Abstract
The invention provides a bandwidth adjusting method and device, and relates to the field of internet. The bandwidth adjusting method comprises the following steps: judging whether bandwidth adjustment authorization information of the preset service application exists or not according to the bandwidth adjustment request of the preset service application; if the bandwidth adjustment authorization information of the preset service application does not exist, pushing user prompt information; when receiving a confirmation authorization fed back according to user prompt information to start a bandwidth adjustment service, acquiring bandwidth adjustment authorization information of a preset service application, and generating a bandwidth adjustment instruction according to the bandwidth adjustment authorization information, wherein the bandwidth adjustment instruction is used for controlling adjustment of a preset service application network bandwidth. The embodiment of the invention ensures the safety of user data and improves the safety of network communication.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of internet, in particular to a bandwidth adjusting method and device.
Background
With the development of internet services, high-definition 4K videos, large-scale network games and various cloud-based applications currently put higher and higher demands on user bandwidth. Fixed bandwidth users generally sign fixed bandwidth broadband services with operators, so that even if the bandwidth of a physical channel of a user is large, the maximum bandwidth used by the user for accessing a network cannot exceed the signed bandwidth. If more bandwidth is to be used, more fees need to be paid to upgrade the bandwidth. However, the user may not need the upgraded large bandwidth in most cases, which causes a waste of bandwidth and thus a waste of the paid large bandwidth. Therefore, the demand for speed increase as required arises. The intelligent speed-up platform is a broadband service platform developed to meet the requirements.
The intelligent speed-up platform realizes intelligent control on a broadband service access control point (BRAS), and provides real-time dynamic broadband bandwidth adjustment and differentiated quality of service (QoS) guarantee. The industry has divided the business model of broadband intelligent speed up into two categories, namely forward whole speed up and speed up for backward differentiated applications. The former is to speed up the bandwidth of the user as a whole, and each application of the user uses the shared bandwidth; the latter is speed up for a particular application, while other applications still use the contracted bandwidth.
At present, the speed of backward distinguishing application is mainly that an operator cooperates with an application manufacturer, and the application manufacturer pays the bandwidth speed-increasing cost to the operator after charging for a user.
