the first rotating shaft (52), two first rotating shafts (52) are rotatably arranged in the first water storage tank (2) at intervals;
the upper parts of the two first rotating shafts (52) are respectively provided with a first gear (53), and the first gears (53) are meshed with the first racks (51);
the lower parts of the two first rotating shafts (52) are provided with the hair brushes (54).
