Referring to fig. 7, the clamping mechanism 40 includes a mounting frame 410 installed at the bottom of the lowermost shot separating box 331, a distance adjusting assembly 420 connected between the mounting frame 410 and the inner wall of the top of the upper tank 10, a lower clamping portion 430 rotatably connected to the mounting frame 410 and distributed in an annular shape, and an upper clamping portion 440 installed on the inner wall of the top of the upper tank 10 and disposed above the lower clamping portion 430, wherein the mounting frame 410 is provided with a hole matched with the driving shaft 320, firstly, a workpiece to be shot-blasted is clamped on the lower clamping portion 430, the workpiece extrudes the upper mounting seat 432 to drive the elastic telescopic rod 433 to contract, and then the driving rod 435 drives the clamping arm 434 to clamp the workpiece to be shot-blasted, so as to clamp and fix the lower end of the workpiece; then, the driving screw 423 is opened, the upper end of the workpiece is contacted with the upper clamping part 440 by controlling the screwing depth of the driving screw 423 into the screw cylinder 422, so that the clamping and fixing function of the upper end of the workpiece is realized, meanwhile, the clamping and shot blasting functions of workpieces with different sizes can be realized, and the applicability is improved.
The lower clamping part 430 comprises a lower mounting seat 431 rotatably connected to the mounting frame 410, an upper mounting seat 432 arranged above the lower mounting seat 431, an elastic telescopic rod 433 connected between the upper mounting seat 432 and the lower mounting seat 431, clamping arms 434 symmetrically hinged on the outer wall of the lower mounting seat 431, and a transmission rod 435 movably connected to the middle section of the clamping arms 434 and the side wall of the upper mounting seat 432, wherein the upper clamping part 430 and the lower clamping part 440 have the same structure.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, the distance adjusting assembly 420 includes a mounting plate 421 mounted at a mounting point of the mounting frame 410 and the lower clamping portion 430, a screw cylinder 422 fixedly connected to the mounting plate 421, and a driving screw 423 mounted at the top of the upper tank 10 and extending toward the inner cavity of the upper tank 10, and an extending end of the driving screw 423 is threadedly connected to the screw cylinder 422.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the shot blasting material circulation mechanism 70 includes a casing 710 vertically installed on the outer wall of the upper tank 10 through a support, a driving spiral plate 720 installed in the inner cavity of the casing 710, a recovery pipe 730 connected between the feed port of the casing 710 and the discharge port of the hollow material cylinder 610, and a supply pipe 740 connected between the discharge port of the casing 710 and the material distribution cylinder 351, wherein the cleaned shots enter the casing 710 through the recovery pipe 730, are lifted by the driving spiral plate 720, and are finally sent into the material distribution cylinder 351 through the supply pipe 740 to realize the recycling of the shots.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the cloth bag dust removing mechanism 80 includes an air induction pipe disposed on the outer wall of the upper tank 10 and communicated with the inner cavity of the upper tank 10, a dust collecting unit installed in the inner cavity of the air induction pipe, and a dust collecting cloth bag detachably connected to the air outlet end of the air induction pipe, and cleans dust generated during the shot blasting process.
Firstly, a workpiece to be shot-blasted is clamped on the lower clamping part 430, the workpiece extrudes the upper mounting seat 432 to drive the elastic telescopic rod 433 to contract, and then the transmission rod 435 drives the clamping arm 434 to clamp the workpiece to be shot-blasted, so that the lower end of the workpiece is clamped and fixed; then, the driving screw 423 is started, the upper end of the workpiece is contacted with the upper clamping part 440 by controlling the depth of the driving screw 423 screwed into the screw cylinder 422, so that the clamping and fixing function of the upper end of the workpiece is realized, meanwhile, the clamping and shot blasting functions of workpieces with different sizes can be realized, and the applicability is improved; the shot materials are sent into a telescopic straight pipe conveying section 352 through a material dividing barrel 351 and are sent into a shot dividing box 331 through an inclined pipe section 353, a driving motor 310 is started, the driving motor 310 drives a driving shaft 320 to rotate to drive a shot dividing wheel 333 to rotate, and then the shot materials falling into the shot dividing box 331 are sprayed out through a shot outlet pipe 332, so that the shot blasting function of clamping workpieces between an upper clamping part 440 and a lower clamping part 430 is realized, and meanwhile, a cloth bag dust removing mechanism 80 is started to clean dust generated in the shot blasting process; after the shot impacts a workpiece, the shot falls into the hollow charging barrel 610, and the surface of the shot is cleaned through the cleaning brush plate 630 driven by the driven shaft 620, so that the cleaning function in the shot recovery process is realized, and the subsequent shot blasting quality is improved; when the pellet is cleaned, the electromagnetic adsorption plate 640 is electrified, the electromagnetic adsorption plate 640 adsorbs scrap iron in the process of cleaning the pellet, the cleaned non-scrap iron waste is swept through the pressurization pipe 650, and the material is discharged through the discharge hole of the lower tank body 20; the cleaned pellets enter the machine shell 710 through the recovery pipe 730, are lifted by the driving spiral plate 720 and are finally sent into the material separating barrel 351 through the supply pipe 740 to realize the recycling of the pellets.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 3-5, a shot blasting cleaning apparatus for manufacturing a water pump housing is substantially the same as that in embodiment 1, and further, the rotation adjusting mechanism 50 includes a connecting frame 510 rotatably connected to the bottom of the mounting frame 410, a gear ring 520 mounted on the connecting frame 510, and a gear 530 mounted on the mounting frame 410 through a rotating shaft and engaged with the gear ring 520, the rotating shaft on the gear 530 penetrates through the mounting frame 410 and is fixedly connected to the lower mounting seat 431, a square groove matched with the driving shaft 320 is formed in the middle of the connecting frame 510, the driving shaft 320 drives the shot separating wheel 333 to realize a shot blasting function, and at the same time, drives the gear ring 520 to rotate, and further drives the gear 530 engaged therewith to rotate, and further drives the lower clamping part 430 to rotate, thereby realizing a rotation function of a workpiece in a shot blasting process, and realizing an adjusting function of a shot blasting angle of the shot blasting workpiece, and being beneficial to improving shot blasting efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. A shot blasting cleaning device for manufacturing a water pump shell is characterized by comprising an upper tank body (10) and a lower tank body (20) which are communicated with each other and provided with a cabin door, and further comprising a shot blasting cleaning device,
the shot blasting mechanism (30) is arranged in the cavity of the upper tank body (10), and the shot blasting mechanism (30) comprises a driving motor (310) arranged at the top of the upper tank body (10), a driving shaft (320) which is arranged at the output end of the driving motor (310) and extends towards the inner cavity of the upper tank body (10) and has a rectangular cross section, shot blasting parts (330) which are connected to the outer wall of the driving shaft (320) in a sliding mode and are distributed at equal intervals, an adjusting rod (340) which is connected between every two adjacent shot blasting parts (330) and is automatically stretched and reset, and a shot feeding part (350) which is communicated with the shot blasting parts (330);
the clamping mechanism (40) is arranged in the cavity of the upper tank body (10) and is annularly distributed on the periphery of the shot blasting mechanism (30);
the rotary adjusting mechanism (50) is arranged on the clamping mechanism (40) and is used for adjusting the clamping angle;
the shot blasting material cleaning mechanism (60) is arranged in the inner cavity of the lower tank body (20) and is arranged below the shot blasting mechanism (30), and the shot blasting material cleaning mechanism (60) comprises a hollow material cylinder (610) arranged in the inner cavity of the lower tank body (20), a driven shaft (620) connected with the extending end of the driving shaft (320) and arranged in the inner cavity of the hollow material cylinder (610), a cleaning brush plate (630) which is uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the driven shaft (620) and is in clearance fit with the hollow material cylinder (610), an electromagnetic adsorption plate (640) arranged on the inner side wall of the lower tank body (20) and a pressure pipe (650) communicated with the inner cavity of the lower tank body (20);
the shot blasting material circulating mechanism (70) is arranged on the outer side wall of the upper tank body (10), and the feeding end and the discharging end are respectively communicated with the discharging port of the hollow charging barrel (610) and the shot inlet of the shot blasting mechanism (30);
the cloth bag dust removing mechanism (80) is arranged on the outer side wall of the upper tank body (10) and is communicated with the inner cavity of the upper tank body (10).

The shot blasting cleaning device for manufacturing the water pump shell as recited in claim 1, wherein the shot blasting part (330) comprises a shot separating box (331) in sliding fit with the driving shaft (320), a shot outlet pipe (332) uniformly arranged on the outer wall of the shot separating box (331) and communicated with the inner cavity of the shot separating box (331), a shot separating wheel (333) rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the bottom of the shot separating box (331), and a rectangular groove which is arranged in the middle of the shot separating wheel (333) and is in sliding fit with the driving shaft (320).

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell according to claim 2, wherein the shot supply part (350) comprises a material distribution barrel (351) mounted at the top of the upper tank body (10), a telescopic straight pipe conveying section (352) communicated with the discharge end of the material distribution barrel (351) and extending towards the inner cavity of the upper tank body (10), and an inclined pipe section (353) connected between the telescopic straight pipe conveying section (352) and the inlet of the shot distribution box (331).

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell according to claim 3, wherein the clamping mechanism (40) comprises a mounting frame (410) arranged at the bottom of the lowermost shot distribution box (331), a distance adjusting assembly (420) connected between the mounting frame (410) and the inner wall of the top of the upper tank body (10), a lower clamping portion (430) which is rotatably connected to the mounting frame (410) and is distributed annularly, and an upper clamping portion (440) which is arranged on the inner wall of the top of the upper tank body (10) and is arranged above the lower clamping portion (430), and the mounting frame (410) is provided with an opening matched with the driving shaft (320).

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell according to claim 4, wherein the lower clamping part (430) comprises a lower mounting seat (431) rotatably connected to the mounting frame (410), an upper mounting seat (432) arranged above the lower mounting seat (431), an elastic telescopic rod (433) connected between the upper mounting seat (432) and the lower mounting seat (431), clamping arms (434) symmetrically hinged to the outer wall of the lower mounting seat (431), and a transmission rod (435) movably connected to the middle section of the clamping arms (434) and the side wall of the upper mounting seat (432), and the upper clamping part (430) and the lower clamping part (440) have the same structure.

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell according to claim 5, wherein the distance adjusting assembly (420) comprises a mounting plate (421) installed at the mounting point of the mounting frame (410) and the lower clamping part (430), a screw cylinder (422) fixedly connected to the mounting plate (421), and a driving screw rod (423) installed at the top of the upper tank body (10) and extending towards the inner cavity of the upper tank body (10), and the extending end of the driving screw rod (423) is in threaded connection with the screw cylinder (422).

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump housing as recited in claim 6, wherein the rotation adjusting mechanism (50) comprises a connecting frame (510) rotatably connected to the bottom of the mounting frame (410), a gear ring (520) installed on the connecting frame (510), and a gear (530) installed on the mounting frame (410) through a rotating shaft and engaged with the gear ring (520), the rotating shaft on the gear (530) passes through the mounting frame (410) to be fixedly connected with the lower mounting seat (431), and a square groove matched with the driving shaft (320) is formed in the middle of the connecting frame (510).

The shot blasting equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell according to claim 7, wherein the shot blasting material circulating mechanism (70) comprises a machine shell (710) vertically installed on the outer wall of the upper tank body (10) through a support, a driving spiral sheet (720) installed in an inner cavity of the machine shell (710), a recovery pipe (730) connected between a feeding hole of the machine shell (710) and a discharging hole of the hollowed-out material barrel (610), and a supply pipe (740) connected between the discharging hole of the machine shell (710) and the material distributing barrel (351).

The shot blasting cleaning equipment for manufacturing the water pump shell as recited in claim 8, wherein the cloth bag dust removing mechanism (80) comprises an induced draft pipe arranged on the outer wall of the upper tank body (10) and communicated with the inner cavity of the upper tank body (10), a dust collecting unit arranged in the inner cavity of the induced draft pipe, and a dust collecting cloth bag detachably connected to the air outlet end of the induced draft pipe.
10. Use of a shot blasting apparatus for the manufacture of water pump housings according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterised by the steps of:
s1: firstly, a workpiece to be shot-blasted is clamped on a lower clamping part (430), an upper mounting seat (432) is extruded by the workpiece to drive an elastic telescopic rod (433) to contract, and a clamping arm (434) is driven by a transmission rod (435) to clamp the workpiece to be shot-blasted, so that the lower end of the workpiece is clamped and fixed;
s2: then, a driving screw rod (423) is started, the upper end of the workpiece is contacted with an upper clamping part (440) by controlling the screwing depth of the driving screw rod (423) into a screw cylinder (422), so that the clamping and fixing function of the upper end of the workpiece is realized, meanwhile, the clamping and shot blasting functions of workpieces with different sizes can be realized, and the applicability is improved;
s3: the shot materials are sent into a telescopic straight pipe conveying section (352) through a material dividing barrel (351), sent into a shot dividing box (331) through an inclined pipe section (353), and then the driving motor (310) is started, the driving motor (310) drives a driving shaft (320) to rotate to drive a shot dividing wheel (333) to rotate, so that the shot materials falling into the shot dividing box (331) are sprayed out through a shot outlet pipe (332), the shot blasting function of clamping workpieces between an upper clamping part (440) and a lower clamping part (430) is realized, and meanwhile, a cloth bag dust removal mechanism (80) is started to clean dust which is commonly produced in the shot blasting process;
s4: the driving shaft (320) drives the shot-blasting wheel (333) to realize the shot-blasting function, and simultaneously drives the gear ring (520) to rotate, so as to drive the gear (530) meshed with the gear ring to rotate, further drive the lower clamping part (430) to rotate, further realize the rotation function of the workpiece in the shot-blasting process, realize the adjusting function of the shot-blasting angle of the shot-blasting workpiece, and be beneficial to improving the shot-blasting efficiency;
s5: after the shot materials impact a workpiece, the shot materials fall into the hollow material barrel (610), and the surface of the shot materials is cleaned through the cleaning brush plate (630) driven by the driven shaft (620), so that the cleaning function in the shot material recovery process is realized, and the subsequent shot blasting quality is improved;
s6: when the pills are cleaned, the electromagnetic adsorption plate (640) is electrified, scrap iron is adsorbed by the electromagnetic adsorption plate (640) in the pill cleaning process, the cleaned non-scrap iron waste is swept through the pressurization pipe (650), and the materials are discharged through the discharge hole of the lower tank body (20);
s7: the cleaned pellets enter the machine shell (710) through the recovery pipe (730), are lifted by driving the spiral piece (720), and are finally sent into the material distribution barrel (351) through the supply pipe (740) to realize the recycling of the pellets.
