s1, when a transportation tool is needed to transport the scooter, the seat is folded and then detached from the chassis, and then the seat and the chassis are placed in the transportation tool or a storage area.
S2, when the scooter is needed to be used for riding instead of walking, the seat is unfolded after being arranged on the chassis, and then the scooter is used for riding instead of walking.

According to the scooter provided by the embodiment of the invention, the storage container 7 and the chassis 15 are connected through the locking assembly 16, so that the storage container 7 and the chassis 15 can be quickly separated, and a user can conveniently take purchased articles. When the chair back angle needs to be adjusted, a user pulls the rope 10j with one hand to enable the inserting shaft 10h to overcome the elastic force of the elastic component 10i and move towards the center plane direction of the scooter.
When the back of the frame and the frame base reach a preset angle, a user releases the rope 10j to insert the shaft 10h to be matched with the limiting plate 10c in an inserting way under the elasticity of the elastic component 10 i.
In a further embodiment, the end of the limiting plate 10c far away from the seat back of the vehicle frame is further provided with a chamfer portion 10d, the chamfer portion 10d is located on the opposite side of the two limiting plates 10c, when the inserting shaft 10h is displaced from the end of the limiting plate 10c far away from the seat back of the vehicle frame to the seat back direction, the inserting shaft 10h is in abutting fit with the chamfer portion 10d, and the chamfer portion 10d guides the inserting shaft 10 h.
In a further embodiment, a chamfer or a round angle is further formed at one end of the insertion shaft 10h near the limiting plate 10c, and when the chamfer portion 10d guides the insertion shaft 10h, the insertion shaft 10h is in butt fit with the chamfer portion 10d through the chamfer or the round angle.

In a further embodiment, the limiting plate 10c is disposed between the two rotating plates 10f, the limiting seat 10g is provided with a receiving groove, and the limiting plate 10c is received in the receiving groove of the limiting seat 10 g.

The damping through the rubber ring or the rubber sleeve can avoid rigid butt, has solved the wearing and tearing of safety belt connecting plate 10a, has the problem that factor of safety reduces to and the too big problem that influences the use comfort of noise.
In a further embodiment, the folding device 10 for the folding scooter comprises a limiting shell 10b sleeved on the outer side of the safety belt connecting plate 10a, the limiting shell 10b is fixedly connected with the frame base or the frame back, at least one limiting groove is formed in the side face of the limiting shell, and the rotating connection part of the safety belt connecting plate 10a and the frame base or the frame back is accommodated in the limiting groove.
The safety belt connecting plate 10a is limited through the limiting shell 10b, so that the problem that the position of the safety belt cannot be found quickly when the safety belt is needed due to overlarge rotation amplitude of the safety belt connecting plate 10a is solved. In a further embodiment, a rubber pad is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the limit groove of the folding device 10 for the scooter.
