Since the door 32 is configured to include the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324, the first connecting shaft 112 is movably inserted into the first door frame 322, and the second mounting plate 341 is also fixedly connected to the first door frame 322.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first steam generator 35 is installed in the door 32 (see fig. 6) for inputting steam into the door care cavity 321, and the door 32 is configured to include the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324. In order to facilitate the steam generated by the first steam generator 35 to enter the door body nursing cavity 321. In the embodiment of the present invention, the first protruding portion 323 is provided with a steam input port 3231 for inputting steam into the door body nursing cavity 321. Like this, through being provided with first steam generator 35, alright in order to produce steam to can blow steam to the clothing, can iron the nursing such as removing wrinkle, disinfect or champignon to the clothing, realize the function of multiple clothing nursing.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the bottom wall of the second protruding portion 325 is lower than the bottom wall of the first protruding portion 323, and at least a part of the care assembly 36 (see fig. 4) is provided in a space 3261 between the bottom wall of the first protruding portion 323 and the bottom wall of the second protruding portion 325, the space 3261 being a part of the installation space 326. With the arrangement, after the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324 are assembled, the nursing component 36 is located below the bottom wall of the first protruding portion 323 and close to the nursing chamber 321 of the door body, so that the gas path is shortened, and therefore, the nursing medium generated by the nursing component 36 is conveniently input into the nursing chamber 321 of the door body, and the heat loss is reduced.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the care assembly 36 (see fig. 4) includes a fan and heating assembly 361 and a fan. A fan is disposed in the installation space 326 and connected to the first door frame 322 and/or the second door frame 324, for sucking air through the suction port 3241; the heating element 361 is disposed in a space 3261 between the bottom wall of the first protruding portion 323 and the bottom wall of the second protruding portion 325, an air inlet port 3232 (see fig. 7) communicating with the door body care cavity 321 is opened in the bottom wall of the first protruding portion 323, and at least a part of the air outlet end of the heating element 132 is located in the air inlet port 3232. Thus, the blower sucks air from the air suction port 3241, and conveys the air into the heating assembly 361 to be heated into hot air, and the hot air is blown into the door body care cavity 321 from the air inlet port 3232, so that the heated air can care the clothes in the door body care cavity 321, for example, the clothes are dried. Moreover, in the arrangement mode, after the first door frame 322 and the second door frame 324 are assembled, the bottom wall of the door body nursing cavity 321 and the bottom wall of the concave cavity 3251 can limit the components such as the heating component 361, so that the heating component 361 and the like are fixed without additionally arranging more fixing pieces (such as screws), and cost reduction and assembly convenience are facilitated.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the laundry care device 3 further includes a filter cartridge 44 and a filter 45. The filter box 44 is installed on top of the first protrusion part 323, and the filter 45 is detachably disposed in the inner cavity of the filter box 44 for filtering the passing gas, and the inner cavity of the filter box 44 is respectively communicated with the door body care cavity 321 and the air outlet 3221. Thus, the discharged gas is filtered by the filter 45, so that the gas can be filtered, such as hair, dander or peculiar smell can be filtered, the discharged gas is kept clean, and the air purification effect is achieved. Moreover, the filter 45 can reduce the speed of gas exhaust, and when clothes are dried, steam ironed or aromatherapy and other nursing is carried out, the contact time between gas and clothes can be prolonged, and the corresponding treatment effect is enhanced. Preferably, the filter 45 is a HEPA filter 45 (referred to as a high efficiency air filter 45) mainly used for collecting particulate dust and various suspended matters below 0.5um to achieve the purpose of air purification.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the top of the first protruding portion 323 is provided with an air vent 3233, the door body 32 assembly 1 further includes an exhaust switching assembly 46 for adjusting the opening size of the air vent 3233, and the exhaust switching assembly 46 is mounted on the top of the first protruding portion 323 adjacent to the air vent 3233. By the arrangement, the air in the door body nursing cavity 321 can flow from the inner cavity of the filter box 44 and the air passing opening 3233 to the air exhaust opening 3221 to be exhausted, and the opening size of the inner cavity of the filter box 44 is fixed and can not be changed, so that the air passing opening 3233 can be adjusted by the adjusting function of the air exhaust switching assembly 46. Therefore, the flow speed and the flow direction of the gas in the door body care cavity 321 can be controlled according to different care requirements. If in the middle stage of drying, the opening of the air passing port 3233 can be opened to be large by the exhaust switching component 16, so that the moist heat air can be discharged quickly, the drying efficiency can be improved, and in the initial stage (temperature rise needs to be raised as soon as possible) or the later stage of drying, the air passing port 3233 can be adjusted to be small or closed by the switching component 16, so that the air can be discharged through the filter box 44 to achieve the purpose of purifying the discharged air. When the drying function is not used, such as the heating assembly is turned off, the air passing port 3233 is turned off by the switching assembly 16, so that the laundry care device 3 can be used as an air cleaner.

Claims (9)

1. A garment care device, comprising:
conveyer pipe mounting structure for the installation of conveyer pipe between the cabinet body and the door body, conveyer pipe mounting structure includes: the first hinge is used for movably connecting the cabinet body and the door body and comprises a first mounting plate fixedly connected with the cabinet body and a first connecting shaft movably connected with the door body, one end of the first connecting shaft is fixedly connected to the first mounting plate, and the other end of the first connecting shaft extends upwards; the first connecting shaft is provided with a through hole for the conveying pipe to pass through, and the through hole penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the first connecting shaft along the axial direction of the first connecting shaft;
a cabinet body, inside which a cabinet body nursing cavity for accommodating clothes to be treated is formed;
the door body is movably connected with the cabinet body through the first hinge and used for sealing or opening the cabinet body nursing cavity;
the front sealing door is movably connected with the door body through a second hinge and is used for sealing or opening the door body nursing cavity;
the first steam generator is arranged in the door body and used for inputting steam into the nursing cavity of the door body;
a delivery pipe for delivering a medium required for generating steam to the first steam generator;
wherein, the conveying pipe passes through the through hole, and one end of the conveying pipe is connected with the first steam generator.
2. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein said first hinge is disposed at a bottom of said cabinet and said door.
3. A garment care device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a catch is provided in the base of the first mounting plate, the duct being captured in the catch.
4. A garment care device as recited in claim 3, wherein said duct mounting structure further comprises:
the pipe sleeve is sleeved on the conveying pipe;
the pipe sleeve positioned at the clamping groove is clamped in the clamping groove.
5. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
a storage box installed in the cabinet body for storing a medium required for generating steam, both ends of the delivery pipe being connected to the first steam generator and the storage box, respectively;
and the first delivery pump is connected in series on the delivery pipe and is used for delivering the medium in the storage box to the first steam generator.
6. A garment care device as recited in claim 1, wherein said second hinge includes a second mounting plate and a second connecting shaft, one end of said second connecting shaft is fixedly connected to said second mounting plate, and the other end extends upward, said second mounting plate is fixedly connected to said door body, and said front sealing door is movably connected to the extending end of said second connecting shaft.
7. A garment care device as recited in claim 5, further comprising:
the second steam generator is arranged on the cabinet body and used for conveying steam into the nursing cavity of the cabinet body;
one end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the storage box, and the other end of the water inlet pipe is connected with the second steam generator;
and the second delivery pump is connected in series on the water inlet pipe and is used for delivering the medium in the storage box to the second steam generator.
8. A garment care device as recited in claim 7, further comprising a switch and an outlet conduit, said conduit being connected between said switch and said first steam generator, said inlet conduit being connected between said switch and said second steam generator, said outlet conduit being connected between said storage box and said switch.
9. A garment care device as claimed in claim 7, wherein a one-way valve is connected in series with both the delivery tube and the inlet tube.
