The pressing plate frame 54 is installed at the bottom of the lifting table 533, and when the workpiece seat 6 is rotated to the position of the flushing mechanism 5, the pressing plate frame 54 is aligned with the edge position of the workpiece 100 in the workpiece seat 6, so that the main cylinder 532 can push the pressing plate frame 54 to press the edge of the workpiece 100 through the lifting table 533 to complete the pressing work on the workpiece 100. Four connecting bolts 55 are screwed on the lifting platform 533, and the four connecting bolts 55 are screwed with four corners of the pressing plate frame 54 respectively, so that the pressing plate frame 54 can be mounted on the lifting platform 533 through the four connecting bolts 55. Every connecting bolt 55 all is equipped with pretension spring 56 on the cover, and pretension spring 56 both ends respectively with elevating platform 533 and pressure plate frame 54 support tightly, can strengthen the joint strength between connecting bolt 55 and elevating platform 533 and the pressure plate frame 54, make connecting bolt 55 be difficult for taking place not hard up.
The number of the scouring cylinders 531 is two, the two scouring cylinders 531 are respectively vertically installed on two sides of the top surface of the lifting platform 533, and each piston rod of each scouring cylinder 531 penetrates through the lifting platform 533 and is vertically arranged downwards. A connecting plate is arranged between the piston rods of the two scouring cylinders 531, and the scouring heads 52 are arranged on the bottom surface of the connecting plate, so that the scouring cylinders 531 can control the scouring heads 52 to do back-and-forth scouring motion along the vertical direction through the connecting plate, and the scouring work on the workpiece 100 is completed.
When the flushing mechanism 5 flushes the workpiece 100, the main cylinder 532 pushes the lifting table 533 to enable the pressing plate frame 54 mounted on the lifting table 533 to press the edge position of the workpiece 100, and then the flushing cylinder 531 pushes the flushing head 52 to flush the interior of the workpiece 100; when the flushing head 52 finishes the flushing work, the main cylinder 532 pulls the lifting table 533 to ascend, so that the pressing frame 54 can be separated from the material receiving plate 61, and the flushing work of the workpiece 100 is finished.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, in the present embodiment, a chip removal port is opened at the bottom of the mounting groove on the working seat, the inner contour of the chip removal port is smaller than the inner contour of the mounting groove, and the chip removal port penetrates through the workpiece seat 6 and the rotating table 2. The flushing frame 51 is provided with a blowing pipe 7, the blowing pipe 7 is connected with a nozzle 71, the nozzle 71 is flat plate-shaped, and when the workpiece seat 6 rotates to the position of the flushing mechanism 5, the nozzle 71 is aligned with the chip removal port. When the flushing head 52 flushes the interior of the workpiece 100, the blow pipe 7 can blow the scraps flushed from the inner side of the workpiece 100 by the flushing head 52 into the scrap discharge port through the nozzle 71, so as to complete the purging operation of the interior of the workpiece 100.
