s2, predicting whether the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard or not according to the first ticket information;
and S3, when the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal is predicted to exceed the standard, intervening the usage of the communication service of the first user terminal.
In this embodiment, the ticket information processing method may be applied to the communication system shown in fig. 2. Fig. 2 includes a User terminal, a 5G gbb, and a 5G core Network, where the User terminal is a device such as a mobile phone or a tablet computer, the 5G gbb is a base station for the User terminal to Access, the User terminal accesses the 5G core Network through the 5G gbb, and the 5G core Network includes Network elements such as a SMF (Session Management Function), a UPF (User Plane Function), an AMF (Access and Mobility Management Function), and an NWDAF (Network Data analysis Function).
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the execution process of the ticket information processing method is that a user terminal initiates a data service request, then the 5G base station gNB forwards the corresponding request to the AMF network element of the 5G core network, and then the AMF network element sends an analysis request to the NWDAF network element to trigger the NWDAF network element to execute steps S1 to S3.
In this embodiment, when the step S1, that is, the step of obtaining the first ticket information, is executed, the following steps may be specifically executed:
s101, the SMF network element acquires user charging information of a first user terminal;
s102, the SMF network element initiates a charging initialization request to the CHF network element according to the user charging information;
s103, returning a plurality of rate group information to the SMF network element by the CHF network element according to the user charging information;
s104, the SMF network element initiates an N4 session establishment request to the UPF network element; the N4 session establishment request issues URR information for each rate group information;
s105, continuously forwarding the user data traffic of the first user terminal by the UPF network element, and accumulating the user data traffic to URR information;
s106, when the URR information is accumulated to exceed a preset threshold value, the UPF network element reports the URR information to the SMF network element;

s110, the SMF network element initiates charging termination to the CHF network element;
and S111, after the charging is terminated, the CHF network element returns the first ticket information.
The principle of steps S101-S111 is shown in fig. 4. Each reference number in fig. 4 indicates the following flow:
(1) SMF initiates a charging initialization request to CHF according to PCF, UDM or locally configured user charging information. The user charging information comprises user basic information (supi, imei, msisdn, location, etc.), user charging subscription information (contracted rate group or rate group and service identification), user PDU session related information, and the like; the CHF returns the rate group or the rate group and the detailed configuration of the service according to the charging subscription information of the user carried in the request. The detailed configuration includes a traffic quota or time quota, a traffic threshold or time threshold, and so on;
(2) the SMF initiates an N4 session establishment request to the UPF. Wherein, a URR is issued for each rate group or rate group and service identifier in the request, and usable flow or time values of the corresponding rate group or rate group and service identifier are preset;
(3) UPF continuously forwards user data traffic, and counts URRs corresponding to the accumulated values;
(4) when the accumulated flow or time in the URR reaches the value of a preset zone, the UPF initiates flow reporting to the SMF;
(5) SMF searches corresponding rate group or rate group and service identification according to URR reported by flow, initiates charging update to CHF, and reports flow or time used by user to CHF;
(6) if the CHF returns new quota information, the SMF updates the quota information to the UPF;
(7) when a user requests to release the PDU session, the SMF initiates N4 session release to the UPF;
(8) the SMF initiates a charging termination to CHF.
Wherein, the CHF network element needs to be configured with a rate group or a mapping from the rate group and the service identifier to the data service. When the user terminal opens an account, different rate groups or rate groups and services are signed according to the ordered package. An example of a rating group is shown in table 1, an example of a rating group and service is shown in table 2, and an example of rating group attribute configuration is shown in table 3.

By executing the step S1, the obtained first ticket information records ticket information corresponding to the communication service used by the first user terminal in a first historical time period, where the first historical time period is a certain time period before the step S1 is executed, and a specific starting time of the first historical time period can be freely set. The ticket information may include the following information: data traffic aggregate value, data access interface, serial number, user identification, calling number, called number, starting time, ending time, call duration, call property, charge rate, fee, discount and the like.
In this embodiment, when step S2 is executed, that is, the step of predicting whether the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard according to the first ticket information, the following steps may be specifically executed:
S201A, performing type identification of at least one identification dimension on the first user terminal, and obtaining a classification label of the first user terminal through type identification of each identification dimension;
S202A, searching at least one second user terminal; the second user terminal has all the classification labels of the first user terminal;
S203A, acquiring second phone bill information; the second ticket information records ticket information corresponding to the communication service used by the second user terminal in the first historical time period;
S204A, calculating an average value of the same type of information recorded by each second phone bill information;
and S205A, when the same type of information recorded in the first ticket information exceeds the average value, determining that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard, otherwise, determining that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal does not exceed the standard.
In step S201A, a plurality of identification dimensions such as a home region, a roaming region, a client class, a service life, a user age, and the like may be set, and type identification is performed on the first user terminal from these different identification dimensions, where the type identification of each identification dimension obtains a result value, and the result value may be used as a value of the classification tag. For example, the type identification of the identification dimension "home zone" may make the value of the classification label obtained by the first user terminal "belong to a first zone"; the type identification of the identification dimension of the roaming area can enable the value of the classification label obtained by the first user terminal to be in roaming in the area of the ethyl region; the type identification of the identification dimension of the customer grade can make the value of the classification label obtained by the first user terminal be the VIP customer; the type identification of the identification dimension of 'age limit' can make the value of the classification label obtained by the first user terminal be 'old user'; the type identification of the identification dimension of "user age group" can make the value of the classification label obtained by the first user terminal be "youth". By performing step S201A, the first user terminal obtains classification tags having values of "belonging to the first region", "roaming in the second region", "VIP client", "old user", "young" respectively.
In step S202A, referring to step S201A, the other user terminals except the first user terminal may be classified accordingly, so that each user terminal obtains a corresponding tag. Then, it is checked whether or not the other user terminals except the first user terminal simultaneously have the classification tags (other classification tags may be allowed or not) having the values "belong to the first area", "roam in the second area", "VIP client", "old user", "young" and the like, and the user terminals found that simultaneously have the classification tags having the values "belong to the first area", "roam in the second area", "VIP client", "old user", "young" and the like except the first user terminal are the second user terminals in step S202A.
In step S203A, the principle of obtaining the first ticket information of the first user terminal in step S1 may be referred to, and second ticket information corresponding to each second user terminal is respectively obtained, and each second ticket information respectively records ticket information corresponding to a communication service used by the corresponding second user terminal in the first historical time period.
In step S204A, an average value is calculated for the same type of information recorded in each second voice ticket information. For example, the information "data traffic integrated value" may be selected, and an average value of the data traffic integrated values recorded in the second voice-only information may be calculated.
In step S205A, the data traffic integrated value recorded in the first ticket information is compared with the average value of the data traffic integrated values recorded in each second ticket information calculated in step S204A, if the data traffic integrated value recorded in the first ticket information exceeds the average value calculated in step S204A, it may be determined that the traffic of the first user terminal exceeds the standard, and if the data traffic integrated value recorded in the first ticket information does not exceed the average value calculated in step S204A, it may be determined that the traffic of the first user terminal does not exceed the standard.
The principle of steps S201A-S205A is that: by executing the step S201A, it may be determined that the first user terminal is classified in different identification dimensions, and by executing the step S202A, it may be determined that a plurality of second user terminals that belong to the same type as the first user terminal, because a plurality of classification labels having the same value are provided between the second user terminal and the first user terminal, it indicates that the second user terminal and the first user terminal belong to user terminals of the same type, an average communication service usage level of the plurality of second user terminals may be used as a basis for determining whether a communication service usage level of the first user terminal exceeds a standard, and information in the ticket information may reflect the communication service usage level of the user terminal, and by executing the steps S203A to S205A, it may be considered that the communication service usage of the first user terminal is more biased, and even if the current communication service usage exceeds the standard, it may be determined that the first user terminal has a problem in advance that the first user terminal has a communication service usage exceeding the standard according to the fact that the level of the first ticket information included in the first ticket information exceeds the average level included in the second ticket information.
In summary, the advantages of performing steps S201A-S205A include that the required data (only all data called by the communication service provider) can be easily obtained, and the privacy security is not affected (all data called by the communication service provider is analyzed, the called data is ticket information generated in the normal communication process of the user terminal, and the ticket information itself and the intermediate analysis result thereof do not need to be sent to the user terminal), the first ticket information of the first user terminal is reasonably held, and it is judged in advance that the ticket usage of the communication service will exceed the standard, thereby avoiding the problem that the execution of the countermeasure is not in time due to the fact that the ticket usage of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard.
In this embodiment, when step S2 is executed, that is, the step of predicting whether the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard according to the first ticket information, the following steps may be specifically executed:
S201B, performing behavior prediction on the first user terminal according to the first ticket information, and determining at least one classification label of the first user terminal according to a behavior prediction result;
S202B, searching at least one second user terminal; the second user terminal has all the classification labels of the first user terminal;
S203B, acquiring second phone bill information; the second call ticket information records call ticket information corresponding to the communication service used by the second user terminal in the first historical time period;
S204B, calculating an average value of the same type of information recorded by each second phone bill information;
and S205B, when the same type of information recorded in the first ticket information exceeds the average value, determining that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard, otherwise, determining that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal does not exceed the standard.
In step S201B, the calling number and the called number in the first ticket information may be analyzed, so as to perform behavior prediction, for example, in the first ticket information, if the occurrence frequency of the calling number and the called number in the third area exceeds a preset threshold, it may be determined that the first user terminal may go to the third area, and a classification label with a value of "third area" is added to the first user terminal; the start time and the end time in the first ticket information may be analyzed to perform behavior prediction, for example, the occurrence frequency of the time period from 23.
The principles of steps S202B-S205B correspond to steps S202A-S205A, respectively.
The principle of steps S201B-S205B is that: by performing the behavior prediction in step S201B, information that is not directly included in the current first ticket information may be obtained by mining, for example, the first ticket information in the above example does not reflect that the first user terminal belongs to the third region or is roaming in the third region at present, and does not reflect that the user of the first user terminal is a youth year, but by performing step S201B, it may be reasonably determined that the first user terminal will go to the third region for roaming, and the actual user of the first user terminal is a youth year, so that the first user terminal will belong to the same type as the second user terminal that belongs to the third region or is roaming to the third region as well as the actual user is a youth year, and thus the classification deviation facing the data mining in S201A is corrected. Based on the principle of steps S201B-S205B. Executing steps S201B-S205B can also obtain the effect of judging in advance whether the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal exceeds the standard or not according to the first ticket information under the conditions that the required data is easily obtained and the privacy security is not affected.
In this embodiment, when step S3 is executed, that is, the step of intervening the communication service usage of the first user terminal, the following steps may be specifically executed:
S301A, generating prompt information; the prompt message comprises content for prompting that the usage amount of the communication service exceeds the standard;
and S302A, sending prompt information to the first user terminal.
After steps S1-S2 are executed, if it is predicted in step S2 that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal will exceed the standard, the 5G core network may generate a prompt message, where the prompt message may include "your usage amount of the communication service (data traffic usage amount, etc.) is about to exceed the standard, please keep track of the usage situation, and may be used to prompt the content that the usage amount exceeds the standard, such as" reducing the usage time by a proper amount ", and the 5G core network may send the prompt message generated in step S301A to the first user terminal, and after reading the prompt message, the user of the first user terminal knows that the usage amount of the communication service of the first user terminal is predicted to be the standard, thereby executing a countermeasure such as reducing the usage time or applying for a larger usage amount of the communication service (e.g., applying for more data traffic), and reducing the consequences such as excessive cost and user experience degradation caused by executing the countermeasure after the communication service of the first user terminal actually exceeds the standard.
In this embodiment, when step S3 is executed, that is, the step of intervening the communication service usage of the first user terminal, the following steps may be specifically executed:
S301B, obtaining the remaining available service volume of the first user terminal;
S302B, setting a first coefficient; the first coefficient is a positive number;
S303B, setting an upper speed limit; the upper speed limit is the product of the remaining available traffic and the first coefficient;
S304B, limiting the traffic speed of the communication service to be not more than the upper speed limit.
In step S301B, the 5G core network may count the remaining available traffic of the first user terminal in real time, where the remaining available traffic may be the same amount of the remaining available data traffic (expressed in units of MB or GB, etc.).
In step S302B, a positive first coefficient C is set 1 Since the remaining available traffic determined in step S301B is the remaining available data traffic, the symbol R is used in the table in this embodimentIndicates the remaining available data traffic, which may be in units of MB, and the first coefficient C in step S303B 1 Product C with the remaining available traffic R 1 R is the upper speed limit, which may be in the same unit MB/S as the traffic flow rate, so the first coefficient C set in step S302B 1 May be in the unit of s -1 I.e. the first coefficient C 1 Can be expressed as x/s, where x is a positive, pure number.
In step S303B, the upper limit of the speed is set to a first coefficient C 1 Product C with the remaining available traffic R 1 R。
In step S304B, the traffic speed of the communication service of the first user equipment (e.g. the network speed between the first user equipment and the 5G core network) is limited to not exceed the upper speed limit C 1 R, e.g. [0, C ] 1 R]Within the range of (1).
The principle of steps S301B-S304B is that: whether the first user terminal is limited by commercial rules (for example, the total available data traffic of the first user terminal for one month is set to 30GB from a charging system, and the actual usage data traffic of the first user terminal for one month reaches 30GB, another charging mode is executed or the first user terminal is not available), or the limitation caused by the network performance limit (for example, the network speed provided by the 5G core network to the first user terminal is limited, and the data traffic that can be actually used by the first user terminal within a limited time period is also limited), the total available data traffic of the first user terminal for a period of time may be recorded as a constant S. In step S303B, the upper speed limit is set to the remaining available traffic R and the first coefficient C 1 Product of C 1 R,
If the starting time of the period is recorded as 0, the first user terminal always keeps on the upper speed limit C 1 R communicates with the 5G core network, the used traffic (used traffic) of the first user terminal at time t within a period of time is then
Figure BDA0003445419190000101
The remaining available traffic volume R of the first user terminal at time t during a period of time is fulfilled
Figure BDA0003445419190000102
The two sides of the formula are derived from the time t simultaneously
Figure BDA0003445419190000104
Thereby obtaining
Figure BDA0003445419190000105
Where e is the base of the natural logarithm, C 2 Is constant, since the remaining available traffic R is initially greater than 0, C 2 Is greater than 0. It can be seen that the speed is capped by a first coefficient C by performing steps S301B-S303B 1 Product C with the remaining available traffic R 1 R, the remaining available service volume R is exponentially decreased along with the time and is always greater than 0, so that the remaining available service volume can be prevented from being decreased to 0, and the requirement of the first user terminal on the available service volume can be met.
In step S302B, a first coefficient may be set according to a communication network load, where the communication network load may be a load of a 5G core network to which the first user terminal is connected. And a first coefficient C 1 Inversely related to the communication network load, i.e. the greater the communication network load, the first coefficient C 1 The smaller such that the upper limit of the speed is C 1 The smaller R is, so that the load of the first user terminal on the 5G core network is reduced.
The call ticket information processing method in the embodiment can be implemented by writing a computer program for implementing the call ticket information processing method in the embodiment, writing the computer program into a computer device or a storage medium, and executing the call ticket information processing method in the embodiment when the computer program is read out and run, thereby achieving the same technical effect as the call ticket information processing method in the embodiment.
