An intelligent goods feeding system for a floor type warehouse, a store and a vending machine, as shown in fig. 5-6, comprises a floor type warehouse, a mobile manipulator 202 goods picking machine 201, a main conveying channel 501, a channel changing machine 502, a plurality of sub conveying channels, a vending machine 301, a controller 101 and an operation panel 102, wherein the main conveying channel 501 and the sub conveying channels are respectively provided with an elevating type conveyor 704 and a traction type conveyor 704; the floor type warehouse is divided into a warehouse No. 1 802, a warehouse No. 2 803, a warehouse No. … … and a warehouse No. N804, the warehouses are warehoused according to the classified warehousing sequence of the goods 103, the goods picking machine 201 is moved to pick the goods according to the instruction of the controller 101, the goods 103 are sent into the main conveying channel 501, the goods 103 are conveyed to the sub-end No. N605 on the lane changing machine 502 through the main end 602 by the main conveying channel 501 and then are conveyed to the sub-conveying channel No. N703, then the goods 103 are conveyed into the goods inlet 302 of the vending machine 403 by the sub-conveying channel No. N703, and the goods are discharged from the goods outlet 307 by the goods outlet mechanism of the vending machine 403; or after the controller 101 confirms that the operation panel 102 receives money from the money receiving interface, the controller sends an instruction to the mobile manipulator 202, the mobile manipulator 202 picks up the goods, the specified goods 103 are placed in the general conveying channel 501, the general conveying channel 501 conveys the goods 103 to the goods inlet 302 of the vending machine 301, and the goods are delivered from the goods outlet 307 by the goods delivery mechanism of the vending machine 301; the operation panel 102 is provided on the vending machine 301 or at a store outlet 809;
a hidden storage space is arranged inside and outside the store 808, so that the whole space of the store 808 is released, and goods 103 are connected with the goods inlet 302 of the vending machine 301 through the main conveying channel 501 for vending; on one hand, the goods 103 are isolated at a safe position, and the labor and security input of stealing, dismantling and tallying is reduced; on the other hand, the warehouse does not occupy the use area of the store 808, so that the area of the store 808 plays more roles, and the aims of greatly reducing the cost and reducing or eliminating tally and cleaning labor are fulfilled.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 7, the wall interlayer goods warehousing and vending machine intelligent delivery system is characterized in that a wall interlayer warehouse 805 warehouses goods 103 according to a warehousing sequence, when a purchaser selects the goods 103 on a goods interface of an operation panel 102 of a vending machine 301 and pays through a payment interface, after the controller 101 confirms payment, an instruction is sent to a goods picking pusher 203, the goods picking pusher 203 picks the goods according to the instruction of the controller 101, the specified goods 103 are placed into a main conveying channel 501, the main conveying channel 501 is provided with a lifting type conveyor and a conveying belt type conveyor 704, the goods 103 are conveyed into a goods inlet 302 of the vending machine 301, and the goods 103 are delivered from a goods outlet 307 by a goods delivery mechanism of the vending machine 301;
wherein, sensors 303 are arranged in the goods inlet 302 and the goods outlet 307, after the sensors 303 in the goods inlet 302 sense the goods 103, the goods 103 are moved to the position in the goods outlet 307 by starting the goods outlet mechanism of the vending machine 301, after the sensors 303 in the goods outlet 307 sense the goods 103, an electromagnetic lock 308 and a door opening and closing mechanism arranged on the goods outlet 309 open the goods outlet 309, the goods 103 are taken away by the purchaser, and after the sensors 303 in the goods outlet 307 sense that no goods 103 exist, the electromagnetic lock 308 and the door opening and closing mechanism close the goods outlet 309;
in order to release the whole space of the store 808, a sandwich type warehouse is built at one side of the store close to the wall, and is connected with the vending machine 301 for vending; on one hand, the goods 103 are isolated at a safe position, and the labor and security input of stealing, dismantling and tallying is reduced; on the other hand, the warehouse occupies the use area of the shop in a minimized way, and only the external unmanned vending machine 301 and the shop window sample are arranged to meet the purchaser in a way of hiding the actual goods 103, so that more use area of the shop can be occupied, the vacated shop area can play more roles, the purposes of greatly reducing the cost and reducing or eliminating tally and cleaning labor are achieved.
Example 5
As shown in fig. 8, the attic warehouse 806 stores the goods 103 according to the storage sequence, when the purchaser selects the goods 103 on the operation panel 102 of the vending machine 301 and pays through the payment interface, the controller 101 sends an instruction to the goods-picking pusher 203 after confirming the payment, the goods-picking pusher 203 picks the goods according to the instruction of the controller 101, the designated goods 103 are placed in the general conveying channel 501, the general conveying channel 501 is provided with a conveying belt type conveyer 704 and a lifting type conveyer 704, the goods 103 are conveyed into the goods inlet 302 of the vending machine 301, and the goods are discharged from the goods outlet 307 by the goods-discharging mechanism of the vending machine 301;
touch switches 304 are arranged in the goods inlet 302 and the goods outlet 307, after the goods 103 are touched by the touch switches 304 in the goods inlet 302, the vending machine 301 is started to move the goods 103 to the position in the goods outlet 307, after the goods 103 are touched by the touch switches 304 in the goods outlet 307, an electromagnetic lock 308 and a door opening and closing mechanism arranged on the goods outlet 309 open the goods outlet 309, a purchaser takes the goods 103 away, and after the goods 103 are not touched by the touch switches 304 in the goods outlet 307, the goods outlet 309 is closed by the electromagnetic lock 308 and the door opening and closing mechanism;
the narrow space is fully utilized, the whole space of a store 808 is released, a sandwich type warehouse 801 is built in the air of the store, and the store is connected with a vending machine 301 for vending; on one hand, the goods 103 are isolated at a safe position, and the labor and security input of stealing, dismantling and tallying is reduced; on the other hand, the warehouse occupies the use area of the shop in a minimized way, and only the external unmanned vending machine 301 and the shop window sample are arranged to meet the purchaser in a way of hiding the actual goods 103, so that more use area of the shop can be occupied, the vacated shop area can play more roles, the purposes of greatly reducing the cost and reducing or eliminating tally and cleaning labor are achieved.

wherein, the light-operated switches 305 are arranged in the goods inlet 302 and the goods outlet 307, after the light-operated switches 305 in the goods inlet 302 sense the goods 103, the vending machine 301 is started to move the goods 103 to the inner position of the goods outlet 307, after the light-operated switches 305 in the goods outlet 307 sense the goods 103, the electromagnetic lock 308 and the door opening and closing mechanism arranged on the goods outlet 309 open the goods outlet 309, the purchaser takes the goods 103, and after the light-operated switches 305 in the goods outlet 307 sense no goods 103, the electromagnetic lock 308 and the door opening and closing mechanism close the goods outlet 309;
the narrow space is fully utilized, the whole space of a store 808 is released, a sandwich type warehouse 801 is built on the ground of the store, and the store is connected with a vending machine 301 for vending; on one hand, the goods 103 are isolated at a safe position, and the labor and security input of stealing, dismantling and tallying is reduced; on the other hand, the occupied shop area is minimized, and by means of hiding the actual goods 103, only the external unmanned vending machine 301 and the show window sample are arranged to meet the purchaser, so that more occupied shop area can be vacated, the vacated shop area can play more roles, the cost is greatly reduced, and the purposes of reducing or canceling tallying and cleaning labor are achieved.

Claims (8)

1. An intelligent goods feeding system for goods storage, stores and vending machines is characterized by comprising a warehouse, a goods picking machine, a main conveying channel, a vending machine, a controller and an operation panel; the goods picking machine is arranged in the warehouse; the main conveyor way is connected from the warehouse to the vending machine; the controller is provided with a control system, the control system comprises a microprocessor and a goods classification storage module, and the microprocessor is respectively connected with at least one or the combination of the goods storage module, the goods picking machine module, the vending machine module, the collection system module and the power supply module.
2. The intelligent loading system for goods storage and vending machines and venues as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a lane changer and a plurality of branch conveying lanes when there are a plurality of kinds of goods and/or a plurality of vending machines, the lane changer having a main end and a plurality of branch ends; the main conveying channel is connected to a main end from a warehouse, a plurality of branch ends of the channel changing machine are respectively connected with a plurality of branch conveying channels, and a plurality of branch conveying channels are respectively correspondingly connected with a plurality of vending machines; the control system also comprises a goods classification storage module and a lane change machine module, and the microprocessor is respectively connected with at least one or the combination of the goods classification storage module, the goods picking machine module, the lane change machine module, the vending machine module, the cash collection system module and the power supply module;
the operation panel is provided with a goods interface and/or a collection interface.

The intelligent loading system for the goods warehouse, the store and the vending machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the lane changing machine further comprises a lane changing fork and a steering engine/motor; one end of the lane changing shifting fork is a fixed end and is connected with the general end; the other end is a movable end which is connected with a steering engine/motor.
4. The intelligent loading system for goods warehouse and vending machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the warehouse is arranged into one layer, two layers or more than two layers; or at least one of a floor type warehouse, an attic type warehouse, a sandwich type warehouse and an underground type warehouse or a combination thereof.
5. The intelligent loading system for goods warehousing and vending machines as claimed in claim 1, wherein the picking machine is configured as at least one of a mobile manipulator, a picking robot, a picking pusher, and other picking machines or a combination thereof.
6. An intelligent loading system for goods warehousing and selling places and vending machines according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said main conveying channel is provided as a slide or a conveyor; the sub-conveying channel is provided with a slide way or a conveyor.
7. The intelligent loading system of claim 1, wherein the vending machine comprises at least one of a loading port, a sensor, a touch switch, a light-operated switch, a delivery mechanism, a delivery port, an electromagnetic lock, a delivery door and a door opening and closing mechanism, the sensor/touch switch/light-operated switch is respectively arranged in the loading port and the delivery port, the delivery mechanism is arranged in the vending machine, and the electromagnetic lock and the door opening and closing mechanism are connected with the delivery door.
8. The intelligent loading system for goods storage and vending machine and the store according to claim 1, wherein said operation panel is provided on the vending machine or at the store outlet.
