In the conventional screen printing process, a thermoplastic polymer hot-melt film such as polyethylene is used for compounding metal mesh cloth and polyester mesh cloth, and an overlapped area of the hot-melt polymer film and the metal mesh cloth forms a compound boundary area; and the image-text bearing polymer film layer with the size of 5-10mm smaller than the composite boundary area is adhered to the metal mesh cloth and is in a separated state with the composite boundary area. And after the printed image-text on the image-text carrier polymer film is prepared, filling a hollow area between the image-text carrier polymer film layer and the composite boundary area with a photosensitive emulsion, and then exposing and curing to realize sealing.
Because the composite boundary area of the screen printing plate is a thermoplastic high-molecular hot-melt film composite layer of polyester, polyethylene and the like, the screen printing plate and the photosensitive emulsion can not form effective adhesion due to the difference of material characteristics.
During printing, the scraper is pressed down from the polyester mesh area and continuously passes through the polyester mesh area, the polyester and steel wire composite overlapping area, the photosensitive emulsion area and the image-text area until the photosensitive emulsion area at the other end of the screen printing plate, the polyester and steel wire composite overlapping area and the polyester mesh area. The main materials related to the screen printing plate comprise polyester mesh cloth, a hot melt film, steel mesh cloth, an image-text carrier film and photosensitive emulsion, all materials are stretched in the printing process, the stretching degrees of the materials are different due to the fact that the strength, the toughness and the like of the materials are different, and the boundary of the joint of the different materials is easy to fatigue crack under the high-frequency printing stretching condition to form the weakest area of the screen printing plate structure, so that plate breakage and slurry leakage are easy to cause.
