And (3) formula: a diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea comprises, by mass, 40g of a walnut diaphragma juglandis concentrated solution, 40g of a russianolive leaf concentrated solution, 10g of platycodon grandiflorum, 6g of liquorice and 4g of rose.
And (4) formula: a diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea comprises 49g of a walnut diaphragma juglandis concentrated solution, 30g of a russianolive leaf concentrated solution, 9g of platycodon grandiflorum, 6g of liquorice and 6g of rose in percentage by mass.
Example 3: preparation of diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health tea
The embodiment provides a preparation method of diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea on the basis of the embodiments 1-2, and the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:

(2) Taking Elaeagnus angustifolia leaves, coarsely crushing, soaking in water, filtering to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf soaking solution, then concentrating to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf extracting solution, boiling, cooling to room temperature, filtering, concentrating to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf concentrated solution, and proportionally placing the Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf concentrated solution and the obtained diaphragma juglandis concentrated solution in a packaging shell of a tea bag suitable for the diaphragmatis juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea.
(3) Taking platycodon grandiflorum, coarsely crushing, soaking in water, filtering to obtain platycodon grandiflorum soaking solution, then concentrating to obtain platycodon grandiflorum extracting solution, boiling, cooling to room temperature, filtering, concentrating, placing in a vacuum freeze-drying chamber, setting the vacuum degree of the freeze-drying chamber to be 50Pa, and vacuum freeze-drying at the heating plate temperature of 55 ℃ to obtain platycodon grandiflorum powder.
(4) And (3) placing the platycodon root powder obtained in the step (3) and the rest raw materials between a tea bag suitable for the diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea and a packaging shell according to the mass ratio, and sealing to obtain the diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea.
Example 4: tea making bag suitable for diaphragma juglandis health tea

Example 6: sensory evaluation of diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea
Inviting 24 persons to evaluate an instant diaphragma juglandis tea (patent number is CN109221552B) (comparison 2) obtained according to a Chinese patent report, a formula provided in example 2 and a preparation method provided in example 3, and a diaphragma juglandis health tea prepared according to a formula 1 provided in example 2 and a preparation method provided in example 3 of the present invention, with a commercially available tea bag packaging product (comparison 3), and performing sensory evaluation on the diaphragma juglandis health teas provided in formulas 2 to 4 provided in example 2 to example 4 of the present invention, wherein 12 persons in professional and non-professional are used, 4 persons in professional, young, middle-aged and old are used, and half of male and female are used; non-professional people, juvenile, young, middle-aged and old, 4 respectively, and male and female half respectively. The scoring comprises four aspects of appearance (20 points), texture (25 points), flavor (30 points) and taste (25 points), and scoring personnel independently do not influence each other to ensure accurate evaluation results. 3. The preparation method of the diaphragma juglandis nerve-soothing health-care tea is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) taking and coarsely crushing diaphragma juglandis, soaking in ethanol with the volume percentage concentration of 50%, filtering to obtain diaphragma juglandis soaking solution, and then concentrating until no alcohol smell exists to obtain diaphragma juglandis extracting solution; loading onto D-101 macroporous adsorbent resin, eluting with 50% ethanol solution, collecting eluate, filtering, and concentrating to obtain refined extract; adding crystal sugar water solution, sealing, fermenting, filtering to obtain primary fermentation liquid, adding 2% of yeast and Bacillus natto at a mass ratio of 1:0.5 into the primary fermentation liquid, fermenting, filtering to obtain secondary fermentation liquid, boiling, cooling to room temperature, filtering, and concentrating to obtain diaphragma juglandis concentrated solution;
(2) taking Elaeagnus angustifolia leaves, coarsely crushing, soaking in water, filtering to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf soaking solution, then concentrating to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf extracting solution, boiling, cooling to room temperature, filtering, concentrating to obtain an Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf concentrated solution, and proportionally placing the Elaeagnus angustifolia leaf concentrated solution and the obtained diaphragma juglandis concentrated solution into a packaging shell in a tea making bag suitable for the diaphragmatis angustifolia health tea;
