2. The method of claim 1, wherein before the used flow rate does not exceed a preset threshold, the method further comprises:
and the server receives the used flow obtained by local statistics from the terminal in real time.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before calculating the period available flow rate corresponding to each preset period, the method further comprises:
the server receives the used flow corresponding to each preset period uploaded by the terminal according to the preset period;
and determining the bill remaining duration and the bill remaining flow corresponding to each preset period according to the user package information and the received used flow corresponding to each preset period.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the calculating of the period available flow rate corresponding to each of the preset periods comprises:
dividing the bill remaining flow rate corresponding to each preset period by the corresponding bill remaining time length to obtain a corresponding unit available flow rate;
and calculating the time length of multiplying each unit available flow by a preset period to obtain the period available flow corresponding to each preset period.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein when the terminal service card is changed, the method further comprises:
the server receives change information sent by the terminal, acquires corresponding user package information according to the change information, and receives used flow of a user;
the service card is a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card, a soft SIM card or a virtual SIM card;
the change information at least includes terminal identification information.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the terminal identification information is:
the mobile equipment international identity IMEI, and/or the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI, and/or the mobile subscriber directory number MDN.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
when receiving the used flow sent by the terminal, distributing a corresponding authentication token for the terminal;
and sending the periodic available flow to the terminal for flow control according to the authentication token.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein when the user's used flow exceeds a preset threshold, the method further comprises: and the server sets a corresponding speed limit mark for the terminal.
9. A method for implementing flow control, comprising:
when the used flow of the user exceeds a preset threshold value, the terminal sends the used flow to the server according to a preset period, so that the server calculates the available flow of the period corresponding to each preset period according to the used flow and the package information of the user;
and the terminal performs flow control according to the available flow of the period.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein when the user's used flow does not exceed the preset threshold, the method further comprises: and the terminal reports the used flow obtained by local statistics to the server in real time.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein when the terminal service card is changed, the method further comprises:
forbidding the terminal to access the network except the server and the recharging webpage;
and when the terminal accesses the server, sending the change information to the terminal so as to trigger the server to perform flow control processing.
12. The method of claim 9, wherein when the periodically available flow rate is 0, the method further comprises: and forbidding the terminal to access the network except the server and the recharging webpage.
13. A server for realizing flow control is characterized by at least comprising a determining unit and a sending unit; wherein,
the determining unit is used for calculating the corresponding periodic available flow according to the bill remaining duration and the bill remaining flow by the server according to the preset period when the used flow of the user exceeds the preset threshold;
and the sending unit is used for sending the available periodic flow corresponding to each preset period to the terminal so that the terminal performs flow control according to the available periodic flow corresponding to each preset period.
14. The server according to claim 13, further comprising a receiving unit for receiving the used traffic sent by the terminal in real time.
15. The server according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the determining unit is specifically configured to,
when the used flow of the user exceeds a preset threshold, according to a preset period and according to the corresponding bill remaining time and the bill remaining flow,
dividing the bill remaining flow rate corresponding to each preset period by the corresponding bill remaining time length to obtain a corresponding unit available flow rate;
and multiplying the unit available flow of each preset period by the duration of the preset period to calculate the corresponding period available flow.
16. The server according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the server further includes a calculating unit, configured to, before determining the available flow rate for each period corresponding to each preset period, receive an used flow rate corresponding to each preset period uploaded by the terminal according to the preset period;
and calculating the bill remaining duration and the bill remaining flow corresponding to each preset period according to the user package information and the received used flow corresponding to each preset period.
17. The server according to claim 16,
the computing unit is further configured to receive change information sent by the terminal when the terminal is further configured to record that a service card of the terminal is changed, obtain corresponding user package information according to the change information, and receive the used flow of the user;
the service card is an SIM card, a USIM card, a soft SIM card or a virtual SIM card;
the change information at least comprises terminal identification information of the international identity IMEI of the mobile equipment, and/or the international mobile subscriber identity IMSI, and/or the mobile subscriber directory number MDN.
18. The server according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the server further comprises an authentication unit, configured to assign a corresponding authentication token to a terminal when receiving the used traffic sent by the terminal;
and sending the periodic available flow to the terminal for flow control according to the authentication token.
19. The server according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the server further comprises a marking unit for setting a corresponding speed limit mark for the terminal when the used flow of the user exceeds a preset threshold.
20. A terminal for implementing flow control, comprising: a period sending unit and a flow control unit; wherein,
the period sending unit is used for sending the used flow to the server according to the preset period when the used flow exceeds the preset threshold value, so that the server calculates the period available flow corresponding to each preset period according to the used flow and the user package information;
and the flow control unit is used for controlling the flow according to the available periodic flow.
21. The terminal of claim 20, further comprising a real-time reporting unit, configured to report the locally statistically obtained used traffic to the server in real time when the used traffic of the user does not exceed the preset threshold.
22. The terminal of claim 20, further comprising a change processing unit for recording a service card of the terminal, and when the service card of the terminal is changed, prohibiting access to a network other than the server and the charging web page;
and when the server is accessed, sending the change information to the terminal to trigger the server to perform flow control processing.
23. The terminal of claim 20, wherein the flow control unit is further configured to: and when the period available flow is 0, only allowing the network of the server and the recharge webpage to be accessed.
