Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of chemical industry of daily necessities, in particular to a hand sanitizer with a long-acting sterilization effect.
Background
Although the conventional hand sanitizer can meet the daily hand sterilization requirements of people, the sterilization effect lasts for a short time, in daily life, various objects, especially palm parts, of a human body usually need to be relieved frequently, pathogens are easy to be re-infected, and the sterilization effect of the effective sterilization components remained after hand washing gradually decreases along with the daily contact of the objects in a short time, so that the sterilization and disinfection effects are lost, and therefore, the hand washing is required to be carried out regularly so as to keep the hands clean. There is a need to develop a novel hand sanitizer which has better sterilization effect, can meet the needs of daily life to a certain extent and improves the sterilization lasting effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a hand sanitizer with a long-acting sterilization effect, aiming at the defects that the prior art is no longer available, the hand sanitizer is easy to lose efficacy through daily life, and a better continuous sterilization effect cannot be achieved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention can adopt the following technical scheme:
a hand sanitizer with long-acting bactericidal effect comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2-3 parts of butanediol, 1-1.5 parts of tea saponin, 1-1.5 parts of isopropyl myristate, 0.5-0.8 part of dodecyl dipropylene triamine, 0.1-0.3 part of starch granules, 0.1-0.3 part of alkyl polysaccharide and 0.05-0.1 part of essential oil;
mixing the starch granules, alkyl polysaccharide and essential oil, stirring uniformly, heating to 50-60 ℃, keeping for 1-2 hours, and standing for more than 24 hours for later use; and (3) adding dodecyl dipropylene triamine, butanediol, tea saponin and isopropyl myristate into the mixture of the starch granules in sequence, stirring at room temperature after each addition, standing for not less than 2 hours, adding the raw materials, mixing the raw materials, and standing to obtain a finished product.
Further, the starch granules adopt corn starch or modified starch.
Further, the starch granules are a mixture of silane coupling modified starch granules and polysaccharide or a mixture of corn starch and polysaccharide.
Further, the starch granules have a diameter of no more than 50 microns.
Further, the starch granules are prepared by the following method: mixing silane coupling modified starch or corn starch with distilled water to obtain a suspension, performing jet cavitation treatment on the suspension, standing for 1-2 hours for gelatinization, drying and grinding for later use; mixing the polysaccharide and the granules, and stirring to fully mix to obtain the starch granules.
Further, the polysaccharide comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 1 part of cellulose, 1 part of glucan, 1 part of pullulan and 1 part of mushroom polysaccharide, wherein the water content of the mixture is not less than 40 percent by weight.
The invention has the following remarkable technical effects:
the sterilization effect is more durable, and the sterilization effect is still better after daily use, so that the chance that pathogens are infected in the gap between the hands which cannot be washed or twice is reduced.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to examples.
Example 1
Preparing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 2 parts of butanediol, 1 part of tea saponin, 1 part of isopropyl myristate, 0.5 part of dodecyl dipropylene triamine, 0.1 part of starch granules, 0.1 part of alkyl polysaccharide and 0.05 part of essential oil; mixing the starch granules, alkyl polysaccharide and essential oil, stirring uniformly, heating to 50 ℃, keeping for 1-2 hours, and standing for more than 24 hours for later use; and (3) adding dodecyl dipropylene triamine, butanediol, tea saponin and isopropyl myristate into the mixture of the starch granules in sequence, stirring at room temperature after each addition, standing for not less than 2 hours, adding the raw materials, mixing the raw materials, and standing to obtain a finished product.
The starch granules adopt a mixture of silane coupling modified starch granules and polysaccharide, and the polysaccharide comprises the following components in percentage by weight: the mixture of 1 part cellulose, 1 part dextran, 1 part pullulan and 1 part mushroom polysaccharide is generally added with distilled water to prepare paste, then stirred and mixed, the mixture of the polysaccharides is dried, and the water content of the polysaccharides is not lower than 40% by weight through drying. Mixing silane coupling modified starch or corn starch with distilled water to obtain a suspension, performing jet cavitation treatment on the suspension, standing for 1-2 hours for gelatinization, drying and grinding for later use; mixing the polysaccharide and the granules, stirring to fully mix the polysaccharide and the granules to obtain starch granules, wherein the diameter of the finished starch granules is not more than 50 microns.
