind wheel 21 enters the wind wheel accommodating cavity through the second air inlet 13 and the air inlet hole in sequence. Therefore, external air can directly enter the wind wheel accommodating cavity through the second air inlet 13 and the air inlet holes in the motor support 233, and drying efficiency can be improved.
In some alternative embodiments, the motor bracket 233 is detachably coupled to the first partition 232. Thus, the mounting and dismounting of the motor bracket 233 is facilitated.
In some alternative embodiments, referring to fig. 4, the rear surface of the first bulkhead 232 extends rearwardly out of the first wind rotor shell 233. So set up, first wind wheel housing 233 and first partition 232 can be integrated into one piece to can reduce the installation step of drying-machine 100, and then can improve the assembly efficiency of drying-machine 100.
Optionally, the wind wheel 21 may be a forward-inclined wind wheel, which may apply work by using centrifugal force, and may increase pressure of the airflow to compress the airflow in the air duct 231, so that the airflow ejected from the air outlet 2311 of the air duct has a certain impact force, thereby better achieving a drying function.
According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the wind wheel 21 is axially perforated back and forth. For example, a plurality of ventilation holes may be formed through the hub of the wind wheel 21, and the ventilation holes may be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction of the wind wheel 21. When the wind wheel 21 works, the air flow inside and outside the box body 1 can enter the wind wheel 21 along the axial direction of the wind wheel 21, and then is radially thrown out by the blades of the wind wheel 21, so that the air flow is accumulated and compressed in the air duct 231 and flows to the drying cavity 11 of the box body 1 through the air outlet 2311 of the air duct. According to some embodiments of the present invention, one side of the box body 1 is opened, and the door body 8 is provided at the above-mentioned one side of the box body 1 to open and close the above-mentioned one side of the box body 1. In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 23, the first mounting portion 91 may include two mounting ears 911 spaced apart from each other, the second mounting portion 92 is located between the two mounting ears 911, and the pivot shaft 93 is disposed through the two mounting ears 911 and the second mounting portion 92, so that the mounting reliability between the pivot shaft 93 and the first mounting portion 91, and between the pivot shaft 93 and the second mounting portion 92 can be ensured, and the smooth rotation of the cat ladder door 172 can be facilitated.
The two mounting portions can limit the position of the torsion spring 94, prevent the torsion spring 94 from being separated from the pivot assembly 9, and the pivot shaft 93 can prevent the torsion spring 94 from being deformed, so that the connection between the cat ladder door 172 and the box body 1 is firmer and effective for a long time, and the effective service life of the dryer 100 is ensured.

The viewing window 10 may be adapted to the shape of the cat-tucker door 172, for example the viewing window 10 may be circular.
Further, referring to fig. 20, one end (e.g., the upper end as viewed in fig. 1) of the rawhide door 172 is pivotally connected to the observation window 10 by a pivot assembly 9, and a locking assembly 20 is provided between the other end (e.g., the lower end as viewed in fig. 1) of the rawhide door 172 and the observation window 10, the rawhide door 172 being adapted to open the rawhide opening 171 when the locking assembly 20 is unlocked, and the rawhide door 172 being fixed to the observation window 10 when the locking assembly 20 locks the other end of the rawhide door 172. Therefore, the lock assembly 20 is arranged, so that the raemon door 172 can be locked on the observation window 10, when the raemon door 172 is to be opened, the lock assembly 20 needs to be unlocked firstly, and the condition that the raemon door 172 is opened by mistake can be prevented. The cat-strip door 172 is fixed to the observation window 10 when the locking projection 203 is fitted into the locking groove 201, and the cat-strip door 172 is adapted to open the cat-strip opening 171 when the locking projection 203 is separated from the locking groove 201 to adjust the locking and unlocking states of the locking assembly 20, and at the same time, the stability of fixing the two is high in the locking state. For example, at least one of the locking member 202 and the locking groove 201 is made of a deformable material, so that the locking protrusion 203 can move into the locking groove 201 to achieve a locking state. In some alternative embodiments, as shown in fig. 27, the rawman door 172 is formed with an escape opening 1711, the escape opening 1711 being disposed adjacent to the locking slot 201, the locking projection 203 being opposite the escape opening 1711 when the locking projection 203 is disengaged from the locking slot 201. Therefore, when the locking assembly 20 is in the unlocked state, the locking protrusion 203 can penetrate out of the escape opening 1711, so that the rawman door 172 can rotate inwards or outwards to open the rawman opening 171, and the structure is reliable.
Further, as shown in fig. 27, the locking slot 201 and the avoidance port 1711 may be arranged along the circumference of the rawman door 172, with the locking member 202 being movable along the circumference of the rawman door 172. Therefore, the locking member 202 can move along the circumferential direction of the raemon binder door 172, for example, the locking member 202 is slidably engaged with the observation window 10, so as to improve the smoothness of movement and improve the user experience.

The outer periphery of the observation window 10 is provided with a plurality of protruding edge sections 101 arranged at intervals along the circumference of the rawman door 172, and the plurality of protruding edge sections 101 pass through the corresponding mounting openings 175 and rotate relative to the opening 17 to fit in the corresponding catching grooves 174. The second limiting block 103 disposed on the observation window 10 can be clamped to the limiting groove 18 and inserted into the limiting groove 18 when rotating along with the observation window 10. Through the cooperation of second stopper 103 and spacing groove 18, the location of being convenient for simultaneously can make the fixed of observation window 10 on box 1 more stable, is difficult for being destroyed by the pet in the box 1. For example, the limiting groove 18 and the second limiting block 103 may be located at the upper end of the dryer 100 to further reduce the possibility that the two are damaged by the pet. In some alternative embodiments, in combination with fig. 1 and 3, there are two cat-strip ports 171, and two cat-strip ports 171 are formed on the left and right side walls of the box 1, respectively. In some optional embodiments, a sealing member 60 is disposed on the inner wall of the placement groove 19, and the sealing member 60 seals the through hole 4015 when the fragrance box 40 is in the first installation mode. Referring to fig. 6 and 8, a sealing member 60 is provided on the top wall inside the placement groove 19, the sealing member 60 closing the through hole 4015 when the fragrance box 40 adopts the first installation manner. For example, two screws 501 may be provided, the two screws 501 may be spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the upper casing 70, the two screws 501 respectively correspond to the two magnetic members 502 one by one, and each screw 501 may penetrate through the upper casing 70 and be in threaded connection with the inner wall of the box body 1, so that the screw 501 may also firmly fix the upper casing 70 on the inner wall of the box body 1 while the screw 501 is in magnetic attraction with the magnetic member 502. Alternatively, referring to fig. 5 and 7, the placing groove 19 is formed by a portion of the upper case 70 being recessed upward. With this configuration, the placing groove 19 may be integrally formed with the upper case 70, so that the assembling steps of the dryer 100 may be reduced, and the assembling efficiency of the dryer 100 may be further improved.
In some alternative embodiments, a third mounting groove 4011 is formed on the housing 401, the magnetic member 502 is disposed in the third mounting groove 4011, and the magnetic member 502 may be a magnet. For example, in the example of fig. 29, two third mounting grooves 4011 may be formed on the case 401, the two third mounting grooves 4011 may be respectively located at both ends in the fragrance box 40, two magnets are provided, and the two magnets are respectively mounted in the two third mounting grooves 4011. According to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the front side of the cabinet 1 is opened, and the front side of the cabinet 1 is provided with a door 8 to open and close the front side of the cabinet 1. For example, in the example of fig. 1 and 4, when the door 8 is opened, a pet may be put into or taken out of the interior of the chest 1 through the door 8. When the pet is located inside the box body 1 for drying, the door body 8 is opened, the pet can enter the box body 1 from the door body 8, then the door body 8 is closed, and the hair of the pet is dried in the box body 1, so that the drying function of the dryer 100 is realized. After the cat raking door 172 on the observation window 10 is removed, a pet such as a cat can freely enter and exit the box body 1 through the cat raking door 171, the ventilation and the air permeability in the box body 1 are good, and the pet such as the cat can sleep and play in the box body 1, so that the function of a cat nest is realized. The frequency of the drying function of the dryer 100 used by a pet is approximately half a month once under normal conditions, the dryer 100 adds the function as a cat nest while realizing the drying function, and the practicability and the utilization rate of the dryer 100 are greatly improved.
Optionally, the interior of the box body 1 can be provided with a plurality of stages of temperature control detection, so as to prevent the pet in the box body 1 from feeling uncomfortable due to the overhigh temperature in the box body 1.
Optionally, an illuminator, such as an LED intelligent lamp, may be disposed inside the box body 1, so as to facilitate the installation or removal of the second partition 3 in the box body 1 and also facilitate the cleaning of the box body 1.

Claims (25)

  1. A dryer, characterized by comprising:
    the wind wheel type air conditioner comprises a box body, wherein a first partition plate is arranged in the box body and is positioned in front of the rear wall of the box body, a drying cavity and a first containing cavity are respectively arranged at two sides of the first partition plate, the first containing cavity is defined between the first partition plate and the rear wall, a wind wheel is arranged in the first containing cavity, the rotation axis of the wind wheel is vertical to the first partition plate and the rear wall, a first air inlet is formed in the first partition plate, a second air inlet is formed in the rear wall, and the first air inlet and the second air inlet are respectively opposite to the axial direction of the wind wheel,
    when the wind wheel rotates, the airflow in the drying cavity is suitable for entering the first accommodating cavity through the first air inlet under the action of the wind wheel and then flowing into the drying cavity, and the airflow outside the dryer is suitable for entering the first accommodating cavity through the second air inlet under the action of the wind wheel and then flowing into the drying cavity, so that the internal circulation and the external circulation of the air are realized through one wind wheel.
  2. The dryer of claim 1, wherein a wind wheel housing is disposed between the first partition and the rear wall, the wind wheel is disposed within the wind wheel housing, an air channel is defined between the wind wheel and the wind wheel housing,
    when the wind wheel rotates, the airflow in the drying cavity flows through the first air inlet and the air duct in sequence and then flows into the drying cavity, and the airflow outside the dryer flows through the second air inlet and the air duct in sequence and then flows into the drying cavity.
  3. The dryer according to claim 2, wherein a second partition plate is arranged in the box body, a second accommodating cavity directly communicated with the air outlet of the air duct is defined between the second partition plate, the position of the wind wheel shell corresponding to the air outlet of the air duct and the inner wall of the box body, the air outlet is formed on the second partition plate, and the drying cavity is arranged above the second partition plate;
    when the wind wheel rotates during operation, the air current of stoving intracavity is suitable for to flow through in proper order first air intake the wind channel the second holds the chamber and passes through the air outlet flows in the stoving intracavity, the air current outside the drying-machine is suitable for to flow through in proper order the second air intake the wind channel the second holds the chamber and passes through the air outlet flows in the stoving intracavity.
  4. The dryer of claim 3, wherein said second partition is detachably provided at a lower portion in said cabinet.
  5. The dryer of claim 3, wherein said air outlet includes a plurality of air outlet openings;
    the second separator includes:
    a separator body;
    two partition plate sections, two the partition plate section is established respectively partition plate body's left side and right side, two partition plate section from the bottom up orientation is kept away from the orientation slope at partition plate body center upwards extends, two the partition plate section with all be formed with a plurality ofly on the partition plate body the exhaust vent.
  6. The dryer of claim 5 wherein each baffle segment is an arcuate baffle projecting away from the baffle body.
  7. The dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a heating unit is provided at an air outlet of the spiral duct.
  8. The dryer of claim 7, wherein the first partition plate is provided with a negative ion generator, and an output end of the negative ion generator extends into the first accommodating cavity;
    and an ozone disinfection device is arranged on the heating component.
  9. The dryer of claim 2, wherein said air duct is a spiral air duct.
  10. The dryer of claim 9 wherein a projection of at least a portion of the wind turbine housing onto the first baffle is in the shape of a helix.
  11. The dryer of claim 10 wherein a projection of said at least a portion of said wind wheel housing on said first baffle is in the shape of an archimedes' spiral.
  12. The dryer of claim 2, wherein the air duct has an air duct outlet, and a cross-sectional area of at least a portion of the air duct increases in a direction toward the air duct outlet along a circumferential direction of the wind rotor.
  13. The dryer according to any one of claims 2 to 12, wherein said wind wheel housing is provided on at least one of said first bulkhead and said rear wall.
  14. The dryer of claim 13, further comprising a motor support;
    the wind wheel housing includes:
    the first wind wheel shell is arranged on the first partition plate;
    the second wind wheel shell is arranged on the motor support, and the second wind wheel shell and the first wind wheel shell jointly define a wind wheel accommodating cavity for accommodating the wind wheel.
  15. The dryer according to claim 14, wherein an air inlet hole penetrating in an axial direction of the wind wheel is formed in the motor bracket, the motor bracket is hermetically connected to the rear wall at an outer circumferential side of the air inlet hole, and external air sucked by the wind wheel sequentially passes through the second air inlet and the air inlet hole and enters the wind wheel accommodating chamber.
  16. The dryer of claim 14 wherein said motor mount is removably attached to said first bulkhead.
  17. The dryer according to any one of claims 14 to 16, wherein a motor is disposed in the wind wheel accommodating chamber, an output shaft of the motor is fixed to the wind wheel, and the motor is mounted on the second wind wheel housing.
  18. The dryer according to any one of claims 14 to 16, wherein a rear surface of said first baffle extends rearwardly beyond said first wind wheel housing.
  19. A dryer according to any of claims 1 to 18 wherein the rotor is a pitch rotor.
  20. The dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 19, wherein the wind wheel is axially perforated in a front-rear direction.
  21. The dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 20, wherein at least one ventilation hole is formed through a wall forming said drying chamber.
  22. The dryer of any one of claims 1 to 21 wherein said cabinet defines at least one raemon vent, said raemon vent defining a raemon door for opening and closing said raemon vent.
  23. The dryer of claim 22, wherein said cabinet defines an opening, said opening defining a removable window, said kitten openings being defined in said window.
  24. The dryer of claim 23, wherein one end of the kitten strip door is pivotally connected to the observation window by a pivot assembly;
    and a locking assembly is arranged between the other end of the strip cat door and the observation window, the strip cat door is suitable for opening the strip cat opening when the locking assembly is unlocked, and the strip cat door is fixed on the observation window when the locking assembly locks the other end of the strip cat door.
  25. The dryer according to any one of claims 1-24, wherein a placement groove is formed in the box body, the fragrance box is detachably arranged in the placement groove through a magnetic attraction component, the fragrance box is provided with a first installation mode and a second installation mode in the placement groove, at least one through hole is formed in the fragrance box, when the fragrance box is located in the first installation mode, the interior of the fragrance box is not communicated with the interior of the box body, and when the fragrance box is located in the second installation mode, the interior of the fragrance box is communicated with the interior of the box body through the through hole.
