The method comprises the following steps: a mobile terminal sends a traffic conversion request to a traffic storage platform; the mobile terminal acquires platform traffic data returned by the traffic storage platform, wherein the platform traffic data consumes the package traffic of the mobile terminal; the mobile terminal sends a traffic exchange request to the traffic storage platform; and the mobile terminal acquires the package traffic requested to be exchanged by the traffic exchange request, wherein the acquired package traffic is converted from the surplus traffic of the mobile terminal, and the surplus traffic is converted from the platform traffic data acquired by the mobile terminal. After inquiring package flow information available for redemption, a user can determine package flow needing to request redemption from the flow storage platform, that is, package flow requesting redemption cannot exceed package flow available for redemption.
Of course, in addition to the user triggering manner, the mobile terminal may also automatically send the traffic exchange request to the traffic storage platform when the remaining traffic of the package is smaller than a certain threshold (the traffic monitoring unit 04 is responsible for monitoring the traffic and the triggering request sending unit 01). But in order to provide the user with sufficient freedom and selected rights, it is preferable that the manner in which the traffic redemption request is sent be triggered by the user.
The package flow acquiring unit 03 is responsible for acquiring package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request, wherein the acquired package flow is obtained by converting balance flow of the mobile terminal, and the balance flow is obtained by converting platform flow data acquired by the mobile terminal.
Fig. 4 is a structural diagram of a device disposed on a traffic storage platform according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the device is configured to implement the main functions of the traffic storage platform in the foregoing method embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the device may include: the request receiving unit 11, the data transmitting unit 12, the traffic converting unit 13, and the traffic transmitting unit 14 may further include an information maintaining unit 15 and a judging unit 16. The main functions of each constituent unit are as follows:
the request receiving unit 11 is responsible for receiving a traffic conversion request of the mobile terminal; and receiving a flow exchange request sent by the mobile terminal.
After the request receiving unit 11 receives the traffic conversion request, the data sending unit 12 returns the platform traffic data to the mobile terminal according to the traffic conversion request. The traffic conversion unit 13 converts package traffic consumed by the returned platform traffic data into balance traffic of the mobile terminal.
Specifically, the following two ways may be included but not limited to:
the first mode is as follows: the data sending unit 12 obtains the remaining traffic information of the package traffic of the mobile terminal included in the traffic conversion request, and returns the platform traffic data corresponding to the remaining traffic information to the mobile terminal.
The second mode is as follows: the data sending unit 12 obtains the platform traffic identifier included in the traffic conversion request, and returns the platform traffic data corresponding to the platform traffic identifier to the mobile terminal.
Platform traffic data may include, but is not limited to: video, audio, picture, text, etc. type resources. As a preferred embodiment, the data sending unit 12 may return the promotion data to the mobile terminal, that is, the mobile terminal is enabled to exchange the acquired promotion data for the balance traffic. The specific promotion strategy can be flexibly configured, for example, a mode of returning a plurality of promotion data alternately can be adopted, and the promotion data can be returned in a targeted manner based on the attributes of the user.
The conversion mode between the platform flow data and the package flow can be executed according to a pre-configured conversion strategy, and the specific strategy can be flexibly configured according to factors such as the type of the platform flow data, the expiration time of the package flow and the like. For the conversion mode from the package flow to the balance flow, the conversion mode can be executed according to a pre-configured conversion strategy, and the specific strategy can be flexibly configured.
The information maintenance unit 15 is responsible for information maintenance, and the maintained information may include, but is not limited to, the following:
first, account information of the mobile terminal, which may be account information used when the mobile terminal uses the flow package, such as a mobile phone number, may be directly used. The account information registered by the mobile terminal on the traffic storage platform may also be used, and in this case, the corresponding relationship between the account information used when the mobile terminal uses the traffic package and the account information registered on the traffic storage platform needs to be maintained.
And secondly, issuing strategy of platform flow data.
And thirdly, a conversion strategy between package flow and platform flow data.
And fourthly, a conversion strategy between package flow and balance flow. The conversion includes conversion between package traffic consumed by platform traffic data returned to the mobile terminal and balance traffic, and conversion between balance traffic and package traffic redeemed by the user.
Fifthly, balance flow information of the mobile terminal. Because the mobile terminal may perform traffic conversion and traffic exchange for multiple times, or package traffic corresponding to the traffic conversion and the traffic exchange is not the same, the balance traffic of the mobile terminal may change, and balance traffic information of the mobile terminal may be maintained in real time on the traffic storage platform. Specifically, the balance flow of the mobile terminal may be maintained according to the platform flow data and the package flow returned to the mobile terminal.
After the request receiving unit 11 receives the flow exchange request, the flow conversion unit 13 converts the balance flow into the package flow requested to be exchanged by the wandering exchange request according to the flow exchange request, and the flow sending unit 14 returns the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request to the mobile terminal.
Further, the determining unit may first determine whether the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request exceeds the package flow that can be converted by the balance flow of the mobile terminal, and if not, trigger the flow sending unit 14 to return the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request to the mobile terminal. If yes, the flow sending unit 14 is triggered to return prompt information of the conversion overrun to the mobile terminal; or returning package flow obtained by converting the balance flow of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal.
An example is listed below:
suppose that the flow package is 500M in 1 month when the user uses the smart phone to surf the internet. If the intersection of the bottom of each month and the beginning of the month, the flow package is cleared. Then, when the user is near the end of the month, the user may query the remaining flow information of the package through the APP embodied by the apparatus shown in fig. 3. Suppose that the user has 300M of remaining traffic in the current month for querying, but the remaining traffic is cleared only within 2 days, and to avoid wasting the user can log in the traffic storage platform through the APP, a certain promotion data in the traffic storage platform is selected. If the promotion data is the downloading or playing of a section of promotion video, the user can start the APP in the mobile phone to send a traffic conversion request to the traffic storage platform, and the traffic conversion request carries the identifier of the promotion video.
And after receiving the flow conversion request, the flow storage platform sends the promotion video to the user, and converts the package flow consumed by the promotion video into balance flow of the mobile phone user for maintenance.
When a user finds that package flow is insufficient at a certain time in the next month, the APP in the mobile phone is triggered to send a flow exchange request to the flow storage platform, the flow exchange request can contain package flow which the user wants to exchange, and the user is supposed to exchange 100M package flow. And after receiving the flow exchange request, the flow storage platform judges that the package flow of 100M can be exchanged according to the balance flow of the mobile phone user, then sends the package flow of 100M to the mobile phone, and updates the balance flow of the mobile phone user (deducting the balance flow corresponding to the exchanged package flow of 100M).
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
The integrated unit implemented in the form of a software functional unit may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The software functional unit is stored in a storage medium and includes several instructions to enable a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) or a processor (processor) to execute some steps of the methods according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.

Claims (20)
1. A method for storing and using surplus flow, the method comprising:
the mobile terminal sends a flow conversion request to a flow storage platform;
platform flow data returned by the flow storage platform are obtained, and the platform flow data consume package flow of the mobile terminal;
sending a flow exchange request to a flow storage platform;
and acquiring package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request, wherein the acquired package flow is obtained by converting balance flow of the mobile terminal, and the balance flow is obtained by converting platform flow data acquired by the mobile terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic translation request comprises: residual flow information of package flow of the mobile terminal;
and the platform flow data is returned by the flow storage platform according to the residual flow information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the traffic translation request comprises: a platform traffic identification;
the platform flow data is the platform flow data corresponding to the platform flow identifier returned by the flow storage platform.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the method further comprises: the mobile terminal monitors the residual flow information of the package flow and provides the residual flow information for the user;
and the mobile terminal sends the flow conversion request under the trigger of a user.
5. The method of claim 2, further comprising: the mobile terminal monitors the residual flow information of the package flow;
and when the preset time from the package flow expiration time is reached, sending the flow conversion request.
6. A method for storing and using surplus flow, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a flow storage platform receives a flow conversion request of a mobile terminal;
according to the flow conversion request, platform flow data are returned to the mobile terminal, and package flow consumed by the platform flow data is converted into balance flow of the mobile terminal;
receiving a flow exchange request sent by the mobile terminal;
and returning package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request to the mobile terminal, wherein the package flow is obtained by converting balance flow of the mobile terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein returning platform traffic data to the mobile terminal in accordance with the traffic translation request comprises:
the flow storage platform acquires residual flow information of package flow of the mobile terminal, which is contained in the flow conversion request, and returns platform flow data corresponding to the residual flow information to the mobile terminal; or,
and the flow storage platform acquires a platform flow identifier contained in the flow conversion request and returns platform flow data corresponding to the platform flow identifier to the mobile terminal.
8. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
and the flow storage platform maintains the balance flow of the mobile terminal according to the platform flow data and the package flow returned to the mobile terminal.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising, prior to returning to the mobile terminal package traffic requested to be redeemed by the traffic redemption request:
and judging whether the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request exceeds the package flow which can be converted by the balance flow of the mobile terminal, if not, continuing to execute the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request returned to the mobile terminal.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
if the judgment result is yes, returning prompt information of the conversion overrun to the mobile terminal; or returning package flow obtained by conversion of the balance flow of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal.
11. A device for storing and using residual flow is arranged on a mobile terminal, and is characterized by comprising:
the request sending unit is used for sending a flow conversion request to the flow storage platform; sending a flow exchange request to a flow storage platform;
the platform data acquisition unit is used for acquiring platform flow data returned by the flow storage platform, and the platform flow data consumes package flow of the mobile terminal;
and the package flow acquiring unit is used for acquiring the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request, wherein the acquired package flow is obtained by converting the balance flow of the mobile terminal, and the balance flow is obtained by converting the platform flow data acquired by the mobile terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the traffic translation request comprises: residual flow information of package flow of the mobile terminal;
and the platform flow data is returned by the flow storage platform according to the residual flow information.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the traffic translation request comprises: a platform traffic identification;
the platform flow data is the platform flow data corresponding to the platform flow identifier returned by the flow storage platform.
14. The apparatus of claim 12 or 13, further comprising:
the flow monitoring unit is used for monitoring the residual flow information of the package flow;
and the user interface is used for providing the residual flow information for a user and triggering the request sending unit to send the flow conversion request under the triggering of the user.
15. The apparatus of claim 12, further comprising:
the flow monitoring unit is used for monitoring the residual flow information of the package flow;
and the time monitoring unit is used for triggering the request sending unit to send the flow conversion request when the preset time from the package flow expiration time is reached.

The apparatus according to claim 16, wherein the data sending unit is specifically configured to obtain remaining traffic information of the package traffic of the mobile terminal, which is included in the traffic conversion request, and return platform traffic data corresponding to the remaining traffic information to the mobile terminal; or,
and obtaining a platform flow identifier contained in the flow conversion request, and returning platform flow data corresponding to the platform flow identifier to the mobile terminal.
18. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
and the information maintenance unit is used for maintaining the balance flow of the mobile terminal according to the platform flow data and the package flow returned to the mobile terminal.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, further comprising:
and the judging unit is used for judging whether the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request exceeds the package flow which can be converted by the balance flow of the mobile terminal, and if not, triggering the flow sending unit to return the package flow requested to be exchanged by the flow exchange request to the mobile terminal.
20. The device according to claim 19, wherein the determining unit is further configured to trigger the traffic sending unit to return a prompt message indicating that the redemption is over-limit to the mobile terminal when the determination result is yes; or returning package flow obtained by conversion of the balance flow of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal.
