Preferably, the second network configuration parameter includes a network connection configuration parameter of each application on the terminal, that is, the network service provider can set a differentiated network configuration parameter according to the application on the terminal, so that the differentiated application network service can be provided when the user does not pay for purchasing the application network service. Specifically, the configuration of the network connection configuration parameters of the application may be performed after negotiation between the application provider and the network service provider.

in the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a network service request, a network service provider obtains account information of an application user, where the application account information is account information of an application set by the application user (terminal user), for example, a user name, a password, or biometric information for logging in the application, and then, the network service provider obtains application network service information corresponding to the application according to the account information, for example, a network speed when the application user uses the application, an accessible time length of the application, and the like, where the application network service information is determined by application payment information of the application user, and the application payment information may be an application service package purchased by the terminal user and corresponding cost information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when a network service provider obtains application network service information corresponding to an application according to a network service request, the network service provider locally obtains the application network service information corresponding to the application at the network service provider according to the network service request, and when the application network service information corresponding to the application is locally obtained, it is determined whether the application network service information is in a validity period, and if so, the obtained application payment information is set as the application network service information corresponding to the application. Therefore, the network service provider does not need to acquire the network service information of the application program from the application program provider every time, and the response efficiency is improved.
Further, when the network service provider does not locally acquire the application program network service information corresponding to the application program, the network service provider forwards the network service request to the application program provider, the application program provider acquires the application program account information of the application program user according to the network service request, acquires the application program payment information of the application program user according to the application program account information, acquires the corresponding application program network service information according to the application program payment information, and sends the application program network service information to the network service provider.
Considering that a single user may have a plurality of terminals, the network service information of the applications purchased or paid for by the user at each terminal may be preset. Preferably, when the corresponding application program network service information is acquired according to the application program payment information, the application program network service information of the application program on each preset terminal device, which is set by the user, is acquired, wherein the application program network service information is set according to the device information and the network capability of each preset terminal device, so that the corresponding network service is provided for the application programs on different terminals according to different terminals, and the user experience of the application program is further improved.
In step S205, the network service provider provides the network service for the application on the terminal according to the application network service information.

In an embodiment of the present application, the information obtaining unit 32 may include:
an information local obtaining unit, configured to locally obtain, by the network service provider, application program network service information corresponding to the application program according to the network service request;
the information setting unit is used for confirming whether the network service information of the application program is in the validity period or not when the network service information of the application program corresponding to the application program is locally acquired, and if so, setting the acquired payment information of the application program as the network service information of the application program corresponding to the application program;
the request forwarding unit is used for forwarding the network service request to an application program provider by the network service provider when the network service information of the application program corresponding to the application program is not acquired locally;

when the application program network service information corresponding to the application program is locally acquired, whether the application program network service information is in the validity period or not is confirmed, if yes, the acquired application program payment information is set as the application program network service information corresponding to the application program;
when the network service information of the application program corresponding to the application program is not acquired locally, the network service provider forwards the network service request to the application program provider;
and the application program provider acquires application program account information of the application program user according to the network service request, acquires application program payment information of the application program user according to the application program account information, acquires corresponding application program network service information according to the application program payment information, and sends the application program network service information to the network service provider.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of the network service provider providing network services to the application on the terminal according to the application network service information comprises:
the network service provider acquires a first network configuration parameter used for the communication of the application program on the terminal according to the network service information of the application program, and configures the network parameter used for the communication of the application program on the terminal by using the first network configuration parameter;
and the network service provider transmits and receives network service data of the application program between the terminals by using the configured network parameters.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to the step of the network service provider receiving the network service request for the application on the terminal, the method further comprises:
the network service provider receives a network access request of the terminal, acquires an identification number of the terminal according to the network access request, and confirms whether the terminal is registered or not according to the identification number;
and when the terminal is confirmed to be registered, the network service provider establishes network connection with the terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of the network service provider establishing the network connection with the terminal comprises:
the network service provider acquires a second network configuration parameter used for the terminal communication according to the identification number of the terminal, and configures the network parameter of the terminal by using the second network configuration parameter;
the network service provider establishes a network connection with the terminal using the configured network parameters.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of the network service provider receiving the network access request of the terminal is preceded by the method further comprising:
and the network service provider registers the terminal according to the identification number of the terminal.
7. An apparatus for web services of an application, the apparatus comprising:
a request receiving unit, which is used for receiving the network service request of the application program on the terminal by the network service provider;
an information obtaining unit, configured to obtain, by the network service provider, application program network service information corresponding to the application program according to the network service request, where the application program network service information is determined by application program payment information of an application program user; and
