Fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a cleaning method for a clothes dryer provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to the clothes dryer described above, and includes at least the following steps.
Step 410: in response to the self-cleaning command, cleaning water is injected into the reservoir.
In order to solve the problem of injecting the cleaning water into the water storage tank, in a specific implementation, a water tray box can be arranged in the clothes dryer, the cleaning water is manually injected into the water tray box by a user, and the cleaning water flows into the water storage tank through a pipeline between the water tray box and the water storage tank; or an external water inlet of the water storage tank is connected with a tap water pipe, and the switch of the tap water pipe is automatically controlled by the clothes dryer so as to inject the cleaning water into the water storage tank.
The dryer may automatically generate cleaning instructions periodically or user triggered to generate cleaning instructions, which the user may trigger through an interactive panel of the dryer. In the scene of manually injecting cleaning water through the water tray box, after a user triggers a cleaning instruction, the clothes dryer can automatically pop out the water tray box and prompt the user to pour the cleaning water into the water tray box, and the water tray box can display the water amount required by one-time or multiple-time cleaning in a scale form, so that the user can conveniently master the water amount of the cleaning water. In a scenario where the dryer automatically controls the injection of the cleaning water, the dryer automatically periodically controls the switching of the tap water pipe to periodically inject the cleaning water.
Step 420: the first port and the second port of the control three-way valve are communicated, and the water pump is controlled to extract the cleaning water in the water storage tank out of the water storage tank and then flow into the water storage tank through the first water pipe and the second water pipe, so that the cleaning water circularly flows to drive the cleaning water to be mixed with the flock deposited in the water storage tank.
In specific implementation, the valve core can be reversed by controlling the actuating mechanism of the three-way valve, so that the flow direction of the cleaning water is changed.
Step 430: and the first port and the third port of the control three-way valve are communicated, and the water pump is controlled to discharge the cleaning water mixed with the flock out of the clothes dryer through the first water pipe and the third water pipe.
The embodiment of the application adds three-way valve and water pipe in the aspect of dryer hardware under the little circumstances of software and hardware cost that the dryer was reformed transform, in the aspect of dryer software control, the different port intercommunication opportunity of control three-way valve for the cistern internal water forms earlier circulation rivers in order to with dander and clean water intensive mixing, the clean water discharge dryer after will mixing with the dander again, the simple high efficiency ground is with the dander discharge dryer in the cistern, reduce dry clothing machine bacterium and breed, improve the cleanliness of dryer.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing, before injecting the cleaning water into the water storage tank in response to the self-cleaning instruction, the clothes dryer cleaning method further includes:
and responding to the self-cleaning instruction, controlling the first port and the third port of the three-way valve to be communicated, and controlling the water pump to discharge the condensed water in the water storage tank out of the clothes dryer through the first water pipe and the third water pipe.
As described above, before the cleaning water is injected into the water storage tank, condensed water formed during the operation of the dryer is contained in the water storage tank, and lint is deposited on the bottom of the water storage tank. This application embodiment earlier discharges the comdenstion water in the aqua storage tank, can be with partial flock discharge aqua storage tank, but because the water pump is located aqua storage tank one side and the water inlet of water pump is apart from the bottom certain distance of aqua storage tank, consequently the water pump also can not be with comdenstion water and flock intensive mixing at the in-process of suction comdenstion water, the water pump can not be the whole clothes dryer that discharges of flock of aqua storage tank bottom.

In the scene that the clothes dryer automatically controls the injection of the cleaning water, the clothes dryer automatically controls the switch of the tap water pipe for multiple times to inject the cleaning water for multiple times.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing, the process of filling and draining the reservoir with cleaning water is performed as a one-time self-cleaning operation; the dryer cleaning method further includes:
detecting the cleanliness of the cleaning water mixed with the flock;
and respectively injecting and discharging multiple portions of cleaning water into and out of the water storage tank to finish self-cleaning operation for corresponding times until the cleanliness of the cleaning water mixed with the flock meets a preset condition.
In the specific implementation, the cleanliness of the mixed cleaning water discharged from the clothes dryer can be detected through the water quality sensor, and when the detected cleanliness does not meet the preset cleanliness requirement, more remaining flocks in the water storage tank are indicated, and the next self-cleaning operation is required.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, the clothes dryer cleaning method further includes:
periodically generating self-cleaning prompt information;
and receiving a self-cleaning instruction generated by a user according to the self-cleaning prompt information.
In the embodiment of the application, the user manually triggers to generate the self-cleaning instruction, but the clothes dryer still periodically reminds the user to avoid that the lint in the water storage tank cannot be cleaned for a long time.
In some embodiments of the present application, based on the foregoing solution, the clothes dryer cleaning method further includes:
monitoring the water level in the water storage tank;
control the first port and the second port intercommunication of three-way valve in the time of predetermineeing to the control water pump flows in the aqua storage tank through first water pipe and second water pipe again after taking out the aqua storage tank with the clean water of aqua storage tank, makes the clean water circulation flow mix with the deposited flock in driving clean water and the aqua storage tank, includes:
if the water level in the water storage tank reaches the preset water level, the first port and the second port of the three-way valve are controlled to be communicated within the preset time, and the water pump is controlled to extract the cleaning water in the water storage tank out of the water storage tank and then flow into the water storage tank through the first water pipe and the second water pipe, so that the cleaning water circularly flows to drive the cleaning water to be mixed with the deposited flock in the water storage tank.
