Abstract
The invention discloses a novel composite structure screen printing plate, which is characterized in that: comprises a metal net frame, polyester net cloth, metal net cloth and a picture and text carrier polymer film; the hot-melt high polymer film is also included; after the polyester mesh cloth is stretched to a preset tension value, the edge is fixedly connected to the metal mesh frame; the middle of the polyester mesh cloth is provided with a first window, the metal mesh cloth is aligned with the first window, the hot-melt polymer film is positioned between the polyester mesh cloth and the metal mesh cloth, and the metal mesh cloth is lapped on the edge of the first window on the polyester mesh cloth by means of the hot-melt polymer film; a second window is formed in the middle of the hot-melt polymer film, the second window exposes the metal mesh cloth to the first window completely, and the outer contour of the metal mesh cloth is smaller than or equal to that of the hot-melt polymer film; the picture and text carrier polymer film covers the metal mesh cloth, and the edge of the picture and text carrier polymer film is welded with the surface of the hot-melt polymer film, so that the service life of the printing screen can be prolonged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of screens, and particularly relates to a novel composite-structure screen.
Background
In the conventional screen printing process, a thermoplastic polymer hot-melt film such as polyethylene is used for compounding metal mesh cloth and polyester mesh cloth, and an overlapped area of the hot-melt polymer film and the metal mesh cloth forms a compound boundary area; and the image-text bearing polymer film layer with the size of 5-10mm smaller than the composite boundary area is adhered to the metal mesh cloth and is in a separated state with the composite boundary area. And after the printed image-text on the image-text carrier polymer film is prepared, filling a hollow area between the image-text carrier polymer film layer and the composite boundary area with a photosensitive emulsion, and then exposing and curing to realize sealing.
Because the composite boundary area of the screen printing plate is a thermoplastic high-molecular hot-melt film composite layer of polyester, polyethylene and the like, the screen printing plate and the photosensitive emulsion can not form effective adhesion due to the difference of material characteristics.
During printing, the scraper is pressed down from the polyester mesh area and continuously passes through the polyester mesh area, the polyester and steel wire composite overlapping area, the photosensitive emulsion area and the image-text area until the photosensitive emulsion area at the other end of the screen printing plate, the polyester and steel wire composite overlapping area and the polyester mesh area. The main materials related to the screen printing plate comprise polyester mesh cloth, a hot melt film, steel mesh cloth, an image-text carrier film and photosensitive emulsion, all materials are stretched in the printing process, the stretching degrees of the materials are different due to the fact that the strength, the toughness and the like of the materials are different, and the boundary of the joint of the different materials is easy to fatigue crack under the high-frequency printing stretching condition to form the weakest area of the screen printing plate structure, so that plate breakage and slurry leakage are easy to cause.

On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the outer contour of the image-text carrier polymer film is larger than that of the first window. Or smaller than the outline of the first window but overlapping the hot-melt polymer film.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the difference between the outline of the image-text carrier polymer film and the outline of the first window is 10-30 mm.
On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: the image-text carrier polymer film is any one of a photosensitive emulsion film, a polyolefin film, a polylactic acid film, a polyimide film, a polyamide film and a liquid crystal polymer film.

In this embodiment, it is preferable that the edge 4a of the metal mesh 4 is fused to the first window edge 21a of the polyester mesh 2 after being heated and melted by the inner edge 31a of the hot-melt polymer film, and then an overflow hot-melt layer 31c with a certain width overflows into the first window, so that the outer profile of the image-text carrier polymer film 5 is selected to be less than or equal to the profile of the first window 21, and when the outer profile of the image-text carrier polymer film 5 is less than the profile of the first window 21, the edge difference between the two is less than the width of the overflow hot-melt layer 31c, so that the edge of the image-text carrier polymer film 5 and the metal mesh 4 are fused by the overflow hot-melt layer 31 c; of course, in this embodiment, it is also preferable that the outer contour of the image-text carrier polymer film 5 is larger than the contour of the first window 21, and specifically, it is preferable that the outer contour of the image-text carrier polymer film 5 is larger than the contour of the first window 21 by 0-20 mm.
More preferably, the image-text carrier polymer film 5 is any one of a photosensitive emulsion film, a polyolefin film, a polylactic acid film, a polyimide film, a polyamide film, and a liquid crystal polymer film. Finally, preset pictures and texts are processed on the picture and text carrier polymer film 5 through laser.

In this embodiment, when metal screen cloth and polyester screen cloth 2 are welded through hot melt polymer film 3, when the hot melt polymer film needs to be heated to the melting point or 10-20 ℃ higher than the melting point, under the pressurization state, metal screen cloth 4 and polyester screen cloth 2 are connected and picture and text carrier polymer film 5 and metal screen cloth 4, picture and text carrier polymer film 5 and hot melt polymer film 3 are connected, so that the whole screen plate forms an integrated structure.
