The air duct assembly is fixed on the rear panel, and at the moment, the internal parts such as the air duct assembly, the evaporator assembly and the like can be cleaned or cleaned on the whole machine.
In the present application, a part of the structure of the air duct component is disassembled to the front panel component, and the assembly is as follows:
the volute tongue component: the volute tongue structure splitting part of the traditional air duct comprises a volute tongue structure, an upper wind sweeping blade structure, a lower wind sweeping blade structure, a driving mechanism of the upper wind sweeping blade structure and the lower wind sweeping blade structure and a whole air outlet part, wherein the volute tongue part can be rotatably opened and fixed on an air duct part in a common hinge mode (a bolt mode). The other side of the volute tongue component is fixed in a disassembly mode that the clamping hook is matched with the clamping groove.
The air duct assembly is fixed on an evaporator part on the air inlet panel through screws, the top of the air duct part can be disassembled into an air duct top cover, an air duct and other parts, and after the fan blade is unscrewed from one screw at the position of the air duct top cover (as shown in figure 14), the fixing screw at the position of a motor shaft (as shown in figure 15) is removed, so that the fan blade at the place where dirt of the air conditioner is most concentrated can be taken out.
Before assembly, the front panel component (the air conditioner top cover is not assembled) and the rear panel component are assembled in a matched mode from top to bottom through a buckle, then the air conditioner top cover is assembled, and finally screws of the air conditioner top cover and the chassis are screwed (as shown in figures 21 to 24), so that the whole assembly is completed.
When the air conditioner top cover is disassembled and washed, the air conditioner top cover is taken down by disassembling 4 screws at the position of the air conditioner top cover 101. The screws at two sides of the front panel matched with the chassis and the screws (generally 2 to 3 screws) of the air conditioner top cover matched with the air inlet are loosened, then the front panel component is integrally lifted upwards, and the front panel component is taken down. The front panel component includes a front panel 60, a lower decorative plate 61, an upper decorative plate 62, and a display box 63.
At the moment, one end of the volute tongue component is pulled by hand, one end of the volute tongue component is connected with the air channel component in a hinge mode, and the other end of the volute tongue component is freely disassembled and connected through the second connecting component, so that the volute tongue component can be rotatably opened around the air channel component, the whole air conditioner can display fan blades of the air channel component and wind sweeping blades in the volute tongue component, the volute tongue component is disassembled into the volute tongue, the air outlet frame, the air guide plate and the wind sweeping blades, and all parts of the volute tongue component can be cleaned at the moment.
Cleaning the cross-flow fan blade, cleaning the air duct and other filth blockage areas, and comprises the following steps: the air duct component is mounted on the rear panel component, a screw of a top cover of the air duct part is dismounted (as shown in D in fig. 14), then the top cover is rotated to extract upwards, the screw at the inner side of the lower end of the cross-flow fan blade is unscrewed until the cross-flow fan blade can be loosened up and down (the screw is unscrewed for a certain distance and does not need to be taken out), the cross-flow fan blade is extracted upwards for a certain distance until the cross-flow fan blade leaves an output shaft of the motor, the lower cross-flow fan blade is slightly inclined, and the cross-flow fan blade is taken out. And after cleaning, installing the cross-flow fan blade back as it is. When the fan is installed, screw holes of the lower cross-flow fan blade should be aligned, otherwise, the deviation of the motor is influenced. After the air conditioner is cleaned, the original installation is carried out according to the original disassembly and cleaning mode, so that the air conditioner can clean the most-dirty part of the air conditioner in an all-dimensional and deep mode, and fresh air is blown out of the air conditioner. When the air duct and the cross-flow fan blade are cleaned, clear water can be used for replacing the air duct and the cross-flow fan blade.

Claims (18)
1. A cabinet air conditioner, comprising:
a rear panel section (10);
a volute tongue assembly (20), wherein the volute tongue assembly (20) is movably connected with the rear panel part (10) so that the volute tongue assembly (20) has a locking position connected with the rear panel part (10), and at least part of the volute tongue assembly (20) has an avoiding position separated from the rear panel part (10), and when the volute tongue assembly (20) is located at the avoiding position, the fan blade part can be taken out from one side of the rear panel part (10).
2. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the circumferential direction of the volute tongue assembly (20) has a first connection side and a second connection side, the first connection side is movably connected with the rear panel portion (10) by a first connection assembly, the second connection side is detachably connected with the rear panel portion (10) by a second connection assembly, the volute tongue assembly (20) is rotatably disposed in the circumferential direction of the rear panel portion (10) such that the second connection side has a locking position connected with the rear panel portion (10) and the second connection side has an escape position disengaged from the rear panel portion (10).
3. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the first connection side is hinged to the rear panel portion (10) by a first connection assembly, and the volute tongue assembly (20) is rotatably disposed around the hinge point in a circumferential direction of the rear panel portion (10) so that the second connection side is located at the locking position or the avoiding position.
4. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the first connection assembly includes a support boss (31) and a connection shaft (32), the connection shaft (32) is rotatably connected with the support boss (31), one of the support boss (31) and the connection shaft (32) is connected with the rear panel part (10), and the other of the support boss (31) and the connection shaft (32) is connected with the volute tongue assembly (20).
5. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the first connection assembly is provided in plurality, and the plurality of first connection assemblies are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the rear panel part (10).
6. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the second connecting assembly comprises a snap projection (41) and a snap groove (42) which are matched with each other, one of the snap projection (41) and the snap groove (42) is arranged on the rear panel part (10), and the other of the snap projection (41) and the snap groove (42) is arranged on the volute tongue assembly (20).
7. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the second connecting assembly is provided in plurality, and the plurality of second connecting assemblies are arranged at intervals along an axial direction of the rear panel part (10).
8. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the catching protrusion (41) is of an elastic structure.
9. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the volute tongue assembly (20) comprises:
the support boss (31) and the rear panel portion (10) are integrally arranged, the connecting shaft (32) and the worm tongue (21) are integrally arranged, and the connecting shaft (32) is downwards inserted into the support boss (31) along the vertical direction.
10. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the volute tongue assembly (20) further comprises:
the air-out frame (22), air-out frame (22) with snail tongue (21) are connected, joint arch (41) with air-out frame (22) an organic whole sets up, draw-in groove (42) are seted up in on back panel (10).
11. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 10, wherein the volute tongue assembly (20) further comprises:
the air deflector (23) is connected with the air outlet frame (22) and is positioned on the outer side of the air outlet frame (22);
the air sweeping blade (24) is connected with the air outlet frame (22) and is positioned on the inner side of the air outlet frame (22), and the air sweeping blade (24) is arranged adjacent to the volute tongue (21).
12. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising:
a support part (50), wherein the rear panel part (10) and the volute tongue assembly (20) are connected with the support part (50);
a front panel (60), wherein the front panel (60) is connected with the supporting part (50) and is arranged opposite to the rear panel part (10) to form an accommodating cavity;
the air channel part (70), the air channel part (70) is arranged on the supporting part (50) and is positioned in the accommodating cavity;
the fan blade part comprises a cross-flow fan blade (80), and the cross-flow fan blade (80) is arranged in the accommodating cavity;
the driving part is arranged in the containing cavity, and when the rear panel part (10) is placed in the vertical direction, the through-flow fan blade (80) is operated to move upwards for a preset distance in the vertical direction so that the through-flow fan blade (80) can be removed from the containing cavity after being separated from an output shaft (90) of the driving part.
13. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the air duct portion (70) includes:
an air duct (71), wherein the air duct (71) is connected with the supporting part (50);
a top cover (72), the top cover (72) being detachably connected with the air duct (71).
14. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 12, wherein the output shaft (90) has a shaft offset (91) provided on the shaft body.
15. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the latch protrusion (41) is a hook, and a flexible slot (411) is provided at a back side of the hook.
16. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the geometric centerline of at least some of the latch protrusions (41) is disposed at an angle to the vertical.
17. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the first connection side is detachably connected with the rear panel part (10) by the first connection assembly.
18. The cabinet air-conditioner according to claim 6, wherein the slot width of the slot (42) is less than the width of the slot bottom.
