As shown in fig. 5, the clothes care device 3 further includes a steam generating component for performing steam ironing, wrinkle removing, sterilization, aroma fumigation and other uses on the clothes by generating steam. The steam generating assembly includes a first steam generator 351, a second steam generator 352, a storage box 353 (refer to fig. 3), and a delivery assembly 354. The first steam generator 351 is mounted on the door body 32 and used for conveying steam into the door body care cavity 321 on the door body 32; the second steam generator 352 is mounted on the cabinet 31 and used for delivering steam into the cabinet care cavity 311 on the cabinet 31; and the storage box 353 is installed in the door 32 or the cabinet 31 for storing a medium required for generating steam; the delivery assembly 354 is used to connect the first and second steam generators 351 and 352 to the storage box 353 at the same time, so that the medium can be delivered into the first and/or second steam generators 351 and 352. With this arrangement, the first and second steam generators 352 can share the same storage box 353, and care for the laundry is achieved by generating steam through pumping a medium. Need not to set up respectively that storage box 353 comes to carry out storage medium to every steam generator, not only reduced the complexity of product structure, still can make the manufacturing cost of product obtain reducing. Meanwhile, the use operation of the user is simplified, the use operation of the user is convenient, and the actual use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, the delivery assembly 354 includes a first delivery tube 3541, a first delivery pump 3542, a second delivery tube 3543, and a second delivery pump 3544. One end of the first delivery pipe 3541 is connected to the storage box 353, and the other end is connected to the first steam generator 351; a first delivery pump 3542 is connected to the first delivery pipe 3541 for delivering the medium in the storage box 353 to the first steam generator 351; one end of the second delivery pipe 3543 is connected to the storage box 353, and the other end is connected to the second steam generator 352; a second delivery pump 3544 is connected in series to the second delivery pipe 3543 for delivering the medium in the storage box 353 to the second steam generator 352. Thus, the medium in the storage box 353 is transferred to the first steam generator 351 by the first transfer pump 3542, and the medium in the storage box 353 is transferred to the second steam generator 352 by the second transfer pump 3544. Therefore, the first steam generator 351 and the second steam generator 352 can work independently or partially or completely simultaneously, the use modes are various, and the requirement of actual use is well met.
As shown in fig. 5, in one possible embodiment, the delivery assembly 354 further includes a switch 3545 and an output tube 3546, the first delivery tube 3541 being connected between the switch 3545 and the first steam generator 351, the second delivery tube 3543 being connected between the switch 3545 and the second steam generator 352, the output tube 3546 being connected between the storage box 353 and the switch 3545. The arrangement is such that the first delivery pump 3542 and the second delivery pump 3544 share the same output pipe 3546 during the process of pumping the medium in the storage box 353 and flowing the medium from the storage box 35313 to the converter 3545, and the pumped medium flows to the first steam generator 351 and/or the second steam generator 352 for use according to the actual operation mode after entering the converter 3545. Adopt this moment the mode of setting up, can reduce the medium by the pipeline of storage box 353 internal output, promoted the succinct nature of whole pipeline.
As shown in fig. 6 and 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, the door 32 is movably connected to the cabinet 31 through the first hinge 36, so that the door 32 can rotate relative to the cabinet 31, when the door 32 covers the cabinet 31, the cabinet care cavity 311 can be sealed, and when the door 32 is separated from the cabinet 31, the cabinet care cavity 311 can be opened. The first hinge 36 includes a first mounting plate 361 and a first connecting shaft 362, and one end of the first connecting shaft 362 is fixedly connected to the first mounting plate 361 and the other end extends upward. Specifically, the first mounting plate 361 is fixedly connected to the cabinet 31, the first mounting plate 361 provides upward supporting force for the door 32 and the front door 34, and the door 32 is movably connected to an extending end of the first connecting shaft 362 and can rotate around the first connecting shaft 362. Thus, the entire door 32 rotates relative to the cabinet 31 about the first connecting shaft 362 as a rotation center, and the cabinet care chamber 311 is sealed or opened.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, since the storage box 353 (refer to fig. 3) is installed in the cabinet 31, the first steam generator 351 (refer to fig. 7) is installed in the door 32, and the door 32 is reciprocally rotated with respect to the cabinet 31. Thus, the first delivery pipe 3541 needs to penetrate out of the door 32 and then penetrate into the cabinet 31 to connect the storage box 353 and the first steam generator 351. Therefore, in order to prevent first delivery pipe 3541 from being directly exposed to the outside, the overall appearance is not impaired. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first connecting shaft 362 is a hollow shaft having a through hole, so that the first conveying pipe 3541 can penetrate through the through hole inside the first connecting shaft 362, which not only meets the connection requirement, but also prevents the first conveying pipe 3541 from being directly exposed because the installation position of the first conveying pipe 3541 is limited by the first connecting shaft 362, and thus, the appearance of the whole body is not affected by the exposed first conveying pipe 3541. In the present embodiment, the first hinges 36 are two and are disposed at the upper and lower ends of the door body 32, and in addition, the applicant found that the first hinge 36 at the lower end mainly bears the upward supporting force, and therefore, in the present embodiment, only the first connecting shaft 362 of the first hinge 36 at the lower end of the door body 32 is provided as a hollow shaft having a through hole, which has little influence on the overall strength; the first hinge 36 at the upper end of the door body 32 can adopt a solid structure, so that the manufacturing difficulty can be reduced; in some embodiments of the present invention, the hinge at the upper end of the door 32 may take other forms, and is not limited herein.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the clothes care device 3 further includes a second hinge 37 for movably connecting the front cover door 34 (see fig. 6) to the door body 32. The second hinge 37 includes a second mounting plate 371 and a second connecting shaft 372, and one end of the second connecting shaft 372 is fixedly connected to the second mounting plate 371 and the other end thereof extends upward. Specifically, the second mounting plate 371 is fixedly connected to the door 32, the second mounting plate 371 provides upward supporting force for the front sealing door 34, and the front sealing door 34 is movably connected to the extending end of the second connecting shaft 372. Therefore, the whole front sealing door 34 rotates relative to the door body 32 by taking the second connecting shaft 372 as a rotating center, when the front sealing door 34 is covered on the door body 32, the door body nursing cavity 321 is sealed, and when the front sealing door 34 is separated from the door body 32, the door body nursing cavity 321 is opened.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in some possible embodiments, the door body 32 (refer to fig. 6) includes a first door frame 322, a first protrusion 323, a second door frame 324, and a second protrusion 325. The first convex part 323 is arranged on the first door frame 322 and is used for forming the door body nursing cavity 321 in a concave mode, and the first door frame 322 is provided with an air outlet 3221 communicated with the door body nursing cavity 321; the second door frame 324 is coupled to the first door frame 322, and a second boss 325 is provided on the second door frame 324 to form a cavity 3251 receiving the first boss 323. Specifically, when the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324 are assembled, the first protruding portion 323 is fitted into the cavity 3251 of the second protruding portion 325, and interference does not occur, so that the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324 can be reliably assembled. Moreover, an installation space 326 for accommodating the nursing assembly 33 is formed between the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324, so that the nursing assembly 33 can be installed in the installation space 326, the hidden installation is achieved, and the integral aesthetic property of the first door body 32 is facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the bottom of the cavity 3251 formed by the second protruding portion 325 is lower than the bottom of the first protruding portion 323, so that a space 3261 exists between the first protruding portion 323 and the cavity 3251 formed by the second protruding portion 325, the space 3261 is a component of the installation space 326, and at least a part of the second nursing assembly 33 can be installed in the space 2381. Meanwhile, an air inlet 3241 through which air sucked by the nursing module 33 passes is formed on the second door frame 324. The first door 32 thus formed, when used for performing a laundry drying care operation, sucks air from the care unit 33, the sucked air enters from the air inlet 3241 and is processed into hot and dry air, and then the air is introduced into the door care cavity 321 and flows in the door care cavity 321, so as to take moisture from the laundry and then is exhausted from the air outlet 3221. Therefore, the clothes are dried and nursed through the continuous action of the gas.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure smooth air intake, the air inlet 3241 is disposed below the second door frame 324 and is lower than the second protrusion 325, and the first sealing ring 320 is sleeved on the outer periphery of the second protrusion 325, so that the first sealing ring 320 is located above the air inlet 2151, when the door body 32 is covered on the cabinet 31, the air inlet 3241 on the second door frame 324 is not blocked through the interval of the first sealing ring 320, and meanwhile, the first sealing ring 320 does not shield the air inlet 3241, so that the nursing assembly 33 can reliably suck air through the air inlet 3241.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first steam generator 351 is installed on the door 32 (see fig. 6) for inputting steam into the door care cavity 321, and the door 32 is configured to include the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324. In order to facilitate the steam generated by the first steam generator 351 to enter the door body nursing cavity 321. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first protruding portion 323 is provided with a steam input port 3231 for inputting steam into the door body nursing cavity 321. Like this, through being provided with first steam generator 351, alright produce steam to can blow steam to the clothing through steam input port 3231, can iron the nursing such as wrinkle, disinfect or champignon to the clothing, realize the function of multiple clothing nursing.
As shown in fig. 4 and 8, the treatment assembly 33 includes a fan and heating assembly 331. The fan is disposed in the installation space 326 and connected to the first door frame 322 and/or the second door frame 324, for sucking air from the air inlet 3241; and the heating element 331 is disposed in the mounting space 326, and specifically, as shown in fig. 8, in the present embodiment, the bottom wall of the cavity 3251 formed by the second protrusion 325 is lower than the bottom wall of the first protrusion 323, so that a space 3261 exists between the bottom wall of the first protrusion 323 and the bottom wall of the second protrusion 325, and the heating element 261 can be mounted in the space 2161. Meanwhile, an air inlet port 3232 communicating with the door body care cavity 321 is formed on the first protrusion portion 323, and an air outlet end of the heating unit 331 is disposed in the air inlet port 3232. Correspondingly, in this embodiment, the air inlet 3232 is disposed at the bottom of the door body nursing cavity 321, so that after the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324 are assembled, the bottom wall of the door body nursing cavity 321 and the bottom wall of the concave cavity 3251 can limit the components such as the heating component 331, and the like, and this embodiment does not need to additionally provide more fixing members (such as screws) to fix the heating component 331 and the like, thereby facilitating the reduction of cost and assembling. In addition, the air inlet port 3232 is provided at the bottom of the door body care cavity 321 such that the air inlet port 3232 directly faces a care unit such as the heating unit 331. In this way, the air sucked by the fan is input into the heating assembly 331, and the air heated by the heating assembly 331 can be directly blown into the door body care cavity 321 from the air inlet 3232, so that the heated air can dry the clothes in the door body care cavity 321, thereby shortening the air path and reducing the heat loss.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the laundry care device 3 further includes a filter cartridge 38 and a filter 39. The filter cassette 38 is mounted on top of the first protrusion 323, and the filter 39 is detachably disposed in the inner cavity of the filter cassette 38 for filtering the gas passing therethrough, and the inner cavity of the filter cassette 38 is communicated with the door body care cavity 321 and the air outlet 3221, respectively. In this way, the discharged gas is filtered by the filter 39, so as to filter out the gas such as hair, dandruff or peculiar smell, so that the discharged gas is kept clean, and the air purification effect is achieved. Moreover, the filter 39 can reduce the speed of gas exhaust, and can prolong the contact time between the gas and the clothes when performing steam ironing or aromatherapy and other nursing, thereby enhancing the effect of corresponding treatment. Preferably, the filter 39 is a HEPA filter 39 (referred to as a high efficiency air filter 39) mainly used for collecting particulate dust and various suspended matters below 0.5um to achieve the purpose of air purification.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the top of the first protruding portion 323 is provided with an air vent 3233, the door body 32 assembly further includes an exhaust switching assembly 30 for adjusting the opening size of the air vent 3233, and the exhaust switching assembly 30 is mounted on the top of the first protruding portion 323 adjacent to the air vent 3233. By the arrangement, the air in the door body nursing cavity 321 can flow from the inner cavity of the filter box 38 and the air passing opening 3233 to the air exhaust opening 3221 to be exhausted, and the opening size of the inner cavity of the filter box 38 is fixed and can not be changed, so that the air passing opening 3233 can be adjusted by the adjusting function of the air exhaust switching assembly 30. Therefore, the flow speed and the flow direction of the gas in the door body care cavity 321 can be controlled according to different care requirements. If in the middle stage of drying, the opening of the air passing port 3233 can be opened to be large by the exhaust switching component 30, so that the moist heat air can be discharged quickly, the drying efficiency can be improved, and in the initial stage (temperature rise needs to be raised as soon as possible) or the later stage of drying, the air passing port 3233 can be adjusted to be small or closed by the exhaust switching component 30, so that the air can be discharged through the filter box 38 to achieve the purpose of purifying the discharged air. When the drying function is not used, such as when the heating assembly is turned off, the air passing port 3233 is turned off by the exhaust switching assembly 30, so that the laundry care device 3 can be used as an air cleaner.

Claims (7)

1. A garment care device, comprising:
the nursing cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a nursing cover and a nursing cover, wherein a cabinet body nursing cavity for containing clothes to be nursed is formed inside the cabinet body;
a treatment component mounted within the cabinet body, the treatment component including a filter assembly;
the filter assembly includes:
the body comprises an air outlet, a flow passage for air to pass through is formed in the body, and the flow passage is communicated with the air outlet;
the upper cover is covered on the body and is provided with an air inlet hole for the gas to flow into the flow channel;
a first filter element for performing a first filtration of the gas;
the second filter element is arranged behind the first filter element along the flowing direction of the gas and is used for carrying out secondary filtration on the gas;
wherein the first filter element is mounted on the upper cover and the second filter element is mounted on the body; or both the first filter element and the second filter element are mounted on the upper cover; or both the first filter element and the second filter element are mounted on the body;
the nursing component also comprises a fan and a connecting cylinder, the fan is used for sucking the gas to flow, and the air inlet and the air outlet of the fan are both communicated with the nursing cavity of the cabinet body;
the connecting cylinder is arranged between the body and the fan and is used for communicating the air outlet with the air inlet of the fan;
the filter assembly is detachably mounted in the connecting cylinder;
the upper cover includes:
the cover body is detachably connected to the body, and at least part of the cover body is positioned in the flow channel;
the air outlet is arranged at one end of the cover body positioned in the flow channel;
the gas transmission channel is arranged in the cover body and is communicated with the gas inlet hole and the gas outlet hole;
wherein, the inlet port sets up the top of lid, first filter is installed in the gas transmission passageway.
2. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein a plurality of said air outlet holes are provided, each of said air outlet holes communicating with said air delivery passage.
3. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein the filter assembly further comprises:
the sliding frame is detachably connected with the upper cover and is used for mounting the first filter piece;
the sliding frame is movably inserted in the sliding groove, and the sliding groove is communicated with the gas transmission channel.
4. A garment care device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the carriage comprises a pull-out and a filter portion for insertion into the air duct, the first filter element being mounted on the filter portion.
5. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein said air outlet is disposed in a sidewall of said body, said second filter being mounted in said air outlet.
6. A garment care device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first and second filter members are filter webs.
7. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein said care component further comprises:
and the gas processing assembly is arranged between the connecting cylinder and the air inlet of the fan and is used for processing the gas into dry hot air.
