Referring to the drawings, a clamping structure 320 is disposed on the floor brush main body 300, the clamping structure 320 is located in the first accommodating space, and the floor brush main body 300 is connected to the support 120 of the first rolling brush 100 through the clamping structure 320. The clamping structure 320 comprises a lower rib 321 arranged on the floor brush main body 300 and used for supporting the bracket 121 from the bottom, and an upper rib 322 capable of being matched with the lower rib 321. After the upper rib plate 322 is matched with the lower rib plate 321, the lower rib plate 321 and the upper rib plate 322 can enclose to form a limiting hole for limiting the bracket 121 in the axial direction of the rolling brush body 110. In order to avoid the bracket 121 rotating along with the rotation of the rolling brush body 110, the bracket 121 is disposed in a non-circular shape, and the limiting hole is a non-circular hole. In order to enable the clamping structure 320 to have a good limiting effect, the inner ring of the lower rib plate 321 and the inner ring of the upper rib plate 322 are both provided with a clamping edge 323 protruding towards the direction of the bracket 121, and the outer ring of the bracket 121 is provided with an annular clamping groove 1211 matched with the clamping edge 323. In order to improve the connection stability and reliability of the cover plate 340, the upper rib plate 322 and the lower rib plate 321 are clamped by the latch 324, please refer to fig. 10 and 11, the latch 324 is pivotally connected to the end of the lower rib plate 321, a latch groove 325 matching with the latch 324 is formed between the upper rib plate 322 and the inner wall of the cover plate 340, and the latch 324 is inserted into the latch groove 325. Therefore, the cover plate 340 is connected with the floor brush main body 300 through the pivot connection at the pivot axis X and the clamping connection between the clamping tongue 324 and the clamping tongue groove 325, and the floor brush has the advantage of stable and reliable connection.
Considering that the first roll brush 100 adopts a segmented structure, and a spacing region M exists between adjacent two roll brush bodies 110, the second roll brush 200 is configured to clean a surface to be cleaned corresponding to at least the spacing region M. Therefore, when the floor brush is used for cleaning the surface to be cleaned, no residual area which is not cleaned in place is left on the surface to be cleaned. In the present embodiment, the second roll brush 200 has the same structure as the first roll brush 100 and is centrally symmetrically distributed with respect to the center of the brush body 300. Thus, the interval regions M of the first rolling brush 100 and the interval regions M of the second rolling brush 200 are distributed in a staggered manner, and the first rolling brush 100 and the second rolling brush 200 are used in cooperation, so that seamless cleaning can be achieved, and a user does not need to repeatedly clean the same region due to the existence of the interval regions M. In the present embodiment, another advantage of the structure of the second rolling brush 200 and the structure of the first rolling brush 100 being distributed with central symmetry is that: the end of the first rolling brush 100 exposed from the first receiving space and the end of the second rolling brush 200 exposed from the second receiving space are distributed in a staggered manner, so that bidirectional edgewise cleaning can be realized, and the cleaning device has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect.
In a second embodiment, referring to fig. 14, the present invention provides a floor brush for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, comprising: a floor brush body 300a provided with a first receiving space and a second receiving space which are independent from each other; a first rolling brush 100a rotatably disposed in the first accommodating space; the second rolling brush 200a is rotatably arranged in the second accommodating space, and the second rolling brush 200a is arranged approximately parallel to the first rolling brush 100 a; and a driving assembly (not shown) provided on the floor brush body 300a for driving the first and second roll brushes 100a and 200a to rotate. The driving assembly may be driven by a belt or a gear to the first rolling brush 100a and the second rolling brush 200a, but the driving form includes, but is not limited to, a belt or a gear, and may also be other forms of driving, and the form is not limited.
The only difference from the first embodiment is that: the structure of the second roll brush 200a is different from that of the second roll brush 200 in the first embodiment. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 15 to 17, the second rolling brush 200a includes: at least one main rolling brush body 210a, which includes a supporting frame 211a and a main brush sleeve 212a sleeved on the supporting frame 211a and capable of rotating on the supporting frame 211 a; and at least one slave rolling brush body 220a connected to the main rolling brush body 210a such that the slave rolling brush body 220a can be rotated simultaneously when the main brush sleeve 212a is rotated; wherein the main brush roll body 210a and the sub brush roll body 220a are disposed seamlessly in the longitudinal direction of the second brush roll 200 a; wherein, the floor brush main body 300a is provided with a connecting piece 330a, the connecting piece 330a is positioned in the second accommodating space, and the connecting piece 330a is connected with the supporting frame 211a and is used for supporting the second rolling brush 200 a; the second rolling brush 200a has first and second ends in a longitudinal direction, which are respectively located at opposite sides of the link 330a, so that the first and second ends of the second rolling brush 200a can be exposed from the inside of the floor brush body 300 a. Thereby, the second roll brush 200a can realize seamless cleaning and bidirectional edgewise cleaning after being engaged with the first roll brush 100 a.
In the present embodiment, the diameter of the main drum brush body 210a is greater than that of the sub drum brush body 220a, and the bottom edge of the main drum brush body 210a is flush with the bottom edge of the sub drum brush body 220 a. Referring to fig. 18 and 19, the supporting frame 211a includes a first end cap 2111a and a second end cap 2112a disposed opposite to each other, and the first end cap 2111a, the second end cap 2112a and the connecting member 330a are substantially disc-shaped. The first end cap 2111a is provided with a first connection post protruding toward the second end cap 2112a along the axial direction of the main rolling brush body 210a, the second end cap 2112a is provided with a second connection post protruding toward the first end cap 2111a along the axial direction of the main rolling brush body 210a, and the first connection post and the second connection post are connected by a bolt, so that the first end cap 2111a and the second end cap 2112a can be detachably connected. The first and second end caps 2111a and 2112a may be regarded as two end caps of the main brush body 110a, and the connection member 330a is connected to the first end cap 2111a or the second end cap 2112 a.
Further, the main rolling brush body 210a further includes an input shaft 215a rotatably provided on the support bracket 211a, a transmission unit 213a accommodated in a space surrounded by the main brush sleeve 212a and the support bracket 211a, and an output shaft 214a rotatably provided on the support bracket 211a and connected to the sub rolling brush body 220 a. The input shaft 215a is used for inputting power, the output shaft 214a is used for outputting power, and the transmission unit 213a functions to rotate the main brush sleeve 212a and the output shaft 214a in synchronization. In this embodiment, the input shaft 215a is connected to the main brush sleeve 212a through the transmission unit 213a for driving the main brush sleeve 212a to rotate; the output shaft 214a is connected to the main brush sleeve 212a through the transmission unit 213a to allow the input shaft 215a, the main brush sleeve 212a, and the slave roller brush body 220a to be rotated in synchronization with each other. The driving assembly transmits power to the transmission unit 213a through the input shaft 215a, and then the transmission unit 213a transmits the power to the main brush sleeve 212a, so that the main brush sleeve 212a rotates. The main brush sleeve 212a transmits power to the output shaft 214a through the transmission unit 213a after rotating, and both ends of the output shaft 214a penetrate the first end cap 2111a and the second end cap 2112a, respectively, and then are connected to the slave brush body 220a to drive the slave brush body 220a to rotate.
There are various distribution forms between the main rolling brush body 210a and the secondary rolling brush body 220a, in a distribution form, please refer to fig. 15, the number of the main rolling brush body 210a is one, the number of the secondary rolling brush bodies 220a is two, the secondary rolling brush bodies 220a are distributed on two opposite sides of the main rolling brush body 210a, the two secondary rolling brush bodies 220a are simultaneously driven to rotate by one main rolling brush body 210a, the output shaft 214a extends along the axial direction of the main rolling brush body 210a, and two opposite end portions of the output shaft 214a respectively extend out of the support frames 211a and then are connected with the secondary rolling brush bodies 220a, so as to drive the secondary rolling brush bodies 220a to rotate. It is understood that the distribution manner between the master rolling brush body 210a and the slave rolling brush body 220a includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned situations, which are not described herein in detail. In the following discussion, the second rolling brush 200a is a distribution structure in which one main rolling brush body 210a is provided and two sub rolling brush bodies 220a are provided.
In this embodiment, the axial length of the main brush sleeve 212a is greater than or equal to the axial length of the support frame 211a, so that the main brush sleeve 212a can completely cover the support frame 211a in the axial direction of the second roll brush 200a, and the support frame 211a can be prevented from being exposed. When the axial length of the main brush sleeve 212a is greater than that of the holder 211a, a receiving space for receiving the connection member 330a can be formed; when the axial length of the main brush sleeve 212a is equal to the axial length of the holder 211a, a receiving groove for receiving the connection member 330a is formed in the first end cap 2111a or the second end cap 2112 a. Of course, when the axial length of the main brush sleeve 212a is greater than the axial length of the support bracket 111a, the receiving groove may be formed in the first end 2111a or the second end 2112 a.
Further, the main brush sleeve 2112a includes a main sleeve 2121a which is hollow inside and open at both ends, and a main bristle cover 2122a which is provided on the outer periphery of the main sleeve 2121a and rotates together with the main sleeve 2121a, the main bristle cover 2122a is also hollow inside and open at both ends, and the axial length of the main bristle cover 2122a is greater than that of the main sleeve 2121 a. The first end cap 2111a is disposed at an opening of one end of the main sleeve 2121a, the second end cap 2112a is disposed at an opening of the other end of the main sleeve 2121a, the first end cap 2111a and the second end cap 2112a realize the limit of the main sleeve 2121a in the axial direction, and the main sleeve 2121a is rotatably disposed on the supporting frame 211a through the first bearing 216 a. The transmission unit 213a includes an inner ring gear 2131a fixed on the main brush sleeve 212a, a first gear 2132a engaged with the inner ring gear 2131a and disposed on the input shaft 215a, and a second gear 2133a engaged with the inner ring gear 2131a and disposed on the output shaft 214 a. To simplify the assembly, the first gear 2132a is integrally formed with the input shaft 215a, the second gear 2133a is integrally formed with the output shaft 214a, the input shaft 215a is rotatably mounted to the second end cap 2112a via the second bearing 217a, and the output shaft 214a is rotatably mounted to the support bracket 211a via the third bearing 218 a.
In order to facilitate connection between the main sleeve 2121a and the main bristle cover 2122a, referring to fig. 20, the main sleeve 2121a is provided with arc-shaped retaining strips a on its outer circumferential wall, and the main bristle cover 2122a is provided with arc-shaped slots B on its inner circumferential wall for engaging with the arc-shaped retaining strips a. When the main sleeve 2121a and the main bristle sleeve 2122a are installed, only an external force needs to be applied in the axial direction, and the arc-shaped clamping strip a is clamped into the arc-shaped groove B. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 21, the slave rolling brush body 220a includes a slave sleeve 221a and a slave bristle sleeve 222a, a receiving cavity 2221a for receiving the slave sleeve 221a is formed in the slave bristle sleeve 222a, the slave sleeve 221a is clamped in the receiving cavity 2221a, and an end of the output shaft 214a extends into the receiving cavity 2221a and is connected to the slave sleeve 221a by a bolt, so that the slave bristle sleeve 222a rotates along with the slave sleeve 221 a.
In a third embodiment, referring to fig. 24, the present invention provides a floor brush for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, including: a floor brush body 300b provided with a first receiving space and a second receiving space which are independent from each other; a first rolling brush 100b rotatably disposed in the first accommodating space; the second rolling brush 200b is rotatably arranged in the second accommodating space, and the second rolling brush 200b is arranged approximately parallel to the first rolling brush 100 b; and a driving assembly (not shown) provided on the floor brush body 300b for driving the first and second roll brushes 100b and 200b to rotate.
In the present embodiment, the first and second roll brushes 100b and 200b have the same structure, and the second roll brush 200a of the second embodiment has the same structure. The first accommodating space and the second accommodating space are both provided with connecting pieces 330b for supporting. The driving assembly can be driven by a belt or a gear to the first rolling brush 100b and the second rolling brush 200b, but the driving form includes, but is not limited to, a belt or a gear, and may also be other forms of driving, and the form is not limited.
It is understood that the floor brush of the present invention can be applied to different usage scenarios, which will be illustrated below.
The floor brush of the present invention can be applied to a cleaning apparatus. Wherein the cleaning device comprises a floor brush as described above. The cleaning device may be a vacuum cleaner, floor scrubber or the like.
It should be understood that the above specific application is only an example of the floor brush of the present invention, and those skilled in the art can make an adaptive adjustment according to the actual situation, which is not described herein.
In conclusion, the edge cleaning and seamless cleaning of the floor brush are realized by arranging the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush and matching the first rolling brush and the second rolling brush, and the floor brush has the advantages of convenience in use, high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect; furthermore, the first rolling brush is detachably arranged on the floor brush main body through the clamping structure, and the floor brush has the advantages of convenience in disassembly and assembly and stability and reliability in connection; furthermore, the first end part and the second end part of the second rolling brush can be exposed from the inside of the floor brush main body, and each section of the second rolling brush is in seamless connection, so that seamless cleaning can be realized while bidirectional edge cleaning is realized, and the floor brush has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency and good cleaning effect.
The above is only one embodiment of the present invention, and any other modifications based on the concept of the present invention are considered as the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A roll brush, comprising:
the main rolling brush body comprises a support frame and a main brush sleeve which is sleeved on the periphery of the support frame and can be rotatably arranged on the support frame; and
the at least one slave rolling brush body is connected to the main rolling brush body and arranged at intervals with the main rolling brush body, so that the slave rolling brush body can rotate along with the main rolling brush body when the main brush sleeve rotates;
wherein the main rolling brush body and the slave rolling brush body are seamlessly arranged in a longitudinal direction of the rolling brush.
2. Roller brush according to claim 1,
the main rolling brush body is provided with an input shaft, and the input shaft is rotatably arranged on the support frame;
the input shaft is connected with the main brush sleeve and used for driving the main brush sleeve to rotate.
3. Roller brush according to claim 2,
the main rolling brush body is internally accommodated with a transmission unit, and the input shaft is connected with the main brush sleeve through the transmission unit.
4. Roller brush according to claim 3,
the support frame is also rotatably provided with an output shaft, and the output shaft is connected with the slave rolling brush body;
the output shaft is connected with the main brush sleeve through the transmission unit so as to enable the input shaft, the main brush sleeve and the auxiliary rolling brush body to synchronously rotate.

the transmission unit comprises an inner gear ring fixedly arranged on the main brush sleeve, a first gear meshed with the inner gear ring and arranged on the input shaft, and a second gear meshed with the inner gear ring and arranged on the output shaft.

the diameter of the main rolling brush body is larger than that of the auxiliary rolling brush body, and the bottom edge of the main rolling brush body is flush with that of the auxiliary rolling brush body.
7. A floor brush, comprising:
the floor brush body is provided with a connecting piece; and
the rolling brush is rotatably arranged on the connecting piece, and the connecting piece is configured to support the rolling brush;
the rolling brush is provided with a first end part and a second end part in the longitudinal direction, and the first end part and the second end part are respectively positioned at two opposite sides of the connecting seat so as to enable the first end part and the second end part of the rolling brush to be exposed out of the inside of the floor brush body;
wherein the roll brush is the roll brush according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
8. A floor brush as claimed in claim 7,
the support frame with the connecting piece is connected, the connecting piece is located the tip department of main round brush body.
9. A floor brush as claimed in claim 7, wherein a drive unit is further provided within the floor brush body, the drive unit being configured to provide a driving force to the main brush sleeve.
10. A cleaning device comprising a floor brush as claimed in any one of claims 7 to 9.
